Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Dartford

My father came in yesterday and was served by George. My father is visualy impaired and partially deaf. George was very understanding and took his time to explain the menu and take my fathers order. Thank you george and five guys you made my father feel included and well looked after. Great food. Great service. Will 100% be returning.

There grilled cheeses are amazing. Very friendly,nice food a little pricey but worth it.

appalling over an hour late. and cold on arrival. driver was seen going to Dartford possibly delivering another order before ours. food bag was crushed. chips were all in the carrier bag.

Went there at 21:55 and they wouldn’t serve me. Despite their closing time is at 10pm. He said I will not make a whole order now for you guys …. Lazy young people that you shouldn’t employ anywhere if you want your business to succeed !!

Food never arrived, driver delivered the milkshake and told us that’s all he was given yet the restaurant advised that he was handed food. Was told nothing can be done

I ordered Via Just Eat. My Burger, Chips & Drink come but my £10 milkshake didn’t! Wouldn’t advise ordering it via Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo. At all.

I received a voucher from head office after complaining of really shockingly bad service at Nugents Park. We were in Bluewater and decided to try again. What a completely different service! Staff were friendly and welcoming. When the voucher wouldn't scan the manager put the whole order through, even though we had more than the voucher covered. No fuss just genuinely good customer care. 5 stars!

Waited over 2 hrs for my food to be told a driver is on route to pick up but never received it and it says it was delivered

I’ve walked past them for years that day I decided to what was up. I’d previously tried my work colleague chips bought from there and the chips were great from memory. I tried their cheese burger for the first time it was decent, filling, nice but for some reason I expected to be on cloud nine especially re the prices I spent £10-£20 the cheese burger wasn’t great or bad it was just nice and ok.

Order never showed up. Requested a refund yet to hear back. Looks like the driver may have taken it for himself. Not what I wanted after a long day at work. Just eat process doesn’t allow to call a number and you have to send in an email to query an order not showing up. Not very helpful when you need to buy more food to replace what’s not turned up. Let’s hope just eat can refund the entire order

Visited 21st July at 12pm. Staff were very friendly. Food portions are great. Me and my boyfriend shared the large fries and but couldn’t finish it as we got very full, but burgers were cooked beautifully and the salted caramel shake is the best - my go to every time. We ordered via the app to save time queuing 👍🏻👍🏻

For two years a friend has said we must go here. The servings were enormous, we ended up leaving half our fries behind (and I am a big eater). The burgers were very large and you had a choice of 15 extra fillings for free, I wish I knew this prior as I rushed the decision and maybe could have tailored the burger better. The shakes were generous and tasty. You pay top dollar (pounds) and you get what you pay for, it was very busy the day we were there

Order was cold late and missing items absolute garbage, especially considering it is super expensive

When I ordered the cheeseburgers for my family,I did not realise that the burgers,chips and drinks were all separate items,instead of priced as a meal.I could not really taste the difference between my burger,and those of other burger places.l found the seating very hard and uncomfortable,what happened to the foam padding!I was disappointed to find only fizzy drinks or milkshakes on the menu,I personally enjoy a nice coffee when I am out!I am sorry to say that the meal was overpriced and not particularly tasty,and so I will not be visiting the restaurant again.

£24 for 2 burgers and one chips. Asked for small cups for water and when I asked for a further cup for a toddler I was refused and accused of putting ‘Coke’ in my cup when it was in fact water. The staff member then totally refused a cup for water for my child so my child had to eat her food without a drink of water. As she is a toddler she doesn’t drink sodas etc so was very thirsty and we had to go to nearby restaurants to get her some water to accompany her food we’d just bought. The adult burger we had was full of grease and when I bit into it the grease went everywhere causing a lot of mess. As a regular at 5 Guys I’ve never had such a greasy burger before so that was disappointing as it was quite sickly. 5 Guys are always generous with their chips but today I got the most measly portion of chips which again was disappointing. Poor service, very greasy burgers and refusing a cup for water for a small child is really quite disgusting. As 5 Guys regulars I don’t think we’ll return to this one any time soon. Not recommended.

Nice food, but please don't rush people at the till. Not everyone is familiar with the menu, the process or the options and it is also hard to hear what is being asked at the till. Please be more aware of people with invisible disabilities such as hearing difficulties etc. It might be good to write the process down and display it for novices i.e. 1. Choose your sandwich/burger/hot dog 2. Choose your toppings 3. Choose your fries 4. Choose the seasoning for your fries 5. Choose your drink 6. Pay Thanks

Soggy cold fries again! Lukewarm hot dog! 11 mins late.

Don't mind paying a premium for good food but this is no where near. My local sells cheese burger and chips for £12 and it knocks spots of this greasy offering. Avoid at all costs

I’m on a quest to find the perfect Burger this Easter and I was truly disappointed with my cheese burger today. The bun was COLD and the onions were big chunks not caramelised enough. This isn’t on guys!! One large portion of chips was more than enough for 3 people but again the bun should never be cold :(

THE RESTAURANT DIDNT FIND THE ORDER. THE DRIVER ASKED THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER GAVE SOME MILKSHAKE AND SAID THIS WAS IT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

The food was fantastic as always, a little bit on the pricey side but you get what you’re paying for!! Just wish the drinks were a little more reasonable in price, overall a great experience

Food was cold. Cost me 6.95 for portion of fries which was only half a cup and hardly any had fallen out in bag. The burgers for the price they cost was tasteless and very watery. Bacon was overcooked and un chewable. Burgers were cold. Best thing was milkshake so much flavour in strawberry one. Very disappointed especially for 2 burgers 1 large fries and 2 shakes costing over 40 pounds total rip off.

I go there mainly for their milkshakes, can't get enough

It took 12 minutes to travel 1.5km, so obviously food was cold yet again! In addition, the milkshake I ordered was missing!

Just stopped in as my son wanted a milkshake. Walked up to a counter that said milkshake with a till. Stood there for a few seconds when a lady rudely told us we have to go to another till. Never been here before to order just a milkshake so was slightly confused. Went to the till to order milkshake and once paid was told to go back to the original counter with the sign saying milkshakes. Stood there where the first rudely lady was still standing completely ignoring myself and son. So when I asked how does this work she looked me up and down and said” she’s busy pointing to her colleague making milkshakes. I than replied I’m only trying to find out how it all works. She then responded with what class as rude gestures and a complete attitude. I work in retail and would never think of talking to customers in this way. She then walked off still wanting to argue to go off to clean. Will carry on using this establishment but shame about staffs attitude.

Awful burger place ordered a cheese burger give me no receipt and then waited 15-20 minutes and then when I confronted they told me I hadn’t ordered nothing don’t go here worst burger place I’ve ever been to

Usually Five Guys do a decent burger and I'd rate a 4 or 5, 4 as also expensive for non gourmet burger but still one of the best chains for Americana style, however today asked for no ketchup but BBQ sauce instead, got neither, tired hungry and far enough through burger before I noticed it wasn't dolloped all one end that I couldn't be bothered to complain or get a top up etc. Gave feedback at end, didn't want to moan just give a quick heads up and kind of felt as staff under pressure they were a little indifferent/nonplussed, acknowledgment via quick apology or something similar at the time would have sufficed.

This place used to care about their reputation, quality and customer satisfaction. Forget all that now! This place has some of the rudest staff I have ever dealt with now. What happened to 5 Guys at Bluewater? Did they replace all the staff with emotionless automatons? At least be friendly when taking nye on 30quid for 2 bloody burgers and a portion of fries 🤣🤷... I will NEVER be spending my hard earned money here again. Lost a loyal 5 Guys customer for many years.

Although service to start was good, it was the response regarding a hair on chips. I was informed the manager wanted to speak to me. Whilst having my burger the staff member twice stated I should go see the manager to which I stated I was still eating, The manager gave me a refund no apology money back that’s it. 🤷🏾

The service staff were excellent. The guy on the till was helpful and friendly. However the food was very dissapointing. I ordered a bunless bacon and cheese hotdog as I am T1 diabetic. I was asked if I wanted it in a bowl or wrapped in lettuce. I said in a bowl but it came wrapped in lettuce. The amount of hotdog was a tiny amount and nowhere near the same amount you would get if you ordered it in a bun. It was very dissapointing and especially for £8. It tasted nice but was worth £3 maximum. I will not be going back.

Elite level milk shake. Vanilla and oreo is really good but the elite tier is the biscoff. You can also mix the flavours. Ask for 2 straws!!!!

Ordered off uber eats and after waiting over 2 hours Yes OVER 2 hours they cancelled my order. Ridiculous service, why not cancel earlier instead of making someone waiting nearly 3 hours. What a absolute joke. I will never ever come order again.

You know what you're getting. Some find it greasy, but it's amazing! Can never get enough of the toppings. One thing I'll never understand is why you can't get bubble free orange Fanta from the machines, plenty of other options though

Good food and staff I just dislike the layout, gets busy at the front and had another customer waiting knock into me and I dropped the drinks. The drinks machine could be better placed all good other than that

Fries cold again. Delivery guy didn’t know my address so walked around with my bag of food not insulated in any way until he found my house.

Hmmmm who doesn't love a 5g burger 🤌🏾. Adding a shot of whiskey/rum to the milkshakes is a game changer 🙌🏾

Burgers were nice and the strawberry milkshake was nice , but my wife ordered a BLT , which when it came the bacon was black and badly over cooked , we took it back and we’re quite rudely told there’s nothing we can do as they cook all the bacon in this way and fobbed off , I started taking photos of if and a waitress appeared quite quickly offering a refund and also so said that that is the way they cook it , when asked if she would eat it she said no as it’s too over cooked and burnt for her , staff behind the counter said it’s not burnt it’s just the way we cook it . So if you want a BLT go somewhere else as the whole experience was quite unpleasant ,

My 8 year old daughter is a convert! We are here at least once a month. Best burgers and fries for miles!

There were few people there when we arrived around 6pm. There was a security guard that was kind of intrusive. He was leaning not far from our table and kept looking at us. I'm unsure if this was on purpose or because he was hungry or just stating off into the distance but it felt a little uncomfortable. That aside, as always the food, portions, flavours and satisfaction provided by Five Guys is second to none. It's the best burger joint anywhere in the world and my family and I love it!

This used to be one of my favourite takeaways but for quite some time now the fries have been cold, tasteless and old. It’s such a shame, the fries used to be the only fries I ever eat, the flavour used to be lovely, but for several months now it hasn’t been the case. I don’t mind paying £7 for a portion of chips if they’re freshly cooked and a nice flavour but not for what gets delivered now. No more.

Awful. Cold Hot Dog. Cold reheated tasteless fries and squares of brown paper from the fries bag in with the fries, which pretty much tasted the same as the fries!

Old chips again, no taste at all. Tiny portion even by small portion standards. I like your food very much but am getting fed up with the “old chips” problem. Very tight not to cook a new batch up!

Came here for a burger when on a shopping trip in blue water. The service was good and we ordered quickly. We found a nice clean table to eat at, the burgers were delicious and the chip portions were massive. I would definitely return

Oreo milkshake was missing so they gave us 2 biscoff milkshakes which unfortunately, I don’t like.

The food is fantastic, staff really friendly, got there early so not much of an atmosphere. For fast food, it is a bit on the expensive side though, but saying that, I have never had a bad meal there.

Great value burgers. Quick service, and I absolutely love all of the included toppings. Fresh chilles, hot sauce, mushrooms. Fast food as it should be. Skin on fries also great.

Very good burger. I had just the hamburger with 'little' portion of cajun fries and opted for the 'All the way' toppings thinking it was basically everything they had, but it instead meant 'lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, along with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise'. That was adequate but I wanted jalapenos but that was my fault. The 'Little' portion of fries is as usual a very generous portion - easily more than enough for an adult, and possibly too much for some adults. The burger was tasty and moist and the toppings were all good. Fries were very good too. The price has jumped up a bit though, but hasn't everything?!

Went for burger tonight with my wife before cinema great chips but burger was no more better than a McDonald which is very tasteless also have realised they are now a lot smaller but the the price has gone up very disappointed £28 for two burger and chips won’t be going there again nice staff food poor and watered down coke 😔

Probably the best food your gunna be able to get for that price in the whole of bluey... You don't need to double burger just get all the trimming you like and a small chips. Sorted.

The hot dog was great but the fries were brown tasteless and clearly old and refried. Disappointing, their fries are usually great.
