Ali Kebab Van in Elmbridge

I had one of the nicest cod & chips I’ve ever eaten at lunchtime today and was pleasantly surprised. I will be returning for sure great value and big portions too. Fish was chunky & flakey with nice crispy batter and the chips was fluffy and quite flavoursome. Highly recommend 5*

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

If you want fish and chips or anything associated including fried chicken then this is the place to go locally. You will not want to go to the other competitors once you have tried this one because they cannot compare

Food is okay but this place is incredibly slow. Seem to get online orders out really quick! Saw plenty of them piling up. Shame they can't provide the same service for eat in and takeaway.
