Domino's Pizza in Milton Keynes

Delivery Driver Reversed at some speed into my husband and kids. Youngest being 17 months had to go checked out due to screaming in pain. The moron decided its okay to drive off and tell my husband to sort it with Dominoes. Dominoes said nothing to do with them. Didnt even ask if my family was ok. And to Hit them this hard must had been at some speed. Doubtful his got business insurance and now police involved. Rather worrying considering there is a Nursery with young children coming and going nearby. We had just picked ours up from Nursery

The worst Dominos in mk Pizza comes cold , poor quality, driver gets lost and i have to come downstairs to collect it , so no door delivery. Lazy

Horrible service, put a collection order in and my partner went in to collect the order and no one was giving him the order, just left it under a heat lamp for 15 minutes then proceeded to question him when he picked up the order (under my name)

The home delivery services was very bad.

I tried ordering on multiple Accations but the staff kept declining or fakeing to be closed. This remark on the behavior of the staff will foreshadow my future orders from this location.just let me eat my hot and juicy pepperoni pizz. If u have a bad experience please try stony stratford. Un cook pizza I'm so disappointed

Bad customer service and communication skills over the phone. I would strongly recommend ordering online as I ordered over the phone and it was one of the most cringe and painful conversations I have ever had and felt like I had to repeat every single word and number I gave again and again and even thought the staff member was mocking me towards the end his communication skills were so bad. Then to make it worse called back to confirm the details were correct from the manager and her communication skills we at the same level. But at least the delivery driver was friendly and understood me clearly enough. Overall with the price and the service I won't be going back to dominos and just want to say pizza hut doesn't have these problems.

Today I ordered pizza for lunch. It arrived in time and it was beautifully made. This has to be the best pizza I have had in a very long time. Special mention to Kusum who's the manager there. She's brilliant and nothing seems to be an issue for her. Kusum keep up the good work and yes because of you, I will keep coming. Thanks again for my delicious pizza. You are amazing 👏

I had an exceptional experience at this Domino’s oldbrook, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the manager, Kusoom. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my dining experience. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. Kudos to kusoom for setting such a high standard of customer service. Always great food. Chicken wings are the best 👌 rated 4 stars though as its getting on the pricey side these days. Plus the better deals are for family's of 3-5 rather then meals for 2.

Ordered a half hot and spicy and half ultimate carbonara. The pizza is really bad. Quality of pizza has gone down so much. Never again will I order Domino's again. Also ordered loaded fries. Which was not great as well. Will not recommend this place.

I am leaving this review from Canada. I have never been there once, yet my card has been charged 8 times in 2 days! So strange. It is charged directly to this address, yet when we called to speak to a manager to reverse these charges - the management was unwilling to help. Spoke to a "Mahir" who indicated we need to call Head Office. Asked for that information, and he said "We don't give that information. I am sure you can find it online." So, whomever it was charging my card, I truly hope you enjoyed all that pizza - which I am sure was really someone charging the money, then refunding to take the cash. What is that called again?? Oh!! Fraud!! Have a blessed day!

I called to place an order at this restaurant. A lady who was working around 20:30 on 02/12/23 she was very rude to her customer, Her customer service was poor it lacked friendliness and didn't listen to the customer's consent. She refused to apologise to her customer for being rude. She needs further training in her customer service as she is given a bad rating for this branch.

Ordered food for 14:30, lucky I was in home faster, since my food was at 14.08 – why u even give that option on app if u don’t give a f? First time in my life I have raw inside potato wedges! And a pickles from Cheeseburger have mold. Also it seems that someone wish to avoid doing ANYTHING with sides, since any souse and toppings ending about 2cm from side. Last time I ordered from Oldbrook 5 years ago, I see nothing change :/ pity, without comparison to Newport Pagnell Dominos <3

I ordered a pizza through the app and left a message with the correct address, but the driver delivered it to a different address. After talking to a lady on the phone, we resolved the issue, and I waited for the second pizza. Luckily, I noticed him through the window; otherwise, he would have taken the second pizza to the wrong address.

Would have been 5 stars if they had given me what i requested. I was very clear I wanted a tiny handful of cheese on my pizza due to a dietary requirement but the pizza was full of cheese. This keeps happening with dominos all over. Please be guided by the client.

I will only rate 5 starts for Kusum specifically who was really sweet. She did her best to cater to my needs, whilst I called regarding a complaint I had made for an incorrect pizza - she wasn’t aware of the reasoning behind my call, and handled it as well as she could and was patient, not ignorant. You deserve a pay rise Kusum! x

Came here to get a pizza for a friend who was ill. I walked in to make an order. Said “hello can I make an order please?” The lady at the till asked for my name, so I gave her my name. She walked away and came back saying “Sorry we can’t see any order on the system with that name”. I replied “I haven’t made an order yet, I want to make one”. She looked at me a bit confused but proceeded to take my order. She got the card machine out but I said “I’m paying with cash”. She said they no longer take cash, it’s card only. So I told her to cancel the order and I went elsewhere.

Am a aged and handicap person going to dominos weekely for dominos pizza i really loke the taste and quality last time i meet with one of the service girl kusum she is soo kind she bring my pizza herself from my car parked i appericate her and am glad dominos you guys have a such kinds of staff

The best pizza I have ever had! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The staff is also very friendly specially thanks to a lady who take my order with her great personality and offer me great deal, I think she might be a manager because she had batches on her hats I noticed her name batch and it was ⭐️ Susmita⭐️ Thank to entire staffs for great service

Over 1 hour to deliver more than once even though I live less than a 10 minute drive away. Abhorrent customer service, was promised a refund back in September/October but this has still not been issued after numerous promises from the “customer care team” …showing no care for otherwise loyal domino’s customer. Terrible service and have lost my custom from this terrible branch. Huge disappointment.

We went there night time, the food was great, but one lady from the staff she was quite rude, but I guess she was tired, but you still need to keep up a good customer service. One guy was really professional how he made the dough!

Just giving 2 stars because pizza came not soo late but I surprised when I opened the box pizza got cold in just 2 mints and it was definitely burned like they have put already cooked pizza again in Owen to make it hot and send it quality was very bed and to be honest spoiling name of domino's IT wasn't tasting like domino's pizza not happy at all.

Items missing from order - promised a refund, almost 2 weeks later no refund. I've contacted the "complaints department" who also have not bothered to contact me back!

Ordered at 1.50 . Shown as delivered at 2.20. But it is not delivered it. They are conveniently keeping it with them until they end their shift.

Consistently, when we ask for double decadence (two think slices sandwiching a creamy sauce) they fail to add the sauce. We continue to order because it's delicious (although we've had some questionable pizzas from them) but the whole double decadence thing is getting a bit of a joke.

Ordered a large Tuna Supreme, and a Large Hawaiian. Me and my partner got food poisoning from it. We have never felt so sick in our lives before. Definitely avoid this place.

Quality of service has decline significantly since last year. Use any other branch but this one. Caprinos is an alternative that i use, good food and price. Scheduled an order and the driver waited around the corner outside for 10 minutes at 2.30am. Called the store relentlessly but noone answers. Order is then marked as delivered as he drives past my house. Get a phone call at 4am saying they were busy. Sounded like he was high as a kite. Abyssmal service

Terrible customer service. Absolutely useless. They don’t answer the phones or the door when you are knocking looking right at them. Food took an hour and a half when it said it was delivered after 20 minutes. Would give it less than one star if I could.

Stood at the counter for good few minutes, no one even acknowledged I was there. 6 guys behind the counter and all were just chatting round the back.

Second time ordering and super late delivery with sub par food that has deteriorated after being out of the oven for so long. This branch has gone massively downhill. Totally unreliable.

I ordered from this store at 2:30am for my partner, I put his number down and all details, For the driver to not call me and to then return my food after I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I called the store and the person who picked up was absolutely no help either, he just suggested a refund as the driver took the food back. I had people with me that drove and he didn’t offer a pick up service. This experience was unprofessional in so many ways, was not happy with this.

They would never answer the phone and there is no where on the order form for instructions. Worse pizza ever, if you ask for extra cheese you will barely get any. Floppy uncooked pizza every time.

Fresh toppings is a key ingredient. We ordered takeaway pizza. Now dominos pizza tastes great as they changed the recipe. I really love their thin crust pizza. The garlic Parmesan sauce is the best! Great place If you like to try different flavors and experiment with our pizza toppings. My last order was probably our best yet. Check it out. The food is fresh on point really good. I haven't had that experience at other dominos way back in India, so I just had to write the reveiw and show my appreciation for getting great and friendly professional service and the good being on point definitely puts this dominos on the top of the list. The driver lied that he called my food when he tried to deliver. I had no missed calls and it is more than 1 hour and we are still awaiting our food. Of a driver presses the bell and no one answers, it could be several reasons like noise in the house. However, there’s a reason why phone numbers are let at delivery instructions to avoid this. Still we are here hungry and waiting for our food.

Not good in terms of food allergy hygiene and the quality of food. Would not recommend buying from here.

The quality has been declining lately

It used to be a fair amount of potato wedges but now i could only count how many wedges inside the box. I raised an issue with them twice before but it just go down to an argument. It is a major turn down to this company. Their management need to sort this and their staff attitude out.

Made my Order nearly 3 hours ago, still haven't received it and the store is not picking up the phone and closes in less then half an hour, absolute joke of an establishment.

Nice clean outlet, friendly staff too.
