We had a lovely meal, delivered by a robot! The carbonara was lovely and the service of Tamara was great!

John went above and beyond, keeping us up to date with how long food would be, replacing cutlery when needed without us having to ask.

Not happy with our service. We won't be returning. We felt Jannet was dismissive and it unfortunately came across rude. We asked for a lemon slice for a drink, we was told they had ran out, we continued to see customers with lemon and asked another waitress, who kindly brought us a lemon slice. We had to ask someone, who then had to ask someone else to clear our table after our mains came, as it became uncomfortable to eat our meal. I understand today may have been busier than usual due to mothers day and Eid but we shouldn't be feeling like a hindrance when we're paying a fair amount of money. I do want to add a male waiter was very polite and wished us a fair well as we left. Jannet didn't acknowledge us. The young girl, who showed us to our table was sweet to us also.

The carbonara was bland, no flavour at all, and service wasn’t friendly. No point reserving a table as you’re still going to be waiting in a long queue. Disappointed because I specifically mentioned it was my friend’s birthday, and no response or anything special for my friend like we had in other restaurants.

Dorota was very helpful in helping me decide my menu items I got and gave great service

Came in for dinner tonight, 26.03.25, at the Bluewater branch and had the best time. Food was delicious and served to us by Adel and Shakira the robot for the first part of our evening, followed by more drinks and pudding by the wonderful John and Ben! We will definitely be back again!

Had a lovely lunch at Bella Italia Bluewater today , we were served by Tamara , she was extra sweet and kind to us , catered to me and my needs when I asked to breastfeed in private , the goats cheese pasta was exceptional, she suggested that dish as I said I wanted spicy but not burn my mouth off , the warmth of the hot honey was perfect 🙌🙌🙌, my husbands calzone was full of flavour and full of meaty goodness , the team were lovely and we will definitely be back , thanks Bella

Had a little visit to Bella Italia in bluewater and really enjoyed it😁 the staff is very lovely especially Dorota with her brilliant costumer service and a bright smile! And of course the food was Amazing😍😋 I will definitely be returning again soon! Ps the robot is kinda creepy 😆😂

Eaten here many times always good food and normally good service. Today was somewhat different. Food still good. During previous visits we have had set menu plus drinks for two, using Blue Light discount without issue. Unfortunately today the waitress had a rude attitude from outset but I let this go as may have had long day and as nearly 9pm may have been tired. I asked for Bill and showed her discount QR code when bill was brought to me the blue light discount wasn't on. I queried this and she went to who I presumed was Manager. Waitress brought Bill back over saying it had been sorted but when I looked she had charged me full price for 2 starters & 2 mains (not set menu for 2 courses price) and then actioned discount. I stated that this still wasn't correct and her attitude wasn't very customer friendly. I was told we couldn't used set menu offer & blue light together. I stated that I'd been before and it had been allowed and if I had not experienced this being accepted before on a previous visit I would have only had 2 main courses to bring my bill down and not set menu. I understand if this isn't allowed but the attitude during the whole discussion by waitress has a lot to be desired. As we walked away after agreeing to pay the full we heard her talking about us. My should have been 2 x £20.95 (2 course set menu

Friday 21st February our server John was so great and so kind he made my friends birthday and brought a joy to our dinner. this man deserves a raise!

When arrived we were seated quickly and handed menus that is where the service started to slip. We waited 20/30 minutes before we finally got our orders taken including drinks and that was because we kept grabbing the attention of anyone whom worked there.Drinks and starters came within minute's of each other then after finishing starter ABIT of a wait then a robot put food and our server told us to give him a minute and he will hand the food to us but didn't clear the starter plates then after eating we waited and waited to order dessert and gave up and paid our bill.

Went in a few min after 4pm and the place was very quiet. Service was very friendly and the food delicious, moist, full of flavour and very hot - perfect. We sat for around 45min after the meal awaiting service for our deserts, totaly ignored..... made eye contact with all the staff but they just turned away. Now 6pm we gave up put our coats on and stood next to the table awaiting the bill. Finally I had to loudly ask for service. I didn't tip (first for me as I always tip) Real shame as our dining experience was very pleasant until then. I belive each server is designated an area, this ment our server a very polite lad only had 3 tables including ours. I'm sure we were just forgotten and this was probably a one off and I'm sorry I couldn't give you the 5stars the food deserved.

We would not be happy to be served exclusively by a robot, we like the personal service from a real person. We have particular dietary requirements and would only be happy to eat in a restaurant after taking personally with waiting staff.

We had a very bad experience!!!!the pasta was not cooked, the sauce had no taste, the pizza tasted like frozen pizza and the sauce and pepperoni were bitter.

I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before, but Bella Italia Bluewater made it a first. My wife, daughter, and I were seated and then completely ignored for 20 minutes. During that time, several tables around us, who arrived after we did, were promptly attended to, had their orders taken, and even received their food, while we hadn’t even been asked what drinks we’d like. The lack of service was astounding and unacceptable. We eventually decided to leave, frustrated and hungry. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went with my wife and our 3 boys for dinner. We were sat down quickly but waited 35 mins for an order to be taken. Server stated they are short staffed and shed just for back from break. When we got food it was very tasty and well presented. A nice meal slightly spoiled by initial slow service.

Staff pretty much ignored us the whole time until they wanted us to leave so they could clean the table. Only managed to put a drink order in with staff, ordered the rest online. Starter was incredible but 2/4 meals ordered were cold. Staff didn’t follow challenge 25 at all, all of us looked under 25 and didn’t get asked for id. Thought the robots delivering the food was fascinating but it left the staff standing around doing nothing the whole time.

We had a meal Friday 23/9 and the service started well then went totally ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes to be asked if we required dessert then finally flagged the mostly absent server who walked off. She returned a hill 10 minutes later with the bill but we actually wanted to order coffee. After this she practically barked at us “what do you want” she had to say it twice as we were all shocked speechless. Utterly rude and unprofessional. We assume she realised as she removed service charge without us requesting it. And we would have. The robot delivery gimmick is silly too. Ours was surrounded by children breathing all over our good. Not impressed.
