Absolutely loved the service from Hazel and the beautiful woman who seated us. The food was so good and the service was outstanding. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough as it was a vibe!

Best restaurant ever and best steak we've tasted. The staff are amazing and make this restaurant stand out above all the rest. Hazel, Abdullah, Prisca, the others. We wish we new all their names, because they're all lovely. Best Old-fashioned cocktails, too.

Visited for lunch a week ago with my husband, baby and toddler. Our family was immediately welcomed in and staff were incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious - my husband and I shared the 'grill on a board' and it was perfect. Couldn't fault the experience or service. Thank you! Can't wait to return.

Just had the meal it was delicious , service we have got from Abdullah was amazing. He recomended some steaks which we tried was really good we will go back !

Ate there last night and the food was very nice. We both ordered the 9 oz rib eye but they were totally different sizes which I pointed out sadly to no avail! My only other gripe is the service charge £24 for 4 people needs to be looked at and maybe made discretionary.

Best steak I have ever had, melted in the mouth and so easy to cut. Seasoned and cooked to perfection will definitely be back ! Hats off to the chef !!

Great food , they fitted us in without a reservation , but I would recommend getting a reservation at busy times , the staff went that little extra mile to accommodate us . My wife was really impressed with her dessert, I would go again and try some of their other dishes .

My recent dining experience at Buenasado in Bluewater was profoundly disappointing and has left me with no desire to return, despite it being our third visit. The evening was marred by poor quality food, abysmal customer service, and a general lack of understanding and professionalism from the staff. From the outset, the meal was off to a bad start. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our food, even after explicitly informing the staff that we were ready for our mains. When the food finally arrived, it was of subpar quality. The steak, which is supposedly their specialty, was overcooked and flavorless. My partner's chicken was dry, and the sides were cold and tasteless. It was evident that the kitchen was either overwhelmed or indifferent to the quality of the dishes they were sending out. The service we received was equally disappointing. The “supervisor” named Lina exemplified a rude and hostile attitude that was entirely unprofessional. When I attempted to express my concerns, she repeatedly interrupted and would not let me finish my sentences. This dismissive behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in a restaurant that prides itself on providing a pleasant dining experience. I asked to speak to the manager of the store named “Shauna” I was told she isn’t available and yet again dismissed which was rude and not acceptable - the attitude from Lina was completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this further. Adding to the frustration, the staff exhibited a significant lack of customer service. Mid-meal, while I was still eating, they decided to clear the table without any regard for my personal space or the fact that I was not finished. This premature clearing is not only rude but also indicative of the staff's complete disregard for the customers’ dining experience. Throughout the evening, it became increasingly apparent that the staff were either poorly trained or simply uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. Their lack of understanding and attention to basic service principles was evident in every interaction. For instance, one of the waiters, ignored our requests for additional drinks multiple times. Another staff member, was visibly annoyed when we asked for condiments that should have been provided with our meals initially, which after such poor service we had to pay additional fees. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. The combination of low-quality food, inadequate service, and the hostile demeanor of the supervisor has ensured that we will not be dining at Buenasado again. This decision is particularly unfortunate as this was our third visit, and we had previously enjoyed the food and service. However, after such a consistently negative experience, it is clear that the standards have dropped significantly - especially spending £220, this isn’t the level of service we expect. Being a slightly larger table of 6, with 2 kids, we would expect our food to be managed well yet every other diner in the restaurant received their food before us. I sincerely hope that the management at Buenasado takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other customers from having a similarly disappointing experience.

Amazing food and service, I visited Buenasado three times already and every time I've had a fantastic evening. Staff are true gems of this place, very friendly and a great team!

Attentive staff, not too bad of a wait for food. Steak cooked as requested although would not get mushroom sauce. Peppercorn sauce is a lot better. Chips very fluffy and crispy on the outside

Just left the restaurant and wanted to say that Hazel and Prisca was the best! So friendly and makes you feel so welcome! Both are an absolute asset to your company! When we arrived Hazel made us feel so welcome and was nothing short of amazing! Our waitress Prisca was also so friendly and lovely! Will 100% be back as your staff are lovely and the food was great ♥️

Excellent food, excellent quality service and the atmosphere was very good. Me and my wife enjoyed the starter, our main course and the desserts. So delicious the food is with a hardworking reliable team that work efficiently with the service. Definitely recommend going to this place. Also, it is not crowded like other places where you have to wait for a long period of time. Straight away you get a table, the service and lovely food comes to your table. Definitely want to go again in the future 😋😁😊

I wished I took pictures of the food but as you can see from previous reviews the food looks great, but tastes even better. We had the chargrilled chicken, ribeye steak and a few sides and went down perfectly well. 5* Service - Sara was our waitress. She knew the menu so well which was helpful for us deciding. She has such a pleasant and interesting aura about her, we couldn’t stop talking to her. Thanks Sara, you really made our visit special. The other staff were also helpful and friendly. Good vibes, good energy, and well run. Will definitely be back.

Food was great service was brillant. 2 starters and 2 mains with 1 glass of wine and 3 bottled beers came to £146 that included £16 service . charge. We had no desserts. We considered £146 to be quite excessive for what we had. We also felt £16 service was also exspensive. Food and service was great but the bill kinder surprised us and not in a good way.

Very disappointing food. Calamari starter was bland and chewy. 11oz Ribeye looked a bit small. Not quality meat, little flavour. Blue cheese salad more like a tomato salad with blue cheese. House Malbec was good.

The food took over 1 hour before our starter came. I ended up walking out after two hours with just a starter as my baby was bored and I was fed up waiting. My husband waited with the other two guests for the mains. His food came out cold so he sent it back and didn’t eat either. The bill still came to over £100 and only 2 out of 5 of us had eaten. The main manager didn’t seem very apologetic either… just with the attitude that we should just wait for our food it seems. I would advise you to go when it is not busy. They seem to have seated way too many people and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. Won’t be returning!

Absolutely the best dining experience we've had since we can remember. I took my Girlfriend to celebrate her getting a new job and we're so glad we picked this restaurant. The staff are so unbelievably friendly! We were waited on by Maria and Simona and they couldn't have been more attentive and helpful, even giving suggestions and recommendations on certain dishes and they weren't wrong about any of them. Even the manager (Hazel) was on hand for anything we needed, super friendly.. a real family vibe. It feels like the staff help because they want to, not just because it's their job and that always makes such a difference. Lastly (and maybe most importantly) the food is absolutely amazing, faultless. The portions, the flavours, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be going back.

This was a fancy birthday lunch, our server, Maria, was so lovely, and the deserts came with birthday plates and candles in them for all 3 birthdays we had that day! The food itself was really nice, perfectly cooked as we ordered.

First time and probably the last time visiting this restaurant. Im gonna talk about the service, was friendly so I can't complain about that, our waitress Edina was nice and polite. The food, I think, wasn't great, like I thought. I ate the chorizo with fries and salad, I couldn't finished my meal, wasn't fresh at all, the pudding was bad, wasn't fresh, I was exciting to eat the cheesecake and dulce de leche, but unfortunately wasn't fresh, that's a shame. The other thing, if you decide to have lunch, forget about asking for a cocktail cos they don't have a barman until 5 pm, so I was disappointed about that. My expectation was high but unfortunately I ate in the wrong restaurant. I thought it was an Argentinians restaurant. I thought everything was gonna be good but unfortunately wasn't good like a thought. We paid around £135 for me and my husband, I think for the price I spect a much better restaurant. I prefer not to recommend this restaurant. The only good thing was the service, thanks, Edina. I give you a 5 star for the awesome service.

Simply excellent. This was our third visit and every time so far I can’t fault it. The sharing platter has four different types of steak, all cooked to my liking perfectly each time. I get fed up with steakhouses promising Argentinian this and that and serving basic steak instead. At last we have a decent Argentinian steakhouse which serves superb cuts of meat.

Amazing meal. The food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection and desserts absolutely delicious. Recommend the lemon meringue pie and the banoffee pie. Having worked in hospitality I know it’s the staff and service that make or break the experience and both were of a high standard. They were very attentive and we felt well looked after. Can't wait to go back.

Somewhat pricey restaurant. In Argentina itself you can get two or three times the portion for a fraction of the price but that's economics for you! Argentina also has a mahoosive steak farming industry, so you can affordably eat steak for every meal of the day! That being said, the food is (by UK standards) excellent; although unfortunately, like many restaurants in Britain, completely lacking on portion sizes which (in this case) doesn't truly reflect the accommodating and generous culture of Argentina. It's comparable to a rabbit's portion! I had a ribeye steak, which I thought was cooked very well. I cannot fault the warm and welcoming service. The interior decoration is really nice and the open layout lends well to the atmosphere and the ambience, but do expect to cough up some money for it!

I stopped in here for lunch during a shopping trip one Sunday! I had one of the nicest steaks I've had in ages. 8oz ribeye, beautifully cooked. Fantastic steak chips, crispy and fluffy, and I ordered a delicious side of creamed spinach. We also shared a delicious chocolate cake for dessert. The service was also superb. I'd definitely go back here again!

Had a meal here, and I must say I was very surprised. Excellent food and service. The burger was huge, and the steak was well cooked and tasty. Our waitress Prisca was a credit to your company. Very very happy and attentive. The lemon merange pie was WOW ......!!!!!! I would highly recommend Buenasado a great meal brilliant service and very tasty food. Thank you.

They managed to fit us in last minute. Food was amazing steak was great so was the pasta. The only thing I would say was they were quite slow with the bread starter and didn't offer a gluten or dairy free option. Food was very good and at a very good price.

Visited for dinner on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was chilled, music playing was great and not too loud. Service was friendly. The ribeye steak was cooked well with chunky chips were a good portion. Will be visiting again, would definitely recommend and recommend booking just in case it's busy.

Such an amazing service. Rarely been to a place where we were so well served, with every single waitress being absolutely lovely and making our day. The food also was good, would absolutely recommend!

The quality of the food was great and staff was friendly. We had the steak sharing platter and the meat was great quality, chips were so-so. Atmosphere was as to expect from a shipping mal Steakhouse. I think it's a good choice, however, in London you can get better quality and ambience for a similar price.

The service and food was amazing a big thank you to the manager Hazel and our waitress Charlie whom made it feel very welcoming and refreshing to find excellent customer service in todays climate is very difficult. The food was on point and with a view of the kitchen team in control was brilliant. We will 100% be coming back. Great work Hazel keep it up.

Staff were good and food was very nice

Service outstanding, atmosp here outstanding and food was beyond amazing. The place was packed, and I can see why, but we felt like we were their only customers. Very attentive, no delays with our food, we had a table of 10, and everything cooked to perfection. They brought out a surprise birthday dessert for my Dad. Can't recommend the place enough.

Was a little sceptical, boy was I wrong. Got some amazing starters but the highlight of the show was 100g each steak cut sharing platter! Best steak in a long while. Great quick service, don’t even realise the empty plates had been taken away! Highly recommend.

'Found' this restaurant whilst being dragged around Bluewater. What a gem. Made to feel welcome from the start. Pleasant, happy and helpful staff- not overbearing or rushing. I indulged in a steak and it was perfection on a board. A perfect cut of meat cooked absolutely spot on. An excellent meal and good value for money. Will definitely be looking out for the name when visiting elsewhere. Well done guys and girls 👍

We came today as a table of 11 for a birthday get together and it was amazing. The waitress Prisca (name on receipt) was incredible, the music fantastic, food impeccable (the steaks!!!!) . We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!! Thank you for making our celebration wonderful xxxxx

I've had a few meals here the latest being to celebrate my sons birthday and exam results... fantastic food and great service... its a little loud acousticly make sure you book as plenty people were turned away who just turned up.

I have dined several times in this restaurant and it has always been a nice decent service We were very disappointed today when my son booked two days ago for this Saturday at 7pm. The manager who definitely need to be changed put us in a table next to the toilette although there were many other tables empty and insisted that this is the only table available. I also saw other people who have not had a booking getting tables. This is the last time I personally will ever come to this restaurant. There are other Argentinian restaurants in London that are better and I think you really need to teach managers some manners. The quality of the food started deteriorate since it first opened so I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody Dr Abed Arnaout The recent booking was under the name of Danny Arnaout

My recent dining experience at the new steakhouse restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to order and was tender and had great flavour. The selection of sauces also complimented the beef beautifully. But we also want to share our thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Maria. Her warm demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm made our meal truly memorable.

We had Ribeye and Steak milanese for diner, with cream spinach as a side. Was everything amazing and good portions. For desert was an incredible Banofe! I highly recommend the restaurant.

Presentation was good but the food was very salty. Meat was well cooked and tender as well as the vegetables.

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Do not waste your time or money going there. When we first arrived we was told by the supervisor Alex there was no space for us even though the restaurant was half empty and we booked on open table. Was verbally abused by a waitress called Charlie with her hands waving in my face. The manager refused to come from the back to deal with the issue. Ruined our whole evening. Do not go into a customer facing job if you are unable to navigate situations professionally and maintain an appropriate tone and mannerism

Food was very good, started with Empanada and garlic bread - definitely will have again Main was a sharing dish on a board with steaks (x2) chorizo, chicken, veg etc and 2 sides... The steaks were very good, cooked exactly how we asked House Merlot was far too easy to drink!

Nice place, lots of room. Quite expensive for what you get. The garlic Prawn starter was ok but don't bother with the Calamari. The Steaks were very good, we had fillet and sirloin, but you don't get much with it, a small portion of a choice of chips or fries. I found the chips a bit greasy. And a tiny bit of salad garnish, that's it! We also ordered a side salad which was very good as were the Padron peppers but please not so much salt next time! The Cheese cake was gorgeous and you get a big slice too. The Argentine beer was lovely. I had a glass of Spanish red to go with my steak, very nice, smooth, but I could have bought a whole bottle of good wine for the same price!

Very expensive. Small piece of lamb and a bit of mash £20 - with desert they redeemed themselves , £7.50 but it was a large slice of banoffee pie and it was amazing 👌 I did request the service charge to be removed as I think 12.5% is rather a lot , when the price for food is that high . That is entirely your choice though - No Bluelight discount available

I would not even give a single star. We have been denied entry just coz we had a toddler and an infant. 2 ladies just said sorry we cannot accommodate you as you have a pram. If so put a notice on you window no toddlers and infants allowed. I’ve also mentioned that we can carry the baby in our arms and the toddler can sit in a chair but still denied. If you have family stay away. I have been to Michelin star restaurants but never been treated like this. Extremely poor experience. Feeling very depressed after been spoken to in that rude manner.

I don’t understand this restaurant, the manager is completely clueless when it comes to customer service. I had ordered two kids meals one for my 3 year old and the one year old who was due to wake up from his nap. I have cancer so I didn’t order as I felt ill from chemo. My husband however ordered a steak. This women came over to us and said ‘there’s four of us and only 3 meals ordered 2 of which are kids meals’, when I said there are two kids here she looked at the sleeping child and I said he’s due to wake. She then said you haven’t ordered…I have CANCER - I’m not feeling up to eating! Anyway needless to say I am not coming back to this place. This is not the first time this manager has been an absolute nuisance. I truly do not recommend coming to this restaurant, steaks are sub par and it’s like the Adam’s family Lurch running the restaurant.

5 star; my partner and I really enjoyed our experience - our sever Mandy was super she explained to us that all of the steak is organic, grass fed cows, from Argentina and the chefs cut the meat them selves. The chef who cooked our steak, Callum, cooked it perfectly. my partner and I have been to a lot of steak restaurants but this is by far the best, and we have never had our steak cooked the way we like it. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Mandy and Callum.

Wow, where to begin, didn't like the table they placed us but that feeling changed when the waitress came to us, she was able to recommended certain food and it was delicious 🤩, unfortunately couldn't give her more tips because she made a mistake she ordered for my son of 6 years old adult plate of chicken 🙄. We have been loyal customers of Cote brasserie for years, but we feel the quality and attention to detail had slipped. So we tried Buenasado, and what a difference, great food and service and atmosphere. Also, the restaurant was very clean, and we will definitely be coming back and making this our regular restaurant Thank you, Buenasado and staff, for a great meal

Nice venue, and the meal prices are reasonable. The food tastes great, but some of the drinks need to be improved on.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here, the Lomo steak was absolutely delicious and well cooked just as I asked for. The chicken was tasty and my sons burger was very tasty. The server was very helpful and had a great sense of humour. Very attentive with drinks and meals served swiftly. The restaurant was in a shopping centre but it really didn't feel like we were in such a busy location. My son said it was like being on holiday.

Good food, and the lunch menu offers good value for money. My rare was slightly too cooked but otherwise good. Atmosphere a bit lacking, but not sure what they could do about that. All together we would return.

Food was ok rather than scrumptious. Maybe I'm spoiled from previous visits to Gaucho and Hawksmoor but this didn't hit the ball out of the park. The waiting staff were nice, but possibly understaffed.

Having been to many Argentinian Restaurants in Spain I maybe expected too much. Strange not to get any bread with the large portion of provoleta, tasty but needed something more than a slice of tomato on top. The rib eye was OK, I had it medium rare with salad but came more like medium and the fat hadn't rendered. Tasty but no sear at all which was a shame. I might try a burger if I went back with friends. I asked for a small bottle of sparkling water but all they had was a 1l bottle so I had to have a still bottle as the only small they did. Unusual for a large restaurant. Staff very friendly and attentive, just the food wasn't as good as I've had in other Argentinian restaurants.

Had a lovely meal here last night and would definitely recommend 👌🏻 we had the padron peppers and chorizo al malbec to start which were really tasty. Then we had the steak sampler board to share which was outstanding! Each cut of meat was cooked perfectly and so tasty. Unfortunately didn't have space for dessert after all of that but would love to come back and try them. Kids menu had a steak option which is unusual and my son loved it. My daughter had the pasta which was also very tasty. The service we had was outstanding, our waitress was so good with the kids which makes such a difference when eating out. 😊

The food/plate presentations are so dull/joyless/no attractive. Taste is okay.

By far the worst steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. My wife and I are early, the place was empty, the service took ages, then food took half an hour to be served. My wife had a fillet steak that could have been used as a door stop, I ordered my rump medium rare and it came rock solid and seriously over done. Not impressed at all. BTW I was a butcher most of my working life, this wasn’t god meat in any shape or form.

Ordered a small Sirloin and large filet steak, both were perfectly cooked as ordered (Medium rare and medium), waitress was very friendly and accommodating and overall a nice location and setting inside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good steakhouse with quality.
