Amazing shop, staff are friendly especially marc & harry and happy to help and milkshakes are delicious, lots of amazing choices and combinations you can choose from. Definitely recommend.

My father came in yesterday and was served by George. My father is visualy impaired and partially deaf. George was very understanding and took his time to explain the menu and take my fathers order. Thank you george and five guys you made my father feel included and well looked after. Great food. Great service. Will 100% be returning.

The service is getting worse , is the second time they forget to put the extra fries we ordered , and instead of apologizing they just said that we never ordered them 🫡, they did apologize in the end but still . Also the portions are getting smaller everytime 🫤 we used to order evry friday, but think its time to look for a new place

Worst food ever had in a McDonald's. It was lukewarm and really didn't enjoy it.

There was a long queue for the cash pay line but no staff there. I waited half an hour for my food just for it to be cold.

Looking for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema at Bluewater, my Wife and I had a wonderful chicken salad each with drinks. It was extremely well presented and very good and fresh. Presented in a huge bowl with extensive tasty salad topped with pieces of chicken. On arriving it was easy to order and service by Millie Anderson was first class, professional helpful and friendly. It was easy to find a table and we had a wonderful meal at an extremely good price. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be going again in the near future.
