Every time you place an order there is food missing, delivery take forever, the food is average at best

For a small fast food takeaway it’s has a decent selection of food from fish’n’chips to pizza and kebabs!

Been delivered a cheesy garlic bread covered in mould. They refused to accept its mouldy. Disguisting🤢

Always busy which is a good sign but can affect the speed of service for walk in orders

Why is the service so bad, attitude towards customers saying ‘rude things’ not treating them with kindness, and having to wait 1hr just for my kid meal is just not ok, sort it out! before i get the police involved.

First time customers. Food good value and good easy website for ordering. Downside it takes over 1 hour for delivery and £2 does not justify this service. Either need more drivers or need to get food out quicker to customers.

Ok, so we came to the area in the summer for a conference and wanted a quick bite, and we found this amazing Kebab restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. It was so good we were in the area and had to come back. The price is absolutely a bargain too compared to what we would pay in London.

I ordered 10 pizzas and the owner said next time you order you can have one free, I called to order and they tried to charge me £24 for 1 pizza, when I said I should have one free they hung up on me, not a problem, as won't order again.

Don't believe them when you order online. Says food ready in 20 mins but it never is. Waiting for an hour so far. No organisation with how they process orders. Need change the online form and not lie about how long food is going to take.

No complaints about the food but the guy answering the phone is very rude! Waited an hour and a half for food and when we called to ask where it was he says 10mins and hung up. When I called back he got angry and said he’s doing me a favour delivering it! Well my friend you just lost yourself a regular customer!

It's the worsed kebab I've ever eat! It's should be served with salads but in my kebab there was only meat and sause. Nothing else. Its my first and last order.

Absolutely fantastic! I've been using this place for probably about 8-9 months on and off & every single time it is always 10/10. Think I've only had one problem but it was so minor that I don't even remember. Ignore all the bad reviews, most of these are about delivery. I always collect & it's always been ace. You can collect a 15" pizza with 5 toppings of your choice all for £10 🤯 (No I don't work for these guys) These guys are sooooo busy everyday that they are bound to have some delays on deliveries. Be nice ❤️

Made an order for £16 gave the delivery guy a £20 note and even though he had change. He just assumed he was getting a £4 tip which he didn't get. Food wasn't great either. The only tip I would give is get some manners.

Always my place to order a takeaway, good prices and good portions, not had a single thing from them that I have not liked.

I can see a lot of bad reviews, but most posibly from people who didn't like how the onions been sliced, simply said, melting snowflakes 😄 food is always great and i have never had any issues, same as most of other normal people who enjoyed they food. Ordered a few times now, and it is my delivery order place that i can trust will not disappoint me. Generous portions for a very reasonable price and delivery are always on time, and food is nice and hot. Totaly recommend!!

first time ordering, (would give 3 and a half but can't give half stars), very good value for money, lots of meat in the Takeaway4U special meal, although I must take away stars as the chips where underwhelming, the burger was soggy and sloppy with grease and I got pitas instead of wraps. However tasted good and would order again (just the takeaway4u special though as that was more than enough).

Good food. Reasonable priced reasonable speed of delivery, Turkish wrap on the kebabs is darn site better than a pitta. My usual place to order.

Just ordered on the app and the food was absolutely lovely and not crazy money. Still hot even though it came all the way to North Crawley. Lamb shish kebab was 10/10 thank you!

It’s usually a good takeaway but there savaloy was disgusting it was cold and wasn’t cooked properly. The chips wernt even cooked earthier. I would not recommend this takeaway it’s customer service is brilliant but ever since they have got new workers it’s rapidly going down hill!!

I’m not that impressed the food was amazing and it always is but when I was on the phone with them I got told that they don’t do hamburger but they do beef burgers and I obviously I got really confused and I was like well beefburgers are the same as hamburgers and he kept on telling me I need an adult on the phone because I didn’t know that they didn’t do you hamburgers which are the same as beefburgers and the man was quite rude so three stars for me .

Kebab meat always of late dry and hard .when will I stop buying from here .

Terrible customer service. ordered on just eat to be told we are to far out and we have not spend enough. We spend £17 and was prepared to pay delivery cost as well, only 4 miles away Never use them again

Inconsistent delivery service, we order regularly but tonight told we are hard to find, delivery with attitude. Food is fine, but we'll go elsewhere.

Ordered from here after the missus had a decent burger and chips the week before and spoke highly of it. Ordered Lamb Shish wrap and a garlic pizza bread. Lamb was dry and Garlic pizza bread was more grease than actual pizza bread. Other half ordered chips and sausage which she said was good.

Honestly, they have the worst customer service at a chip shop in MK I entered where they had three of them working whilst the fourth at the front seemed to mind their own business rather than asking customers including me what we wanted. Then 2 minutes later one guy comes in and then the staff asks him to give him a second moments before serving him before us so we left. “So thanks for encouraging me to save and not come back there again…”

Order was delivered with care and kebab was great. Chips had a bit of an oily flavour but the large portion was huge so it makes up for it.

They food won’t blow your head, it’s tasty, but nothing special, but in that same time they have amazing prices, and you can get so many different stuff! That’s why 5 stars, when you use your brain and “discoverer” correlation price/quality, then easily you can give them 5 stars! Ps. Try pizza combo: Pick & Mix [tomato base] - Bacon - Olives - Feta Cheese - Onions - Mushrooms And add Dips: Tizziki to your order <3 Amazing Greek style pizza that u never try before [btw – they Tizziki souse is best one I eat that was not home-made! [try even for kebab or wraps!]

Honestly, I despair. Takeaway 4 U serves some of the finest fast food that I have ever tasted in my life. To see such mixed reviews really does leave me perplexed. I am pretty sure my household is reaching close to £1.5k spends here in little under two years - for transparency, I have a minority stake in this expense. They have got this business through their mouthwatering food, excellent consistency and reliable delivery service. Personally, the chicken donner is my go to midnight mouth organ, yet do not discount their pizzas which are a tour de force of calorific joy! The spicy wings make an excellent appetiser, especially with serveral cans of Boddies. All in all, T4U is a tremendous establishment.

Not saying the previous reviews are liars but... I've been a regular customer for ages, I've ordered with them nearly 200 times and been happy every time. The worst thing they've ever done to me is forgotten my pitta bread 😂 Clearly the previous posters have some kind of bad blood, maybe they didn't like the way someone looked at them, maybe they're just being Karen's. Either way me and my boyfriend have never had an issue. Love this place.

I ordered some food from here and it has made me and my daughter ill. Some of the food didnt look right when I opened the box. We ate a little bit of it out of the other box. Nearly all of it I have put in a bag. I have called the restaurant and spoke to someone who WAS the cook and then he WASNT the cook and didnt seem in the slightest bit interested. He said "there was 100 orders went out yesterday and this business has never ever ever had a complaint." He said his manager will be in soon and then his manager has just gone to bed. So I am obviously not going to sort this out with this person and he doesnt know whether he is coming or going. All I can say is DONT WAT FROM THIS RESTAURANT. WHEN IT GOES WRONG THEY ARENT INTERESTED. If I could give zero stars I would.

We have waited an hour and 35mins for our order! When we called to ask where our order is the guy on the phone was soooo rude he said he has been bloody busy with people cueing outside. Very rude 😢

Rude over the phone calling me a lier very disrespectful will go there there again

Personally i wouldn't recommend, we had been a regular customer of take away 4 you until recently, i called to see if they are open due to covid 19 and got a very rude man that put the phone down on me, I stupidly still ordered online as i thought perhaps he was having a bad day, sadly the same guy turned up in his white BMW and was again incredibly rude and pretty much threw out order on the floor. We certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Placed an order for £60 When food was delivered late as well may I add 3 of the meals had human hair in When I called to complain I was hung up on by staff and spoken to with utter disrespect I will never order from here again nor will I ever recommend this poor takeout

So my friend and I ordered pizza and potato wedges, meant to be buy one get one free. The delivery guy gets here and not only doesn't have change on him, knowing it's a cash payment, but also doesn't have the "free" pizza. Called they tried to imply we didn't order properly then hang up. We opened the potato wedges and they were burnt. I mean over half of them were black. They shortly called back to see if we wanted the extra pizza, and after we tried to explain that we weren't happy about the wedges also, they hang up again. Bad business. Never again.

OMG! So tasty! So fresh and hot. I had 4 children's meals super value and an amazing chicken burger, Super tasty!. Super fast delivery with a very happy polite delivery driver. Thank you Takeaway 4 U. Now I have found a great takeaway I shall only use you now.

Cheap food and very high standards

Ordered from just eat gave me a delivery time of 45 minutes ended up waiting an hour and a half for the food to be delivered baring in mind I called twice after it was running late was told it's on its way! Absolute joke never going here again food wasn't even all that either stay away unless you are prepared to wait all night for below average food !

Avoid at all cost go somewhere else food is vile delivery took almost 2 hours

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PLACE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW. AND CAN HONESTLY SAY ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO EAT FROM. LOVE THE PERI PERI WRAP AND HYGIENE IS SPOT ON. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYTONE

I recently ordered food directly with them which took nearly 1 1/2 hours to deliver and quite frankly the meat was old, stale and reeked. Not suitable for consumption for an adult let alone 3 young children. I called numerous times to chase my order to no avail. Horrible experience and definitely shall not be using them again!!!!
