had to wait 40 mins and it was all cold

Wrong items delivered again. How hard is it??

Turns out the driver took a little trip up to amazon warehouse to "pick up his other phone" whilst carrying the order, so therefore the food was just about warm, but edible, although he did initially try to blame it on the restaurant until I mentioned where he had been located on the map.

delivery arrived 2 hours after order. Rejected. Refund required

part of the order was wrong and got someone else's order.

The delivery driver had my food out in his hands without the insulated container. When I asked and complained about my food going cold he scuffed and walked away from me.

2 hamburgers missing and mc chicken sandwich missing. even one of the big mcs only had 1 burger in. very disappointed with this order. surley not difficult following an order???

I have no issues ordering from anywhere else, but order from McDonald's Kingston and I'm always missing food from my order. how hard is it to read a print off bit of paper and pack a bag with the correct stuff.

Coffee and fries were hot. Big Mac was cold. Not even lukewarm. I know I should have said something, but in true British fashion I ate my cold burger! Gave myself a good talking to and won't do that again. 😡

Wrong order delivered AGAIN. I am appalled that this keeps happening. As someone with dietary requirements, I order what I order specifically so I can’t just eat what else has been delivered. What a waste of my money. Please get your deliverers to CHECK WHAT THEYRE PICKING UP BEFORE THEY BRING IT TO US

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever had the chips were awful they were hard for some reason and tasted undercooked, the chicken selects were like rubber the coke also tasted flat and just weird I had a bad stomach within half hour of eating at this place . unfortunately I went through drive through and went elsewhere otherwise I would have went to get my money back disgusting food

they always forget the sauce, its annoying. it sounds minor but I like sauce and I paid for it.

delivery driver was tipping coke that had split on my garden next to front door, as it has split and lost half the content. Swapped bags over for food, some had gotten onto chips. He left the wet bag thrown on my garden

Great McDonald's, everything perfect except for the muppet who insisted to clean the windows with chemicals right next to where we were eating. Could have waited......

The food can sometimes be cold, and the service is often slow.

The food arrived cold and soggy… very disappointed. Also coffee arrived in the bag …spillage everywhere …honestly disaster…this is the last time I’m ordering.

Drive through screens are advertising lower prices than actual prices, when challenged at payment window, they said they never knew and to proceed to collect my food, disgusting customer service and attitude !

Delivery was first shown within 25 mins but then updated to 45 mins. My order was luke warm, assuming it’s been sat at the restaurant for ages before being delivered.

I am still waiting for a refund as wrong order arrived. Was promised a refund and I’m still waiting . It was the 18th of October and it’s now 13th November.

Food is typical maccys but the drive through is painfully slow at this particular location

I ordered two breakfast meals with regular hot chocolates this morning. One hot chocolate was just right, rich and flavorful. However, the other seemed very diluted, almost like it was made with very little milk. A bit disappointing for a morning pick-me-up, as consistency is key!

Ordered table service in which the service I received was relatively quick. Great atmosphere would visit again.

Just ordered a delivery from macdonals app and this restaurant made my meal but lacked my mcmuffin and flatbread I called the place and the guy on the other end was soo rude and just simply told me he doesn't care at alland hung up the phone... This has just happened now.. 10.57 am Wednesday 30th October 2024. I will never ever order from here it's better I die of hunger. The disrespectful was soo much

Very unprofessional team members. One just left my order on the table and disappeared, another guy was pointing the finger asking me very rudely if thats my order. Come on, that was a 6 pounds order. So disappointed.

Never ever have any milkshakes...EVER! The longest wait I have experienced in a drive-through. Why not ask the customer in front to pull up and wait for their order. This would cut down the wait time for everyone else.

This 24/7 is for marketing only. In real life, after midnight, you wait at least 20 minutes for two burger menus. Maybe mr. TOMKINS, the one operating in the location, should know what the term Fast Food means.

Worst ever delivery experience! The delivery guy went into a back street pretending to be lost (we were following him on the tracker) and when he finally got us the food we realised after he left that our delivery was unsealed, the bags inside the big bag was scrunched up and the bag rained over (it was raining outside). We thought maybe it was a bad McDonalds staff mistake. However, when we started unpacking, one mcmuffin was missing and one pancake boxes looked like someone opened it before. When we opened it, one pancake had a big bite in it. It was the most bizarre and disgusting thing ever! The delivery guy could’ve simply buy himself something with the tip we prematurely left. We should’ve taken more photos, just didn’t think on the moment because of the disbelief that someone would actually do that! We packed everything back and went to return. The McDonalds staff said to take it with the delivery platform. We said what delivery platform? We ordered from your website, you deal with the mess! It’s not my fault you allow these things to happen. They reluctantly said ok, we’re doing you favour, chucked in the bag whatever random stuff they found instead of what we ordered. Had to change several times. Honestly, what was supposed to be a nice family brunch with our eldest home from uni, was a mess. Zero stars or minus points I’d give if I could. Horrible approach.

Ordered double sausage & egg muffin with hash brown, when I got it it was a single so took it back to be meet with but you have opened it!! Little bit of conversation on why I should get what I ordered the person who I may add what a lady in her 50's then disappeared and returned 10 mins later slamed the .Uffington on counter and walked away

Had to return a burger that wasn't fresh. They did it again.

Missing the main part of the order £9 worth of stuff, I tipped to be nice, what a mistake.

Food was warm. Coffee was a good drinking temperature though the drinks had spilled out a bit so they was spillage over the tops of the lids. Hash browns were nice and crispy.

Always have to wait for the food in the drive through and haven’t had strawberry milkshake forever. Constantly disappointing my kids so just drive further now.

I cancelled this order with the just eat driver as I order this originally from McDonald's at 6pm after over an hour and a half waiting and absolutely starving after so many were preparing your orders or thanks for your order I want a full refund as I'm absolutely fuming.

Plenty booth tables upstairs with electric sockets for working on laptop and charge my phone for the day, after eating walk around the woods near by, is one of the best sites I've been too . The staff is pleasant even when it get busy peak times. Toilets are cleaned and checked regularly

Literally everytime I have ordered here they get it wrong... How hard is it to deliver the right thing? Avoid if you want what you actually order... If you want to play McDonalds food roulette then fill ya boots.

they put ketchup on the burger despite us ordering it without, they forgot to add extra bacon that we paid extra for and forgot the chocolate brownie that we paid for. Really not happy.

Terrible! Driver said had no signal and food was 40 min from leaving store. Food was stone cold. Store did not help and said out of their hands and down to just eat. Never again using just eat or this maccies

this is second time they've forgotten all the dips. orordered loads of selects and nugs and specifically wanted the dips aswel and not came. 2nd time now. bs

We got a mix of 2 different people's order when going through drive thru... there was a grand total of 3 people in the queue after us and all got served and drove off before us and then no further vehicles for over 5 minutes whilst waiting for our food. Who even knows who got our order. But a breakfast roll and a breakfast wrap with 2 extra hashbrowns should not be difficult to get right when you have no queue in drive thru Luckily we checked before driving away... and luckily we had time to sort it.

Salad had wilted with cold tough chicken in, was made first before the burgers and fried items. Delivery was around 1 hour 30 minutes after being ordered.
