Nando's in Elmbridge

We stopped here on our way home from the airport and was very pleasantly surprised to see a Nando's here. Our meal was lovely and the service was very good and speedy. Coleslaw was bangin' as was the chicken butterfly. Would definitely stop here again!

Our absolute favourite Nandos restaurant. We were greeted by Judy at the front door who was very smiley and polite and quick to get us seated Really lovely meal, in fact we always have a fantastic meal there, so lovely that the managers Rob and Daniel took the time to check on the meal and that we were enjoying our Nandos experience, which we were. Cobham is always put preferred Nandos restaurant, we've tried Epsom, New Malden and Kingston and this is by far the best. Brilliant as usual Well done Cobham team and thank you for another great meal.

Awful experience today, waited an hour for food that was sitting up waiting for someone to bring it, lady who was preparing the food was eating it while preparing then when the food arrived stone cold was absolutely appalling. My daughter finished hers and then under the chicken was a black hair. Such a shame as we have been here so many times just really disappointed.

We have visited just an hour before but it was very disappointed because all the boys were talking together and dinnt care about us and the boy in reception was rude, they served cold Gaelic bread and uncooked rice and binie rap was raw.... All the boys were busy in gaship and manager can check cctv, time was 5.30 to 6 pm. We use to go nandos but this is first time i have experienced this... Worst experience

We went to Nando’s tonight as an end of half term treat,my 2nd cheeky Nando’s fix of the holiday.It’s great that you can order you’re food on the app.The restaurant was unusually quiet for this location so the service was really speedy and quick.Also staff were very polite and helpful too.Great decor and lovely atmosphere.The food was fantastic too,my lemon and herb 1/4 chicken was so delicious,generous portion and piping hot.Also my chips were not the usual Nando’s standard however they were exceptional.They were so crispy,soft and delicious.Kind of like the Hard Rock Cafe fries.So glad I ordered double,would love to thank the chefs involved for making such delicious fries!Would recommend you come here(or get a takeaway or delivery)for the fries alone.Also spotted they have a brand new bbq sauce,don’t think that was an option for when I last went to Nando’s on Tuesday in Swiss Cottage.The 3 chicken wings with bbq sauce were absolutely delicious,I’m glad they could do the bbq sauce gluten free.Would order them again.The halloumi was also delicious as well,lovely sweet chilli dip.Also drinks dispenser was lovely too,got 5 glasses of rather icy water from there,however the coke original taste machine was low on syrup.Would recommend this Nando’s and it’s in a great location being a service station

Visited on 25th Oct. Was told a possible 30 minute wait for food although it arrived long before that. Peri chips were the BEST chips tasted at Nando’s in a long time, crispy and just like a perfect roast potato. Service was great and staff were attentive. Thank you

Our original intention was to go to Pizza Express however they only do take away after 9pm and we wanted to sit down and eat. So we strolled around to Nando’s which we have used a couple of times in Maidstone. We were enthusiastically welcomed in and shown to a table. After waiting a while one of the staff kindly told us that we needed to order from the front desk! Ordering was accomplished quickly and after short while our orders arrived. We both had the quarter chicken with variety of sides between us to share. The corn on the cob, seasoned peas, seasoned grains and mashed potato were all excellent, particularly the peas. To be honest a most enjoyable meal. Even though the staff were beginning to get ready to close we didn’t feel at all rushed in fact they couldn’t have been more helpful, fetching paper napkins and cutlery. The atmosphere in there was great. Well done Nando’s!

Not a good experience. Seems like the staff do very little here as they stayed chatting at the servery. Finally went to them to order to be told not hot drinks served anymore! The place looked tatty and not very clean. We were also told to just help ourselves to cutlery and sauces. I wondered why the four staff are there.

Super dinner as always. Managed to use my rewards and received free chicken burger with 2 sides. We had great booths and decor was amazing. Atmosphere good . Food tasty and free parking at the services.

Very disappointed staff just don't seem interested, my sons chicken was dry , complained but had to pay for new piece . We never got asked if our meal was okay. Didn't clear plates when they brought the fresh chicken, garlic bread was stale . All in all not good.

Lazy staff who refuse to do anything other than grunt or do absolute minimum. When ordering online your bottomless glass doesn’t arrive until after the food. Chips were cold, portion was small and who place was filthy.

After being told the wait for food would be 10 minutes we decided to eat in. We waited around 40 minutes after ordering and asked a waiter how much longer it would be. The manager came over to tell us they had lost our order and he would remake it. We were sat close to the kitchen and could see that a meal which was the same as ours was on the side and had been for half an hour. The manager then told us it was ours and attempted to give us this, this would not be good in any restaurant but given it obviously being chicken was very poor. We said we would like it remade and asked for a refund which he told us we could only get one meal refunded and it could only be cash (we paid card) and proceeded to give us the very cheap meal refunded. Very disappointed in the manager however all other staff seemed lovely despite clearly being rushed off their feet. Yours sincerely, A disappointed Karen

We regularly stop at this Nando's when travelling on the M25 and the service and food is always 5* Bruno the manager is always so friendly and helpful, without fail he greets us with a smile and provides excellent service

We had an evening meal here whilst staying at hotel attached to the services, Staff were excellent, food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble, would recommend.

Clean and well laid out. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. It's rare to find chicken livers on a menu nowadays, and they were delicious, as was my partner's burger. It may only be a motorway services eatery, but we will certainly return. Many thanks for a great lunch.

I would like o thank the Nando employee who asked of I needed help yesterday She carried my meal and shopping to where we were aprked in the Caravan parking area

Typical Nando’s layout design and menu but the food was the best I’ve ever eaten in a Nando’s. nice and Crispy and smokey spicy flavour. But again the standard Nando’s problems. Sticky tables dirty floors and uninterested staff.

As someone who travels a lot with work, I often eat solo at a lot of restaurants. Being a male by myself I often try to be overly courteous and polite to waiting staff.I have to be honest and say at this restaurant, they have some of the most disinterested staff I have ever met. They weren’t ‘rude’ per-say, they all just looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. One young lady couldn’t even be bothered to look at me when asking ‘if my food was okay’ in the trademark ‘I have to do this and take your chicken-stick thing from your table’ Nando’s move.I have to say it left me feeling somewhat awkward trying to eat whilst overlooked by three staff members leaning on the tills in apparent boredom.As someone with dietary requirements, Nando’s is somewhere I can safely and regularly eat at and on this occasion, it didn’t live up to my usual experience.Disappointing...

Visited here on a return trip from Oxford. Never tried Nando’s before so we were looking forward to it. Sadly it was not a good experience. Shown to seat and not told we were supposed to order at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting. Our order was messed up. Staff took our order and payment, then told our drink order was not available. The calamity did not stop there we had also ordered broccoli, seated near the kitchen we then overheard the waitress delivering our order to the kitchen being told that there was none left. The waitress did not come to find us. We had to take the initiative and ask another waitress to clarify and ask for a different side. Our other side order of chips then arrived as rice. Clearly stock management an issue. Staff appeared to be inept and non-plussed, exceptionally poor service won’t be calling again.

Love Nandos. You know what to expect, though some of their outlets are better than others, but this one is what I like. The place has a good chilled out vibe to it and a great atmosphere.

So, maybe you're desperate and stopped at M25 Cobham and ended up in Nandos even though that would not normally be your favourite place to go.Motorway services don't usually create the best atmosphere and this restaurant is more relaxed than the main food court area, in fact also one of the better Nando restaurants as it is new and light-and-airy inside. Overall it is what you will mostly expect and fairly average. Chips were piping hot, chicken burger less so.

I love Nando’s Supergreen Burger, it is fantastic. I was so surprised and happy to see a Nando’s at the services, I didn’t want to eat greasy road fast food. The service was excellent, food is always good and a nice stop on our trip.

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, and shown to a table straight away.

Visit this Nando very regularly..... only writing this hoping the management will read it!!!!

Was not expecting to have a Nandos at the Cobham service station on the M25. The service of the food was really quick, no longer than 15 mins for the two of us. Definitely would return if visiting Cobham service station again

Just like any other Nando's ... you know exactly what you are getting !!

Cobham Services are pretty good for food but this was a surprise to find Nando’s and to find them serving breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, food and ambience typical Nando’s. Breakfasts aren’t cheap but I enjoyed my eggs on toast and my wife enjoyed a ‘sausage’ sandwich although it was a bit weird being asked how spicy Qi wanted my breakfast! If you like Nando’s I would expect you would like this. Not sure how long service would be when busy as there were only a few tables when we went.

Food quality: superb. Really enjoyed the food and it was served in an excellent time. The staff...I’ve seen more cheer in a graveyard. If they were more personable, the experience would be brilliant.

Recently opened Nandos at cobham services. Absolutely massive and lovely new restaurant. Friendly staff, extremely quick service, same old delicious taste.

Stopped for lunch on the way back from holidays in Europe. My youngest didn’t fancy spicy food but thanks to the waitress at front of house who explained that there are Plain / Mild choices, plus if he didn’t like the food, he could bring in food bought outside of Nando’s, we went in and got a nice table. Food was excellent - fresh, tasty chicken thighs, very hot temperature-wise. Youngest had a kids menu for £5.95 incl chicken burger and bottomless frozen yogurt. Tasty! The restaurant itself is wonderfully isolated from the noisy and frantic main area of the service station - found it relaxing and restorative. Tried the Extra Hot sauce in the black bottle - hot but not that hot IMO; not patch on a good Vindaloo

After a long drive to Gatwick and on my way back home I decided to stop at Cobham Services on M25 for breakfast. As I have been a big fan of Nando’s since they originally opened and saw they were serving breakfast I went in. A really nice breakfast menu offering. I went for the big breakfast with poached eggs. The food came quickly and smelt and looked delicious. The ingredients were of high quality and cooked perfectly including the poached eggs. Loved it and will look out for it again.

Have to say this Nando’s was brilliant better then my local. I was greeted warmly and the service I received was great. Food came out quickly and cooked perfectly. The waitress checked in with several times to see if there was anything else she could help. Great experience

The food is fine and I was served promptly, but the front of house staff and those behind the till seemed irked that I was impinging on their conversations with each other. Surprised as usually the staff in Nando’s are great. I appreciate it is very hot and busy at the services, but when I left, I smiled and thanked the front of house server who looked blankly at me and then went back to chatting with her male colleague. Not impressed at this needless rudeness.

Stopped off here after a night shift as I wanted a quick convenient cooked breakfast.

Stopped off for breakfast. We received a very warm welcome by a young lady. Food was excellent and will certainly be stopping off here when we next pass.

Loved Nando’s anyway. However went it at breakfast hours and they were also doing the normal menu. Staff were friendly, food served rapidly. All in all awesome.

It's nice to have a healthy option when travelling a lot up and down the motorway.

My wife and I attended the Nandos at Cobham services.

Really poor experience at this Nando’s. The staff were more interested in talking to their friends who were eating in the restaurant and they were generally rude. The staff even allowed a family to eat a McDonald’s in the restaurant and provided plates and cutlery. Steer clear!

So the food was pretty basic but was like all nandos food however the service had my group and I laughing. It was close to embarrassing. Our cashier, Liam, was most likely high as he could barely cooperate and was extremely slow, made us chuckle however when it came to our waitress, she was beyond a joke. She got one of orders wrong and was sure she hadn’t until she was shown the receipt and she forgot certain things we had asked her for and when she proceeded to get our peri mayo, she brought us the wrong thing. They’re are definitely better placed in Cobham services to visit.

D coded to try the new Nando’s near work on a trip back home. Staff very friendly and well laid out place. One of the best Nando’s I’ve been in I would have to say.

Really nice to see this addition to the services food outlets - sometimes you just want better food on a long journey's stop than cold burger & fries from a greasy fast food place.

Staff were excellent- had Nando’s breakfast. Cooked to perfection! Seems it’s brand new & definitely be using this again soon!

Impressed. Music a bit too loud in some areas but overall, a standard and pleasant Nandos experience.
