We had a very bad experience!!!!the pasta was not cooked, the sauce had no taste, the pizza tasted like frozen pizza and the sauce and pepperoni were bitter.

I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before, but Bella Italia Bluewater made it a first. My wife, daughter, and I were seated and then completely ignored for 20 minutes. During that time, several tables around us, who arrived after we did, were promptly attended to, had their orders taken, and even received their food, while we hadn’t even been asked what drinks we’d like. The lack of service was astounding and unacceptable. We eventually decided to leave, frustrated and hungry. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went with my wife and our 3 boys for dinner. We were sat down quickly but waited 35 mins for an order to be taken. Server stated they are short staffed and shed just for back from break. When we got food it was very tasty and well presented. A nice meal slightly spoiled by initial slow service.

Staff pretty much ignored us the whole time until they wanted us to leave so they could clean the table. Only managed to put a drink order in with staff, ordered the rest online. Starter was incredible but 2/4 meals ordered were cold. Staff didn’t follow challenge 25 at all, all of us looked under 25 and didn’t get asked for id. Thought the robots delivering the food was fascinating but it left the staff standing around doing nothing the whole time.

We had a meal Friday 23/9 and the service started well then went totally ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes to be asked if we required dessert then finally flagged the mostly absent server who walked off. She returned a hill 10 minutes later with the bill but we actually wanted to order coffee. After this she practically barked at us “what do you want” she had to say it twice as we were all shocked speechless. Utterly rude and unprofessional. We assume she realised as she removed service charge without us requesting it. And we would have. The robot delivery gimmick is silly too. Ours was surrounded by children breathing all over our good. Not impressed.

A big thumbs up from me. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Very attenntive and food excellent. I chose gamberoni and the portion was generous. Thank You Dorota for wonderful service. Highly recommended.

A lovely experience. Food was perfect. Dorota was our waitress and was so welcoming and attentive. We definitely will be back as we really enjoyed everything about eating at Bella Italia in Bluewater.

The food was delicious. The kids menu was outstanding for the price and the service was fabulous. We had a very friendly and attentive waitress Dorota who was great with the kids. All in one a brilliant experience.

The mushroom starter was very tasty, my carbonara main lacked a little flavour. Other than that the food was good and the staff are friendly and nice.

Credit to the staffs, they are all good and nice. The food is not good and not authentic Italian.

Has such a welcoming energy. Dorota was lovely and made us feel at home. The food was delicious too. Definitely coming back again!

Food was good. Arrived within decent time. My pizza dough was slightly underdone but was perfect for wife and child’s orders. The staff were excellent. Polite. Quick. Happy. Would recommend.

Good food with a range of vegan options and desserts and some mocktails. Friendly staff and fast service. The vegan mozzarella bread was ok but I expected the cheeze to be melted on in a layer that can be pulled apart. The spaghetti and vegan meatballs with a side of spinach was lovely. The cookie dough dessert was delicious. The mocktail was more of a juice, though.

After trying to decide which restaurant to dine in as soon as much choice, we chose this one as we thought the ambiance was good. We both had a sharing starter which was really good and so tasty, unfortunately that didn’t extend to both our mains my husbands spaghetti carbonara was bland and same for my chicken schnitzel which in my opinion was oily and very tasteless. We didn’t stay for a dessert! The service however was good.

Minhaz was friendly professional and efficient.

Fantastic place. Great food and cocktails. The menu has a good variety and the portions are really generous. Our waitress Dorota was kind and very helpful. Overall the service was excellent.

Aboslutely delicious food. Garlic and mozzarella flatbread was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and a perfect amount of cheese. Chicken burger was awesome and they customised it for me and didnt mind me being awkward. Interesting picture frames, standing lamps and limoncello bottles used to decorate the ceiling. -1 star as the service was quite slow. Waited so long for the bill we wondered how long we had to leave it before just walking out as we had attempted to pay! (We did pay!)

Wanted to have something different other than the norm pizza bolognese lasagna so I had the gambaroni. Not enough prawns no chilli and far to much spaghetti

Had a fantastic meal this afternoon and could not Fault it, my wife is coeliac and so requires a gluten free menu and a large portion of the menu is Gluten free. The service was excellent we were served by a Lady called Rishiha, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and didn't rush us but was at the same time very attentive. The only reason I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because it was mid afternoon there wasn't that many people in there. Well done Bella Italia

Just got back from a evening meal at Bella Italia and the yeah the whole meal was pretty disappointing. Ordered the Chicken Milanese it was over cooked and completely dripping in grease. One of our group asked for some water and got a jug with four glasses what was nice but sadly three of the four glass stink of cigarette smoke 🤢 To top it off service was so slow that at the end we just wanted the bill so we could get out of there.

Completely pointless reserving a table as you have to stand and queue for hours anyway - ended up with one screaming baby who desperately needed feeding and one hungry child. No apology or explanation why booked tables weren't available.

Great place, good ambiance, good service, spicy penne arabiata which is not on the menu but staff and chef happy to serve!

Went for lunch. Worst Margherita pizza ever. Worse than frozen pizzas, burnt and unappetising. The service was slow, over 35 mins for 2 pizzas to arrive. Kitchen was clearly understaffed. 'Fresh orange juice' from drinks menu was a lie, bog standard slightly bitter OJ. The server asked if we wanted to take away uneaten bad pizza, and we said no, it's really bad. No reaction, no apology, and proceeded to take it back. They were probably used to these comment. Save yourselves disappointment and give this restaurant a hard pass.

Found the whole experience shambolic ordered drinks a coke and a Latta Latta was cold I ordered Pizza the wife ordered pasta Pizza was fine wife’s pasta served cold. Wife complained can it be reheated came back even colder waiter asked if there was still a problem we explained walked off did nothing. Got the manager involved who thank fully took the pasta off the bill. Lack of customer service and poor food !

Since being in the UK, this was unexpectedly the best pizza I've had so far, somehow even beating Gordon Ramsay's street pizza(I'll need to revisit one because maybe I just dont remember). I keep telling myself it was a fluke, but there was no denying how good my pepperoni pizza was. The surprise was when I tried the "nach-iolis". Fried ravioli stuffed with cheese and had an onion & tomato topping that was absolutely smashing. The service was outstanding as well. Worth checking them out if you haven't.

A young gentleman with brown fluffy hair, black air forces and a green top. Gave sensational service. He made my dinner and great experience as the food was lacklustre. My wife and I were dissatisfied with the meal but the service was great. Super thanks to the boy 👍👍 yippee 🤪

First visit here and won't be returning. The service was shocking! The majority of the time, we were ignored and had to try multiple times to get someone's attention. We did not receive any check back or to offer us any more drinks. The food was below sub-par! You either get watery pasta dishes or over cooked greasy dishes. The manager guy was the only helpful, polite staff member working.

I went here with three friends on Monday afternoon (05th Feb 2024), it was quiet time of the day so we didn't have to wait to be seated. The service we received was really good, the food was cooked well & I really enjoyed it. I just wanted to say how thankful we all were that they turned the background music off for us while we were there after we asked them to. All of our group has ASD which can cause sensory overload issues & I've really struggled in restaurants in the past because of this, so having the music off while we were there really made it much more enjoyable atmosphere for us.

Me and my wife were celebrating a very special day and I can not fault Bella Italia a bit! Firstly, we felt very welcomed by the staff especially Dorota, who provided exceptional service. Food was really delicious and we will be definitely back.

When we ordered, they didnt give us anything and asked us to order again.

Food was good drinks was good, server Adel was more interested in being on his phone and standing at the bar talking, was waiting for the bill for 40 minutes

Really love coming here as the waitress (Iwona) knows us as regular customers and this makes the whole experience more personal. Food as usual really good especially as they have a promotion on pasta at the moment 😋 look forward to getting back to the pizza next time.

Ordered calamari, mushroom al forno, pollo funghi and the chicken caesar salad for the adults and ham/chicken pizza, cheesy garlic bread and chocolate ice cream as they had run out of the ice lollies. Overall, the food was bland and luke warm in parts. Had to put a lot of cheese, salt and pepper to get any semblance of flavour to the pollo funghi. We would normally go to Ask for Italian convenience food but the wife wanted chicken caesar salad so we knew we weren't going to get great food. Doesn't mean we were not disappointed though!

Me and my sister went here and they sat us down. First off no menus were given to us we had to grab them from another table. We then had waiters walk pass us numerous times and not ask if we wanted a drink. We finally got a drink when I told them that we hadn’t been asked , I also said we are ready to order food but the waitress wouldn’t take our food order. After we got out drinks the waiter walked past us 5 times ignoring us. Eventually after realising we were not going to get served. My sister went to the women behind the bar and said we were leaving due to not being served and won’t be paying for our drinks as we had not touched them. And she was not bothered in the slightest, didn’t apologise or offer to take our order. I understand if you are busy, but we were completely ignored, when the waiter was free to take our orders.

Terrible terrible service It started with us queuing to go in even though there were many empty/available seats and no staff informed us why we were queuing up, so several people in the queue had to go out their way to ask what was happening: the reason was because there was limited staff but either way we’d be waiting, so might as well be allowed to sit and wait?? Food took agessss to come around, including tap water! I assume it’s because of the limited staff We ordered more food, and ONLY found out that the pizza bases ran out because we asked where the food was, imagine if we just waited for hours on end??? And keep in mind, it’s 2pm! Nowhere near closing, having literal pizza bases run out in an Italian restaurant is crazy. And then when we wanted to pay using a card reader, rather than using the app, the server was very rude, impatient and patronising, rolling her eyes and being rude, I understand it’s stressful but it shouldn’t be taken out on the customers. At one point, she completely ignored us, looked us in the eye, and walked in the opposite direction! The cookie dough was not cookie dough, it was dry and salty (all three of our cookie doughs came out like this) Only reason why I’m not doing 1/2 stars is because the main food was delicious and the first time I came to this restaurant, the cookie dough was actually cookie dough and a woman serving us was very lovely and had fun vibes :)) Overall, poor, unprepared and slow service and bad communication

Menus have dried food left on them. I ordered the mushroom and chicken pasta, it was watery and bland.

I’ve been to a few of these chains and normally they’re all pretty much the same. On this occasion I cannot fault the staff. Friendly, polite, quick to seat and serve is and food arrived hot and fresh. The pizza however nice, was over oiled and I struggled picking up a slice without it folding in on itself. I had some squid for starters - a bit bland and not much taste. Overall though the food is satisfactory and portion size is good with a large choice of menu items to pick from. For a group of 4 with staters and drinks, price came in at just over a 100 quid so reasonable.

went to bella italia got there the waitress wasn’t exactly polite, said the waiting was 30min but there was loads of available seats, so we left and came back after 15min and we had people in front that didn’t even book a table and they got seated down, then i asked them if the table was ready, we got seated down, and then had to wait to get served like 20/30min even though the two young girls were just stood there talking about not happy with the service at all
