Sizzled in Dartford

Ordered mixed souvlaki: very good service, great value for money and was delicious. Had apple juice and mixed vegetables too and it was really good. Bluewater food hall is usually noisy so I would recommend going outside instead to enjoy.

£20 For pitta and chips, the grizzle fatty reformed stuff was inedible and disgusting. 🤢 They did kindly replace my yeeros with the kebab stick suvlaki option which looked like meat on their grill. ( I saw the guy put the Yeeros stuff I returned back in the pot 🧐 ) It's was not, it was fatty chunks of something, not meat. Waste of money when you can only eat the chips and pitta. My friend couldn't consume her so called looks like chicken yeeros either 😣 My local Greek place is a million times better than this.

At first I was not going to eat here but a member of staff called Nabillah handed me a menu and was really friendly, she knew the menu well. I would not have stopped if it was not for her. Great customer service and the food was great too.

Totally tasty meat with a beautiful balance of salad and dips, with lovely pita bread. It's the perfect "healthy" treat for me when I am in Bluewater. It's not too much food nor too expensive. Service could be friendlier but I imagine in Bluewater it's pretty cutthroat so I understand.

Situated in the main food hall next to more popular food brands this place offers a large selection of grilled Greek style food. I opted for the grilled chicken which came with bread, salad a large helping of grilled chicken and chips. Coming to a total of little over £8 it’s a good price for what you get. The chicken is grilled to perfection and fresh, along with the chips. The only downside is having to wait which was a little over 10 minutes. Food for served hot and salad was lovely and fresh. It comes with a sauce which was delicious…couldn’t say what it was but it complemented the chicken well. Overall staff were friendly and upfront with waiting times and food was tasty and hot so worth the wait. Definitely one to come back to.

Came for a bit of christmas shopping at Bluewater today. I was initially headed for Mcdonald’s but the lovely lady at the till, i believe her name is Nabillah kindly offered me a menu. She was extremely friendly and was very helpful in explaining the menu to me as i’d never had it before. The food was quite hot and it seemed like i was the only order so the service was quite quick as well. Will definitely be returning with the family😊

Total waste of money. Absolutely no customers apart from me. Could not even pack to eat in as too busy chatting. Food hardly warm, very dry, small portions, chips just a few and all left over crumbs. Don't waste your money!

I normally love going to Sizzled, I love their wraps and the seasoned chips, however the Bluewater store has recently employed new staff including a new chef, and my chicken absolutely stank and was pink!!!! Thank god I realised before I actually swallowed any of it, so I went straight back and they offered a replacement, however it has completely put me off going there. They were able to give me a refund thankfully, so I was impressed with the service but sadly not impressed with the quality of the food.

Honestly they should be embarrassed their burger bun was stale and just fell apart the wraps were shocking looked horrendous and when i complained they couldn’t see the issue and was reluctant to give me a refund no customer service at all and the team doesn’t work well they was arguing infront of customers and taking each others orders #bluewater

Food was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and the food was piping hot. Prices were very competitive but cheap . I would certainly come here again and have lunch. It is situated in a fantastic point at blue water. You would see it and straight Way. I give this place 10/10

It used to be my fav food place when going to Bluewater, but not anymore!!! Today ordered pork yeeros and found chicken feather in!!! Still feel sick just thinking of... Absolutely disgusting! Refund was given, but that's not gonna change the way they prepear and take care of what is served to the people. Shame...

My family had lunch here yesterday now all are sick with diarrhoea and vomiting.

Worst experience. Food poisoned. We are sick from yesterday till now. Nausea and diarrhea. 2 of us had sizzled from the group yesterday and we are feeling terrible. Waiting to consult GP tomorrow as its monday. Worst food ever, i dont know how the old the chicken is. AVOID

Small portions, warm food, the girl on the till was lovely but the older lady doing the food looked miserable, ordered simply grilled chicken to take away, when i went to eat my food i noticed she had gave me 1 pork and 2 chicken, not bad tasting but definitely wont be returning any time soon.

Ate here yesterday, servers didn’t really interact more interested in talking amongst themselves but was here for the food anyway. Portion size small and meat was warm at best but finished it all so wasn’t that bad but wouldn’t be returning. Fast forward later on started getting stomach pains, woke up in the night rushing to the toilet (not good) have been in bed all day with muscle aches and pains yep mild dose of food poisoning. Was with two others all ate the same dinner the night before, all had the same breakfast and lunch they went to McDonald’s I ate here! So glad I never took my kids here can you imagine!!!

Food is always tasty and quickly prepared. I go there often and I'm always happy to receive very friendly and efficient customer service from one of the staff members Harry! It's very refreshing and improves the whole experience.

Dry chicken . Chips weren’t fresh . Wrap was unseasoned. 1/10

They are more slow in here than in lakeside shopping centre, and the meats are quite dry. They also don't put much sauce in the wrap so when you eat any of the food is rather dry

The best gyros I have had in the UK so far.

Paid my money was told 10 Minutes wait then another 10 minutes then 5 minutes then told another 5 minutes that’s when I asked for my money back, didn’t offer anything should have gave me my chicken for free for wasting 26 minutes of my life

Quick bite to eat while shopping at Bluewater. Had the chicken breast which was dry and rubbery, chips were hard and dip had a funny taste. Told girl on till that I didn't want anything else but wanted to let them know that the chicken wasn't very nice. The response was okay and as I walked away she just stood there and did even relay the message.

It wasn't too busy at sizzled. I ordered the pork yeeros with salad and a large Americano coffee. Delicious. Many thanks Sizzled crew! Harry was great at the till. Good recommendation.

Unsure how this place is still in business. Our food took ages to come which kind of defeated the point of eating in Bluewater's food court. The cooks were some of the most stressed out looking people I'd ever seen and there were only about 3 orders on the board. Food was ok but definitely not worth the wait. Avoid

Insanely delicious! It’s the place to go if you love CLEAN and healthy food! We visited from Devon and was over the moon when we found this place, fresh chicken and salad wrap, it was so good we had to come back for a second! Wish there was one closer to home

For £9.00 you get very little.. cheaper and better to just buy a chicken kebab.. hardly any meat in your meal and a bunch of salad sauce. Not worth the money..

Love the food at Sizzled. I live locally so come to bluewater multiple times. I have eaten here several times. I like the simple flavours and the dip is amazing.

This place produces the most delicious skewers I have ever had in my life. I'm sure the other food is equally as good. 100% recommend visiting and giving the food a try.

I paid 10 pound for just one chicken that was full of fat the other peace of chicken was fine it was like just munching nothing they need to sort this out won't go there again....

Went for lunch. Ordered the half chicken. Which wasn’t cooked properly (see photo). Complained to the duty manager, who looked at my food and shrugged his shoulders…. Such an odd reaction, he seemed completely clueless about what to do next. After a few moments of awkward silence I asked for a refund, he looked at me as if I had two heads but then when it was clear I wasn’t going anywhere he duly took cash from the till, and offered a belated “sorry” as he reluctantly handed the cash over. I saw the cooks then look at the uncooked chicken and also shrug their shoulders. A very odd experience indeed, no-one really seemed to care a customer nearly ate raw chicken… I’ve looked for a head office to complain too but they don’t seem to have a presence so a Google review it is. No details on their website. From companies house their director appears to be Efthymios NIKOLAOU I’ll probably write to him too as staff training needs some attention.

Food is incredibly good, the grilled to gorgeous gyro is amazing, big portion size for a great price.

The food here is lovely, the onion relish is delicious (wish I could buy a jar of it) , great value for money and very filling.

Going to Sizzled has become a fortnightly / weekly occurrence. It has quickly become one of our favourite eateries. The price is very good for the amount and quality of food you get. We do tend to go between the Suvlaki or Yeeros. Both are delicious.

Absolutely loved the chicken breast wrap! Looked and tasted so fresh. The sauce they use and serve with the fries too is amazing. We took it home for later. Was amazing. Fries were nice and hot too. (Also the chicken breast from sizzled is halal)

I feel sorry for everyone who walks past and gets McDonald's! This is easily the best food I have had at bluewater. I hope sizzled has some actual dine in restaurants because I'm sold I would be there all the time! Makes me want to go back to Cyprus!

Fresh tasty food with very welcoming staff and very good prices.

I ate here and was very disapointed. Souvlakia was not seasoned at all and well over priced, when I challenged the manager I was told that Souvlakia was short for street food and asked had I been to Greece? Place is a joke...

I love this place! Healthier than other fast food options available! And it tastes incredible! Whenever I go I am left dreaming about the sauce that the food comes with for months! Wish they had more stores as I love them!

After a great day of shopping I stumbled across what seemed to be a healthy chicken grill restaurant. What I didn't know was that the chicken wasn't cooked properly and as a result of this I spent the remaining of the evening in the bathroom and the majority of the following day! Not a happy customer and will not be going back there again!!

Turned out that the chicken I had wasn't cooked thoroughly and spent half the evening on the toilet!! Not a happy customer and won't be eating there again.

The best gyros place I know even compared to places in Greece. Not sure about the rest of the menu but if you order a portion of mixed gyros you will have Greece on a plate. Delicious and consistently great.

It’s awful the chicken was so dry couldn’t even eat it never again

Been here a couple of times now and on each occasion the food is served speedily and tastes good. I prefer the chicken breast meals. You can be healthy with the salad that’s very fresh and avoid chips, but they’re nice too, so I generally endulge. Meal for £7.90 plus drink on top means you can each eat for less than a tenner. Can happily recommend this food outlet.

Love it here and it’s my go to for ‘fast food’ when shopping at bluewater. Great quality, really tasty, decent size for lunch/dinner, and fairly price I’d say!

Delicious Greek food. Even my kid loves it. Now everytime we visit Bluewater we eat there first before everything else. The portions are just perfect size! Thank you!

Was stopped on my way to McDonald’s and given a menu to look at and thought “why not, I do love Greek food”. We weren’t disappointed, it was freshly cooked in front of us so there was a 10 minute wait but it was probably the same wait down at McDonald’s for less healthy food. I had Pork Souvlaki which came with pitta, chips, salad and tzatziki. My only criticism which is beyond their control is the plastic cutlery but they obviously can’t give out metal cutlery

If you are after a quick bite to eat and don't want the usual fast food chains in the food court and would like something different, this is the place to try. I would recommend the chicken in the pitta. Freshly prepared and tasty. The sauce was nice although couldn't tell you what was in it....chicken sauce :) The food was also reasonably priced which meant more funds for shopping! I will definitely be returning.

The menu looked fantastic, the pictures looked great. The reality was very different. The chicken was so dry, chewy and overdone. The fries had obviously been standing a while as they were like cardboard. Never again.

Sizzeld has way to much of my money!! Love the pitta wraps but been going for the boxies more recent. My go to place in the food court.

Have recently discovered Sizzled at Bluewater. Have tried them a few times now and have always been getting the Greek Pitta gyro. As someone who comes form Cyprus I must say that it’s very close to what we have back home! As I said I have only tried their pork and chicken Greek pitta gyrous so cant review on the other ones. Staff have been friendly and helpful. The price for this one is reasonable as well!

There seems to be plenty of choice, with some decent healthy options. My only gripe is that the portion size is too small for the price. Very little salad served, whilst the display of it looks lovely. Would look better on my plate however. Tasted good, but spending nearly ten pounds for a relatively small meal and a drink left a bit of a sour taste.

I think the food is quite healthy and a good alternative to a kfc. The chips were proper chips - fluffy - and the food tasted good.

First impressions were ruined by poor health and safety practices. Not the first time, but there seems to be a trend among servers not native to the UK. I witnessed a customer bring back some sauce as it was not what he wanted, which suggests he tasted it. The woman took the pot of sauce and placed it back behind the counter then gave him some of the mustard sauce. Instead of disposing of the returned sauce she promptly gave it to a different customer! Shocking to say the least. Luckily I witnessed her filling our sauces from the main pots, but who is to say she doesn't return left over sauce back to that? A shame as the food was quite tasty but what I witnessed was playing on my mind as I ate it. Not much in terms of portion size just enough to curb my hunger but if you're a big eater you will need seconds. An experience let down by poor practices once again! UK fast food market needs to fix up and educate its workforce on acceptable food practices.

I been today with my family first time in sizzled,,we tried pork,and chicken greek pita...was delicious!very happy to have greek shop close by.

A range of chicken, turkey, halloumi and pork dishes served as Suvlaki, Yeeros, Wraps or Pita - with delightful sauces and salads. Lovely! My favourite - mixed suvlaki with a side order of grilled vegetables - no guilt either!

One of the tastiest things I have eaten in a long time. I had a simple pitta with seared chicken and salad with a mustard dressing. This is not the pitta that you buy in a plastic packet in the supermarket; it is a soft, warm and delicious flatbread. Cost under a fiver and was a pleasure to eat. My teenager wished he'd had one instead of his KFC. I hope this outlet does well, it certainly deserves to.

It's the first time we've been and sadly it's all show and no substance. The food looks good, but is very disappointing. The chicken was incredibly salty, and the salad was a little bit of leaves and a little tomato wedge. Oh I almost forgot the tiny slice of onion. For the price I'd have expected a larger amount of food and something that tasted better than the other fast food joints. Overpriced, inedible salty food (so salty) and tiny portions for £7.90. Just go somewhere else.

Absolutely loved the food. I ordered one of the wraps and ive had it twice now but both times by the end of the wrap as its not sealed at the bottom food fell out into the paper but other than that the food was delicious

Been to sizzled a few times and it’s always a good choice. Based in the fast food court of Bluewater it does the best Mediterranean food. Not only is it healthy but it’s soo delicious. Although a tad pricier than the others in the food court, it’s worth it because of the quality of the food. I’d recommend this highly to veggies and vegans who may struggle with fast food options at Bluewater. As a meat eater tho I love the pork and chicken souvlaki (meat on sticks), chips are beautifully seasoned and generous portions of halloumi also. Finally they serve bottled soft drinks rather than out the taps which is must better. This place is a refreshing break from the mainstream fast food options and definitely worth a visit.

Eaten here 3 times. Sadly last week I went again and had lukewarm rice and chicken. It's a great concept but they need to up their game.

Food tasted nice and was quick although a little over priced for what we got. So compared to tortilla next door was very small. I prob want be going back.

Ordered and paid for Greek Pita with halloumi, then asked for the Grilled in heaven instead, the only difference is that it comes with chips. Much eye rolling and sighing, “so you want it plated then” they asked me, didn’t have a clue what that meant. Will not eat there again staff too miserable

Food is really good, not the cheapest place and there's always a wait but definitely my favourite place in the foodcourt to eat.

For £7:90 I was disappointed. the food was very under par nothing special. Me and three friends had bad stomachs after eating here to top that. Definitely eat somewhere else (anywhere else)

It was ok. I’m not a big eater but I certainly could have had few more chips I had to ask were the chips were (under the meat was the answer) there wasn’t a lot of meat either. I had a mixed yeeros. Glad I had the Coca Cola as the gas helped to fill me up. Oh the salad garnish and dip were nice.
