Tried to get a smoothy& was told there was a 30 minute wait whilst they fill their Deliveroo orders. Surely customers who come into the shop should get priority? 3 people walked out. Maybe close your doors & only do Deliveroo!

Great experience at the Cobham Shop, really polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, energetic staff, all bright and friendly. Food was good, drinks were amazing, made fresh to order. In my opinion, so much nicer than drinking a pre-made juice out of a stored bottle. If you want a fresh drink it obviously takes longer to prepare, but at least you see what ingredients go into it, it’s made in front of you and it was really tasty. Music a little loud, but did not get in the way of the experience and quality of the service.

Do not go there they don’t deserve any business. Honestly, I never a one to complain. I am a very patient customer anywhere, but this place is seriously bad. The attitude of the staff is absolutely appalling. You want to say something to the manager but the manager herself (at the time) looked like a teenager with a huge attitude. I have been in there three times in the last few months since it’s been opened but every time, I come out of there really cross as they seem to forget about my order. The shop isn’t even busy. The staff who make the juice and the staff making sandwiches are separate so your order never comes together. If you’re standing there with a juice for ages they eventually ask “what are you waiting for?” Happens every time!’ Today I went in thinking I’ll give them another chance. The shop was totally empty. I was literally an only customer standing there waiting to get served. There were 4 staffs in the kitchen behind the counter but not one of them turned around to acknowledge me for a good few minutes (yes sure they might have been busy preparing an online order but they absolutely knew I was waiting. In the end I decided to walk out and I’m never ever going back there again. They do not deserve to be in cobham high street. The fact that it’s empty at lunch time is telling something. The whole team needs re training if they were ever trained in the first place there is something seriously wrong in their program. I never leave a negative review but felt the need to say how I feel about the place once and for all!!

Dreadful place - dirty furniture -deafening music - so called toasted sandwich which was cold and tasteless and ok coffee -I will never go there again. Used to occasionally go to the Richmond branch which was much better though not marvellous.

I agree with previous reviewers. The place is dirty and servers look just as scruffy. I’ve been 3 times to this particular branch and they’re often wearing crop tops (borderline bras) with stomachs all exposed / velour tracksuits - anything goes. The sandwich is always cold which has left me thinking maybe it’s meant to be, but why the bread is toasted and hot, and the filling stone cold, is beyond me. Todays experience was the worst. I ordered a take away via the app and when I got there it was nowhere to be seen. The 3 members of staff all stood with their backs to the till and prioritised toasting bread rather than addressing customers. 25 minutes after placing my order I was finally acknowledged and told my order had been taken by another customer(?!) and I would have to wait for a new one to be made. If true, then it’s not necessarily their fault, but making me wait there for so long before addressing me and establishing the facts is. Additionally, perhaps Joe and the juice could introduce some sort of basic process whereby they actually hand people their orders rather than dumping them on a shelf for anyone to take!

15 mn wait to just order 2 sandwiches and two juices (24£). Staff seems totally disorganised. Uninterested by their job…and the customer. We ate in and after another 10mn wait we got our orders. What makes the sandwiches a bit different is the bread. It is very nice. The rest is average, not generous in portion. What really put us off is the appalling state of the place after just a few weeks in operation. It’s dirty, tables are left uncleaned, the banquettes are full of stains… Not stopping there again.

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

The only fish n chip shop to match this was in Richmond which has sadly closed down so Molesey fish bar now reigns supreme! I really want to take my Mum here as she has been in mourning since Richmond closed but sadly there’s no dining in service.
