This place is good! Staff are trained up and understand dietary requirements well. The place is spotless and I'm glad we came in. It was quiet when we first were seated but soon started to fill up. Friendly with children and quick service. Reasonably priced for a steakhouse and portion sizes more than adequate. Nicely decorated and toilets also spotless! Keep up the good work 😃

I ordered 45 pounds 11 oz of meat. They said the extra sauce would cost extra. Normally, one sauce is included, and a second sauce requires an additional charge

We had the best server when we went for a family meal last night. Tabled to seven including two ten years olds. The server was helpful, informative and fun. She guided my husband with menu choices to ensure that he got the best meal. She was attentive and extremely professional. The food was of high quality and the portion sizes good. Quite possibly the best steak I have ever had and my children cleared their plates. My son particularly enjoyed the children’s portion of steak which was a good size and cooked to perfection for him. I’ve never seen him eat so quickly or enjoy a restaurant meal so much. The rest of our party had a mixture of steak, burgers and chicken. Everyone was very happy with their choices and the quality of the food. The atmosphere was lovely, the music choices very good and we were not rushed from our table. Thank you for a great dining experience. We will be back

Can't go wrong, steak was absolutely delicious

Terrible chicken escalope dish. No chicken for a start, over fried to a crisp. Manager gave no apology when meal rejected. Took 25 mins for substitute meal to not arrive, by which time, my guest had finished their meal. I then decided that I didn’t want to wait any longer to eat alone so told manager to cancel meal and bring bill. Very very rude manager and waiting staff. Coupled with no apology for terrible food, no apology for replacement food that was not prioritised. Avoid this place. It’s the second time I’ve have the same experience. The first time the steak was literally just fat and gristle and was told by the manager (yes the Manager) that “some steaks are like that, luck of the draw” !! Dine here at your peril.

I had a great experience dining here. I chose the garlic bread which was delicious. Slices of bread cover in garlic butter and cheese, served with a pot of garlic butter. The Rump of Lamb was just heavenly! served with creamy mash (save the garlic butter for the mash). Although my Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream was nice, it felt nowhere near as special as the other courses, and became just average. Had to knock a star off for this. The service was excellent and efficient. I like how quick our order was taken with superb recommendations to compliment the food. Staff were attentive and friendly. I would certainly recommend this place for a lovely (mostly) quiet dinner and gorgeous food.

We came here for Valentines Day. Staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere was chilled. I wish they had decorated the restaurant more for Valentines. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. My 9oz ribeye steak looked thin! I asked for medium to well done and got a chewy bargain basement steak like the ones you get in Asda basics range. I paid £27 for that! I definitely will not be back! Do better Buenasado, this was not quality Argentinian steak!

The communication from the receptionist was very poor. I arrived to inquire about an available table for lunch, noticing that there were open spaces. However, I was immediately told that no tables were available. The response lacked clarity and the tone was quite aggressive.

I visited this restaurant with my husband and four-year-old son, having made a reservation. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined before we even sat down. As soon as we arrived, the manager, Shobna, rudely told us that our son would have to sit down and not disturb other diners. I found this assumption offensive, as I always ensure my son is well-behaved and bring activities to keep him engaged. When I addressed her tone and assumption, she became defensive rather than apologising. She then suggested we eat elsewhere, but I insisted on being seated. Once at our table, a waitress noticed I was upset and kindly asked if we were alright. As I was explaining what had happened, Shobna abruptly returned and told us they would not be serving us. When we asked to speak to someone senior, we were told she was the manager. I am sure the other staff members provide good service, but the manager clearly lacks basic people skills and professionalism. A truly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting good customer service.

Been a regular here, but won’t go back after a dreadful experience. Tried to order a sharing board for 4, but we were told we could only have the steaks cooked one way as the chef couldn’t cope. We had to “compromise” on what would have been a £200 sharing order and have our ribeye cooked the same as our fillet, rump and sirloin. They had also run out of their only fish dish, no pasta, which was their veggie option. Just disastrous.

Things have gone downhill. We used to love coming to this restaurant, however the staff have recently become far less accommodating and blunt. They don’t like walkins and they make that very clear. The quality of the steak has also reduced drastically. No longer worth the money that they charge.

Hours need updating, not open until 10 on a Sunday. We turned up at 8:30pm & everything is closed…

The manager served us and she was brilliant, the service was awesome and food was fantastic. Steak board was out of this world and would 1000% recommend. Defo coming back.

Steak is always good. Been there multiple times, ordering the same steak and quality is so stable. Service is nice and friendly.

Mmmmmm-mmmmmmm-mmmmmmmm is all I can say. Oh, except the banoffee pie, it's just 99% whipped cream, it's naff, don't waste your calories.

Poor service Portions very small in comparison to the price. All standard sauces are Makro basic. Drinks also very basic. Chunky chips from the freezer pack. Not homemade! Judging this - I may think the meat is the same quality! With regards to atmosphere- the staff points you to the public toilets without knowing you dined at the restaurant! Steaks are cooked with the same quality as we prepare at home. I consider good restaurant is somewhere where it's tastier than cooked home food. Thank you

We have always struggled to find good restaurants around Dartford, having sacrificed the vibrancy of a nice high street for a spacious home. That’s why we were delighted to have discovered this gem of a restaurant in Bluewater. We went there tonight for my partner’s birthday, and we were met by super friendly staff with big smiles. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My partner had the Buenos Aires burger, and I chose the Argentinian sirloin steak. Both meals were cooked to perfection and the Malbec sauce that came with the steak was rich and decadent. I had a side of broccoli which was seasoned with chilli and good quality olive oil and was a perfect crunch level. The side of portobello mushrooms was also super tasty and mushrooms were packed with flavour. The fries were also cooked beautifully and our meat paired perfectly with the house red Malbec. All in all a very pleasant experience, we will certainly visit again!

Absolutely perfect steaks. Got the sharing platter and had all 4 of their primary types of steaks. All were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Dessert was also delicious and worth a try

As a steak connoisseur, not quite perfect as expected, but still delectable.

Had Lunch with my father. I had the goats cheese and red pepper salad. Was absolutely delicious, I enjoyed every mouthful. My Dad had the Buenos Aires Burger and fries, which he also thoroughly enjoyed. Only downside, was there were no gluten free desert options, apart from ice cream. And being coeliac, this was disappointing. However, I couldn't fault the service and atmosphere. And they were very accommodating, finding the perfect spot for my Dad's wheelchair. I would recommend. There is very easy access to disabled toilets also.

Great food, personable staff (not the fastest but very friendly, polite and helpful). My daughters took my wife and I for her birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary - had a delicious meal and a lovely time.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner. The food was excellent: Prawns with garlic sauce, and Padron peppers to start then the unbelievable Churrasco de Lomo. Sara who took care of us was super. All in all wonderful.

Visited yesterday for a family birthday, service was more than amazing, our waitress (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name) was great, she was helpful with our allergens, attentive and friendly, sang at the top of her voice when she bought the cake out. Food was great, we didn’t feel rushed at any point (which is usually the case in most places when you’re a table of 9 like we are). Absolutely perfect, thank you Buenasado Team ❤️

Oh my God what a great experience we had for my son's 18th. Our area was perfect for our group and the service was excellent. Everything was explained by Hazel the manager there who is top in her job. She did amazing no confusion with our food as we were a large group. We wasn't rushed in any way at all. We tried the Beef Empanadas for starters and the Buenasado Argentina ‘Grill on the board’ for mains. The meat was delicious and we really enjoyed every bite .. would definitely recommend the place. Great ambiance, friendly staff and quick service

Hazel is so cheerful, puts you at ease but she is so busy you wonder how she keeps it all going! My sirloin steak medium rare was melt in your mouth but partners medium well done was a bit tough. He said the chunky chips were floury. I had salad and salsa sauce, really nice combo. Garlic bread to share was nice too.

Me and my partner had the BEST time. The food was amazing. Our server Diana was very sweet and kind and helpful and made our experience that much joyful, she was very attentive !! We would definitely come back.

4 different top quality steaks to try. Great atmosphere, and you might even get serenaded by the lady manager if you're lucky. Bit more expensive that you're usual steak house but well worth the extra

I visited this restaurant a couple days ago after a long day shopping in the area, was starving so I was hoping not the be disappointed and didn’t. Firstly let me comment on the great customer service of this place, from the moment we arrived I felt welcomed, wanted to specially mention Dayana’s service (hope I spelled it right) she was our server for the whole evening and I must say she was excellent, despite the fact that I was a bit indecisive with certain dishes, she made sure to clarify all my questions with the biggest smile. Food wise was also great, my friend went for the steak milanesa, I didn’t get to try it but she said it was really nice, I went for the “Chorizo al Malbec”, some mash potato to accompany which was my favourite out of both dishes, and the “Prawns in garlic sauce” along with some fries. We both had a mojito to have with the food and everything was great, drinks were strong too. To finish it all with a sweet treat we both shared a crêpe filled with dulce de leche that came with some ice cream on the side and it was just perfect, something sweet but not too heavy to finish your meal. Overall really satisfied with the service and food and will definitely be coming again to try different dishes from the menu!

Lovely food, nice drinks, but above and beyond for us, was our server, Martina. She was so nice to us and friendly in a genuine way. You can see that clearly. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. 🤩

The service was wonderful and the staff were lovely. It was my birthday when I visited and the staff brought me out a cake an sung me happy birthday and then Hazel the manager sang me a solo happy birthday and her voice was unbelievable, I actually almost cried 😂. A beautiful restaurant with great service and incredible food.

Visit regularly, it was are favourite place for food The last 2 visits the food has been terrible. Poor quality food cold and not cooked as requested. Friends asked for well done and were lucky to get medium, part of there steak was literally still kicking. Staff also need a lesson on pouring a beer, to put the glass on the table and just tip the beer in is not on.

The staff here are excellent, very attentive and friendly. Starters were nice but was a little disappointed with the steak, we went for the 100g sharing platter which to be honest didn’t have much taste to it. The steak in Miller and Carter was far tastier and not as expensive. Overall a nice experience but nothing overly special.

Excellent, perfectly cooked chateaubriand steak that my partner and I shared, the sauces are delicious too but the side of chilli broccoli was a little disappointing - just steamed with a few sliced chillis on top. Service was good. Nice wine in nice wine glasses. The decor is a bit uninspiring and could do with a different playlist but I would happily return.

I went to this lovely restaurant over the weekend and I must say firstly the customer service was 10. The way in which all of the staff I interacted with were very polite, speedy and attentive. Hazel, the manager was an absolute diamond and ensured we were happy from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Want somewhere nice to eat in Bluewater, or in general, this is the place to go!

Visited for lunch a week ago with my husband, baby and toddler. Our family was immediately welcomed in and staff were incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious - my husband and I shared the 'grill on a board' and it was perfect. Couldn't fault the experience or service. Thank you! Can't wait to return.

Ate there last night and the food was very nice. We both ordered the 9 oz rib eye but they were totally different sizes which I pointed out sadly to no avail! My only other gripe is the service charge £24 for 4 people needs to be looked at and maybe made discretionary.

Best steak I have ever had, melted in the mouth and so easy to cut. Seasoned and cooked to perfection will definitely be back ! Hats off to the chef !!

Great food , they fitted us in without a reservation , but I would recommend getting a reservation at busy times , the staff went that little extra mile to accommodate us . My wife was really impressed with her dessert, I would go again and try some of their other dishes .

My recent dining experience at Buenasado in Bluewater was profoundly disappointing and has left me with no desire to return, despite it being our third visit. The evening was marred by poor quality food, abysmal customer service, and a general lack of understanding and professionalism from the staff. From the outset, the meal was off to a bad start. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our food, even after explicitly informing the staff that we were ready for our mains. When the food finally arrived, it was of subpar quality. The steak, which is supposedly their specialty, was overcooked and flavorless. My partner's chicken was dry, and the sides were cold and tasteless. It was evident that the kitchen was either overwhelmed or indifferent to the quality of the dishes they were sending out. The service we received was equally disappointing. The “supervisor” named Lina exemplified a rude and hostile attitude that was entirely unprofessional. When I attempted to express my concerns, she repeatedly interrupted and would not let me finish my sentences. This dismissive behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in a restaurant that prides itself on providing a pleasant dining experience. I asked to speak to the manager of the store named “Shauna” I was told she isn’t available and yet again dismissed which was rude and not acceptable - the attitude from Lina was completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this further. Adding to the frustration, the staff exhibited a significant lack of customer service. Mid-meal, while I was still eating, they decided to clear the table without any regard for my personal space or the fact that I was not finished. This premature clearing is not only rude but also indicative of the staff's complete disregard for the customers’ dining experience. Throughout the evening, it became increasingly apparent that the staff were either poorly trained or simply uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. Their lack of understanding and attention to basic service principles was evident in every interaction. For instance, one of the waiters, ignored our requests for additional drinks multiple times. Another staff member, was visibly annoyed when we asked for condiments that should have been provided with our meals initially, which after such poor service we had to pay additional fees. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. The combination of low-quality food, inadequate service, and the hostile demeanor of the supervisor has ensured that we will not be dining at Buenasado again. This decision is particularly unfortunate as this was our third visit, and we had previously enjoyed the food and service. However, after such a consistently negative experience, it is clear that the standards have dropped significantly - especially spending £220, this isn’t the level of service we expect. Being a slightly larger table of 6, with 2 kids, we would expect our food to be managed well yet every other diner in the restaurant received their food before us. I sincerely hope that the management at Buenasado takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other customers from having a similarly disappointing experience.

Amazing food and service, I visited Buenasado three times already and every time I've had a fantastic evening. Staff are true gems of this place, very friendly and a great team!

Attentive staff, not too bad of a wait for food. Steak cooked as requested although would not get mushroom sauce. Peppercorn sauce is a lot better. Chips very fluffy and crispy on the outside

Excellent food, excellent quality service and the atmosphere was very good. Me and my wife enjoyed the starter, our main course and the desserts. So delicious the food is with a hardworking reliable team that work efficiently with the service. Definitely recommend going to this place. Also, it is not crowded like other places where you have to wait for a long period of time. Straight away you get a table, the service and lovely food comes to your table. Definitely want to go again in the future 😋😁😊

I wished I took pictures of the food but as you can see from previous reviews the food looks great, but tastes even better. We had the chargrilled chicken, ribeye steak and a few sides and went down perfectly well. 5* Service - Sara was our waitress. She knew the menu so well which was helpful for us deciding. She has such a pleasant and interesting aura about her, we couldn’t stop talking to her. Thanks Sara, you really made our visit special. The other staff were also helpful and friendly. Good vibes, good energy, and well run. Will definitely be back.

Food was great service was brillant. 2 starters and 2 mains with 1 glass of wine and 3 bottled beers came to £146 that included £16 service . charge. We had no desserts. We considered £146 to be quite excessive for what we had. We also felt £16 service was also exspensive. Food and service was great but the bill kinder surprised us and not in a good way.

Very disappointing food. Calamari starter was bland and chewy. 11oz Ribeye looked a bit small. Not quality meat, little flavour. Blue cheese salad more like a tomato salad with blue cheese. House Malbec was good.

The food took over 1 hour before our starter came. I ended up walking out after two hours with just a starter as my baby was bored and I was fed up waiting. My husband waited with the other two guests for the mains. His food came out cold so he sent it back and didn’t eat either. The bill still came to over £100 and only 2 out of 5 of us had eaten. The main manager didn’t seem very apologetic either… just with the attitude that we should just wait for our food it seems. I would advise you to go when it is not busy. They seem to have seated way too many people and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. Won’t be returning!

Absolutely the best dining experience we've had since we can remember. I took my Girlfriend to celebrate her getting a new job and we're so glad we picked this restaurant. The staff are so unbelievably friendly! We were waited on by Maria and Simona and they couldn't have been more attentive and helpful, even giving suggestions and recommendations on certain dishes and they weren't wrong about any of them. Even the manager (Hazel) was on hand for anything we needed, super friendly.. a real family vibe. It feels like the staff help because they want to, not just because it's their job and that always makes such a difference. Lastly (and maybe most importantly) the food is absolutely amazing, faultless. The portions, the flavours, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be going back.

This was a fancy birthday lunch, our server, Maria, was so lovely, and the deserts came with birthday plates and candles in them for all 3 birthdays we had that day! The food itself was really nice, perfectly cooked as we ordered.

First time and probably the last time visiting this restaurant. Im gonna talk about the service, was friendly so I can't complain about that, our waitress Edina was nice and polite. The food, I think, wasn't great, like I thought. I ate the chorizo with fries and salad, I couldn't finished my meal, wasn't fresh at all, the pudding was bad, wasn't fresh, I was exciting to eat the cheesecake and dulce de leche, but unfortunately wasn't fresh, that's a shame. The other thing, if you decide to have lunch, forget about asking for a cocktail cos they don't have a barman until 5 pm, so I was disappointed about that. My expectation was high but unfortunately I ate in the wrong restaurant. I thought it was an Argentinians restaurant. I thought everything was gonna be good but unfortunately wasn't good like a thought. We paid around £135 for me and my husband, I think for the price I spect a much better restaurant. I prefer not to recommend this restaurant. The only good thing was the service, thanks, Edina. I give you a 5 star for the awesome service.

Simply excellent. This was our third visit and every time so far I can’t fault it. The sharing platter has four different types of steak, all cooked to my liking perfectly each time. I get fed up with steakhouses promising Argentinian this and that and serving basic steak instead. At last we have a decent Argentinian steakhouse which serves superb cuts of meat.

Amazing meal. The food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection and desserts absolutely delicious. Recommend the lemon meringue pie and the banoffee pie. Having worked in hospitality I know it’s the staff and service that make or break the experience and both were of a high standard. They were very attentive and we felt well looked after. Can't wait to go back.

Somewhat pricey restaurant. In Argentina itself you can get two or three times the portion for a fraction of the price but that's economics for you! Argentina also has a mahoosive steak farming industry, so you can affordably eat steak for every meal of the day! That being said, the food is (by UK standards) excellent; although unfortunately, like many restaurants in Britain, completely lacking on portion sizes which (in this case) doesn't truly reflect the accommodating and generous culture of Argentina. It's comparable to a rabbit's portion! I had a ribeye steak, which I thought was cooked very well. I cannot fault the warm and welcoming service. The interior decoration is really nice and the open layout lends well to the atmosphere and the ambience, but do expect to cough up some money for it!

I stopped in here for lunch during a shopping trip one Sunday! I had one of the nicest steaks I've had in ages. 8oz ribeye, beautifully cooked. Fantastic steak chips, crispy and fluffy, and I ordered a delicious side of creamed spinach. We also shared a delicious chocolate cake for dessert. The service was also superb. I'd definitely go back here again!

They managed to fit us in last minute. Food was amazing steak was great so was the pasta. The only thing I would say was they were quite slow with the bread starter and didn't offer a gluten or dairy free option. Food was very good and at a very good price.

Visited for dinner on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was chilled, music playing was great and not too loud. Service was friendly. The ribeye steak was cooked well with chunky chips were a good portion. Will be visiting again, would definitely recommend and recommend booking just in case it's busy.

The quality of the food was great and staff was friendly. We had the steak sharing platter and the meat was great quality, chips were so-so. Atmosphere was as to expect from a shipping mal Steakhouse. I think it's a good choice, however, in London you can get better quality and ambience for a similar price.

The service and food was amazing a big thank you to the manager Hazel and our waitress Charlie whom made it feel very welcoming and refreshing to find excellent customer service in todays climate is very difficult. The food was on point and with a view of the kitchen team in control was brilliant. We will 100% be coming back. Great work Hazel keep it up.

Service outstanding, atmosp here outstanding and food was beyond amazing. The place was packed, and I can see why, but we felt like we were their only customers. Very attentive, no delays with our food, we had a table of 10, and everything cooked to perfection. They brought out a surprise birthday dessert for my Dad. Can't recommend the place enough.

Was a little sceptical, boy was I wrong. Got some amazing starters but the highlight of the show was 100g each steak cut sharing platter! Best steak in a long while. Great quick service, don’t even realise the empty plates had been taken away! Highly recommend.
