KFC Milton Keynes - The Stadium in Milton Keynes

By far the worst KFC in Milton Keynes. Non existent customer service. I have never encountered such rubbish service at any KFC. I have been here 3 times, and every single time without fail they forgot something. I couldn't even understand the staff member at the drive through. Never ever again will I order from here. Shocking...I understand things get missed from time to time. But 3 times in a row. Ridiculous. If you want a decent KFC then go to Towergate or Stacey Bushes.

Good food most of the time good

Absolute thieves...beware! I would give them zero star. This KFC stole £9.99 off me. I placed an order through the kiosk, paid for it using my card. Waiting for my food for a while, so I went to chase up, and they said I haven't paid for my order! Even though I showed them confirmation from my bank app that £9.99 has been paid. They told me I need to pay again! Obviously I didn't and I walked out with no food. No way I am going to this KFC again and I urge people to be aware of these scammers

Awful meal ,dry roll cold chicken and overcharged.

KFC are now always a disappointment. Not the staffs fault but the only drink without sweeteners is Water and Tropicana that tastes like the stuff you bought frozen and reconstituted. The ice cream machine is often broken and on this occasion the self service boards were not working. This meant that, because of the lack of paper menus, you had to rely on squinting at the ever changing screens so it took (with my poor eyesight) about 10 minutes to order. The limited communication skills of the server left me utterly exhausted and extremely frustrated. I imagine that just turning up for work is enough to qualify as customer service training. This branch does not serve large gravy so you have to order two small pots. Using the app gives you more information about what each bucket/box/combo contains. Seems like everything has been done by KFC corporate to limit choice and ostracise the customer whilst streamlining the money taking process.

Big queue at the drive through so shows it popular, clean a tidy inside playing so great tunes. Much better than the one at Westcroft.

I ordered a meal then by the time I got home, opened the box and the top of the burger was missing, the rest was honestly burnt and hard. I tried calling the store, but which was no answer. Then emailed customer support who gave me a voucher which didn't even cover the cost of a replacement meal! And not entitled to a refund. They give vouchers as a token of goodwill. Yet I find it hard to believe any goodwill of not covering the cost of the meal is not in good will by any stretch! Poor food and even worse customer support!

Lovely as always, can't fault kfc. I don't think I've ever had a bad one yet staff very friendly but had a little language barrier and had trouble understanding apart from that was great 👍

I was served by the manager, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and repeatedly requested the £19.99 sharing bucket. Despite my clear instructions, he insisted that I would receive the correct order. When I reached the serving window, I was surprised to find that my order was still wrong. He charged me again for the actual price and then handed me the incorrect food. I ended up parking and speaking with his staff to resolve the issue, and they were far more helpful than he was.

Always bad service when go in here food never great and never got mcflury

Their food is total rubbish, bought takeaway, got home and discovered the chicken wings are already fermenting and the chips are soggy, everything went straight into the bin, it's not good enough to collect money from people and give them that kind of food.

My wife brought home the 4 piece boneless chicken yesterday, it was chewy and tasted of old or over used cooking oil and there was more of the covering than there was chicken . I sent an email to complain but I’ve not heard back hence this negative review. I have to say though that when she gets the same meals from the cmk branch it’s always good . Please don’t patronise me by responding with “ we’re sorry and we’ll do better next time “ as there will not be a next time. Look at the reviews, you’re destroying the KFC name .

Service was ok at drivethrough, and food was hot. But when we got home, we found errors with our order. We prefer to eat in here as there are always errors and we can fix them when eating in. June 2024 - we used the mobile app for click and collect this time. Was a disaster. We checked in and could see our order number listed on board. It changed quickly to 'ready', but before we could collect it, the number vanished off the board. We had to ask for our order, and they had to find it on their system and make it up. Due to past errors, we checked our order before leaving. Most was correct, but the two burgers were not. One error we spotted and got corrected on the spot. The other didn't get spotted till we got home... we had been given completely the wrong burger. The food may be hot and well cooked, but we can not trust our order will be correct, which is frustrating and extremely disappointing. We are unlikely to use them again.

Went in the other day for a KFC after work and I could not believe my eyes. Customer service was beyond awful, they don't really pay attention to the customers and what we are ordering, they seemed more worried about which method we're using to pay. Not a smile in sight to the customers, yet they laugh and joke to each other in their own language very loudly. Not professional. Saw the chefs not wearing gloves as they pick up all food items with their bare hands. That was disgusting. A staff member was coughing and sneezing all over the place, did not see her wash her hands once. Very rude management also, did not smile once, they seem miserable to be quite honest. I got a boneless banquet and the boneless chicken strips were very pale in colour and very hard. Come on KFC, do better!!!

Went it restaurant and was told that what I wanted was only foe delivery. Very well but that meant I had to pay delivery and service. So not a deal at all. So I order on line for delivery that came without the Pepsi Max. I tried calling, no answer. The delivery Guy, pleasantly said it was not given to him. After emailing customers service, the best I been reimbursed with is a £3 credit. Meaning I have to order again! There's lots of chicken out there.

Didn't put fries in..... when did they was cold... forget my drink... food cold... absolutely rubbish

New rice box was amazing! 🤩 and the manager came over to ask how it was after he kindly gave us extra sauce. :)

Purpose built KFC. Food is better than it used to be but still not the best. Service always seems a bit slow and it's difficult to understand some of the staff. EDIT: Wow! I wrote that in about 2017. I 2024, it has only got worse. Greasy chicken. Really hard to make myself understood to the guy taking the drive through order and he still got it wrong! I could barely understand what he was saying too. I understand why there is no salt on the fries, but why don't they chuck a sachet in the bag? All this, combined with the awful "new" fries (with pepper on?) that are worse than the last "new" fries, makes this the last visit I make to KFC in MK at least. (similar communication / language issues at Stacey Bushes) Bearing in mind how slow KFC is to respond to the public, I will check back in mebbie 5 years to see if things have improved.

Nice fast food joint for KFC lovers. The lady who attended to us was however too much in a hurry she got our orders mixed up.

The staff were nice enough, but the chicken was really greasy, not nice and crispy as it should be. It really wasn't the best.

It was a bit of a different experience. I made an order at the panel. We waited around 10 minutes to take our order. The surprise was when we were told that they didn't have the juice we ordered and we were asked to choose something else...I said ok, took the order and left. While I was serving the meal I noticed that the ice cream was different from the one ordered, go and ask what happened... I was given chocolate on one saying that he forgot then the other was changed. Overall the lady was very kind and helpful.

Went recently, and food was missing. No receipts in the machine so had no proof to go back and Complain.

Definitely depends on the time of day but we stopped by around 9pm on a Saturday and it was quiet and efficient. They have the screens so easy to order, food was hot and staff friendly. About what you expect for a KFC

I ordered takeout via the drive-through, then was asked to wait in the car park. After 10-15 minutes with no update, I decided to walk in and ask about my order. When I arrived, it was suddenly ready to go. However, the food made me ill, so I’d advise checking if the food has been cooked properly. I doubt I’ll ever eat at KFC again.

Poor service never gets the order right and always messing up

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken meal with 2 hot wings. I received 3 small drumsticks, 2 hard and cold hot wings plus soggy chips which were cold. I will not be returning

I'm disappointed the snack box is not full and has this void at the bottom, kind of like double bottom, it seems bigger but contains less. This goes out for every kfc snack box.

Food was freshly cooked. The restaurant area was clean & tidy. I've been to a few kfcs where it's hard to find a clean table.

Can the chips be seasoned like Tower gate KFC chips in Milton Keynes.

They gave me half a wrap and I ordered a full one and my friend ordered mayo and got none! This is outrageous as I paid a good amount for that wrap and only got half and they put mayo which I didn’t ask for.

There was no zinger meat. They told us this information after we had already waited 10 min. We were hungry and decided to get the sandwiches with the non-spicy meat. I don't know how it's possible but the sandwiches were old and... soggy

Fantastic service. I took my two sons . They don't eat legs so the lady made fresh chicken for us as they only had legs left. Food was nice and tasty as always and kids loved it. Thankyou

I visited KFC via the drive-through and found the lane to be quite narrow. Unfortunately, there was a long queue which led to a longer waiting time. The food I received wasn't as hot as expected, and the fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil. Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing.

KFC food as expected! Would be nice if the free dips were placed on the counter or a dispenser like in mcdonalds.

Went here during an England ladies game and it was packed, with a queue of 30people outside as it was so full inside. I ordered on the app, went inside and luckily managed to get a seat for my son and I. Service was quick despite the volume of business and the food was fresh and tasty.

Every time I order from here you guys always forget certain items. I think you need to retrain your staff or double check all order tickets that get sent before bagging up the food. Very disappointed customers once again not good

Using uber Eats you can forget that you will get your order correct. Maybe 1 from 100 of orders is correct. Problem to count to 10. Missing of full combos, when you order bucket its always less items That's the end of KFC! Last time I ordered

Without a doubt the best KFC I have ever had. Incredibly fresh and delicious, fast service. Clean too. Only downside were the female toilet cubicles were the smallest I've ever seen. I had to step over the toilet to get through the door and close it behind me. I'm only 5'4 and average build. Anyone bigger than me would not have gotten in there.

Poor customer service waited 10 minutes for food only to find mould on arriving home went to report to store,got refund for burger only despite getting meal,no explanation or apology from manager(that's if he was management) completely ignorant staff you can stand there for 10-20 minutes waiting to be served,(if you dare to go inside), priority seems to be given to delivery drivers who barge past customers demanding there delivery by leaning over the counter,staff with long hair(more than an inch) not wearing hair net,not wearing gloves while handling different food items, TOTALLY IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Very very slow service far more interested in the drive thru than the customers waiting in store. Food was luke warm when I did get it because it had been sitting in the side for ages

Revised review from May 2022: Empty store on a Bank Holiday Monday evening but still slow service and orders were got wrong. Dirty tables and overflowing bins. Simple order for family of 3 wrong and ended up burning my mouth on a fiery and spicy twister wrap which should've been the milder Kentucky Mayo variant. Awful. I think I'll stick to Tim Hortons from now on. Original 5 star review from early 2022: Quick, efficient drive thru.

Typical KFC but with a drive thru. We ate in, ordered on a touch screen and food was ready in 8 minutes. Not much else to say really.

I’ve ordered 4 times from this brunch. And 2 out of 4 times they missed some of the items. First time they missed it, I tried to call them but no one answered and I just let it go as I was thinking it’s a mistake, let’s just forget about it. But it happened again and this time I tried to call them 10-11 times. Everytime phone was ringing 3-4 minutes but no one bothered to answer. I’m never gonna order from them, and I’d suggest everyone not to order from this brunch.

Atrocious. Inadequate staffing levels. All staff preparing orders for home delivery. Stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served and was ignored. I asked for service and was told someone would be right with me, but the women went straight to the delivery drivers and ignored me again! Not everyone wants or can use the self service. Shambles.

OK not KFC fault, witnessed a crash, on queue for 33 minutes whilst waiting an already 12 minutes, food was warm at best despite being told it was hot. Should have at least given the food discounted after waiting silly amount of time
