We’ve been meaning to try out this restaurant for a while now and yesterday was the ideal opportunity. Well, firstly our server Gabriel was incredibly well mannered and knowledgable with regards to the menu and wine list. The red wine he suggested trying was really nice. What a great asset for the restaurant… The food was equally as good as the wine and for anyone thinking about trying the halloumi popcorn covered in honey. Don’t think about it, just do it! We will return for sure!

Honestly, just absolutely bang average and quite tasteless. The service was appalling from one of the staff members who almost looked inconvenienced by me asking him to clear our table after the food was sat there for around 20 minutes. He brought the bill but then didn’t bring the PDQ back for another 20 minutes. Avoid this chain, there is nothing real about this greek.

Lots of negativity on here, our meal was nice, reasonably priced and came out quick when considering how many people were in there. I have had better greek meals but was still enjoyable

We used the Groupon offer to choose from a number of mezes for £30. We werent sure what to expect initially but were keen on having greek food! We were surprised by the quality of the food, which was great, and although the portions seemed small we were stuffed by the end of the meal! We were told there was no portokalopita left and we told our waiter we couldnt have the other available desserts as they contained nuts, so they kindly offered us to choose from other menu options (not included in the original deal) without extra charge. The chocolate cake was awesome and the bougatsa was to die for...although we live about 1hr away we'll be definitely coming back! Great food and service overall.

Was greeted by a lady in a pink tracksuit. Shown to a wobbly table that I think he was the manager, had to fix. The food was hardly warm. In fact the chips were hotter than the chicken thighs. The Greek salad was mediocre, no olive oil and the olives were hard and a funny colour inside. I asked for mine without peppers and was told that’s how it came so I said I’d just pick them out. My husband had the meatballs which he enjoyed and the flat bread was nice. The toilets were out of order and the atmosphere was hardly Greek. Not even any Greek music playing. Very overpriced for the portion sizes too. As someone of Greek origin, I found it embarrassing and will certainly not be returning.

Great food, reasonably priced. Will be back.

The food was okay. But the service was very mixed. Generally, the male serving staff didn’t seem to care, not a smile, no humour, lack lustre. Over an hour before closing we were told there was no coffee because they had cleaned the machine!

Overpriced wraps with a minuscule side of fries (you can have them inside the wrap). The falafel wrap was dry with hardly any sauce. The servers seem extremely grumpy and frankly there are better places to eat in Bluewater.

Food tasted like it was cooked week ago and it felt like it was warmed up.and very expensive.

Awful falafal, worst I have ever had by a mile. Lamb ball souvlaki was below average too. Tap water was the best thing we had tbh. Seriously disappointed. Not again.

Food was mediocre, pork pita was pink inside and chicken one wasn’t much better , meatballs had lovely flavour but were very dense in texture and very solid, the tomato sauce they were in was very watery and was just like a tin of tomatoes had been poured over, calamari was rubbery and tzatziki needed more garlic and a little salt!!! I originally wanted moussaka but they didn’t have any and the waiter advised not to have lamb skewer as the meat was tough!!! We are Greek and hoped for better quality, very disappointed as have eaten at other ‘real Greek ‘ restaurants which food was much better. The bougatsa was lovely and the service was excellent.

Delicious food. A few good vegan options (a few not available on the menu though.) The vegan “meatball” souvlaki is delicious. The aubergine with tomato was also lovely. The bulgur wheat is very tasty, and is not something you can always find in UK restaurants. Agree with the other reviewers that the bald waiter comes across as a bit rude, but not enough to change my rating.

So disappointed not at all Greek! The pork souvlaki was neither cubed or gyros, the chips were put in the bottom of the pitta so once the few bits of meat were eaten I had a chip butty. The chicken souvlaki was almost minced and fell out the flat bread. The sauce was also unusual not what I’m used to. The Greek salad had cherry tomatoes that ain’t right either and I’m not sure it was dressed with oregano. Have they ever been to Greece ??

We always go here for lunch when we go to Bluewater. For us it is something different and very tasty- that we always look forward to. The service is good, the staff friendly and very clean toilets.

Terrible quality food, small portions, under cut on the wrap only had a few shredded pieces of meat, complained and they replaced it, wasn’t much better. Waiters don’t clear your table. I cleared my own table twice to remove mess. Would not recommend, wont be retuning. Not worth the money at all.

Nice place to eat with a healthy kids menu. Staff are very nice. Portion sizes are decent. The food was a bit on the bland side but there’s an extensive menu with lots to choose from and a much healthier place to eat compared to others at Bluewater.

Good food but felt they forgot about us at the end. Quite noisy not suitable for a romantic evening, but good for having a lively meal with friends and family. Would go again.

Food was very good, however service was quite slow, and it was hard to flag down a staff member to order. The "Greek Filo Custard Pie" or Bougatsa, was delicious, would recommend this place 👍

Falafel was tasteless and there was a minty flavour. Chicken and calamari wrap is way below average wrap dishes! Halloumi skewer - the halloumi taste like vegan paneer. Did not enjoy at all. Do not recommend at all. I could have had microwave food as it taste better! Overpriced for such low quality foods.

I gave a one star since there wasn't 0 or lower stars to give. Staff was nice but the food was very bland and oily. Over priced and very small potions as they aren't size of the food plates . More of a side dish size. Fried calamary was over eight pounds and came 5 or 6 rings with mayo. Evey dish was very bland and when we saw the other table we thought its small potions so we ordered more than we normally order thinking won't be enough.big mistake.should have tasted 1st set before order the rest. It was hard to swallow since very bland,tasteless and oily.felt like reheated. Love greek food and even the local take away with the fraction of a price is way better than this. Add to all this bad experience we had really bad tummy aches and ended up having some medicine to settle our stomachs.Not worth the visit and will ruin your love for greek food.stay away.

Came here for dinner with a friend and wasn’t disappointed! Food was lovely and came very quickly. Our waiter Martin was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I visited at lunch time, the Manager showed us to our table and we were then greeted by our waiter 'Gabriel' who was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our needs and made us feel most welcome. We did have a little issue with one of the dishes which Gabriel promptly rectified for us. He was very efficient and kind and he made the whole experience alot more enjoyable. The food was great and very good value for money. We will definitely visit again and hope to have Gabriel as our waiter once again. He is an asset to the team and organisation. Thankyou :)

First time eating here and we weren't disappointed! We love to holiday in Greece and as it is our 10th wedding anniversary we decided to try this restaurant. The food is beautiful, fresh and well presented. The service from the moment we waited for a table was fantastic so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again. I booked a table, was met by a man who barely spoke and gutted at us. Then waited 15 mins, no one came to our table. So we left. Won't bother again.

Food quality not great, wine is very poor quality, had to change a couple of times as it was just sour but then realised that’s just all I can get and gave up. Service not that great either, the waiter was professional but he also looked and had a vibe of a person that would rather be elsewhere. I will personally not return.

Fantastic place! Went to have a bite before the movie with 40 min to spare. Food arrived in a blink of an eye. Soooo delicious!! Impecable service ( I believe manager served us, he was very pleasant man :) ), waiter Roberto was very charismatic and helpful ( I hope I remembered the name correctly). When asked for the bill it arrived instantly and payment was taken within 30 seconds. We made to the move exactly on time! Well done “Real Greek” team. We are definitely coming back :) 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It’s anything but authentic Greek Cuisine…!

Appalling! My family and I decided to try The Real Greek in Blue water. A young waiter immediately came over to us as we entered, he was welcoming and was about to help us to our table. Unfortunately another member of staff - an older, bald well fed man chose to barge him out of the way to 'help' us. This guy was impressively rude! Asking 'What do you actually want? Well how many? No listen what do you want? Food, drinks, what? Let's start with how many shall we!'I was practically speach less! He then flicked us to a table saying' There sit there.' At this point my 17 year old son said this guy was so rude to me that he really didn't feel we should eat here. I agreed and we left immediately. I suggest this guy goes on a customer service course and is not customer facing. Appalling behaviour!

Wanted to try the restaurant, and wasn't disappointed!!! The variety of food and flavour was amazing, there wasn't a crumb left!

Thought we'd pop in for a quick bite to end the day of shopping and it was well worth the visit. The spicy feta dip was delicious!

I found the food to be authentic Greek which I loved. The restaurant has free parking nearby and sits amongst dozens of other excellent restaurants. The atmosphere was lovely and I will be passing by again in the future.
