Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Dartford

My wife and l visited for lunch, l ordered a Cheese Dog, my wife the same but minus the bun.The girl who served us at the counter clearly wanted to be somewhere else, she was totally disinterested.After a rather long wait the dogs arrived, both minus the buns???£11.70 for two small hotdogs covered in a tiny piece of melted cheese!We will not be visiting again, there are far better places to eat in Bluewater for much better value.

The prices are crazy but I had to give it a go. The quality is average at best. The menu is very limited. The milkshakes a £5!! And not that great. The chips have skin on which some of us liked others did not. There were a lot of them. There should be deals on meals especially for the kids. Based on this experience, I would never visit a 5 guys again. Go to one of the other junkfood restaurants!

Love Five Guys burgers, but fancied a change yesterday and got the Bacon Cheese Hot Dog Ohh how I wish I had stuck with a burger, it was like chewing on a piece of old leather. Stick with the burgers as they are the best

Popped in here for a burger whilst up bluewater and it didn’t disappoint. The burger was delicious as always and it’s definitely worth eating here

Really helpful and friendly lady served me. It’s a shame the foods the price it is. I had a cheeseburger and fries and a refillable drink, this was just shy of £15... come on five guys that’s far too expensive... eating in and it still turns up in a bag!!! No plates or cutlery. I liked the food don’t get me wrong but I could of gone to macdonald’s and had pretty much the same for a third of the price. The foil around the burger just makes it sweat as well. Loads of potential but if you don’t lower your prices you will not last.

Cannot fault this place. The food was on point. And so so good. The service was above and beyond. I literally felt spoilt by the team and staff. They were attentive and friendly and approachable. The milkshakes are to die for. The best iv had in a while even if a little on the sweet side but the quality of the food and the cheese used in the burgers, the staff added all together has made for an excellent experience. Yes pricey but it is so much better than your average fast food burger chain. Go and you will not be disappointed. If you want a cheap burger, you know where to go but it won't leave you full all day like this gem does.

Served by Stephanie who was so patient and nice to my Mum who is in a wheelchair after suffering a stroke. She went through topping options, etc and was exceptionally welcoming.I later saw her helping an older lady work the freestyle machine unprompted.She alone caused me to give this place 5 stars - the perfect burger was a bonus! Five Guys always delivers on food but they knocked it out of the park on service today!

Went for lunch at this restaurant and left feeling extremely disappointed by our experience. Ordered a beef hotdog. It was priced at £4.50. For the price, I was expecting a proper, real beef sausage. Instead I got a little 6 inch bread roll with a tiny Vienna style sausage! It was basic to say the least. The veggie burger was just as underwhelming. The onions were undercooked and the bun was soggy. Weird ordering system too - they call out the number for your order but don't actually check who is collecting it or check the receipt, when you go to collect... which means anyone could go and collect your food. Would give it a zero star rating if it was possible - extremely pricey for what they offer, not worth the money at all - total rip off! You know it's not great, when you leave still starving...

Came here after walking around Bluewater all day, found a clean table, got a quick and easy service, they did give me the wrong burger but when I went back up to the pick up point, they gave me the correct one straight away with no questions asked. Definitely go again!

So I have to give 0 stars for this company ... I handed my watch in to have a battery replaced back in August only to be told they could not get the back of the watch put back on and it will need to be sent off . After leaving it a while with no udate on the watch we decided to ring. .fossil said the watch could not be repaired as the light with in the watch was broken . On their behave as was fine before . Now we are in January and going back and forth the only thing they are offering us is a wow to have discount on a new watch or £40 as unfortunately we have no Warrenty due to it being a present from my dad who has recently passed . .. now anyone who knows foils know not one watch in that shop costs £40! And as they have broken it and put me through all this grieve why would I be purchasing a watch from them unnecessary when the watch I had was in perfect order before ! With the situation still not resolved as to date there will be no other option but to take legal advise from this unacomadating company who still have my watch which they have broken !

Over cooked over priced and over rated I WOULD NOT EAT THERE AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME !!!!!! self service for the money they charge I would expect table service Burgers were not better then any other fast food establishment a certain competitor is selling a bacon Cheese burger for a fraction of the price.

The burgers are very fresh and they are cooked to the way you want them and they will put the ingredients you want with the burger and you get a load of chips a very nice place to go for a burger and beer also ok

On the odd occasion I fancy a burger I eat here. The options are good, the food plentiful and service efficient. This must have been my 5th visit and the quality and always been good.

Had the vanilla and banana milkshake without cream topping, very nice but £5.25? Not sure I would buy too many.

Ordered food to take home to family, on arriving home. I discovered 2 of 4 burgers on my order was wrong along with the wrong fries. I live quite far away so wasn't able to return back to the restaurant. We made do with the burgers we received, but couldn't eat the fries as my 4 and 6 year old children can't handle the Cajun seasoning. The ticket matched my order so not sure what happened. Most annoyed that we paid for additional Bacon and cheese and these were not included. The Milkshakes were good.

I think they must have got their timings wrong when we were there, as the serving guys were all hanging around holding their paper bags but no burgers were forthcoming. I could see the bacon for my bacon burger sitting forlornly on the open bun for at least five minutes before any meat was ready. Even more surprising then that the burgers were woefully overcooked, to the point of being crunchy all the way through. A big thing is made out of wrapping them in foil (presumably to keep them all moist and lovely), but these were cremated. The fries were really nice but the burger was a real let-down, and didn’t justify the price. Still, they do beer, which is a bonus, and it’s fun to sit there watching Bluewater’s finest queue up for half an hour for the Nando’s opposite.

Very disappointing visit to 5 guys, Bluewater today. £30 for a couple of cheeseburgers, one small fries and two milkshakes would be okay if there was any level of service or if the food was half decent.

Had a bacon cheeseburger and chips "all the way" and my husband had one plain, both were great. We shared a small chips between us, and had 2 fountain drinks.

The burger I bought today was cooked and served in under 4 minutes and was absolutely swimming in grease. When I tried to return it I was told I could have a free milkshake instead from a server whose english was not good. Then I just got a shrug of her shoulders. I can now see who all the other restaurants are busy and this was practically empty ! Over-priced, poor customer service and nasty - avoid avoid avoid !

Popped in to treat my Son when birthday shopping as he has wanted to try Five Guys for a while now. The burgers are superb. As others have pointed out, they are expensive compared to the likes of Burger King and McDonalds etc. However, they are a step up from those types of burger so fair they cost more (not knocking BK & Maccy Dees at all - I love a Whopper!). It worked out about £12 for a bacon cheese burger and fries, but the burger was a double burger and very good too. You can have as many as you like of the 15 toppings included in the price. I had lettuce, tomato, relish, raw onions and jalapenos - really good. The bun was good too. You get a load of fries - possibly too much for one person and you can probably get away with sharing one portion of fries between two of you. Back to the burgers though, they were really tasty and juicy - not greasy, but juicy good quality meat. I have always loved the double whoppers at BK and often wondered how more expensive burgers can really be much better, but after taking a couple of bites, it was very apparent that the Five Guys burgers are definitely up another notch (similar to GBK). I will definitely be going back. It is expensive so wont be as often as I would like to, but will be as a treat and here and there. On a note about cost, the soft drinks are expensive but you can have unlimited refills (different drinks each time if you like) so not as bad, but that wont put me off going back. The staff were very pleasant too. Well done.

First visit here and we enjoyed it! The burgers were amazing, they were a little greasy but that didn’t take away from the taste.

Well overpriced for a burger £50 for 4 of us never again over priced they don’t tell you that one portion of chips would feed four of you

The best burger ever. The best fries ever. Don’t expect cheap meat cos you won’t get cheap. Top ingredients cooked fresh in front of you while you wait. Great service too.

Went to Bluewater shopping for the first time in years and as we were hungry and the other places were so busy we decided to try Five Guys.

Visited for the first time, unfortunately was not very impressed, i found the burger quite bland and greasy, burger bun was too soggy, a bit overpriced for what you get. However, the place was very clean and the staff was friendly.

If you are after a burger and chips, then this is most certainly the place to go. Yes, it will cost you more than a burger king or McDonalds, but the food will be 100 times better. Always cooked fresh and perfectly, and you have complete control over what goes in your food.

I have been here a number of times now, the food is outstanding but it is extremely overpriced, for a meal it came to over £15! Considering that you do not get table service and the food comes packaged in tin foil, I would expect it to be of a cheaper price.

Love coming down here from my work as they’re always quick and taste good. Staff members can vary day to day (like most places) but no one horrible and some are very nice! Love their fries and even the small portions are big enough to feel you up!

Go here every time i go to bluewater, just for a chocolate shake with cream. Its a must have, expensive but worth every penny. Its also high in calories (750) but hey who cares 😇😇

Five Guys entered the San Luis Obispo market with low prices and good quality control. Only a few months later ... prices have zoomed up. Burgers are dry and boring. Staff knows how to yell, but that's about all. Quality has declined gradually and my last visit will be my last ever. For example: I asked for grilled onions and mushrooms. The onions were barely grilled, half raw (which gives me indigestion) and the mushrooms numbered about three of those puny soggy things from a can. Ugh. Try The Habit instead.

We’ve become something of a regular since our son introduced us to these burgers. We’ve visited again with him and our much younger daughter and the burgers and fries never fail to deliver. They are a little pricier than some burgers, but they are excellent and the ability to build exactly the burger you want at no extra cost is excellent. And we love the chips. We got a portion recently just to snack on.

Nothing beats a Five Guys!! Always across the board cheese burger. Even writing about it now makes my mouth water.

My daughter said this was the best burger she ever had - I should think so it cost £8!!

An average hotdog and fries "served" in a paper bag..I've seen more appetizing things thrown in a bin...and despite few customers a long wait from payment to receipt of order. No explanation no apology....and you won't be surprised to learn no return visit.

We visited at the request of my son for an additional birthday treat. We’d not been before and we all loved it. What a great way to assemble a burger, tailoring it as required and without the coat creeping up. The burgers were excellent quality and delicious. As were the fries. We’d heard good things and these did deliver. Portion sizes for both were more than ample. My daughter had a milkshake which was excellent - virtually identical to some of the excellent shakes we had during a recent trip to the States. It was pricey for a fast food place, so will be reserved for more special occasions, but the quality was worth it.

Tasty food, good size portions and best fries ever. One of our family favourites. Just one piece of advise for management, please ask staff to change their gloves for vegetarians to avoid contamination.

This is the only place I will eat a burger. They are nearest to good quality homemade burgers with a little more thrown in. Love the choice of toppings. Delicious burgers every time, expensive yes, but worth it!! Skin on chips very good too. Personally, I wish you would serve tea & coffee. Expensive and poor quality. Had no bun so expected more salad, but very small portion (need to learn lesson from subways). Jalapeño still had seeds in they couldn’t be bother to remove them as you should do. Ruined our lunch.

Had a few burgers now love the burgers but they are pricey for a take our burger bar. Definitely try it but share a portion of chips!

I have been lucky enough to have been to a few places around the world and visited the USA a couple of times, they are burger perfectionists !!

Best burger I’ve had in the uk. Excellent staff and spotless cooking area. you can choose lots of extra fillings like peppers or mushrooms or jalopeno at no extra charge. Highly recommended

Although this is an expensive option for burgers, they are delicious! The service is always speedy & the staff always pleasant. The fries are cooked in peanut oil, which gives them the edge. I always love coming here & the food just never disappoints.

This remains one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the great thing is it always consistently this good. Very juicy burger, brilliant toppings and loads of cheese. The fries are fantastic too.

If you like a burger (and I know they do other things) this is the place to visit - simply delicious. The refill for drinks is good value plus there is a large choice of drinks.

100% would recommend eating here, burgers are out of this world well worth the price. Perfect for anyone who appreciates good food! Fries are also delicious and the coke~cola refill machine is awesome there is some pretty cool flavours available

Two burgers, one portion of fries, a bottle of beer and a bottle for water for over £23. A family of 4 would be spending £35-£40. That isn't fast food prices.

This is an absolute heaven for McDonald burger eaters, however it falls short when compared to more upmarket burger outlets.

Service was okay if impersonal food was average at best nothing special about the burgers seem quite expensive for what they were sitting comfortable more place for younger people I think.

The title says it all .yes the bun sometimes falls apart but the amount and diffent things you can have in it means it can always be diffent as you like.milk shakes are to be avoided .never good .chips are great and change with the potatoes which are shown on the board.soft drinks of your choosing and refill as you like .

Good Burgers with the option to add fillings. The burgers are made with fresh beef which makes them even more yummy.. the fries are also good but the milkshakes really are the bees knees... a little more expensive than McD’s but worth paying a little extra than eating cardboard...

A bit of a disappointment to be honest, soggy bread,unseasoned meat and cold chips However portions are huge and the staff are great, It can not be easy to do that much volume.

You have not tried a burger until you have tried Five Guys! And if you are gluten intolerant or on a low carb diet, even better, as they do the best lettuce wrap burger I have ever tried. Well done Five Guys !

Out shopping with my husband and daughter. Decided to stop for something to eat and drink so thought we would give this place a go. The burger was just fatty and greasy, my daughters BLT was dry bacon in a burger bun which she didn’t eat. She enjoyed her milk shake but at £4.95 BEFORE VAT really not worth it. The prices on their board are before VAT so beware. Meal cost £32 and we didn’t even have fries and to be honest I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!!!

Took my wife for her first visit, we both enjoyed the burgers and fries, it is a high quality version of McDonald's's (somewhere we would never eat at) would definitely return (although my wife still prefers Byrons!!)

I live in the USA so I'm familiar with Five Guys Excellent burgers and fries. Not the cheapest around, but worth the price for the quality. This one is as good as the ones in the USA, although the lack of peanuts was a disappointment! (Can understand though, due to allergies etc)

Five Guys is a great burger place. I like the choice you get with selecting the type of burger you want.

Pros: Fully customisable burgers, fairly fast service, customisable milkshakes are really good, burger quality is higher than GBK, always generous portions of fries, customisable sodas with free unlimited refil, option to add additional patties is great.Cons: milkshake and food pickup from two different areas is mildly inconvenient, waiting area for food can get crowded, one of the drink machines is right by the toilets and can get in the way, fries are often over salted.Out of Byron, GBK, and 5 Guys, I always find 5 Guys to be the most consistent. The burgers are great, and so are the milkshakes. Fries are soft, flavoursome, and not too powdery, but are usually overly salty.

Service fast but very confusing for first timers, milkshake pick up over there food pick up over there etc etcChips were fresh cut potatoes and fried in peanut oil lovely however we didn't see sign until we'd eaten and at no time was this explained to us could of been dangerous.But we enjoyed and may stop off again.

Best burgers and hotdogs in Bluewater in my opinion and as for the amount of fries you get are mad large between four is spot on three burgers one hotdog fries and three drinks under £36 great value as well fantastic lunch

A healthier alternative to McDonald's or KFC that does lovely chips. Suggested more for meat-eaters but vegetarian options are available.

Still the best.Consistently tasty and juicy and definitely my favourite of the gourmet burger chains.I love them so much that I did a 30 mile round trip just to eat them.Always recommended without hesitation.

This open planned burger restaurant situated near other similiar restaurants adjacent to the cinema complex in Bluewater, with a busy pedestrian thoroughfare adds to a noisy environment. Don't expect a quiet meal. Burgers served in foil wrappings within a paper bag. Burgers themselves were tasty but the rolls were soggy as a result of the foil wrap. Fries thrown into a paper cup and bag. The presentation of my sons' burger was appalling... thrown together and a complete mess. We were in a hurry so no time to complain. £26 for two burgers, fries and two small beers was overpriced and did not represent value for money. In hindsight we'd have been better off going to nearby Burger King! Disappointed!!

No ordinary chain...These burgers are the real deal. Cooked to order anyway you want. Real beef paties.Just sublime.The fries are super delucious. Fried in peanut oil they are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the centre. Cooked skin on.Five guys isn't going to change the world. But if you're looking for a proper burger - tjis is your place!

The diet went right out the window at this place! Spicy fries were lovely and the burger freshly cooked. Pricier than BK and McDs but well worth it

I'm not sure what to say...... so I will use my Son's words... "its ok I Guess" this coming from a 13 year old that did not pay for his meal. He wanted to know what the fuss was about 5 guys as he has seeb it all over and knowing that he Likes Burger King he decided to try something else. He was not impressed and neither was I. So if you are thinking abouy this place then dont bother as it is over priced and they should remove "best bang for your buck" sign and give it to Burger King.. sorry guys but that is fact. Tried and did not like it.

We went for a quick birthday dinner before a movie and my husband told the lady behind the counter (Stephanie) it was my birthday! She made sure the entire restaurant knew and sang happy birthday to me in front of everyone and although it was embarrassing it also made my night ❤️ she was so much fun! The best server we have had, so much energy and happy and polite! I would recommend five guys purely on the experience she gave us!! First visit to Five Guys and I was impressed by the food. Good patties and crunchy skins on fries. Not so impressed by the price. A cheeseburger with bacon is close to £9 and Fries aren't included in the cost of the burger. Totally overpriced. The meal we had (two of us) came to £38.

So only 3 stars because of price....£4.95 for one milkshake i do think is extremely steep even for bluewater!However the sated caramel and malted milk milkshake was delicious and I'd definitely want it again but not sure with the price tag I'm afraid!

We had the most delicious burgers and fries and they were all freshly made. You can snack on some monkey nuts while you wait, highly recommend. Will definitely go back

I have been to many 5Guys and it is what it is. If you like a really good tasty burger this is for you. Many toppings to choose from. Go for a large fries to share between 2, trust me there's loads. Drink selection is good. Service is fairly quick 5-10 minutes for your freshly grilled burger. Bit pricey but worth it. I recommend this for burger lovers

Visited for the first time with my son who has visited several times before.Yes a slightly different experience compared to other burger establishments but I don't think it's quite worth that amount of money. And I know we live in rip off Britain but £4.50 for a 240ml bottle of lager!!!One other thing I noticed.....quite a few members of staff on duty but none made any attempt to unload the delivery off the pallet that was located just in front of the counter. Good job it wasn't​ busy in there so customers could negotiate this obstacle realtivly easy!! Thanks for the experience but don't think will be visiting again.

Been here once and would defo not return! I ordered a cheese burger and it was the worst burger I have ever had! It was still quite pink throughout the burger, it was greasy and fatty. I only took 2 bites and couldn't eat the rest of it! Waste of money! The chips were all burnt and tasted horrid, I hate wasting food but i had to throw my whole meal away!

went to five guys on saturday afternoon and was served up the most grease covered food that was inedible when i complained to a member of saff their response was " i really dont care im leaving today

Walking round Bluewater on thursday evening, nothing looked too appealing food wise for my mother and I.. then we spotted this little gem.. with old fashioned music boxes on your tables (where for 20pence you can choose the music ( old American favourites) in the restaurant, and the happiest waitress iv ever met, I was happy straight away. The waitress was smiley and chatty, but not forced or over bearing, and the menu had just been revamped.. we both went for a standard chicken burger with fries, coleslaw, onion rings and a drink, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken in the burger (My father's a butcher so I have high standards). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the price was fair. The toilets were small, but very clean and the milkshakes looked amazing!! Will definitely be back and next time will try a milkshake.After a long day at work and trudging round the shops, the quick, quality food, great ambience and a happy waitress really cheered me up! I only wish I had more change for the tip!

Simple menu and straight forward system to order, they offer a limited range and in doing so make the process of ordering quite and effective.Food is fresh, hot and of a good standard.Worth the high price tag for a aloppy burger.

My son really enjoyed his cheeseburger and said it was one of the nicest he'd ever eaten. The veggie offering was really disappointing though. There's no burger as such, just some grilled mushrooms, onion, tomato etc. in a bun. It was tasty but incredibly messy (most of it was stuck to the foil it was served in) and not overly filling to be honest. Thankfully the portions of fries are immense so I didn't leave hungry. I also felt it was quite overpriced for what it was ... the place was full of teens and young people looking happy, and older people/parents looking like they'd just been fleeced!

We are quite big fans of Five Guys having eaten at various branches in the past, so decided to give this one a go. It was the least good branch we have experienced. It was relatively quiet but a lot of the staff were standing around doing very little. The seating area isn't very nice - lots of high tables and quite a long and dark seating area. In other branches they have peanuts available but I didn't see any here. The food came quickly and the burgers good but chips incredibly salty.

Went here on Easter Sunday. Appeared to be a lot of staff with not a lot to do. Very uneasy feeling of being tidied and cleaned around whilst you're still eating!

Enjoyed our meal at Five Guys Bluewater. Burger was a good size and taste, fries were lovely and the choice of drink was superb. But I just can't help but feel it's all far too overpriced.

Five Guys in a nutshell; fairly quick service if it's not too busy, greasy burgers which taste great, unique fries in large quantities, large choice of refillable soft-drinks (or a choice of 3(?) beers) but.... very overpriced.We've been several times and always have the same; hamburger, cheese & bacon burger, a portion of fries and 2 soft-drinks = £25. Worth it every now and then but seems a lot for what it is.
