Excellent food as usual tried the new hake dish, was delicious also the new dessert Wild Strawberry Paris-BrestCustom choux bun it was so yummy!

Horrible customer service and very rude staff!

This place is good! Staff are trained up and understand dietary requirements well. The place is spotless and I'm glad we came in. It was quiet when we first were seated but soon started to fill up. Friendly with children and quick service. Reasonably priced for a steakhouse and portion sizes more than adequate. Nicely decorated and toilets also spotless! Keep up the good work 😃

i ordered a hot chocolate and when it arrived it was given too me in a dirty cup. when we took it back and said the cup was dirty, the chef replied “it’s clean it’s clean” without even looking at the cup, when there was a visible mayonnaise stain on the tip of the cup and then proceeded to complain because they had too make a new one. when ordering our food the waiter took no notice into what we was saying and we had too repeat multiple times. when the food arrived it was not nice. the baguette came with half an egg and one piece of bacon. the scrambled egg had no taste and was very watery. while the chef was cooking the food him and the waiter was eating food then mid cooking they went outside too smoke while having the door wide open resulting too cigarette smoke being blown into the cafe. since the previous chef this place has gone downhill completely and the food has become disgusting. the rudeness of the waiter and the chef was just shocking. the food and service has gotten bad. such a shame since it was a nice place before.

We had a lovely meal, delivered by a robot! The carbonara was lovely and the service of Tamara was great!

My husband and I visited today for "date night". The food was tasty and presented well. The service was somewhat bizarre. We waited so long to begin with , we ended up ordering with the online QR code. And there was no option to remove the service charge even though we did all the work ourselves. Then after ordering the server came over. We explained we had already ordered starters and drinks and advised what we ordered. The server then took our mains order. When the starters came we had ordered a mixed one for two, but on questioning what was on the platter my husband was advised two things had been substituted as they had run out. Poor service there ! We weren't given the choice to change our order. Then on bringing the mains to our table the server (a different one ) felt it necessary to comment on how much food my husband ordered and assumed i had ordered the lentils. This made me and my husband uncomfortable and judged. We then waited so long to pay...although the place was pretty empty, we paid online which again meant we had to pay the service charge. To top things off toilets were not particularly clean and there was no toilet tissue. Stars lost on the atmosphere for the toilet cleanliness. Stars lost on service because it was terrible. One star lost on food due to the starter issue. I don't think I'd particularly recommend this restaurant to others even though the food was good because of the other issues.

Just had food delivered, and the main of our child's meal was missing. After trying to get through to the 'dedicated' delivery customer service department, the phone rang unanswered for 15 minutes. Try to call the restaurant, but again nobody answered. After another 15 minutes waiting to for the customer service department, they eventually answered and all they offered was a £1.50 refund which is clearly less than the value of the missing item! This is very poor customer service and inadequate compensation for your mistake. The refund should be more online with the value of the missing item as well as your service charge, as clearly on this occasion you have provided a poor service!

Amazing coffee, the barista Libby is very skilled at making cortados (a drink I find difficult to order because of it's difficulty to do well) with amazing artwork on each of her coffees, the rest of the staff do an amazing job at keeping a clean and beautiful coffee shop. The only downside I'd say is the size of the tables making it difficult to sit down and play the card games that my friends and I are interested, otherwise an amazing location to go and visit.

Such lovely, friendly, helpful staff! The sushi was absolutely delicious and it’s great fun choosing what you like from the conveyor belt.

We had a really lovely evening at tapas revolution, the food, wine and beer were delicious and we had great service from all staff. A special thank you to Kenzie, your friendly service was certainly an extra highlight to the evening. We definitely will be back.
