Subway in Elmbridge

Once again, food wrong. How can cheese be missed out? Especially of a cheese steak sub. This restaurant always gets it wrong, but it's been awhile so we thought we'd try again... thankfully it's been refunded. Hardly any meat in either sub, no cheese at all, tiny pieces of salad. Awful!

it didn't turn up!!! waited 2 hours.. they shut .. wouldn't answer phones and didn't get our food

Dreadful substandard service and food

This time around food was without any watery aftertaste

They just clearly didnt even look at the order

The food was very hard and freezing g cold and wasnt what i ordered

If you turn up at their premises, you will often not find anyone to serve you, they hide inside

Loved it so much so that I have ordered it again today itself

I blame just eat for the mixup, made me and both the restaurant do circles, also the restaurant person doesn't know what courier means in the English language it means messenger doing deliveries i.e, driver or rider, it doesn't mean package by the way

I have ordered from this place several times and on occasion they send me toasted subs when I have not selected this option so now when I order I call up as soon as I place the order to remind them I want the subs cold and that I have not selected toasted (trying to help them out so they don’t mess the order up again) Done this today and then the food turns up cold but a sub dry as anything with no sauce I requested southwest and sweet onion as you see the picture no sauce, so I called them up to let them know and they was rude as anything told me go another shop and not to come there , worst service I have ever had and when I go in the store the guy has always been polite as anything. No sorry we missed the sauce or anything, my son is very funny with his food having autism and eating things a certain way and how you can’t even apologise for your mistakes is wrong! Also the free pigs and blankets were not even cooked cold and raw. Can’t really complain as they was free anyways. I have never wrote a bad review before even when they made mistakes but to be spoken to rudely for your own mistake you have caused a bad review, learn to have some manners.

Do not order delivery from here over an hour late and missing items it's obviously they have prep and delivery driver issue I should of read the previous reviews. shame on this store to have our food sitting there for over an hour obviously by the time we received it, it was soggy stone cold and missing one drink of two plus sauce will definitely not recommend ordering delivery from here and that's the last time I will.

At 8.20 guy said it’s closed, saying this he was digging in food with bare hands, disgusting!.on doors says open from 8am, google says open from 7.30🤷.

Food arrived late and stone cold, rang subway up and they just blamed delivery guy and said it’s not his issue, not willing to except responsibility.

Disgusting and a complete rip off. Nothing like the photo on the Uber app to order. How can you think this acceptable?

Bread not toasted, not filled enough, they even forgot to give us the topping for the cheesy bites. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Almost every time I've been to this particular subway they have said they only accept cash which is annoying if you don't have any! Bit dodgy considering I've never had this problem in any other subway.

I love Subway the brand and use all their outlets when travelling around with work but after my last visit to the Molesey Subway I won’t be coming back to this branch despite living just across the road. I have had numerous issues at this branch, food is ok but the service is slow and they do not honour deals and promotions posted by Subway. I have had leaflets posted to me offering special deals which they refuse to honour when you take them to this branch, despite the Subway website listing the Molesey branch as participants in the promotion. My final straw was my last visit when I saw they had put the prices up hugely, much more so than other Subway branches I visit. They charged me over £7 for a 6” simple Sub, crisps and drink, which is about £5 at other branches. I know there is inflation and increasing costs but the owner needs to appreciate people just won’t pay these high prices for a sandwich and crisps. I won’t be back, such a shame.

By far the worst subway franchise. Always rushing the orders, Always getting orders wrong. Just poor

food is delicious, service is a bit weird (they don’t listen to orders well and mess them up) they are always in a rush even when the store is empty, when you enter the workers aren’t there, you have to shout for them to come, saw one running out the pub that’s round the corner of subway when i entered.

Disappointing visit, the menu boards on display had out of date prices and I was advised the prices have since gone up!, the sub was not toasted correctly, the hot drinks machine was out of order etc. It was very quiet with no other customers so the member of staff was not under any pressure at the time but nevertheless he was sultry and barely spoke and had no idea of customer service whatsoever.. Having visited many subway branches previously this has got to be our worst experience in all areas, as the food was bland and was not hot. Also, their prices have gone way up e.g. charged £8.59 for a steak sub meal deal, a sub, crisps and cold drink. We not be returning.to this branch ever again as not a pleasant experience.

refused water yesterday (weds 8 september 2021 at 15:10 , walton subway liverpool uk ) i was refused water. refused plain tap water. from a tap with sink directly behind the assistant refusing the request i was told i had to buy a bottle of water told not allowed to just fill up empty bottle with water or spring water from subway drink dispenser i am a regular customer of subway i deliver food for subway in my work as a just eat scooter rider i was working for just eat and taking my official break in subway. wearing full set leathers helmet gloves and just eat bag i had an empty drink bottle. the sink with tap was behind the assistant refusing water. i was confused and shocked i then bought a foot long sandwich and latte coffee sat down in shock absolutely appalled at being refused water. don't mind saying i had to check spelling of appalled. theres a line in modern society where a decent level of respect is not crossed otherwise society begin to break down i do not understand the logic from a business sense imagine all the just eat riders in liverpool on hot days that need a cold drink must be 1500 riders daily on bicycles and scooters if they know they can get a quick free cold drink at subway , that amount of foot fall for the business has got to make financial sense people in the store , regularly go to the store , will buy items at that store. tell their friends good things about subway , cool air conditioned nice tidy places to eat. where is the logic at refusing plain tap water to a scooter rider working for subway by way of just eat in full leathers on hot day ? as a just eat rider carries a number of benefits - go macdonalds get free tap water and free cold water go kfc get free drinks and free staff meal go greggs get offered free water from the refrigerator if i went to any restaurant i delivered to/from when working for just eat i doubt any of them would refuse a request for tap water given i had a small empty plastic water bottle available at hand interested in what subway uk think of this interested in what general public think also

Me and my partner and friend turned up today waited 25 minutes for the one guy to service 1 customer very slow service we then got seen by the employee for him to first of all poor over pepper on my partners sub in which lead to him emptying too much on her sub which he then asked if this was ok ( he should of redone the whole sub) he then replaced some of the filling forgetting the sauce , I then asked for a wrap in which he then replied I don’t know how to wrap it this then lead for me to offer wrapping it and he said no this lead to half of my chicken and filling to fall out . This is NOT acceptable. How can a employee not know how to make a simple wrap and have simple curtesy.

Recommend the foot long, Tuna sub with all the trimmings, chipotle, light mayo and chilli sauces, toasted, so yummy!

Fantastic place! The guy on the till that served me tonight 20.11 provided the best customer service ever. Friendly and chatty with a big smile on his face that’s what we need in every store! Food was up to a high standard and I got what I wanted. Wish all subways were like this one

Cleanest subway I have ever seen .. food was great and the service was the friendliest I have also had great job molesey subway

Received wrong order completely. Was told by delivery driver that the staff there where "dodgy" and stated that even when the delivery driver questioned the order he was dismissed. I then called the Subway directly and was told that the mistake was made because there where two orders both under the name 'Tom'... as if this is a valid mistake. I then was assured that he would speak to uber eats so that I would be refunded and so, under his word, I re-ordered. I have been denied my refund and so have spent over £20 on one sandwich. Disgrace.

Bought a vegetarian sub tonight - which was pretty much salad. Foot long but there was hardly any filling it. Charged £5 for nothing. The owner really needs to stop talking and giving customer service - will not go there again or recommend to anyone.

Don't eat any sandwich. I oreded 12 inch vegetables. But stuff did not concern. Veggie patty cold cheese not melt..he doesn't care customer..just I say do not go

Smallest salad I've ever had missed half of what I asked for off my salad I would shop elsewhere from now on.

Had to clean our own table. The shop was filthy. Had barely any bread left. Only one staff member who I could barely understand. Spent 25.00 quid in there and really disappointed but had promised my Grandchildren subway after school... you seriously need staff In there the floors were rotten. Not one clean table, come on subway, you charge enough our food was horrid!!

I usually like "Subway" but this one is something different. I asked for a tomatoes, I found 3 slices, I asked for lettuce and I found less than you can get with a fork, I asked for a drink cup and I found that there is just Pepsi Max and a sparkling water so what can I say. I know, I can't blame the Subway for one bad experience in one branch, but next time I will think twice before I go there.

It's the only fast food chain in the East Molesey's high street. It's small with only few seats.

The official subway website listed the opening times for this branch as open until 10pm on Saturdays and we arrived at 9.30 to it already shut and the person inside working insistent it was shut and with no apology.

Convenien place for bite to eat.

Meatballs always run out. Could use cooking more and keeping more fresh. Other than that good service prompt service. Best food to get on this parade of shops.
