Came here on Sunday evening, and ordered a McPlant burger and an additional burger, from an adjacent rival restaurant, within these Services. Service was very rapid and fastidious and McPlant burger was very tasty.

Stopped on the way home for a burger..... Big queues there. Wonder how many of them are disgusted by the absolute dried up half-size piece of trash they give you..... No way would I ever do a Motorway McDonald's again!!

Ordered on the app and my order was on the screen for about 2 mins then disappeared, I asked and they ignored me, I waited another 20 mins and they were bringing them out from the side so the food was cold, he called a miner that didn’t sound like mine and he was very quiet, what looked like the manager asked what number it was and it was my one, I said I was here and the “manager” was very rude and said he called your number and you were right there, I said if I had heard it I would have said I was there and that he needs to get them to talk louder

Rubbish service, staff not great as no sense of speed, seemed to be badly managed with other people complaining about slow service, and so food arrived cold.

We, I and a friend, went to the McDonald's in Cobham. We both had a McPlant, 4 Veggie Dippers, fries, and a diet Coke (or was it Pepsi?). The McPlant is not nearly as good as the plant-based Whopper; nor can the Veggie Dippers complete with BK's plan-based nuggets. The BK plant-based nuggets taste like real chicken, whilst the Micky D's Veggie Dippers taste like bean burgers cut into smaller pieces.

Easy close open during lockdown and 24/7 can’t fault this place! Unlike other restaurants of the same chain, it seems to retain the feel of being ‘local’ and friendly. Not had any issues with the range of food available on the menu and it’s very convenient

Lovely traditional pub but with the added bonus of fabulous Turkish kebab served in the garden. What a fabulous surprise that this hidden gem was tucked away at the back there.

M25Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

106 Hare LaneI am deeply dissatisfied. I ordered the avocado poached eggs and my mum ordered the haddock sandwich, which both arrived cold. Although we noticed the temperature, after waiting for the food, we were too hungry to complain and assumed it would still be safe to eat and trusted that the staff would not serve something that was not fit for consumption! Regrettably, after eating the sandwich, my mother experienced food poisoning symptoms, which I am confident were a direct result of the cold, possibly unsafe haddock. This experience has left us deeply upset with both the quality of food and the service at The Foley Pub. It is particularly frustrating, given that I have had a prior unpleasant experience with the food here. After this most recent incident, I am left questioning the standards of food safety and hygiene being maintained in the kitchen! This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I feel that as paying customers, our health and satisfaction should have been prioritised. Not impressed.
