It's amazing the best r restaurant even

completely disgusted. but not the food - it's very good, not the prices - they are good in relation to the quality….. the problem is with the staff in the kitchen area. I have never heard so many insults and dirty words said by a woman (I asked and was told it was the head chef). It is impossible that in 2025 in such a select restaurant you can hear from the kitchen how employees are insulted with filthy vocabulary. It is surprising how such vulgar language is allowed in the work relationship. I think that many corrections should be made here

I had dinner with my daughter and toddler grandson at Brown’s Bluewater, on Mother’s Day. Would just like to say that we had a lovely meal, which was made even better by Jerry, our waiter. He got it all just right!

Went to Browns last sunday for the first time, only stayed for the drinks but the drinks were amazing quality. We were served by a lovely and polite waitress, Tosia, the service was quick and the atmosphere was great. The staff were very lighthearted and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

Nice but not outstanding Waited for drinks service a couple of times over 10 minuites Meals so so Sweet profiteroles lovely. Lot of money for ok. Small menu too. 3.7 / 5

I’ve had an amazing experience at Browns in Bluewater on Sunday, being served by Tosia. She is friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my time there. It is clear she really cares about providing the best service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

A true 5 star evening. A received warm welcome on arrival. We were very well looked after throughout the evening, especially by our server, Dominic, who was extremely knowledgeable. The menu is varied, and we all had delicious food and drinks. Thank you, Browns Bluewater 🙂

Beautiful food, but food service and drinks can be a bit slow. Think they need to hire more people on the floor or in the kitchen. But the food was brilliant

Went here for dad's birthday for some breakfast, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food. Our waitress overheard it was for dad's birthday and kindly brought out a surprise plate decorated with happy birthday, some small cakes with some candles!. Wonderful experience, will definitely come back in the future!

Fantastic service, breakfast was hot and every part of it was delicious.. Wife mentioned it was my birthday and the waitress brought me a plate with happy birthday on it with profiteroles and a candle.. Thank you.....xx

I organised a private dinner for my company and front start to finish it was very easy to arrange. Very reasonable priced. Food was amazing and the service was great. Marina was very attentive and was there when we needed her. Would Highly recommend there facilities for any private events

Visited Browns for the first time a couple weeks ago, really good food. A special shout-out to our waiter Dominic for exceptional service and going above and beyond to make mine and my wife's anniversary meal special, thank you!

We went to Browns for my daughters birthday. Dominic our server was top notch and really made our visit brilliant and fun. We recently went to the Chiltern Firehouse for another occasion and Browns hands down beat them on service and food. Would highly recommend - and will definitely be revisiting.

Let me say that I have been coming to Browns for many years and usually all good, It has been a while since I last visited, disappointingly 3/4 main dishes had been sold out by 7:30. I had the lamb shepherds pie, not so good, sinew left on a lot of the lamb chunks, which I discarded. Good job the starter was filling and the waitress was lovely.

Always guaranteed a lovely meal, great drinks and excellent service in a pleasant relaxing environment. (Good to see the fish pie back on the menu, a favourite) This is the 2nd time Dominic has been our server at Bluewater friendly and attentive, ensuring we enjoy our meal - you don’t forget outstanding service!

The restaurant is nicely situated, well decorated and very clean. The food is really good and well priced, but the best things are the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience quite special.

Couldn’t decide between Schnitzel and Risotto so asked Nefi who was looking after us. He recommended the Risotto and it did not disappoint - great shout by him!

Went for lunch yesterday, had beef ravioli, which was lovely and an elderflower sherbert. Both were lovely and the service was excellent, our waitress was Jess, she is very helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend to my friends

Dominic could not do enough to make our visit special. He was attentive and his recommendations from the menu were spot on. We started with the sea food platter (which was amazing) and then had a delicious sea bream dish which was slightly altered to our taste and fish and chips. Thank you to all the team. We'll certainly be back soon!

The coffee machine was broke and the instant coffee provided was lukewarm and horrible. The toilets were blocked and that was horrible. Also it took ages to get the waiters attention. They spent most time gathered round the bar talking amongst themselves pretending not see us when we called for their attention. It felt like it was a bother to serve us.

Gareth was BRILLIANTTTT! Couldn’t ask for a better server and really made my friend’s birthday special. He’s hilarious and honestly made our whole evening. Definitely will be coming back. 😊

Lovely atmosphere. Like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We’ve always had amazing service here which is why we come back so often. Today our lovely server was Nefi. Such a sweetheart and very attentive.

We had our post-Christmas family dinner. We were served by Dominic, who made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly with the kids. We all had a lovely time, just like the last time we came.

Dominic was polite & helpful, great service throughout the evening.

There was some confusion about our booking so we spoke to the manager. The manager who approached us is in desperate need of training in customer service. He was patronising and rude, and should really learn from the waitress who served us as she was polite and very attentive.

Had an amazing time came for my birthday and Dominic was an amazing waiter helped us with wine recommendations and was a pleasure to have!

We came here as a group of 19 for our Christmas do and the food/service was great. Neffi was so kind and accommodating!

Two different dishes two different experiences. Frequent browns visitor and its always good grub. Love the decor. Went for the Christmas set menu this time. Starters were great and the pork with sage mash was delicious! However the turkey dinner was horrendous. Microwaved and felt shoved out. They did have a christmas party going on so I don't know if that effected it. Not worth the £40 for that quality. Overall still a Browns fan though

Neffi was an absolute DELIGHT. We came here for our Christmas party and he was just amazing. He had a great energy and catered to all our needs. I would genuinely come back here, just for Neffi!! The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely recommend Browns

Food was brilliant but the service was awfully slow, we had 5 kids under 6 so their patience was wearing thin. It took nearly an hour before our food was served even though we had pre ordered and all guests had arrived within 15 nins of the reservation time

Food very nice 👌🏻, staff let it down Booked a table for 2 placed on a tiny table squashed into a walk way too small to eat dinner, had to ask 3 people to change table eventually moved but was treated like an inconvenience by the waiter, madness considering I’ve come to spend money

My mum sat in there for 45 minutes and was totally ignored. The staff were stood around talking and ignored her

Everything was great, except for the lack of cocktails available and how long the drinks took to come out. Dominic was a fantastic host, he looked after our group with charm and humour. Proper smoothie, kept us oldies smiling!

One of my favourite restaurants, great service by Ivana today and delicious food. No bother to get leftovers wrapped. Just wish they started afternoon tea from 1pm and not 3!!
