Great service from our server (Dominic) and the seafood platter is must.

Perfect venue for a meeting breakfast. Jess was amazing at looking after us and the food was hot, presented well and tasty.

Came here for breakfast with 2 friends. The food was, as always, incredible! As was the service by our lovely waitress Jess!! Will definitely be back again soon!

Dominic could not do enough to make our visit special. He was attentive and his recommendations from the menu were spot on. We started with the sea food platter (which was amazing) and then had a delicious sea bream dish which was slightly altered to our taste and fish and chips. Thank you to all the team. We'll certainly be back soon!

The coffee machine was broke and the instant coffee provided was lukewarm and horrible. The toilets were blocked and that was horrible. Also it took ages to get the waiters attention. They spent most time gathered round the bar talking amongst themselves pretending not see us when we called for their attention. It felt like it was a bother to serve us.

Gareth was BRILLIANTTTT! Couldn’t ask for a better server and really made my friend’s birthday special. He’s hilarious and honestly made our whole evening. Definitely will be coming back. 😊

Lovely atmosphere. Like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We’ve always had amazing service here which is why we come back so often. Today our lovely server was Nefi. Such a sweetheart and very attentive.

We had our post-Christmas family dinner. We were served by Dominic, who made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly with the kids. We all had a lovely time, just like the last time we came.

There was some confusion about our booking so we spoke to the manager. The manager who approached us is in desperate need of training in customer service. He was patronising and rude, and should really learn from the waitress who served us as she was polite and very attentive.

Had an amazing time came for my birthday and Dominic was an amazing waiter helped us with wine recommendations and was a pleasure to have!

Two different dishes two different experiences. Frequent browns visitor and its always good grub. Love the decor. Went for the Christmas set menu this time. Starters were great and the pork with sage mash was delicious! However the turkey dinner was horrendous. Microwaved and felt shoved out. They did have a christmas party going on so I don't know if that effected it. Not worth the £40 for that quality. Overall still a Browns fan though

Neffi was an absolute DELIGHT. We came here for our Christmas party and he was just amazing. He had a great energy and catered to all our needs. I would genuinely come back here, just for Neffi!! The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely recommend Browns

Food was brilliant but the service was awfully slow, we had 5 kids under 6 so their patience was wearing thin. It took nearly an hour before our food was served even though we had pre ordered and all guests had arrived within 15 nins of the reservation time

One of my favourite restaurants, great service by Ivana today and delicious food. No bother to get leftovers wrapped. Just wish they started afternoon tea from 1pm and not 3!!

Everything was great, except for the lack of cocktails available and how long the drinks took to come out. Dominic was a fantastic host, he looked after our group with charm and humour. Proper smoothie, kept us oldies smiling!

The food was a reasonable standard but far too expensive for the quantity and what we ordered. I do not like the service charge being added to the bill as this should be discretionary based on service

Two great visits to Brown’s in Bluewater during the last couple of weeks. Sunday brunch, superb service from Dominic. Excellent shakshuka and cappuccino to set me up before Christmas shopping. This evening, lovely pre-Christmas dinner with friend, wonderful food, blade of beef amazing! Great service from Kevin. Lovely atmosphere, elegant relaxed decor, soft lighting, professional but friendly service, perfect! Thank you. Will definitely be back.

Jess the young lady that served us was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating for my father in his wheelchair. The food was good too. My parents had the fish and chips (a Friday fav for them), which always looks fantastic. I had the pan fried sea bass with chorizo risotto (for a lighter option).

Amazing Good Food Super Service

I went out to the mall with my family. As usual, we choose what we want to eat, and the choice was by recommendation of my brother-in-law. He has been before and had a very good opinion. So we were not disappointed. The food is very good, the only thing I have to object to is lamb with mash in the crust. There was very little meat almost none unfortunately, although the taste was very good but little meat. Compared to the other dishes, there was not much meat in these dishes. Too bad because it was quite good. Very good sweets, super tasty creme brulee, everything was very good. Thank you for the very welcoming and helpful service especially the blonde waitress. See you soon.

As first-time visitors, we had high expectations after checking the online menu and wine list. In short, it was a disappointing experience, from the unavailability of a particular dish to overpriced, low quality food, not serviced particularly well either. The wine list is impressive in its varieties and choice, with the helpful option of most wines being available by the glass. This, though, could explain the steep prices in this area. The restaurant is very large and impressively furnished, and it is worth spending time on arrival choosing a table that suits you, but sadly, we don't feel that we will be repeating our visit there.

Went here as a family of four. Delicious food, we had all three courses each - steak was a particular standout m. Was allowed to stay over 2.5 hours which was also great! Dominic was fab - great jokes!

We were served by Marina. We visited for our anniversary and chose Brown's to start our anniversary day. Marina was with us straight away and very attentive to my toddler's requirements. Great atmosphere and brilliant menu options too. Would highly recommend.
