Rubbish coffee. Asked for latte, given a cup of milky coffee with no froth. Not up to my usual Starbucks in Merstham.

I come for my coffee regularly and there’s a new girl recently and she’s absolutely amazing! I believe her name is Lula/laya. Her customer service is absolutely outstanding and had a constant smile on her face! She really brightened my day and I will Continue to come due to her such positive attitude especially being young and early in the morning.

Being an employee of Starbucks I was very disappointed by the laziness of the staff here. I ordered an espresso frappucino, cup marking should've been EF. Tall boy on bar, think his name was Max handed me my drink. After realising the easy mistake and making me a normal coffee frap due to the cup marking being (CF) I double checked with Max and asked "is this an espresso frap". He looked at the cup marking which did not state EF and straight up lied to my face and said yes. The staff here were not that busy and after paying almost up to £5 for my beverage I think it's disgusting that the staff can just lie straight to a customers face instead of apologizing for the mistake and remaking my drink. It's within Starbucks policy that if a customer does not like their drink that it can be remade or changed to a new one. After complaining in person to the boy he walked away without letting me finsh. Disgusting behaviour from this Starbucks store, think the staff should be retrained on how to treat customers.

Compared to other Starbucks' in the region the staff here are very friendly and the service standard is pretty good. Clean and pleasant compared with some others and enough seating to not feel over crowded.

Too many coffee shops are taking over our high street, They all sell the same things but the highly caffeinated drinks are getting our kids (and grow ups too) totally addicted. A cup of coffee here cost nearly the same as buying the jar of coffee? I don't get it.

Queued for coffee. Ordered and waited, not enough staff. Then we find they have lost our order so waited for ages! Just counted 16 in the Q, so unless you are desperate go somewhere else!

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks and this one is just a little bit shabby and slow to be honest. It's regular Starbucks but didn't feel particularly welcoming

Entrance on the other side of the building from a spacious parking lot, auto park and walk around. Oatmeal overcooked, drinks not so warm.

Dingy surroundings, brown ugly furniture. Expensive coffee served in thick ugly mugs. Why spend money here when there are far better alternatives?

Sunday, 7th June...hubby and I decided to visit for breakfast before our weekly food shop. The girl serving was perfectly pleasant and all was fine. However, the lady barista was seriously grumpy...she put our coffees in takeaway cups, and then wouldnt even acknowledge that I was speaking to her and the girl had to come over and transfer our drinks to mugs. There’s a Costa just opposite...know where we will be going next time!

Always Cozy, always remodeling, conveniently located. Love to stop in. The Mocha Chip Latte is so fab and there are lots of family notices on the notice board.

A good Starbucks. Service generally pretty good although sometimes a by slow even when not busy which is a bit confusing. However always friendly and smiley, especially frankie. Often find Starbucks miss the soya milk and use normal but this branch seems to always get it right!

I walked into Starbucks and was going to order a caramel frappuccino, the price stated on the board read 3 pounds and 65 penny's very clearly (A rip off anyway). However the staff member charged me 3 pounds and 95 penny's. But I thought to myself hay hum I'll just give it to them as a complementary tip. After a painful wait of 2 minutes and 3 seconds my legs began to collapse until they finally gave me my caramel frappuccino. I must say though the presentation was very good. Any way I went to the condiment stand to use my complementary straw and sprinkle some complementary chocolate powder so I took off the lid and sprinkled some complementary chocolate powder. As I tried to place the lid back on the cup I noticed a few design flaws. 1. The lid was far too small for the cup 2. The straw did not fit very well. 3. They did not write my name on. Finally as I applied pressure to get the lid on the cup it split in half and half of my ridiculously priced frappuccino spilt on the dirty floor!!! They gave me no help clearing up and then asked me "Oi, would yous like new cup in it??" I replied "I beg your pardon?" He then replied "Would you's like a new cup in it?" After finally realising what he had desperately tried to symbolise towards my personal bubble,I found this amusing and chuckled towards him "Yes please young man may god bless yourself." So after 47 painful seconds of pure boredom I genuinely thought I was going to pass out. But eventually the young man came back and I could have my mediocre frappaccino. Which I then found out was half empty. So I though to myself hay hum I'll just enjoy the peace and quite. But not for long 4 young girls were just let loose screaming till their hearts were content. I do not know what those foolish parents of theirs were thinking. In my day I would have been whipped on my left buttock or in some lucky cases my right. May I also add that the chairs were most uncomfortable. As I was about to leave this forsaken place I had the struggle of opening the ludicrously heavy door it was far to heavy for my chicken like arms so heavy In fact I had to ask for some complementary assistances from a member of lower class. I am discussed at this so-called "Coffee-Shop" I sincerely recommend that now one enters this place unless they want to develop serious conditions that I would rather not talk about. If wasn't so posh I would probably spit on the ridiculous dirty flooring.

Have been many times as I love Starbucks Majority of the time the staff are super friendly and good service But sometimes they serve adults over me or the order they make the drinks in doesn't follow the order people paid Can also muck up with soya milk be warned

Starbucks Cobham services appears to be hiding but this is "at them". Now let's put aside the health and PR disaster issues at the moment about high levels of fecal matter in their coffees etc, I went with my GF to the services one in Cobham just off the M25. Rude staff, DISGUSTING crockery which the staff thought was ok and £5.20 for a pot of tea for two. When I get a chance I'll add the pictures I took of what they thought acceptable. As a ps, has anyone else noticed that Starbucks was the pioneer of extra froth on eg cappuccinos? Work out the worldwide savings for them on milk. So, if you want to risk your health and have your wallet busted then do go.....

The newly done up shop is clean although seating is limited. Service was friendly and quick for a coffee shop.

This is Starbucks coffe but if the franchise wants to keep it's name should invest more in this one. Is old, durty, ugly and non inviting. In front the Costa is much much better being only a regular one.

I'd love to give a better review, but the queue was too long as there was only one person making drinks while 2 took orders.It's services, I don't want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Staff were working hard, but more resources needed behind the counter.

Starbucks advertise 24hours at Cobham services but two different occasions they have been closed (5:00ish) and although there as been a member of staff there, I have been told "not open till 6:00 mate even though last Monday he was even making another member of staff a coffee. So don't rely on Starbucks being open early am. They just cant be bothered. There is a costa self service machine close by. Maybe they should swap roles. Costa always open at Pease Pottage if your coming up the A23!

Great friendly staff let down by the fact that they're understaffed and it shows that management do not seem to care about the staff. Followed by the staff having to make excuse after excuse for Starbucks about why card machines aren't working or why there isn't correct change to be given or even why they haven't even got the correct ingredients for drinks, this has been the case on several of my visits to the Cobham store. I feel for the staff as they try there best to provide great service but let down by management and poor facilities.

Wonderful and attentive employees are let down by clearly incompetent and indifferent management. We love Starbucks coffee, but find the retail experience exasperating. Today was 'no lids' and no 'contactless payments' day. Each day seems to offer a new excuse forced on the poor employees having to apologise to so many customers with yet another excuse. Other days they can't even muster the opening process. This is a long term failing to achieve any sort of consistency and quality. Food still looks like it is scavenged from leftovers chucked from other shops, daily challenging the slogan that they are lovingly 'handcrafted'. I heard it is because of the franchising drive. I never went to a McDonalds and saw anything like this. The situation is a corporate and a management and an owner disgrace and is insulting to customers and constitutes abuse of employees who daily have to try to cover for pathetic overloads. Shame on you!!!!!!

I keep giving this place another go but always find uncleared tables and a dirty toilet. The decor and furnishings are scruffy too. There is a lot of choice in Cobham and a lot of demand for coffe and snacks. Come on Starbucks spend some money on revamping and get more staff - you could make a lot more money than you do from this branch,

Love this Starbucks, staff are friendly and service is quick. Only issue is that it the outside chairs rarely get any sun! :(

the staff are so friendly here and the place is always well presented and well managed love coming here in the mornings for a coffee

Needs a BBC or Channel 4 makeover, like now, yeah. And while you are at it chuck out all those kids that hog the tables while drinking one cup of tap water between 6. Get that sorted and I may come back.

Arrived at 18:00 there were3 people working there (2 cleaning and 1 orders and making the drinks) took 15 mins to get 1 soya latte and 1 children hot chocolate. Place was pretty empty.Staff looked grumpy hmmm not the service I have had with other branches. On a plus Place was clean

Cobham is an upmarket town in Cobham with Carluccios, etc. I have enjoyed Starbucks coffee and whilst visiting family thought I would pop in. I wish that I hadn't because although the coffee is predictable, the staff were disinterested, the surroundings were dirty and the seats ripped. This is not what I expect from Starbucks, cmon buck yourself up.
