Cold as usual, i had prewarmed the oven in anticipation of this, and the chips I could count on 2 hands. Fruit shoot was 200ml , barely a mouthful..extra kfc chicken was a leg that clearly hadn't hadn't walked in its life...so so disappointed with the meal, last time for me..

Delivery time said 15-30 minutes meaning latest it would arrive was 19:50. My order didn’t arrive until 20:30. Really not happy about how late it was. It took an hour to get to me after placing the order!

It kept getting delayed and there was no updates letting me know anything and now the food is cold

As usual my order was delivered perfectly. The little handwritten note on the receipt was absolutely delightful and reminds me of the olden days where we had some engagement - and it made me laugh so much - so a double bonus. Thank you to the folk that do the work. Much love XX. Jonathan.

Food: Terrible - dry, cold and always a disappointment Service: Non-existent. No offence, and I say this as dual-national myself, but it would be helpful if the people taking my order understood English. Every single time there are multiple errors I'm actually embarrassed on your behalf. Atmosphere: Horrible. Staff have no character. They seem very disinterested in customers but seem very friendly with each other when nattering amongst themselves. It's like you don't even exist. Overall an abysmal experience. Not sure why I keep going.... convenient I suppose. I might make the effort to go elsewhere if it gets any worse. Tonight's order was a tower meal with a leg in the box, large with beans and a side of gravy. What I got: not so tower meal, more like a bungalow meal due to missing hash brown. Small meal, breast instead of leg in the box. and two pots of gravy. Honestly - so thick it hurts. The 5/5 reviews for the food and service are laughable - look at them. All the franchise owners mates trying to get his score above 3.3 stars. All mentioning "Raju" and his exceptional service. Please lol

Poor quantity, I ordered a medium fries and I received literally less than a half of the package

Bag was torn, the chips fell on the floor as it was handed to me, so in the bin with them! And the two pieces of chicken fell on the floor but thankfully the torn side of the bag was up so still edible, sons drink was missing and found that in the driveway where it too must’ve fallen through the wet rip in the bag. So disappointed overall. I would suggest putting drinks in a separate bag not with the food as this also causes the food to go cold quicker too.

Even though delivery address was wrong (I am not sure how did it happen) the young delivery person was excellent. I can understand his frustration a looking for right delivery address but he was polite and professional when delivered . Thanks.

Warm can of 7up arrived with cold undercooked food. Reached out to justeat who offered a full refund, only to then change their minds and just send me 3.30 as a ‘gesture of good will’ 🤦‍♂️ total morons

there was just a bit of mix up as I couldn't find the number the delivery driver insisted to have. He looked at my phone in the end and found it.

All service good but disappointed that of the 10 pieces of chicken there were 6 drumsticks one wing two small thighs one large thigh.

You need to use another navigation system as the one you use always sends the driver to the wrong address

Food was tasty and as ordered, only issue was it wasn't hot, but instead lukeworm, so had to heat it up.

The driver was very friendly and he delivered the order on time.

It said it would come in 15-25 mins I wanted it to be quick I had to get my son to open the door and have it cause I had to leave by the time it arrived. Disappointed

I have had enough of this KFC branch. Each visit seems to get progressively worse, and after several attempts at giving them the benefit of the doubt, it’s clear this is the fast food for catastrophe. The staff here are a complete embarrassment. Customer service is nonexistent, with one particular girl showing some of the worst manners I’ve ever encountered in a fast-food restaurant. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude, making the ordering experience more stressful than it needed to be. On other times, to make matters worse, the other staff members seem unable to understand basic English, leading to almost guaranteed misunderstanding and, predictably, messed-up order. It’s not just a language barrier issue; it’s a blatant lack of proper training. It’s clear that management has not invested in adequate training for their staff, and the customers are suffering because of it. If you think ordering online is the solution, think again. On the last few occasions, the food arrived in such poor condition that I could hardly believe they had the audacity to send it out. Missing items, cold, dry chicken, missing items in meals, and pathetic portions have become the norm. It’s like they’ve stopped caring entirely, and management has no control or oversight over the quality of service and food leaving the kitchen. This KFC branch desperately needs a serious overhaul. The management needs to step up, train their staff properly, and restore the basic standards of quality and customer service. Until then, I would advise anyone considering eating here to avoid this place altogether. It’s not worth the frustration or the money. The only guarantee here is they will mess your lunch/dinner

The food was as ordered, it was on time, and it was very tasty and fresh. The only negative was that it wasn't very hot, so I had to heat it up.

Completely wrong items delivered, delivery guy told me I was wrong and it was the right order. And now have to wait up to 48 hours for Just Eat to look into it? Not to mention breaking GDPR as I now have the other customer details and they mine!

Very quick delivery and all neat in the bag. The only issue was with the hot wings, most were very small and dry, more bone than meat which was disappointing.

The chicken and the chips were really nice. The food was delivered really quick and it was nice and hot. Would highly recommend.
