A character that makes you not want to drink coffee. such a terrible outfit. At least the guys look terrible. Too bad they have such delicious coffee and products. This place should give you 5 minutes of relaxation for a coffee... Very disgusting.

Found comfortable seating and great tasting Tea away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre. The Tea was great and really hot.

This just might be my new favourite Caffé Nero. Or, more specifically, the lady working there at 9:30 am is my new favourite Caffé Nero staff member. I'm not quite ready to order, she's cool, I'm ready to order but struggling to get my reusable cup out my pocket, she's cool. People like this really make an awkward situation, not so awkward.

I am regular Cafe Nero user and I visited Blue Water branch. The staff told me we will have on take away cups since others are having mugs and cup and sourcer. I asked the staff the staff told me because I am a none white that's why. I visited 9th Feb at 19:30. I am a Sri Lankan national.

Always busy but plenty of seating. Usual good standard of drinks.

Cafe Nero is, to my mind, the best of the chain coffee shops. There Is always a good selection of coffees and the baristas are generally pretty good at preparing it. They also avoid the machine made type of bean coffee. Food is pretty standard cakes and pastries but does include sandwiches and hot food. Cafe Nero also do reasonable hot porridge in the morning.

Coffee was weak and poorly made. Latte tasted of just hot water, would have taken it back but the queue was huge and barely any staff.

Tasteless watery coffee made with semi skimmed instead of whole milk

Come here at least twice a week. Love the staff. Love the coffee even more :)

Good atmosphere and a good range of cakes and pastries. Attentive staff and plenty of seats Coffee was good but had single shot latte as find 2 shots too strong Overall a good visit.

Amazing service, I ordered the wrong drink in error, the qué was growing, we asked a barista if we could change the order, they were more than happy to help despite offering to pay for the replacement, the barista, replaced the order with no charge and provided a complimentary card for a free drink. On leaving I left a good tip as a thank you. Will return again.

Disappointed today, stopped to drink a good coffe but I think they are not properly trained to do a good coffe, it’s burned, doesn’t taste good and also I’ve notice the barista taking all the cups with his fingers inside the cup and not by handle and that’s not good at all.

We choose a good day, not overcrowded, reasonably quick service. And a quiet corner to enjoy our coffee and snack in relative peace, and the wall seating was comfortable. Bliss.

Lakeside cafe Nero is very good in all aspects. Sitting arrangement is particularly my fave.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Caffè Nero. The cafe was clean, tidy, nothing was out of place. The staff were pleasant to talk to, very friendly and cheerful. There were plenty of seats and there was an area big enough to occupy 5 people comfortably. The drinks were superb, not too strong, not too weak. We all enjoyed ourselves and would be happy to go there again.

Great tasting English Breakfast Tea & coffee but the place is too small and overcrowded

Ordered an extra hot cappacino, only to receive it luke warm. Took it back to the barista, who supplied no apology or urgency to make it again to my order. I was eventually served another cup, for it only to be one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had! Service here is shambolic!

Caffe Nero has smashed it, especially this particular branch, where the Barrista's Jake, Zach and their teammates are absolute zems! They're really friendly and provide super fast service.

4pm hot day they don't have ice they don't have deserts they don't have or can't make cold drinks. This branch is obviously managed badly and staff and management should be on top of stock etc

Really nice place and coffee excellent also lovely treats, wish staff were a little cheerier, they always seem stressed and overworked and not enjoying it. But definitely the best in Bluewater. 4*. Needs a lot more seating

I ordered 2 double espressos to take away this afternoon and there was so little coffee in the cup it was gone in one small mouthful, very disappointing having chosen cafe Nero over Costa coffee, I won’t be returning to that particular branch in Bluewater shopping centre.

Hands down THE best coffee anywhere, plenty of choice for vegan milks. Hot chocolate also amazing, very smooth and sweet enough as it is. Pastries are lovely, crisp and flaky croissants and pain au chocolate. So good. The barista's are friendly and cheerful making the entire place feel relaxed, homey and welcoming.

I large display out front if their latest cold drinks. We queued for sometime, only to be told they had no ice. Why not put a sign/message up to let customers know? They also have a tap constantly running... what a waste if water.

Lovely Caffe Nero. Great coffee and friendly staff. They serve in take away cups so a -1 ⭐ on that. All good otherwise.

Looks lovely from the outside and then you walk in. Its like a budget cafe from the 80s. Every coffee comes in a little paper cup even though you are staying in. The service is cold and lifeless we could have been served by a robot with more personality. Never again.

Pretty mediocre and expensive. £7 for a coffee and the thinnest slice of cheesecake. The cafe only offers everything in paper plates and cups with wooden cutlery. If you're going to charge a premium then it should at least be a cafe experience with real plates and cutlery!

I appreciate it gets busy but manners go a long way. Tall guy with the glasses on till looked straight past me and took the orders of people behind me in the queue. When I asked when they were going to take my order, the guy looked at me blankly, didn't apologise and continued. Barista guy was polite, reconfirmed my order and wished me a nice day.

Expensive, not great coffee. Seats are like 1920s. All Neros need to upgrade to 2023.

Cafe Nero at Bluewater Shopping Center. They have a great cake selection of cakes. The walnut cake was a bit sugary, though.

Three stars given due to a really busy store. Tables were not clean at all and had to clear stacks of food and cups away myself to sit down. Staff were doing their best but more needed to keep it clean

So a strange review, only reason I use Cafe Nero is they understand tea drinkers (allow the customer to put the milk in) all other coffee places make a tea like it's a coffee and half a cup of milk. 🤢 Always use cafe Nero for a cup of tea. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very busy store, staff were efficient and polite.

I ordered so called "luxury drink" and got served without whipped cream. It was early afternoon. I wasn't informed about missing ingredient when I paid for it...when I asked about it I got shrug from service... it's happened to me second time. Not very professional.

This chain cafe is always good to get a coffee from. Often it has good comfortable seating as well. Unfortunately the last time I visited, the seating was reduced (back of store was blocked off) probably due to limited staff working. This led to a bit of crowding and very limited tables. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices for London coffee as one would expect. Would still come again and hope for the best.

Food good, staff were a bit disinterested. Unfortunately not easy to negotiate in a wheelchair and because there was no toilet it meant our food / drinks were cold by the time we had made our way to & from the nearest toilets.

Very very busy - drinks in paper cups and food in bags. Dishwasher broken down. Felt very sorry for overworked staff but still a good place for a drink and a bite to eat and rest ouf feet.

One of the best coffee beans in the UK ruined by baristas who do not have any clue of what a Latte is..Cafe Nero is losing quality and reputation because of hiring everyone who has no idea of being a Barista.! Coffee is a passion! Not just a job..thats sad to see people are ruining this good culture that Gerry Ford founded. Not blaming the baristas, blaming the entire company!

I would like to personally thank Harry for his exceptional service to two women and two children yesterday, as he went above and beyond to ensure we got much needed hot drinks for a long journey home! Great, welcoming staff and friendly service, we highly recommend. Thank you!

Friendly, helpful staff who create a good atmosphere. The drinks are perfectly made and the food, both savoury and sweet, is delicious.

Stopped of for a coffee and cake, it's very popular and never enough staff but they do well.

I received a completely damaged order and cafe Nero Bluewater plus Uber eats have done nothing to fix the issues. Completely unacceptable!! definitely won't be going back. Shocking customer service....
