Grilled octopus portion was very small. Maybe half a tentacle if that.

Hideous. Booked a table, turned up and was told very rudely they were closed. The lady on the front door rolled her eyes and huffed. Some poor chap on the front desk tried desperately to tell her we had a booking but she didn’t care. He was great. Then sat down and an older chap in a shirt and trousers rolled his eyes and huffed. We got up and left. Never seen anything like it before. Disgusting and we will never go back.

We went here for dinner tonight. The bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was just under £80. The service and food were both very poor. We have been multiple times over the years but not recently. We were extremely disappointed after our visit. We ordered two IPAs first. The waiter came with two drinks. After tasting them we realised they were lager and not IPA. We returned them and were told they didn’t actually IPA even though it was on the menu. We hadn’t been told this. We ordered wine instead. One of the kids meals was then delivered with the wrong side which they had to change. The kids wrap from the kids menu was covered with a very strong dressing which meant our daughter wouldn’t eat most of it without us dipping the meat in water to remove the dressing. We ordered a meat platter for two for us adults which was £50. The meat was over cooked, dried up and tasteless and parts cold. There was a handful of chips and some bread to accompany the meat. Afterwards we spoke to the supervisor Chris and expressed our disappointment. He said there was nothing he could do and if we wished we could complain to Bluewater or The Real Greek. He didn’t seem to care at all and walked away. We will certainly not be back again

The food was just okay—nothing noteworthy. Oregano seems to be the favourite condiment there. While it’s a classic Greek flavouring, it doesn’t suddenly make food Greek; it takes more than that (a note to the chef). The chips were the tastiest dish we tried. No draught beer on Saturday, and the large chips portion size was a joke. Portions, in general, were small. Excellent service, though.

We had a delicious light lunch for 2... Great welcome, excellent service from smiling staff.. we had 3 hot mezze... aubergine in tomato sauce perfectly cooked and hot, fab little spinach feta pastries and a haloumi veg skewer with a crunchy slaw... perfect for a focused shopping day at Bluewater. Thanks everyone..

The restaurant offers incredibly delicious food, prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The attentive staff and excellent service make the experience even more memorable. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Such a lovely experience at this restaurant. We have been several times now and the food is always at the same high level of quality. The staff as well are so friendly. Very family feel and really attentive and warm. We mentioned we really liked the peach ice tea and they gave us one each complimentary from the manager!

My first and last time in this restaurant that serve bloody pork gyros. I had my booking for 6.30pm. They showed my seat and took my orders. Two other people arrived after me and ordered their food after me but they got them pretty quick. I was waiting for like half an hour to get my meal because I called one of the waitresses about my order (it seems they forgot about it, at least her face showed that). In my opinion I ordered simple dishes in comparison with the people sitting next to me. I ordered pork gyros and calamari. The pork in my gyros had a strange taste when looking at it properly, it was bloody. They served me uncooked pork, I had bitten it before I realised. I called the waitress straight away and showed it to her. She agreed that it was raw, it was quite red. She offered to change it for something else but I declined. Everyone knows that pork and chicken meat cannot be eaten uncooked because of the Trichinella(parasite in pork's muscle) and salmonella ( bacteria in chicken) that can affect humans quite badly. Because I pay attention when I am eating. Sure other people may have missed this and this restaurant has been serving bloody pork to their customers. It was my first and last time in this place.

We had a lovely meal at the Real Greek at Bluewater. Food was absolutely delicious particularly the souvlaki wrap and the honey halloumi. Service was also excellentml.

I have to say my impression for the athmosphere that the restaurant was looking nice from the outside! The staff and the service are great! The main thing food was disappointing as tasted nothing like a authentic greek! Except the hummus! We have chicked souvlaki and chicken skewer,plus aubergine salad-all in all far away from to say anything good. I hope someone from the restaurant will read this review and they can improve the tasteless food!

Was my first ever visit to the real greek restaurant in bluewater, the food was amazing, frindley staff, good price, the atmosphere was good, nicely decorated with beautiful Greek music, amazing experience, highly recommend would love to go again.

Finding a good Greek restaurant that resembles authentic Greek food is hard. But this place was spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed the food! I ordered the flat break with hummus and a pork souvlaki wrap which was a perfect size and tasty! Angel provided an amazing service, very kind and efficient. 10/10 recommend.

Finding The Real Greek was a pleasant surprise whilst eating at Bluewater Shopping Mall, this is one of my favourite restaurants now! The atmosphere was great, the furniture comfortable, but the best of all was the food and the service. We ordered grilled aubergine, hummus, chicken pieces and the halloumi skewers and everything tasted delicious. We ordered coffee and because there was a slight delay serving it, this was given to us for free. And it was really good coffee.

Each time I dine here be it for the lunch specials or dinner the customer service is spot on and the restaurant manager is so attentive to the customers ensuring you aren’t waiting to be served. The staff and great alongside the food!

And it was a really nice, warm atmosphere, friendly and polite staff (Kordell 10/10 for your service today-Thank you), great food, we had a lovely afternoon. We be going again and recommend for others to go. Also note I am Anaphylaxis due to food Allergies and I was able to enjoy my meal.

We ordered souvlaki and they brought us a gyros pita. We pointed out that the dish was not the one ordered and they explained to us that, for them, gyros is a souvlaki. Imaginative are imaginative, that's for sure. The octopus, which it must be said, was an octopus, was so chewy it looked like a big babol. Well, let's forget about it...

Dry, burnt, tasteless chicken, dry and unedibly hard rice, flat bread was just two oily - greek salad had no dressing - yhe dessert was great - otherwise very disappointed

Ate dinner here a few weeks ago. Really underwhelming. The lamb meatballs were so overcooked you could break a window with them, the wrap looked slapped together and was very dry and honestly received about 4 chips. And our waiter (older guy, Greek) seemed put out by having to serve us. Really just not great
