Chopstix Noodle Bar in Elmbridge

Staff are absolutely lovely. In particular, Nadika, Orpy and Muslima. We wanted food and were running a bit past their opening times. They went above and beyond and stayed late. I offered a tip and they wouldn't even take it. Genuinely lovely, bubbly people. Food was great and the staff were so smiley and really made the experience. Best Chopstix we've been to yet for the food and the staff. Thank you so much. We really appreciate how you went the extra mile for us.

Absolutely terrible service. The server couldn’t clearly explain the menu or system relating to toppings and how much/what was included. Ended up being given something we didn’t really want but as time was ticking on and we just couldn’t seem to understand the server we accepted the food. The quality of the food was poor, tasted disgusting and was extremely bad value for money. Also witnessed other customers having the same problem with this outlet, some just walked away. It’s certainly put us off ever eating from this brand again.

I have been using Chopstix with to good to go for a few weeks, ordering regular every 2 weeks. Every time I was there the service was great, nice staff always ask what I want. Tonight staff was different and suddenly there are new rules as well. When I said I'm collecting from To good to go he just start putting food into the box without asking me what I want. I ask then how come when I was there previously I was ask what I want, this staff respond was: you don't decide what you get, it's my decision. When I ask him again, I did get what I want but I ended with 5 pisses of chicken... Would be nice if the rules was same every time you go there.

Service was poor, had hardly any choice, and I feel really ill now! Wish I didn’t bother! Never again! Waste of money and if I knew I would feel like this after I would not have gone!

I had my family over for the new year, my daughter love noodle, I disappointed her sometimes before by not buying her food from chopstix. But after several visit myself and the quality of food offered, I was impressed . But the manager once again the Queen of Cobham was there to make my day, service was exceptional good, meal deal was lovely 😍, family was happy with there meals. And Xmas wouldn't be great without good good .thanks the whole team and Queen C for your services. Jones
