Good mix of franchises under one roof, communal eating area as well as some restaurant specific seating. Most franchises well known brands, pizza express, Leon, mcdonalds, pret, m&s. Random- Feels like there's something for everyone. Can be some queuing thou

Very large parking lot for 3 hours for free

Been many times, friendly staff, clean facilities.

Dirty and overcrowded and only stop here if you are desperate for the loo.

Atmosphere was amazing, lots of lorry drivers hooking up and I don't mean their trailers

I had a few problems with my meal, some missing items. Daniel served us and he did a great job and remedying the problem.

Great Nandos. Only issue is that it can get very very busy ans there can sometimes be a significant wait for a table especially if in a group setting.

Service ok, but the food totally below par, worst nandos branch in Surrey. We ordered 4 different main courses, every one of them were over cooked and dry. Pre cooked and reheated chicken. Worst mac cheese I ever eat, it was dry, no sauce, can't taste any cheese and just a sprinkle of peri peri only on top. Doesn't worth the money and time at all.

Service in English...which means real service in French. Great for entry and exit along the M25.

It Is a perfect area to stop along motorway trip, large food choosing, no problem to seat and eat.

Probably due to my ITALIAN culinary culture I'm asking too much... but here we're not really there dry grilled chicken probably reheated in the microwave terrible service this chicken arrives and the fork knife and napkin are missing to order go to the cashier and pay in advance

Reliable and so quick. 6pm on a Wednesday evening and the staff were great and food super quick!

Friendly people but quite chilly

The best Nandos I've had in over a decade! I stopped going to Nandos as the price went up, the quality, service and potion size went down, drastically. We were going to eat here as it was the only place to get half decent food, but what a lovely surprise! Well cooked, juicy chicken, the Whole Chicken back on the menu as a single item. Good service. I hope this is a return to what used to be a great place to get a decent high protein meal.

I can only comment on cobham Services as i did not go in nando's . It's a busy place inside and outside, but it is the disabled parking and children parking being misused that leads to the problem of having to drive around again with poor road directions. Come on, cobham services, start monitoring the priority bays .

Warning! We came in and ordered through the app, with payment taken from our account and an order confirmation received. After 15 minutes of waiting with no food, we asked the staff about our order. They told us they hadn’t received it. When we showed them the confirmation and explained that the payment had already been processed, they shrugged it off, claiming it was a system issue and that, if we wanted to eat, we would have to pay again. They assured us that the initial payment would be refunded in 24-48 hours, though we had to use a different card to pay again. Angry but hoping for the best, we trusted their word. However, five days later, the money still has not been refunded. Upon contacting Nando’s head office, they said they hadn’t received the payment and would not issue a refund—even though the money is missing from our account. Appalling customer service! Avoid the place at all costs; if you must visit, pay at the counter to avoid getting ripped off. I will get that money back no matter what as that’s simply theft and a breach of consumer regulation, but the amount of time I have to waste on this issue caused by Nando’s Cobham is absolutely horrifying.

It was OK. The chicken wasn't OK, though. It was cooked but didn't seem grilled. The 1/4 chicken, the wings, everything that was meant to be from the grill seemed to be just cooked, and 1/4 chicken was still so juicy..like running clear watery juice on the plate. I don't think this would happen if it was grilled longer than 10 seconds. Everything else was OK for a motorway stop. And the toilets are only in the main services.

From a taste perspective, this Nando’s is excellent. Much better than other Nando’s that I’ve been to lately.

Great service, food is good, staff are really friendly and helpful, and the manager is a lovely bloke who goes out of his way to fix any issues that come up and just make it a nice place to go.

Friendly staff serving the usual, freshly made, good-standard Starbucks coffee. This outlet has its own seating areas on two levels; the upper one being away from the hurly-burly of the rest of the service area,.

Nice place, unfortunately the some of the staff could do with being a little friendlier. They don't seem to be interested in customer service and satisfaction.

Motorway service station with a large parking lot and an exceptional range of food. Very large restaurant hall with all providers and some healthy food. We had a delicious salad.

Our favourite Nandos around!!! Staff are always so polite, some stand out staff members Amelia, Freddie, Georgia, Bella, Rob, Steve and Daniel. We've been coming here for years and they recognise us and take the time to talk to us and see how we are. Brilliant service and always great food, who doesn't like a cheeky Nandos

Nice place to relax after a long drive

Terrible service. Staff standing around chewing, drinking and sharing videos on mobile phones. Manager and other staff leaning against the counter, not being attentive to customers. Plates not cleared for ages after finishing eating (despite walking past several times).

Service station ruined the quietness but overall not the worst nandos ive been tp.

A great stopover for travellers...food is not bad. Convenience available.

All very good. Organization, staff and fresh and appetizing foods. Pay a visit and taste the delicious roasts and others!...

Nandos has let itself go in the last few years, and it shows. Cutlery isn't clean, drinks machine needs it's lines changed and the fact you need to go to the main services toilets because Nandos itself doesn't have one for its customers is a serious cross contamination risk.

The food was good a little cold and stingy on the sauce in our wrap!! But the staff were lovely

Every time I use this Starbucks the drink is the WORST When I’m paying premium prices £6 :£7 for a coffee I expect the same standards or more It’s always bad!!! Makes me angry

Discriminatory staff. Literally declined to serve some and not others even though they were taking orders for some of the customers. Best to post the criteria on the door one has to meet to get service at this branch. A clear policy should be made known to avoid misunderstanding. Good chicken if you can get it.

When things go wrong the response is poor!

Rudest staff ever. Restaurant half empty yet we are told it's a 45 minute wait to be seated. This has happened twice.

Awful coffee. Dire. Better to try one of the other outlets at Cobham Services e.g. Leon, Greggs or McDonalds. Ginger biscuits nice though

Very middling nandos. Not bad but also not great

I've been to a few Nandos and this is one of the best. A whole chicken was shared between two adults, with four sides, and this almost defeated us in terms of quantity as well as quality. It was a great meal of succulent chicken, with sides on a par with the main dish - they were absolutely smashing - rainbow slaw, grains with green beans & butternut squash and tender stem broccoli. Absolutely yummy, thank you - and in a motorway service station food hall too, which doesn't necessarily scream "quality". (A huge takeaway order had been received and I couldn't help but ask to take a photo of the 24 half chicken order being prepared). Thanks to the Boss and kitchen staff for obliging me.

It’s a Nando’s in a service station what more can u want

Fairly quiet Wednesday evening visit on way through. Usually go to Leon or McDonalds when stopped, but on our way for holiday so thought we would ‘treat’ ourselves to Nando’s. Frankly, it was the most mediocre dining experience we have ever had. Plenty of staff but they spent the majority of their time chatting to each other in unapproachable gangs. We were ‘greeted’ with a grunt and it felt like we were nothing but a burden to the staff. Food was fine but overpriced. In summary, I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend.

- Great customer service - Good response when needed - They had the best spicy rice I’ve had from Nando’s in the UK. I usually wouldn’t order spicy rice but today I just tried and it is my lucky day. Thank you guys. The manager was awesome and very responsive. Can’t fault a thing.

We come here semi regularly but had new people we hadn't seen before. A blonde lady names Georgia, and the manager in a shirt and the man in glasses delivering out orders. Lovely staff, so happy and smiley and accommodating. No one waiting, everyone happy and everything running efficiently. Would really reccomend to come and eat here

Right so I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review on Nando’s. But I honestly can’t get over how nice these chips were. Best chips I’ve ever had I reckon. Better than some chip shops. The chicken was spot on. Halloumi fries also perfect. I didn’t have to wait long for my food as well. The staff were kind and friendly as well. Probably the best Nando’s in the country by a long way.

Ordered medium quarter chicken, was put through as medium on till by server. Received hot quarter chicken instead, they replaced with medium chicken after 5-10 mins by that time my sides are already cold and didn’t enjoy the food as much.

The food was tasty and Juicy better than KFC

Avoid if you can, the staff are rude, especially the manager Steve. I went here with my 2 young nieces, I went up and ordered, and I ordered 2 kids meals, my main meal, some olives, other sides etc, the young lad took payment printed out the receipt for the olives, and told me he would bring them over and left the receipt for them on the side next to them as they were empty. When I went up to ask where they was the manager had said he checked receipt and they wasn’t on there? I was like well I ordered them and payed for them coz I see the seperate receipt for them come out, ans the response I got was oh well they’re not on there, so I was wrong? I know I wasn’t wrong as I know 100% what I ordered as this is what I order along with my main and sides every time I eat at nandos, which I have for the last 10 years. The staff are completely rude and need some training In 1 how to deal with customers 2 how to deal with missing orders not just a shrug and told that it’s tough basically! When we come back to stay at the hotel again, for when we go thorpe park again, I will NOT be using this nandos I would much rather eat a sandwich from WHS Smith than deal with the appalling service there! Can’t fault the food tho as it is always nice!

Visited on the bank holiday as a little stop on our journey, a little busy but as to be expected, atmosphere was really nice. Very friendly girl who served us, pretty sure it started with a C ( black hair blue eyes). The food was lovely and we enjoyed it all!

Awful experience today at around 3pm. I waited in line to be served for over 15 mins. The staff (a blonde girl) looked a few times but didn't offer to assign me a table. Then a white couple showed up and within 1 minute the same girl from the counter rushed to them, passing me and offered a table. I was left there scratching my head as to why? During my wait, she also served another white guy from chosen noodles, next door. Racism is pretty much alive and well, at least at this Nandos branch!

The service was excellent, I was served by a woman called Coralie. She was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful- definitely made the dining experience easy and enjoyable. We will be back.

Really convenient Starbucks on the M25. It was really busy when we visited but the order was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the the friendly staff. Only complaint was that they didn't make the drinks in order. Our drinks all were served separately, in between those ordered after ours.

A great Nandos. Food and Atmosphere were good.

A little noisy but my mum bought me some absolutely bussin food so there are no complaints here nuh uh.

Mediocre Nando’s. Something wasn’t hitting right when I went recently. The chickens skin wasn’t crispy and very rubbery. Chips looked anaemic and the customer service wasn’t anything special. Didn’t feel like a normal Nando’s. I guess service station will do that to a place. I wouldn’t choose to eat here again. Try the curry bar instead.
