Cold food as usual missing items ice cream was melted Big Mac looked a mess

I cancelled this order with the just eat driver as I order this originally from McDonald's at 6pm after over an hour and a half waiting and absolutely starving after so many were preparing your orders or thanks for your order I want a full refund as I'm absolutely fuming.

wrong items delivered, food was cold by the time it got here and was waiting an hour for cold food

Every bit of the order is incorrect!!! Nothing I ordered came a complete diff order came not happy!!!!

they put ketchup on the burger despite us ordering it without, they forgot to add extra bacon that we paid extra for and forgot the chocolate brownie that we paid for. Really not happy.

Terrible! Driver said had no signal and food was 40 min from leaving store. Food was stone cold. Store did not help and said out of their hands and down to just eat. Never again using just eat or this maccies

standard Mcdonlds, same as all the rest. Food is good for the money, as in any other Mcdonlds

this is second time they've forgotten all the dips. orordered loads of selects and nugs and specifically wanted the dips aswel and not came. 2nd time now. bs

We got a mix of 2 different people's order when going through drive thru... there was a grand total of 3 people in the queue after us and all got served and drove off before us and then no further vehicles for over 5 minutes whilst waiting for our food. Who even knows who got our order. But a breakfast roll and a breakfast wrap with 2 extra hashbrowns should not be difficult to get right when you have no queue in drive thru Luckily we checked before driving away... and luckily we had time to sort it.

Salad had wilted with cold tough chicken in, was made first before the burgers and fried items. Delivery was around 1 hour 30 minutes after being ordered.

Warm and everything came thumbs up

ordered multiple times in past and ask for no gherkins in cheese burger but the store still sends food without checking people's instructions on what they don't want in there food.

Delivery driver nearly delivered to the wrong house 2 streets away. Not the first time e it her.

Giving 1 star because there is not option of none stars. We order every monday and they always mess up our order, from not getting it right, bits missing and even burger without burger inside 🙄 train your people better, is not that hard to get it right .

Extremely slow service. i only ordered coffee i waited over 20 minutes. I saw coffee standing ready Unfortunately, there was no one to give it to me. I will also say that there were about 20 people behind the counter... Lazy service!!!!!!!!!!!! always the same excuse the coffee machine is being washed now.

I'm sick pretty much every time I have to go there. Speakers in drive through order station either don't work properly or staff can't hear anything. Rude staff. I won't go there anymore swear to God

Never ever have any milkshakes... The longest wait I have ever experienced in a drive thru. Time I will never get back...

On arrival my drink was spilled everywhere leaving me with less than half the drink left. It was delivered on a motorcycle so my guess is that it wasn’t packed correctly and so fell over in the rear delivery box. Unhappy at this lack of thought

Ordered our breakfast meals on the McDonald’s app. On arrival at the drive thru the app connected and provided the code to give to the team member at the speaker. Not much of a wait and sailed past the payment window with a quick acknowledgement that payment had been made. A short wait at the collection window and the food was given to us. The whole order was correct and we were away. An excellent experience and all the team we spoke with were polite and friendly.

Had a refurb now and must better 😌 still not all the tabs work for the kids

Didn’t deliver my food after 2 HOURS. But claimed they did whilst it wouldn’t let me cancel the trip at all. Pretending there is a driver at the restaurant waiting there for 2 hours is shocking misinformation from Just Eat too.

Half my order was not delivered which I had paid for . McDonald’s couldn’t do anything except tell me to go and get the part of the order that I hadn’t received😡 awaiting a response from just eat

Friday staff, great new self service. Not had. McDonald's for years, was a pleasant experience. Food is still fast-food and manufactured like spam, nonetheless well served and tasted almost like meat.

Took a long time and, like everywhere else, wasn't hot

The food quality was extremely poor, ordering a large fries. I only got a small amount. The burgers went arrived, had not been packed carefully and has fallen all in the bag and some of the milkshake when ordered a large seem to be like a medium. I’m extremely unhappy with the service.

Still the best Macdonald's drive through this side of big Tesco. Bacon roll meal with brown sauce and a latte and you're set for the day.

Delivery driver was awful. Put the stuff on the floor and walked off. Large coke was left on its side spilling everywhere.

Foods always dry, this is our local macdonalds but I'd rather drive to another 1. Twice we've had missing fries! And again! 18/9/22 hash brown missing!!! Must be some kind of scam the staff are running. Happens to often to me a mistake! Picture was 07.30 14/7/24. Binned it all!

When they're not missing half the order the other half is stale and awful. Recommend avoid!

Absolutely appalling service! Took almost an hour for my order to arrive and it was stone cold! My order was “wrapping up” for over half an hour! I think considering how many appalling reviews are on this site , which I’ve only seen when I was about to add my own, they truly need to do a lot better! Never ordering from here again!

It's mcdonalds. Quick and easy food. Does the job when you want a quick drive thru order.

Driver handed me the bag, he was holding the bottom of the bag (me not realising at the time) the the entire bottom of the bag was split open, both of my bags were soaking wet, coffees went all over floor, walls and door. Food was hanging out of bag

Schoolboy error didn't check my order properly, but 5 nuggets doesn't look like 9 chicken selects. So not all my fault. Disappointing

Every time I order large fries I only get half a portion. Half cooked as well. Just going to drive an extra 2 miles and get food from another McDonald's in future.

Bad drive thru, waited 20 mins to even get to the screen to order and then waited another ten minutes before driving off as no one answered.

Milkshake had leaked all over the other drinks, straws and cucumber bag. The wrapped had been forced in the box, causing it to tear all through the centre. Nuggets were either stale or re heated. No dips for either nuggets or cheese bites
