A Dining Rollercoaster - The restaurant started strong with attentive staff and delicious food. But after the main course, service plummeted. Ordering dessert was impossible and paying the bill were painfully slow. Hence we didn’t make it to dessert. Despite this we were overcharged for a 2 course meal instead of just the one we had. To top it off, we found out we could have saved money ordering from a la carte instead of the prix fix menu. But waiter was not keen to suggest or adjust. £48 for one course adult and one course child meal plus one drink each. We left disappointed and unsatisfied. Despite the promising start, i we won’t be returning anytime soon - if at all. There are plenty of other businesses to support.

Warm service! Great food. From the garlic bread to the warm chocolate fondant and the various options of main meals we had, 👌🏾! Had a great time celebrating my wedding anniversary here last year and wasn’t shocked when our daughter asked to come back again for her 11th birthday family dinner. No regrets again. Victoria who served our table was exceptional! You are definitely our choice family fine dining!

We went for the lunch menu. The starters were good sized and tasted nice. The steak main had some chewy inedible fat. Even though there were chips it left the plates empty looking with some herbs. The kids meals were ok but it seems the kids and adults chips were the same size. There was a very buzzy lovely atmosphere and service was attentive.

Stopped for a light lunch at 2.30 today (5th April 2024). For the first time ever here my wife and I were disappointed. On the fixed price menu only 3 of the 4 mains were available (the fish option, my preferred dish, wasn’t). When it came to dessert there was only 1 portion left of two items of the four on the menu, leaving only 2 options. Neither of us wanting chocolate mousse the only option for one of us was the cheese board or ice cream / sorbet. Neither to our taste. The waiter said he would ask the manager if he could substitute a dessert from the a la carte menu. Surely this should have been offered when ordering. We were then given one small chocolate pudding. How much would have been left had we been any later? I hope this was a one off as it would be a huge disappointment to cross this place off our list in the future.

Lovely place to eat, great selection of food.

Food is always good at Cote restaurants and this one was no exception. We visited one weekend and they still had tables available. Our main criticism was the time it took to get our food. Nearly an hour after ordering. Possibly a one off as we'd eaten here before and it didnt take that long. Otherwise everything else was good.

I LOVE this place. The food is reliably good. The staff are fabulous. The noise is almost unbearable. It's a boomy accoustic anyway. The addition of music with either a fast beat or wailing emotion is totally unnecessary.

Been to this restaurant lots of times and the food and staff are always very nice . However why I gave 3 stars is not the staff or food , it’s the disgusting women’s toilets which smell are very unclean with toilet paper missing and the hand dryers not working , they look and smell like they need a good clean in all aspects of them . I would think with such an expensive restaurant (not cheap ) that this would be the first point of call for the manager to address . Shame

Went here for a celebratory meal, hoping for something different and special for such an occasion and everything was perfect and went really well. Wish we had stayed longer and ate/drank more, the atmosphere made for a great experience.

Great place to eat. But noisy due to lots of happy people. Three of the staff sung happy birthday and brought in a cake with a candle on. Very nice touch.

We had a fantastic meal celebrating a special occasion yesterday. The hostess was really kind and accommodating although we turned up without a reservation on a Friday evening(didn’t catch her name). Our waitress Ida served us a smile and was really nice to our 10 year old daughter. The quality of the food was outstanding, compliments to the chefs. Thank you for providing the perfect end to our special day.

I have been here now about 6 times and it's always a good experience.

We were served by Ida who was a joy from start to finish. She was attentive and caring throughout our meal. The only downsides to our experience were the quality of the fillet steaks, all three that we had were underseasoned and fairly tasteless. The black garlic jus sadly didn't add to the flavour, it was overly sweet and didn't have any taste of meat stock. Everything else was delicious, and served swiftly.

Just had breakfast at Cote in Bluewater, and I must say it was excellent. Large portion hot and very tasty. Would highly recommend Cote. Staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is lovely.

I come in for breakfast most weekends before work and am never disappointed. Lovely food that comes out quickly however busy they are, a really good vegan option and excellent service. I've been served by Tom,Ida and Victoria most recently and they're all wonderful!

It's always a great experience for me and dear ones to have dinner at Cote restaurants, we visited a few, and all have the same high standards!

I thought it was very good value for money for the wonderful quality of food we received. We shared the Chateaubriand, which was melt in the mouth. We were lucky to enjoy the Wednesday night special offer too! The service was excellent from start to finish from all the team, but especially Ida. I will definitely recommend the Bluewater branch to my friends, and I will be certain to return. Thank you :)

Our Experience is always wonderfully amazing, ,here in our favourite restaurant, we are regulars and our waitress, Charley was so amazing she absolutely went above and beyond I love the fact that she can do sign language most of my friends are deaf and communicate by sign language only which I am very impressed. This is the only restaurant I’ve seen that can communicate with this people really well I will definitely be mentioning that to the vision Signing Choir I belong to. I have already mentioned it to the owner of Vision, Signing Choir and she teaches BSL language, and she is very impressed always feel welcome here lovely meal staff are always friendly.

My Wife and I are regulars at Cote Bluewater and have to sat that we are always very warmly welcomed by the Management and Servers; the quality a flavours of the food is Consistently of the highest quality; the attentiveness of the Servers is Always absolutely first class; the pricing is very affordable when compared to the rest of the market place. We say, the Go To place, for a nice relaxing evening after a hard day's work !

This is by far the best restaurant of Bluewater. The food was great and as tasty as it gets, and the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with our toddler, who was always greeted with a smile from everyone. Even on a busy Saturday, everyone from the restaurant assured we had a great experience and I must say again how pleasant, professional, patient, and nice to us the staff was. I would also highlight how the manager had time to say hello and how all was smooth under her guidance. This made our day and we recommend this restaurant to everyone. This was not my first time in Côte and as such I will recommend the following: Serloin steak with Normandy garlic butter. Fillet mignon with blue cheese sauce.

Use to be better before new owners. Food has cheapened somewhat.

Love this place for a breakfast before shopping for a few hours in Bluewater. Service was good as ever and my full breakfast was tasty and filling.

I come here once a week for breakfast at the weekend to fuel me before work and it never disappoints. Quick and friendly service and a lovely filling vegan breakfast ,what's not to like?! Breakfast is always busy but I never have to wait long. Tom P served me today and was great.

The only good thing about the breakfast/brunch was the scrambled eggs. I found hair in my food, it arrived practically cold, the sausage was undercooked and it took almost 45 minutes if not more to arrive. The prices are high for a bad service. Its a shame, if they offered scrambled egg on toast I might just come for that but otherwise no thank you.

So we found something a little ambiguous on the hummus provided for my son in the kids menu. The service was quick to begin with, then got a little slow. The lunchtime set menu was delicious. Would definitely go again.

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I must say, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff throughout our visit. I personally savored the delicious pork belly main course, which left me thoroughly satisfied. However, there was a concerning incident with my friend after we left the restaurant. He began to display symptoms of distress, excessive sweating, and severe sickness. Upon reflection, we realized that the only difference in his meal compared to the rest of our group was his crab starter. While we didn't have the opportunity to address this issue with the restaurant directly, I hope that this feedback can assist them in ensuring the quality and safety of their dishes in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience marred by this unfortunate incident.

I was really impressed when we visited Cote for lunch - my son is gluten & lactose intolerant and Cote were fully prepared and informed - separate detailed menu, as well as an ipad with all dietary requirements - they even had the set menu with gluten free options so he didnt feel like he missed out! I would really recommend - the set 3 course meal was such good value - will definitely be returning!

I visited Cote Bluewater at the weekend with friends and it was great. Great food and cocktails. Our waiter Vendula was absolutely fantastic and made our night with her humour. Highly recommend!

For starters, we had a French Onion Soup and Cheese Souffle, both very good. For mains, we had a Ribeye steak (medium) with peppercorn sauce and a Tuna Nicoise, both perfectly cooked and delicious (somehow better than other Côtes we visited). The staff was kind and helpful, great service.

Popped in for an evening meal after a day of shopping. Luckily we were seated without a reservation and our expectations were set with the time we would potentially wait for food. This was exceeded and the flavours of the dishes were excellent. The steak tartare was my favourite and it was a great little touch to be handed some Tobasco and Worcestershire sauce from the waitress. We'll definitely come again next time we're shopping in Bluewater.. thanks to you all!

A great place , one of the top choices on Blue water shopping center , we had a great time , service was perfect , time was adequate , food was wonderful , prices were very reasonable . I certainly recommend it for others to try .

Came out for a date night with the husband and from the pre dinner drinks to the bill the experience was fantastic the waitress that looked after us was friendly and professional at the same time. Food was fab we will definitely come back.

It was our Wedding Anniversary and a friend recommended the restaurant. It was our first time at the restaurant and we hadn’t booked but they still found a table for us. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server was Charley and she made us feel at home. Her recommendations for the food were spot on. We will be back as we had a lovely meal.

After reserving a table we were told it was cancelled even though there were lots of free tables and with an elderly person standing waiting we had to wait why the person their explained he had an It issue. No consideration for the fact that the elderly person struggles to walk and stand for a long period of time. Waiter was OK. But food steak was chewy, allergy menu was impossible to navigate and the price didn't match the quality or service. Would not recommend based on experience.

Was taken here for for breakfast on Father’s Day. Breakfast and coffee was good I ordered the English breakfast and my wife smashed avocado with poached egg. Service is great and that is what they are known for. The only reason I’m dropping a star is I have had better breakfast for the same or slightly cheaper price. Need to be a bit more inventive/innovative.

We booked a lunch for our mum and we were warmly welcomed on arrival and our request for a quiet table was sorted. Our Waitress Victoria was excellent,friendly and helpful during our meal and made us feel very welcomed. Our meals were lovely....and we didn't have to wait very long. We opted for the chicken meals with some optional side dishes followed by desserts. We eat frequently at various Cote restaurants in London but this location is very very good. We definately will be back soon.
