Pizza Hut Delivery in Milton Keynes

Ordered a cheesy bites pepperoni pizza for collection on Sunday, was tasty and done in good time around opening 🍕

Ordered 2 pizzas Lastnight, 1 was completely not edible. 1 was very undercooked. When I called up to complain I was told ‘it’ll be fine and safe to eat, our oven temperature might need to be checked but thanks for letting us know’, it tasted like dough and looked like uncooked dough(as I told her). No replacement or refund offered, will never order from here again.

Would have stopped for piźza but due to rude staff didn't bother. We walked in 1 entrance not knowing the desk was at the other door to literally being told off for not knowing this. Loads of empty tables yet a long que waiting for one.

AVOID!! Discriminated against me was rude refused to give sauces but gave it to other people Took pictures of me and my husband bare in mind I’m a pregnant woman which is illegal. Didnt want to give me his name and also didn’t want to take my order was shouting and being very disrespectful which is unprofessional. The pizza was cold and hard , what a shame I always went pizza hut but from the experience I received from this selfish human will never be going again ! If he wants to be rude and not do his job he might aswell become a house wife

So called earlier to check delivery to my ward in mk hospital, told that was fine, ordered a medium pizza at a horrific £20 then they wouldn't deliver as they stated, first time with pizza hut for years, back to dominoes or papa johns, bloody useless, oh and contact customer services for a refund, weeks of bad service en route im sure

Came here as I found dominos no longer take cash. Found these guys don’t either! Very disappointed. Had to go back home, get my card, then come back. Kinda took the surprise away from dinner that night. Decent food though with friendly staff. Just be careful as you walk up the stairs to it as there’s a missing paving slab (29/07/23), which also made going back down those stairs a bit difficult carrying several pizza boxes. Personally I won’t be back unless ordering for delivery on the app as I more often have cash on me rather than my cards.

It was a disaster, the pizza box and the pizza inside where smashed and all messed up. The bread side was not properly sealed and the ice cream for the cookie spilled on top of the box getting the pizza cold and of course losing the ice cream, and to make matters worse the cookie was also damaged and deliveroo couldn't care less about the issue. Thy said: "there is nothing we can do "... So it is fair to say that this would be my last time ordering with pizza hut and probably with the app too.

Food was nice the only problem I had was I asked for half and half. We just needed one as we was having a meal soon. Didn't want to get too full Anyway my 2 children only wanted cheese and tomato! I had ham+pineapple Chicken+mushrooms. Well my kids wouldn't eat it. My topping was on there side as well. They went hungry I ate a full pizza. On there website I explained what happened never heard anything back!!!!!!!! Wasn't quite half and half more like 60/40 lol

Ordered at 6.15 for 7.00 collection, arrived at 7.07, was told the order will be another couple of minutes, order received at 7.22. I believe they didn't star the order until I arrived, On a plus, at least it was hot and the gave me a bottle of tango for my wait

Bad service, was delayed for over 20 minutes with no excuse. I was asked to contact customer care if I like😡

If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from this branch the food was absolutely appalling and disgusting! I paid nearly £30 for 2 pizzas and the toppings on both were stale and off tasting, clearly not fresh. the bread on the pizza was very dry and tough. My family and I all got food poisoning from the little pizza we did end up eating. Pizza hut customer service were very unhelpful and ultimately refused to compensate me for their awful service as their so called 'investigation' didn’t show any indications of malpractice or poor working standards. This was the worst experience I've had with pizza hut and I would not recommend this branch to anyone whose looking for take away pizza! Save your tears for another day.

Pizza was over cooked and didn’t taste fresh . The crust had some sort of weird taste like herbs . Did Not taste like pizza hut at all .The freshness was not there or that cheese flavor .

Really upset. I ordered two pizzas and they forgot to put one topping on both pizzas. When we collected they did not inform us. They refused to compensate me. I tried them again . This time the service was better.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of the delivery guy from MK oldbrook Nick! He is a credit to your company and deserves abit of recognition because he is such a pleasure! Always chatty, great customer service and magic with kids! I Have ordered many times over the past 8ish years and have never had an issue. The food is always hot and fresh !

It was a collection so all was good. I had to wait a little longer than expected, but they were busy.

Very late delivery almost 2 hours after order was placed. Tracking of the driver went off about 30 minutes before food was eventually delivered, but the message on the tracking screen said the driver was 3 minutes away. Food extremely cold once delivered and bottom of the pizza box was wet as all the grease had soaked through. Once reheated the pizza tasted ok but will not be buying from here again.

Wrang up for a order complete disaster gave me time scale of 30mins 50 later no show . And no call back . Thats lunch time buggered. Back to work with nothing to eat. Pitiful. And for a bit of dough with little toppings at an outrageous price. Please do me a favour. close down. Do every one that favour.

LATE LATE Very consistent in delivery times. Always send email saying pizza will be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes; and very consistently always take more than 60 minutes in delivering. Experienced it 3 times now, thinking of moving to Dominos now. No Vouchers or offers recieved mentioned in their Speed Guarantee.

Said they tried delivering my order. Even though I was downstairs the whole time. Wouldn't have minded but there was no apology and phone was put down on me. Delivery driver was nice though.

Ordered cookie dough... received a burnt cookie. Black on top. Very disappointed, as surely these are premade and only have to be heated for the correct amount of time?

I ordered at 4pm and they arrived at 5.30pm...bad service and bad pizzas ..never order from this place.... You will get pizza that has a lot of oil on it and it doesn't taste like pizza Hut.

This store is terrible. The guys who answer the phone (if they answer the phone) are so rude. They cut you off, are abrupt and sound like they don't want the custom. I made a complaint ages ago and just got offered money back. Clearly not what I was after. Happy to pay full price if the service is there. Never again. Back to using expensive Domino's.

I got all excited seeing on the news that pizza hut now does vegan cheese. I went in and said what vegan pizzas do you do he looked at me and said this is not a restraunt this takeaway. So I repeated myself again he looked at me as if I was below him and said we don't do it. I am disgusted and I will be ringing head office about this tomorrow

Worst service ever! Order came 45 mins late, cold. The guys who delivered was rude. Called in to the store, staff dont want to talk about issues with food/delivery, they hung up on me twice. Finally spoke to someone who said they cant refund the money although the food was not as ordered! Very very BAD service. Will not be ordering from PH again!

Where do I start on the awful experience at pizza hut today, a salad bar with no sauces, had to enjoy a piful dry salad. When i placed my order we waited for quite a while only to be told my first selection was out of stock (the manager came over to offer a pitiful substitute and then advised the pasta has been off the menu for 2 weeks) which i wad not told when i ordered. When the food arrived on the table after having to wait even longer due to the cock up, the waitress simply put it on the table and walked off it was only after starting the first slice i realised i was given another member my tables pizza and finally when my pizza did arrive it was a stuffed crust and not deep pan as previously ordered so it seems they cant get even my second choice right... The only thing that went right as that we were given large pizzas instead of individuals (only because they had run out, on a bank holiday weekend) and the pizza tasted ok... Not really worth the hassle of coming again...when all you are offered is a free desert for the piss poor service....

Crap, didn't even order! Stood at counter, after waiting to long we left. went back to my fravout place! across the road (dominos) don't waste your time even thinking about trying Pizza Hut! Looks Dirty, Ununiformed and 0% customer service - staff.

Absolutely shocking service. They missed some of our order and one item was not edible. Called and was told it would be sorted. Waited 40 minutes and no replacement arrived. Looks like our business will be taken elsewhere

Ordered online for new treat box to be delivered for 7pm. Arrived yesterday at 7pm on the dot. Delivery man was polite and food was still hot. Great little deal pizza Hut are now doing.

Dont know whats happened to this place been waiting over an hour and food still hasnt arrived, been trying to call with no answer.. Update, i went down to the takeaway to see what was going on they had 1 member of staff in the takeaway cooking all the orders and 1 member of staff doing the deliverys, as other members of staff had not turned up for work. I was told my order was sent out a "while" before with 4/5 other deliverys i drove back home and the pizza man was just coming up my drive way, he could not be anymore apologetic. The food was cold Head office will be contacted as that is not how to run a business i would of thought health and safety issues would come in to play with 1 person running the whole takeaway

Waited an hr and a half for food so drove to the shop as they were not picking up the phone. Called then when we were there and they turned the ringer off ! Food arrived after they had told us it had been sent out 15 mins prior, cold and not very nice.

I waited over 2-3 hours for my food to arrive and I called the place multiple times for no one to answer.
