The best restaurants in Cobham and Downside Elmbridge South East

Ordered some churros for the kids tonight and they were freshly cooked to order. I wasn't going to, but I saw other food coming out that looked really tasty and it make me regret ordering my main from elsewhere!

Rubbish food, pork ribeye steak was a slice off a rolled piece of gammon. Hispi cabbage watery, dauphinoise potatoes tasteless. Plate looked very bland. No service whatsoever. We had to go to the bar for drinks, order our food and to get a jug of water. Wont be going again.

Rude and confusing manager. Asked for tables that were clearly free and he just kept saying 30mins without explaining that the kitchen was overloaded. This we found out after talking to another member of staff.

HORRIBLE FOOD Come here for a Friday night take out expecting a good experience little did I know it was gonna be nasty. For starters they only had döner, burgers and chips So I opted for the döner Little did I know it was gonna be burnt Not impressed DO NOT RECOMMEND

Disappointing There wasn’t an abundance of food. I had to eat when I got home. Very expensive for not particularly good food. Nice ambiance and the manager had great customer service but the food quality and prices are out of kilter. All swank and show, no substance.

Easy to order off the app, slected a collection time slot and the order was ready when I arrived. Greeted by friendly staff and shown to the collection point. Very easy and will order again from this location.

Friday 27th December 2024. The burger I ordered did not look cooked properly. They were too busy I guess and under pressure. Stupidly I ate it and a few hours later regretted that decision. Violently sick and ruined a weekend away as I could only eat sparingly for a while until my stomach was back to normal. This was my fault as I should have returned it to be properly cooked. I submit this review as it might build up a picture for McDonalds if there are other complaints this day.

Order was over an hour late, we wanted to cancel the order but the person we spoke to was rude and put the phone down.

It's an average Starbucks with average service. You have probably been to one before and know what you are getting. Glad to see they have ethical coffee.

Service was so slow! The staff were distracted and even thought there were two people before me to be served it took almost 10mins before I got my order in. It took ages for my Turkey and Swiss cheese to arrive and it was so dry!!! No apologies for the delay and we won’t go back again. Thankfully plenty of other nice places to visit in weybridge!

Rubbish coffee. Asked for latte, given a cup of milky coffee with no froth. Not up to my usual Starbucks in Merstham.

This place makes really good coffee and loving the new pea milk! Staff are so friendly, excellent service. Thank you guys.

Staff are absolutely lovely. In particular, Nadika, Orpy and Muslima. We wanted food and were running a bit past their opening times. They went above and beyond and stayed late. I offered a tip and they wouldn't even take it. Genuinely lovely, bubbly people. Food was great and the staff were so smiley and really made the experience. Best Chopstix we've been to yet for the food and the staff. Thank you so much. We really appreciate how you went the extra mile for us.

Stopped for a quick lunch on way home from holiday. Ordered salad because menu said it included radish, which I am particularly keen on. Mentioned to waitress (counter service has ceased, presumably because of Covid!) that I wanted radish. However, there was no radish in the salad. The waitress did not come back to the table after serving the meal to ask if everythin was all right so after finishing the meal I went up to the food preparation area to ask whether they actually had radish. Yes, they did have radish! So why does this restaurant (in common with other restaurants so I have found) feel it acceptable to leave out ingredients specified on the menu). Is it laziness or what?

Ordered food waited ages and the order arrived without any of the dips the driver found it funny when I complained and said he would go back I presume so I could eat my food cold when he returned asked him to take order back as I really like the dips and wouldn’t eat with out them he refused so called shop to collect and they did shocking no customer service anymore
