Looking for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema at Bluewater, my Wife and I had a wonderful chicken salad each with drinks. It was extremely well presented and very good and fresh. Presented in a huge bowl with extensive tasty salad topped with pieces of chicken. On arriving it was easy to order and service by Millie Anderson was first class, professional helpful and friendly. It was easy to find a table and we had a wonderful meal at an extremely good price. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be going again in the near future. Thank you again Millie for your kind service with a smile.

Very overpriced for a bit of battered chicken chucked in a small bun. The chips were so over salted they were almost inedible. Slow service,served by somebody who clearly had no enthusiasm or passion for his job. He just dumped the food on the table and left. Didn't explain that you had to go to the counter to get a cup for your drink

We ordered the mixed chicken and a chicken sandwich. Meals arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The food tasted very nice and is on a similar level to Five Guys. Would eat here again.

Ordered some chicken pieces. It had chips and a random slice of toast. Sauces not as ordered. The onions were nice with wrong dip. Nice chocolate milkshake. Weird whole kitchen roll on each table

Daughter eating wings said they tasted strange. When she looked down there was actually blood. Took it to show the manager and she dismissed it. She said it was just a vein. That’s ok then🤢

Best avoided. My first visit to slim chickens, I asked the girl taking my order what she would recommend, and she didn’t really know how to answer the question so it wasn’t a very good start. She gave me a table marker, which I put on my table. After 15 minutes my food hadn’t arrived. So I asked the manager where my food was at and he told me he had no such order. He then told me that I couldn’t have been waiting for 15 minutes ! I showed him my timestamped receipt and asked for a refund — and had to remind it that when issues like this happen it’s customary to apologise and I got an “oh yeah, sorry”. Plenty of other food options at Bluewater that know the meaning of hospitality…

Thought I would try out slim chicken for first time ordered on screens and sat down and waited chicken nothing special fries too salty onions brilliant ice machine not working for bottomless soda but ok sat and ate my meal. Halfway through got up to refil my soda and waitress started clearing my meal away managed to stop her after putting sauce pots lids in on top of meal but to be honest didn’t feel like it anymore and serviettes consisted of cheap kitchen roll plonked on table for premium restaurant not impressed better chicken at kfc

First had this resturants food in Birmingham, had it in Bluewater, still very good, Decent portion of Honey glazed chicken with cheese in a bun My friend had chips with his, but that would have been too much. Very clean, quick service and reasonably priced. Onky downfall seating area small hard for buggys and wheelchairs to access.

Yesterday (3/2/22 @ 17.10 I placed order at the till) I went out for a relaxing meal to eat in store with my wife and children at Bluewater branch After I nearly finished my meal a member of staff came over and asked have I finished to which I replied I haven't finished, to which he replied are you being sarcastic. Not believing what I just heard from him I replied I haven't finished as I've placed another order which some of it I will eat in store. He replied are you sarcastic. At which point I went to speak to Mess(not sure if I've spelt the manageress name correct) at which point staff in question interrupted me and I said to him, can you shut up for a minute.. Then started to verbally threatening me in store. Mess stated he had a bereavement which I said I was sorry to hear, however in no way does saying are you being sarcastic or threatening me can ever be acceptable in any circumstances collected my take away order and left While Mess went to speak to him. Was in no mood to finish eating my second order in store. Spend just under £48 but will be my last time I visit a store where there is no warm atmosphere at all. More like place order, collect and go type of place with very weak management but at the same time has some great staff.

Popped in after a film for a chicken burger and chips. Ordered using the board, sat down, and the drinks were dumped on the table by a guy that really gave the impression of hating his job. The food came out quickly after this, delivered by someone that appeared a bit happier. The food is really badly over seasoned. The burger was cooked well, but was a bit dry and the sauce was really horrible being much too salty. The chips were inedible for the same reason. I had to knock the shake back to remove the taste.

The milkshakes for an additional 2 pounds are fantastic value. I ordered the ranch chicken burger with mango sauce. The large fries for an additional pound were also decent. Definitely worth £10/£11 as opposed to Wing stop.

Came in here for the first time, really nice atmosphere, music, Euros were on (wish you sold beer). The food was quick and delicious. Staff really helpful.

Went here in the good old days and had a decent sit-down meal, not the cheapest but it was good, so decided to go again today for a take away. I have to say that it was very disappointing; take a look at the photo and ask yourself would you pay best part of £10 for this? My answer is a resounding no, and I will never frequent the place again. The meal for a family of 3 was over £30, that’s not take away prices! The quality was okay, but not brilliant, not as good as our previous visit and there’s no excuse for that, especially at the inflated prices. I understand that Bluewater rents are high and bills have to be paid etc. but today’s experience has put me off, enough to make me come on here and have a rant. And relax...

I visited this store a few weeks back and got food poisoning. I had the worst stomach cramps and a very upset stomach. I felt awful all over and had to have several days off of work. I tried to contact Slim Chicken twice about this but no one cared enough to respond to me.
