McDonald's Kingston in Milton Keynes

Is it theft when they miss items off your order that you've paid for? Maybe it's because they can't read an order? Maybe it's me for always trusting them to get it correct and not checking. Great business model, we're so big that we don't care.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from any McDonald’s. This is quite an achievement, as I am a regular customer. Having sat at the drive thru box for 2 or 3 minutes with no response, I then drove round to the window. The man was rude and unhelpful, insisting I drove back round to queue again and order, despite his shortcomings of not even asking me to wait a moment over the headset in any sensible timeframe. I then did this and when I got to the second window to collect my food, the man there gave me a drink with the lid only half on, so it spilt all over me and the car. I’m not sure if this was deliberate because I’d expressed my annoyance at having to drive back round and queue again, but when I said the lid wasn’t on, he replied that it was, which was clearly totally untrue. Please train your staff in both responding in a timely manner and in the simplest task of putting a lid on a cup and not lying about it if a mistake is made.

They mess up the delivery everytime. I was sent an entirely different order, with my receipt attached to it, yet again. I have ordered for 5 years from this place and it has never improved.

After 1 hour waiting they didn't was capable to deliver or to replace a order

The place was pretty much empty, just myself and a friend. We made separate orders. Mine was just a cheese burger and a hamburger, fries and drink. It took 17 minutes... For 2 burgers! When I got my order the fries at the top were cold and the ones at the bottom were warm. My drink was warm and watery as the ice had melted. So they cooked my fries, put them up on a shelf, same with my drink and then started to mess around making the extremely complicated cheese burger and hamburger... The place is a joke, it was 4 in the morning, no one else ordering and it still took almost 20 minutes for the order

Once again after placing an order for delivery the food arrives after an hour cold and worthless, just like eating on site and I have already received cold coffee, cold fries and a cold burger several times when I ordered on site. The service is a disaster, these people are worthless. I do not recommend

Poor quality food and they sometimes put people on the ordering intercom whose first language isn't English.

I would like to report an issue with my recent order (#044) placed on 21/04. I redeemed my reward points for 9 Chicken Nuggets Veg Burger Small Fries However, upon reaching home, I discovered that the 9 Chicken Nuggets were mistakenly replaced with a Fish Burger. Unfortunately, my son, who was eagerly expecting the nuggets, dislikes fish—so this mistake was quite disappointing for us. This is the first time I’ve had an issue after so many successful orders, and I was really surprised, especially since this was a reward redemption. I’m not sure how the mix-up happened.

The usual Maccys fare always a good option Iff you want a cheap Meal, ie the £1.99 Wrap of day , a Mcflurry and Banana or Chocolate Milkshake.

This has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to the staff were so kind and helpful! Before I even got to the table we were offered a baby seat Mina & Katy were so kind and smiled the whole time. Toilets actually smelt nice! Food was delivered quickly and there was a friendly atmosphere. 5* all round! Well done all!

This isn't the first time the app has stopped working at night. It appears that the restaurant has ceased accepting orders through the app. Furthermore, the issue with the flame source being unable to provide service is concerning. Overall, the service has been poor.I attempted to order it from a different McDonald's, and it worked.

Couldn't find any click and collect spots the numbered signs were in a hedge

It a bit joke when this place always missing some of our food. Today then managed to give us everything but is so crap when you pay so much for food cos McDonald's meals are not cheap anymore and you received fries half empty. Guys seriously that's a joke. Please do something about it or lower your price to half!? Burgers used to be more better now is a bit of salad cheeseburgers don't have much everything is low and price goes up. Not sure where those words are going but it is getting worse.

I ordered the Minecraft meal and didn’t get the Minecraft collectible from the movie. They clearly had happy meal toys left over so threw one of them in instead trying to bamboozle me. Not happy cos I wanted the collectable.

French fries are bitter. Terrible service. In Happy Mill, they put it so that everything fell out. I waited for the order the longest, it was inserted on the scoreboard how else to prepare, and when I received everything was cold. The point is apparently so overloaded that no one can cope with the flow of customers. I don't see customer focus.

Got a delivery arrived stone cold so took it back to what must have been the shift mangers surprise , after being told I am lucky to get even warm chips asked for my money back and being refused , he walked off revealing about 17 deliveries all waiting on a shelf ti be picked up , after explaining I want my money another manager came over and asked why I got a delivery I explained and he quickly sorted it , Really want to waste your money then go here

I don't understand why your food is cold on delivery

It'd a McDonald's, servings are massive compared to the UK but ultimately it's the same

If you want a complete meal, do not order at McDonald’s Kingston. Twice in a row they have forgotten key parts of the order making the delivery fee you paid redundant as you drive down to sort it out. Also when you ask for certain things not in your meal they put the sign on and add the forbidden extra anyway. It’s literally a lottery whether they get your order right or not.

have had from you before but pick up normally. due to the rugby on TV we decided to order and have delivered. it was stone cold and there were no dips as requested and we requested the free chicken which we did not get. very very disappointed. you have lost a customer if we don't get a satisfactory reply

Its alright just wish they would put the onions on how they used too as they just fall out the bun now if you are lucky enough to get any at all

I came into the store tonight after a long day at work and would like to praise the entire staff for such an excellent job. I was served by Ryan who made my experience truly magical and sanghita was very attentive during my stay on the lobby whilst eating. I would like to thank every member of staff working for a fast service with impeccable food. I will 100% be returning based solely on the amazing service I have received from everyone tonight.

missing burger and chips! this is the second time now!

I received the drink spilled on the products.

Guys check your order everytime you order on drive thru. They missed 5 items of my order and I called them. All fine until I actually went to pick up the missing items and I was called a thief and been told I could’ve gone through a bin and found a receipt and now try to claim free food, only because the person I spoke to on the phone didn t put my name down!

My milkshake was broken, the food also cold not happy with service

Horrible McDonald... nasty people there... if you charge your mobile, they will look at you like you are a thief... I masked for hot water and they refuse it the chicken is cold and teyestd bad!!!

wrong food. hour and half wait. food was obviously cooked the moment I ordered it but no driver. the food was almost as cold as what it was outside. was horrible. all chucked in the bin!!! whilst I don't think it's McDonald's fault, the food should be cooked fresh for when a driver is ready.

Rubbish - what is wrong with McDonald’s never ever get dips!! Eating nuggets and cheese dips without any is super bland ! It’s such a regular occurrence not giving requested dips- paid for dips and they still didn’t provide them !!!

We always love our Macdonald visit, for breakfast, lunch, meeting friends, birthday party and our Saturday visit for brunch and kids love the face painting.

Food arrived ruined. The large coke had been knocked over and spilled all over the rest of the order. Two bags were so sodden that they split and were leaking coke everyehere. The food was as a result all spoiled, it was all wet and damp and every item was coke flavoured. On top of this the food was cold.

There were no straw for the drink

Had the breakfast wrap. Unfortunately it had been sat up on the end as when I opened the wrap it had all fallen down to one end meaning half the wrap was empty.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a Big Mac at the drive through. After paying, at the delivery window, the two guys just looked at me without speaking. When I engaged them in conversation, neither one even smiled and then for some reason told me to drive forward to the end window which was unoccupied. Finally a young guy came to the window and handed me the bag without serviettes.When I got on to the M1 heading home we opened what we thought was a “quarter pounder with cheese” but it contained no dressings whatsoever. We then opened the Big Mac only to find t thin dry bits of burger, nothing but else. When I got home I calked for a refund and spoke to Hoel who initially said he was the manager. When I explained that I wanted a refund, he said he would have to talk to the manager. His name was “Ryan Wiltshire and refused to come to the phone and refused a refund. I said I could send a photograph but Joel put the phone down. Disgusting food and, NO service whatsoever.

This is the 4th time I have not received all my food 😡 im so angry I can’t get a refund because Uber eats is not working properly!! This order was never delivered it has been stuck at the Kingston in Mcdonalds waiting for a delivery driver since 7pm as I myself have spoken to Mcdonalds and a worker their who listed off every single item in my order and confirmed it was sitting their and still is. I have already contacted you up to 4 times their evening so this order HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I'm beyond annoyed as this is a difficult time for my family at the moment and not Mcdonalds fault at all, ITS YOURS.

Worst ever delivery experience! The delivery guy went into a back street pretending to be lost (we were following him on the tracker) and when he finally got us the food we realised after he left that our delivery was unsealed, the bags inside the big bag was scrunched up and the bag rained over (it was raining outside). We thought maybe it was a bad McDonalds staff mistake. However, when we started unpacking, one mcmuffin was missing and one pancake boxes looked like someone opened it before. When we opened it, one pancake had a big bite in it. It was the most bizarre and disgusting thing ever! The delivery guy could’ve simply buy himself something with the tip we prematurely left. We should’ve taken more photos, just didn’t think on the moment because of the disbelief that someone would actually do that! We packed everything back and went to return. The McDonalds staff said to take it with the delivery platform. We said what delivery platform? We ordered from your website, you deal with the mess! It’s not my fault you allow these things to happen. They reluctantly said ok, we’re doing you favour, chucked in the bag whatever random stuff they found instead of what we ordered. Had to change several times. Honestly, what was supposed to be a nice family brunch with our eldest home from uni, was a mess. Zero stars or minus points I’d give if I could. Horrible approach.

The staff at this McDonald’s are very slow and often ignore delivery drivers. As drivers, we are not paid to wait excessively. This needs improvement for better service.

McDonald's used to be reliable, but this experience has left me seething. I expected better from a global brand. All I wanted was a delicious chocolate milkshake, but instead, I left with a bitter taste—not from the shake, but from the poor service and complete lack of accountability. If I wanted vanilla, I would have ordered it! Get it together, McDonald's. I might start protesting your milkshakes until you start getting the flavors right! You’ve lost a loyal customer...at least until you figure out how to make a proper milkshake again!
