Nice place to have a coffee although a little tired looking.

Coffee served in plastic cups and floor was extremely dirty. Tables not cleaned.

I like the quality and standard of coffee. The concept of the cafes makes you feel very comfortable. You can easily find a socket for your computer and a charging point for your phone.

Nice Costa, although the outside space could use a little TLC.

Coffee to a good standard, served professionally. Air conditioning not great, can be hit and miss. Toilets not clean, looked abandoned, fittings loose, no evidence of routine checks. This is the main area where Nero has a big edge over Costa.

Visited for a festive hot chocolate (and toblerone latte in my case) with the family on Christmas eve. Really appreciated being allowed to bring our spaniel in to sit in the back room. Hot drinks delicious and we also tried a white chocolate tiffin slice - pricey but a lovely treat!

Good service & quick has indoor seating! Only bad thing was they mixed up mine and my grandmas coffee. And didn’t add marshmallows when asked for her hot chocolate.

Unfortunate another Costa that just feels a bit grubby

Complete dum-dum on the till screwing up my Fiancé's experience (in regards to paying), and the cake purchased was' dry and unloved'. The Coffee itself WAS good ☕👌

Some attitude from the barista. Asked twice to have the drinks staying in and yet I got takeaway paper cups. When mentioned to the barista (for 3rd time) she rolled eyes with attitude. In the end I had them in the papercup to avoid having the drink spit. Not even a thank you. Worth notice the place was not busy and wasn't any queue behind me. Taste met the Costa standards and place was clean and pleasant.

Delightful staff .The extension out the back of the building makes for a very peaceful visit .Coffee great ,as usual.

Costa coffee has long been a lunchtime regular for us and always had a good level of service and nice welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately due to staff changes and lack of staff and management, Costa in Cobham is now a place to avoid, that's if it is even open when you get there. It closes at 2pm nearly everyday now and you are hustled out of the premises in such a rude way whilst the staff give all remaining sandwiches and cakes to their friends for free. If Costa want to remain in Cobham they need to take action quickly as there are plenty of other places to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich.

Purchased a coffee after not being acknowledged that I was at the counter. No greeting from the girl who took my order just a smug smile.Staff stand there and chat with each while there are tables that need cleaning. I don’t need to come and buy coffee from costa and pay 5 pounds for it when I can go to Starbucks down the road. Customer service is a must. I do not like being treated like I’ve inconvenienced someone, especially when it is their job to attend to customers.

Goid place to get a bite to eat too

On entering the shop you receive a warm welcome. A smile goes a long way. Clean,tidy Very relaxed. Good variety. Good to see the tables clean. Both ladies very chatty but working at the same time. When not quite sure what to have,It was suggested a soup and toast. Perfect!Will definately have lunch here again.

Visited with a business colleague on Friday morning. What began as a rather strange visit progressively got worse!When ordering our drinks the server muttered something which neither of us could understand. We asked the person (lady) to repeat what she had said but we still couldn’t properly understand.At the third time of asking it became apparent that she was trying to sell us additional items. We said that we didn’t want any of these and were eventually given our “standard drinks”.I have a Costa Card and handed this to the assistant to have my points put on.Having finished our drinks we left the premises, going to see another company involved in the project we are working on.I then received an email from Costa, acknowledging that I had been in the store earlier and stating that if I visited again later in the day I would get a bonus 100 points on my Costa card.Having a personal reason to go to Cobham in the afternoon, I then went back to Costa, thinking that I would get my bonus points.I ordered my coffee and when I gave my card to the lady she only put the normal points onto it.I asked about the bonus points and she said she knew nothing about this. I showed her the email on my phone and she walked away with this, coming back with somebody (female) who said she was the manager.Yet again another conversation took place where it was difficult to understand what this person was saying.I said “Never mind, I will take it up with your head office”. I looked up a contact telephone number for Costa UK and found that this carried a charge of £6 plus any costs you may incur from your provider.I gave up on this approach and instead wrote a comment on Twitter, following which I have received a number of what can only be described as “sarcastic” responses, including a “like” of one of these from another person who works for Costa.The last one of these “sarcastic” messages asked me if I had read the t&c’s, trying to suggest that maybe this store wasn’t one which participated. It most definitely is.So now, after all of this rubbish, and unsatisfactory responses, I have decided to see what I get back as a result of these comments

Don't have to reinvent the wheel, just do what other coffee shops does, they are much the same! Some people might prefer the coffee taste from Starbucks or Nero. For me, they really are just much the same as one another? Coffee shops are just modern day's opium dens licenced to sell drugs!

2.55£ for a small latte? Are you serious? Its just water there and your expenses are less than 10p to make it. Totally overpriced.

Nice little Costa with a big rear seating area and even a little garden. Nice to see and efficient lady manager who is clearly in charge and checking los etc on a regular basis.

Not all Costas are same - apparently. I dropped by there on a weekend morning to have coffee and dairy-free porridge. Not only they have nothing to eat for those of us who are lactose/dairy-intolerant I had to run across to Sainsbury's to have something to eat with my coffee. No matter how friendly they are the lovely staff are bound by what the management is offering. Sadly I won't be going there again. I'd rather nip across to Starbucks or Carluccio's next time.

We all have different coffee tastes but I think Costa has the smoothest taste so I guess I'll give it my vote. This branch is always a good stop, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere and two loos!

It's a busy and cheery coffee shop with good options. The atrium is a nice addition to the coffee shop.

Love Costa but this one is filthy every time we go. Young staff who prefer to gather and chat than keep it clean and tidy or be proactive. Really puts me off eating and drinking in a dirty environment and this is quite shameful. MANAGEMENT ALERT!

The foreign lady who served me and my fiancee had a face like a wet weekend,she was abrupt and certainly made use feel like a inconvenience for asking for a take away coffee half an hour before closing. despite the shop being clean and ready to close we all so don't believe that chatting in there native tongue is what your company stand by as one of there friends loitered around and talked to the other male member of staff.

I had to wait for the male staff member to finish his more important thing he had to do before even being acknowledged. He then final move from sitting on the end counter with a huff and asked what I wanted. Then when I got my drink it wasn't done correctly so I had to tell him what it should look like! Honestly if you don't want customers keep going, very poor service

Quite a small but very busy Costa so always a queue however staff are efficient and queue moves along quickly. Tables etc are always cleared and wiped down quickly too.

Cobham is the town - and Costa is the Coffee shop to go

Have given 1 star as not possible to give none. Walked in at 6.30pm (they close at 7) Got shouted at by a member of staff angrily that they where closed. Pointed out to them the sign on the door which says they close at 7. They ignored me. They still had the board out the front. Simply awful. AVOID DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THERES A CARLUCCIOS AND A STARBUCKS 2 MINS WALK

Normally this place is fine. But why they don't upload information like closing before time on their website. Today they closed before closing time. We walked 30 minute only to find they are closed early. 😞

Very poor service. Got the order wrong and didn't bring any food to the table

Tables full of dirty cups and plates. Whole plate filthy. Caked forgotten 3 times despite no other customers being there. Disappointed.

Al ways happy helpful & kind staff. Al ways chatty. Nice food cakes & hot coffee. Always help us bring food to the table. Brilliant.

Consistent as ever, but staff not as friendly as other branches.

The people who work there are very nice, also helpful. very hard working, especially when its busy, you do not have to wait too long (around a couple of minutes), It can get busy at half term with the kids etc, or when people are on their way to work.
