Papa John's Pizza in Milton Keynes

For some reason they've unceremoniously removed the Jalapeño Bites and the vegan chicken off the Wolverton menu without notice. I can understand the plant-based chicken if it's not a popular option but the Jalapeño Bites?!

Really fresh loads of toppings and an extra tots, pretty expensive but you get what you pay for

the delivery guy followed my instructions on the note and ensured I received My order.

Ordered via just eat and left a note for the delivery driver to call on arrival (mobile number was written in the note). The order was accepted but not updated until well after the latest stated delivery time where it was set as in preparation, on the way and delivered all at the same time. When I called to complain, they tried to explain to me that someone had instructed them to leave my delivery outside after they had supposedly been knocking for ages. Nobody in my house took it in or even spoke to a delivery driver tonight. There were no missed calls or texts from the delivery driver despite me leaving my number in the notes with instruction to do so. The guy on the other end of the phone was adamant the driver had delivered and refused to refund until I threatened to open a case against this business (via JustEat). He was unapologetic, choosing to refund then ending the call abruptly.

Tried to deliver the pizza an hour early when no one was there, brought back what I believe was a reheated pizza an hour later, had one slice and binned the rest, very poor quality

Delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful, I put the wrong adress but he was very very rude about it

All brilliant, the food has came about 11 minutes earlier. We don't mind. We had enjoyed it.

For a £20 pizza - hardly any toppings. Basically a big round tomato flavoured bread

We ordered a veg pizza and it came with pork in it. When we called about it the receptionist didn't even say sorry and told they can't refund it.

- Cold Pizza - Bad Customer service - Bad Customer experience I have ordered 2 pizzas using the points collected through previous orders and added 2 of their side sauces which came to a total of £0.89 since I have used the points to order the 2 pizzas. After placing a collection order at 19:26, I left the screen on the page where we can track the progress from cooking to ready to collect thinking the page would work as expected. Refreshing the page occasionally to see if the icon would move to the "Ready to collect" part, nothing happened. So after 45min I have called the store as it was taking to long and have been told the pizza was ready to collect. I have arrived at the store and checked the pizza as it was cold so I told the guy who gave us the pizza if there was anything he could do, or make fresh ones and his answer was "the pizza was ready within 10 min of the order placement and you should not expect much because you only paid £0.89" The pizza was cold and employees not well trained. No sense of customer service or empathy. This store shows a lack of management and professionalism. It felt like only if you spend high cash you get good service. There was a previous ocasion when I have place an order to be delivered and the order was delayed to 1hr 40min, on average the delivery takes 45min from the time I place the order to my door. The customer is being impacted hugely due to the lack of Training, Management and Customer Service. Which is fine and these could be fixed. However, the person at the till had no custoemr service or empathy to listen to what we were telling, instead he was listening to reply.

Pizza was fine, but cold (not sure how it could be cold, as it arrived pretty quickly). Very rude driver told us not to order on Sunday because there's only one driver. Won't order again any day if thats their service - the pizza wasn't special enough to want to anyway.

Not as expected, even our expectations are a bit low. I don't recommend this one to anyone cause the food should be very fine at this price, but it's not. Idk what's wrong. The dough wasn't good, and it was very less cheese. yeah, overall, there's nothing to say tbh

Wolverton branch manager is really helpful I ordered the pizza with the wrong delivery address and he was really helpful to talk to old brook branch and contact the delivery person to deliver at new address Special thanks to the delivery person also ...such a helpful guy who went out of his standard delivery area to deliver us pizza

Really dry and lacking toppings hardly any cheese. Very disappointed.

Over 1 hour to deliver! Obviously pizza was colder than usual. BBQ drizzle was missing in a create your own pizza (you pay for everything you add). Your pizza looks delivered on their online system but it gets delivered after extra 30 mins.

Horrible customer service! I made an order 9:40PM Received wrong order at 11:10pm!!!!!!! I kept trying to call them from 10:30 and no answer Never again Void

Food came very quickly and was hot and very yummy. An Ice-cream was missing and the driver went back to the restaurant and brought it back to me. Very good delivery driver, he went above and beyond. Very pleased with food and the delivery of it.

How can you forget to put BBQ on the ‘BBQ Chicken Classic’ pizza from YOUR menu? Really disappointed. Quality was fine, somewhat cold.

The Pizzas were delicious, however, The special garlic sauce just tasted like melted margarine, not garlicy at all, not nice and not recommended.

The pizza was nothing special not what I expected for 20 pound and the driver didn’t ring for me to collect from him he left my food with reception in a busy hotel. The Ingredients used were the normal every other takeaway not what the company normally delivers

Nobody does a garlic sauce like Papa John’s. I had the vegan pizza and it does just the job to ensure you don’t miss out on a takeaway.

Food was cold. My Mum lives on a first floor flat. The intercom went and the driver wouldn’t come to the front door. It’s 14 steps and my mums disabled and can’t get down the stairs! I did tell the driver this. Luckily I was there......

First time ever using these guys at end of Feb 21. The manager served me and have to say you can tell he cares about his company and service provided. I had a simple 3 toppings for small £5. You cannot go wrong using them. No grease unlike Pizza hut. Fresh and crispy unlike Domino's. End of March 21. Same again and that a big compliment to the management here as they are doing it right for consistency which should mean customers returning. I have to say I will be every time I feel the urge for a pizza

Service was great. Pizza was awful and most of it went in the bin. We ordered a large cheese & tomato with stuffed crust. The cheese was tasteless, the garlic dip was disgusting and the bbq sauce tasted like water. Will never order from Papa Johns again.

Last couple times that I ordered cinnamon rolls they were very dry, a little bit burnt and didn’t Had enough of that mil syrup. It wasn’t bad but I’ve gotten Very nice and sweet cinnamon rolls from here it was just las couple times x

Chris the manager was sooooo helpful as our address didn't come up online. He took our order gave us the online discount and was brilliant! Guy deserves a raise. Food and desert was lovely too. The vegan options are amazing aswell. Great job Chris.

The pizza was hot and very delicious.

The pizza itself was tasty but the delivery driver had come from the Bletchley store (rather than the Wolverton store which is closer) so the food was quite cold and a little late. The driver was apologetic though and explained that Wolverton had insufficient delivery drivers.

I always order delivery from here. The vegan pizza's are amazing, my personal favourite is vegan garden party. My Son always customises his own vegan pizza and my hubby loves the meat feast and pepperoni. The vegan cauli wings are lovely and loved by all of us and the Cinnamon Scrolls are divine.

HORRIBLE customer service! Ordered and the driver couldn’t find our house. Which is understandable, rang them and they said that he’s around the corner and will ring to deliver in 2 mins. Another 15 minutes and no call from driver and rang back to the store and he was just lying saying he’s coming. Asked for a refund and told them I won’t be ever ordering again, happily cancelled my order and didn’t seem bothered at all. Not even a simple sorry or solving the issue. Won’t ever order again

Ordered a £30 pizza order at 2.43pm. No sign of the pizza at 4pm. Rang the store. No record of the pizza. After a serious language barrier and no apology I rang a London number that was given to me. Rang the number and after looking at their system I was told the order failed, no pizza and 5 to 7 days for the payment to go back on my card. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve had over some food. How about apologise and send the order out? Terrible, terrible service. Last time I’ll be using them.

Order at 16.30 and they confirmed they had order. Asked for it to be delivered at 18.30 did not arrive called at 19.00 and they said the order had not been processed even though they sent me a order number and confirmed order not very helpful when we phoned up and still waiting for the food.

Extremely extremely poor!! Estimated delivery at 21.05 and still no food now at 21.45. Rang the restaurant at 21.17 and they said the driver has just left and should be there anytime soon. Food arrives at 21.50. So apologies for delivery driver or restaurant - poor customer service overall!

Were missing the potato wedges.

The Bacon/Cheese Wedges were lovely..But the Chocolate Brownie lacked flavour..

It is not an Italian pizza experience, however very convinient if your family starves at home in the evening. Lots of good deals online and in store. Always ready in 15-20 mins. Lots of vegetarian and vegan pizzas. Seams cheaper than dominos.

First time of using Papa Johns. Grandchildren and husband said pizza was delicious.. Delivery spot on timing and delivery man very polite. Couldn't of asked for better.

I placed an order for collection it gets confirmed and paid for turn up and the store is closed. According to their website they should still be open for another half an hour and they're still accepting orders.

Best takeaway pizza I've had for a while. Cooked well and generous toppings. Would recommend the chicken poppers and garlic flat bread too. Also, the delivery driver was friendly!

Worst Papa John's ever....80 minutes late. Wings were luke warm and chewy. Call and get told it's on its way...arrives 30 minutes later. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.
