Waitrose in Elmbridge

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

Lovely meal and great service. The assistant manager asked if we were celebrating and, when we told him it was our 31st anniversary, he gave us the deserts for free. Lovely guy who deserves to go far.

All ok. What was the order number that the delivery chap wanted ?

Lovely good value meal served by friendly staff. A small issue with the meal sorted very quickly with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

Ordered food from Too good to go and waited until 2200 to be able to collect it. Came to the restaurant and just as I arrived in 5min before 2200 they canceled the order because no food was left. Not sure what this means but when you take on commitment and confirm an order at least give me a heads up so I don't waste my time traveling 30min. I haven't tried this particular restaurant but I'm sure their food sucks .!.
