The best restaurants in Cobham and Downside Elmbridge South East

This tea van in located in a layby in Portsmouth Road Cobham. It is a good stop off point for a hot beverage and snack. Food was fine and met the hygiene regulations.

Located in the High Street this very usual van sells tasty kebabs etc. we stopped here just after 9 o'clock in the evening and a kebab It did the trick for us. Obviously it was fairly basic but was enjoyable

Can't comment on the food, I don't eat in coffee shops, but the staff here are great.

Fabulous people and so talented. We would now go no where else for our tattoos.

We had a take away. It was much better than I expected. I don’t usually eat fish & chips but it was delicious. My mother loved her fish.

The food was ok/good. The service was atrocious! I arrived and was shown to a table but was not given a menu. Eventually I asked for one and was told I needed to order at the bar. My order was taken with no eye contact or interaction. My food was then dumped on my table and the waitress had left before I could ask for cutlery! I had to ask for a knife, fork and for a serviette. There was plenty of staff around and they were not busy. In fact at one stage I observed two members of staff throwing nuts to catch in their months. No inquiry was made about my food. When I left, I passed multiple members of staff who did not speak to me. It was it as if I was completely invisible and I’ve no value to them! There was no hint of service in the experience.

Was served by an african guy at 11.25 pm. The service was very apauling and there was no response to order or any kind of communication. He remained silent through the whole transaction. It would be nice if someone acknowledged you specially if customers are paying your bills

BEWARE - this store is a disgrace to the Dominos brand. Appalling customer service. Pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold on delivery, not edible. Contacted the store to complain and was promised a full refund, which never arrived. Have attempted to follow up with the store multiple times but each time have been put on indefinite hold or told to call back because ‘the manager is not available’, it seems the manager is never available and should be fired before he/she causes further damage to Dominos reputation. AVOID!

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

Very cute and cozy place. Plenty of food choices on their menu. Service was also great and the drinks were tasty. Every time I visit Cobham I go to Coppa as it has always been a great experience.

I don’t normally write reviews but I think the lady behind the counter really needs a speaking to regarding her customer service really letting the business down came today 9th 11:10

Came here on Sunday evening, and ordered a McPlant burger and an additional burger, from an adjacent rival restaurant, within these Services. Service was very rapid and fastidious and McPlant burger was very tasty.

Does anyone ever water the plants Waitrose has for sale - Or is it planned to let them die and throw them away ? What a waste. Again.

I use this service often. I ordered food from El Mexicana because it looked promising. I ordered a burritto and fries. It was pretty expensive for me. But the food was not that good. My stomach was upset. Luckily it was not a long drive for me then. The service was horrible. The staff was not helpful at all. They called out the name and number and left the food on the counter before I approached them. I wouldnt go to El Mexicana again.

This has been mygo to M25 coffee stopsince it opened, but quality of thecoffee has dropped alarmingly of late. Profit trumps quality?
