Starbucks Coffee in Elmbridge

Great service, same high quality drinks as most Starbucks and services style prices as usual, main downside was the length of the queue. But for how popular coffee is when you're travelling it's no surprise

Pumpkin Spice Latte was delicious, and I never usually order flavoured drinks, but I tried it and was glad I did!

Ordered few cold brews and had lots of ice. The lady staff was so rude and didn't prepare the drink well. The brews didn't mix well and said most of the machines is out of service; like the blender and the frothing machine. The place was very messy as well. Overall experience was a let down. Doesn't recommend this place.

Would rate 0 if I could, staff member was very rude when asking if an item was in stock & proceeded by saying “do you really want to spend your money on that?” & name began with E. Won’t be going to this Starbucks again.

I was very annoyed with the service I got, I bought a reusable cup and asked for a coffee to be put in it but I didn't receive my reusable cup, instead just a standard disposable cup. I only stopped here once and probably never will again. Absolutely disgusted, daylight robbery.

absolutely shocking. took 25 minutes for an iced latte , “heated” my croissant which then came out chargrilled. I love starbucks but would never return to this monstrosity again.

Waited 10-15 in the queue and then when my turn came they said we don’t have ice and milk ATM, seriously. Rubbish service. They should put board that milk and ice is out of stock.

So it was busy , let me start there !! It was a bit messier than you would expect from Starbucks, but that's fine. Worst thing is the quality and care here , o do love coffee , just not with burnt milk as the overpowering taste , so hot could barely hold it , obviously reheated milk . Just seems not up to the standards of my favourite coffee shop . Disappointed

There was a worker called Maria. She was the nicest person I have ever met. Her kindness lit up my day she deserves it all

took 5 minutes to order three drinks as guy (don’t know name as wasn’t wearing a name badge) didn’t understand what i was saying. ordered 2 lattes one with soy milk and a shaken espresso with semi skimmed milk and a pump of white mocha. when the guy had made the lattes he said “oi” instead of my name and both were made with soy milk even though one had semi skimmed on label. one of the girls apologised for the mix up of milks and said it shouldn’t have been made with soy as it says semi skimmed on the label and the drink was then remade correctly.

The staff using phone at work are rude and the coffee was disgusting make.not recommended this place in the morning to take a coffee.

The worst Starbucks in uk. I order an medium cappuccino with extra shot of espresso, and i received an different any else 🤣 Thats last my stop for a coffee in that service.

We stopped off at Starbucks on 10th February for drinks on our way home to Kent. My husband had a cold bottled drink and I had what was called a 'hot chocolate'! I can honestly say it was the worst 'chocolate' drink I have ever had. If it wasn't for the fact that we had started our way back, drinking on the way, it would certainly have been taken back. It was like drinking coloured water. Absolutely no resemblance to hot chocolate at all. Disgusting, Nedless to say it was dumped at the first opportunity.

Our coffees were nice & warm, just as they should be😇 The service was very quick so we were able to go in and out swiftly to continue our journey. Some of the staff seemed a bit moody but other than that everything was good. Thanks!

Just wanted to say a huge well done to the lovely girl who served me today! She was talkative, friendly and provided great service! It was exceptionally busy and one customer was being incredibly rude and started having a go at the staff as her drink was made wrong (it was a serious overreaction) to which the lovely girl that served me calmly dealt with the issue and reminded the customer that we are all human and mistakes happen and that she would happily fix it. I was seriously impressed with how she took control of the problem with such a nasty difficult customer. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner and I really commend how she managed it. And better yet my caramel oatmilk latte was delicious!

Busy service station but nice coffe and pleasant staff.

Very early morning visit. The seats weren't ready yet, but the person making the coffees (on their own) let me sit upstairs, even though it was barriered off. Very kind.

A nice Starbucks at this Services, easy to order and the coffee is the usual standard as you would expect. Plenty of seating area to.

Yesterday night I walked into Starbucks and I did not enjoy my experience. A Starbucks employee has given me a small Caramel Frappuccino when I had ordered a large drink. However, I was still charged the large drink.

Sad state of affairs for coffee. They are just enjoying monopoly. 1. High wait time 2. Wrong coffee served 3. Top up missed 4. Milk overheated - burning smell. Starbucks! We dont dezerv this.

Utterly lovely staff. We made a bit of a mess when our son spilled my coffee, and the staff were wonderfully understanding in both cleaning up and sorting out a replacement.

When you get served by Issey - with her smile and lovely welcoming voice , you think to yourself what did KFC did to deserve those miserable cows two shops away.

The girl and boy who were working tonight (01/09/23 around 9pm) were honestly the loveliest people! They didn’t have what I originally wanted but they suggested another thing and were super nice!

Always really busy but staff are friendly and quick with orders.

To the lovely lady who I spoke to at 1.30am after making our way back from our honeymoon. You went above and beyond to give wonderful service despite it being early hours. Thank you for being so kind. Keep smiling x

Great coffee for a quick break!!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED IN A SERVICE Was given MILK when asked for oat milk, oat milk was repeated several times due to her allergy 'have the phone recording as she was on the phone at the time of placing her order' my mums dyslexic and allergic to cows milk it's only when I started my drink that I noticed mum was half way through I asked her if she was OK "yer my throat is itchy and this drink is watery" not knowing what the drink she ordered was ment to taste like as she hasn't had it b4 can't believe the error unfortunately can't rectify as half way down the m25 so disappointed could well have had a different tragic in some cases outcome

The same as any other service station apart from when I went in with my trailer couldn't find anywhere to park as they combed off half of the car park on a busy day what made no sense

Asked Indian server for two mango dragonfruit’s and he straight up refused stating he did not have the time or staff.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at cobham services. I visited your store today to order a drink, and unfortunately, I was refused service by the barista on duty. When I approached the counter to order my drink, the barista informed me that they didn't have the time to make my drink and couldn't be bothered to do so. I was shocked and taken aback by this response. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the service that I am entitled to. I found the behavior of the barista to be completely unacceptable. It is not only rude, but it is also unprofessional and goes against the values that Starbucks claims to uphold. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and consideration, regardless of how busy the store may be. I would like to request that appropriate action is taken to ensure that this does not happen again to me or any other customer at any of your stores. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that I can continue to enjoy the high-quality drinks and service that Starbucks is known for usually.

Busy and popular Starbucks, located at the Welcome Break service station on the M25. All the usual your expect from a Starbucks with great coffee and seating on two levels. A good place for a quick pit stop.

Only 4 people serving and two of those were preparing the take away collections which are more important than the 20 people waiting for a coffee they've just paid for. This service station should made more coffee houses available rather than this one that can serve as it pleases . Poor service but a great product no matter how limited the staff are .

Fast, personal, welcoming service, and plenty of seating space with electrical outlets! I had a hot chocolate, and it was pretty good! The prices are fair for a Starbucks! Nothing to add for my part.

4 people serving, no queue but you'll have to wait 10 mins for your coffee

Young guy taking our order at the till was so lazy. When taking our order he was fine to say "we don't have that" when I asked for something but there was no alternative offered so I spent ages going through the menu to find they didn't have half of it! He was so rude too, no please or thank you. We waited ages for our order while everyone behind us received theirs. My partner ended up sending hers back because it tasted so bad. She had asked for something that she had originally been told was out of stock but saw several others leaving with it so asked for it to be changed to that instead. I don't come here often but after this experience will go to one of the other outlets selling hot drinks instead.

Very friendly staff...serving food and drinks. Had a wide selection to choose from...prompt services despite the queues.

Cold and draughty seating area with uncomfortable seats. Very slow service. Very busy at most times. Not really a pleasant place to stop for coffee.

For a motorway services... Not bad at all lovely balcony area with quiet alcoves almost feels like your not in a service station at all.

Staff are harried and overworked with little time other than to take down basic order and yell once its done. Coffee not great and super expensive.

There was a long line but service didn't take too long.

Stopped here on a work trip for a coffee and a video meeting. The place is very noisy (even upstairs), Starbucks has no WiFi, most of the power sockets didn’t work, phone signal was bad, so could barely connect to the meeting via audio. OK to pick up a coffee, but avoid if you plan to use a laptop or charge your phone while you are there.

Ordered a peach ice tea, waited 10mins then asked staff, who were standing around chatting whilst one lady did all preparation, where the drink was, they had obviously forgotten the order. Told me as a cold drink took longer to make! No apology, loads of attitude. Took 30 seconds to make the drink. Useless, won't bother stopping there again.

Order was correct and in a timely time, could have tables cleaned down more often

Literally left the branch 1.45am, was told no iced coffee or any frappe however staff member passes an iced coffee to a colleague. Also place was a tip, if you put these together imagine the care if hygiene with machines etc. Avoid!

Rubbish customer service. Bought banana slpit from starbucks today and it didnt taste like it normally does hence took the whole cup to the counter and was told by Nathan nothing could be done....if I didnt like the drink then i can leave it on the counter and leave. Your customer service team needs to trained to be polite, helpful and respectful.

Been there on 17th June, and while it has been a heatwave the whole week with the weekend reported to be the hottest in a while they had no ice or any iced drinks. Wondering how their management missed that and didn't preorder stock, losing business and disappointing the customers.

Well it's Starbucks, not much more you can say. I normally have green tea , which is pretty hard to get wrong. Unfortunately they have a couple of times. Just check before you walk away.

Very poor and slow service. They make you wait 10 minutes for no apparent reason for a standard Cappuccino. People who have come in behind you are served first for no apparent reason.

Very poor experience!! When I ordered the girl on the till tried to add a syrup which I noticed and had to have removed. When I did eventually get the coffees one was wrong and had to be remade and I had to ask for the pasties I bought. When sitting down to enjoy the pasties they were stale and old ,although the coffee was ok!! Won’t bother to stop here again!!!

Never been to such a poorly run Starbucks. Whist queuing noticed numerous orders were wrong. When our order finally arrived only 1 of the 2 drinks made, told the other was coming but never did, they asked what is was and made it.

Didn't really expect to have to wait while the staff member to text her mate. in the middle of the transaction.

Four members of staff, four coffee machines. But only ever one person making the drinks! Waited 35 minutes for two lattes. 👎

The world's SLOWEST starbucks although they had 5 staff on shift. Took 20 mins for a coffee. Big regret adding that time to my journey for a poor coffee. 2 stars for the location only.

Like all motorway coffee outlets the quality is hit and miss. Unfortunately last time I visited it was a miss. 😕

It is a nice place to rest have a break before carry on to London toilet no very clean but something to eat and drink is ok also plenty of shops and to refuel

Stopped at Cobham last night for a quick snack - it was incredibly crowded with next to no people wearing masks or even trying to stay away from others. Went to Starbucks as was least crowded - the state of the tables and seating area was quite frankly disgusting. We tried to move some of the rubbish to clear a table but it was stuck to the table - how long had it been there? When we finished, we had to leave our own rubbish on the table as the single bin was overflowing. Whilst I appreciate it was busy and staffing might be an issue, this is totally unacceptable. If necessary, maybe close for 5 minutes to clear the mess - just an idea.

Strangest Tuna melt panni ever. Not sure there was any cheese in it at all, but there was sweetcorn and some sort of green stuff. Won't be buying another one from there. My question is why do all there drinks taste the same?

Exceptional service at what looked like an extremely busy time. Much quicker and more detailed than much smaller and quieter stores Very impressed
