Premier Inn Dartford hotel in Dartford

Poor staff attendance meant reduced bar/restaurant service and no breakfast at all. Rooms also smelt like they were drenched in toothpaste and not in a fresh way either.

Hotel needs painting and tidying up outside where there are lots of discarded cigarette butts and packets. Needs a proper seat and a bin for cigarette disposal. Bin outside wasn't emptied. Needs fresh landscaping. Location is terrible as Junction nearby gets clogged up and it can take you 45 minutes to get away from the location. Junction needs a redesign. Lift is still broken. Property seems neglected a bit.

Got moved here from Sevenoaks/Maidstone after they said there was an issue with my room. Plenty of parking and within a convenient distance to Brands Hatch.

Great customer service, comfortable and clean rooms. Still more, great breakfast! I will definitely visit again if in the area. Well done Premier Inn team 👏🏼 😊

We were very disappointed with the Premier Inn. Our room smelled extremely of cigarette smoke. Apparently there were no rooms to change. The WiFi was terribly bad, something we know differently from Premier Inn. HDMI on the table defective. Everything is a little old. Restaurant was good and the staff friendly.

Great as always. Lift still out of order from last visit though and breakfast limited due to difficulty in obtaining items.

Room ridiculously hot and Air Con doing absolutely nothing. Near impossible to sleep and window is obviously sealed shut, feels like your in a tin can..

FAB value for money. Staff lovely/attentive. Adequate parking. V easy to access. Room was clean BUT was soon hot as can't open windows & aircon was faulty HOWEVER, member of staff got Me a decent fan that cooled room down as I needed it.

We stayed 3 nights in here and from my experience, the rooms are clean and well arranged but ventilation should be worked upon. There should be the possibility of opening the windows for fresh air. A thousand questions was asked before you could get breakfast or getting something for dinner after having to wait a while. The service wasn't so impressive, although there are a few nice matured ladies among them. The receptionists are super nice and warm. Thumbs up.

Staff was nice and room was clean (though some edges of the shower etc showed some age/potential mould. The shower head was leaking where is joined the hose - possibly a loose valve that can easily be fixed for next people in that room) The bathroom had complimentary hand wash and a dual hair and body wash secured to the walls). The room had a kettle with complimentary tea coffee milk and sugar. The bed was as legendary as everyone says. Will stay again, but at a different location.

Very nice and friendly Receptionist. Located in a quiet place with easy access to the M25. Good parking. The breakfast was nice.

I only had the breakfast. Definitely worth the money. So the food was definitely 5 stars.

Clean and good location for working in Dartford as very near the station. Kristen, (Kirsten) the receptionist, was so helpful when we arrived. My husband was feeling quite poorly after a 6 hour journey and she went the extra mile by finding him some biscuits. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome thanks to the warm welcome from the staff. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds that ensured we had a great night's sleep. Facilities for families were top notch. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with something tasty for every member of the family. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay with their family.

Had a few nights here for the bank holiday weekend. The main thing that stood out here was how friendly the staff were. Very helpful, always smiling and just generally a really wonderful vibe here. Room was clean, well equipped. Bed comfy, pillow comfy. Very good value for money. Will definitely be back!

We had a bit of an issue with our shower on the first day but reception lady offered to change our room straight away. The room was smaller but had a walk in shower that we loved. Very modern and clean room. We’ll visit again and recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay .

Just had a great stay here at dartford, room was great staff are brilliant even gave my daughter a card and little box of chocolates for her birthday, Really recommend

Large carpark hotel has beefeater adjourning. Reception staff effecient, you get what you pay for, no frills . Small gesture gift left in room, really nice touch, very personal

Another very pleasant stay in Dartford. The reception ladies are ever so helpful and welcoming. I am always happy with the service and hospitality there as location is very convenient to me. 5 star service all the way.

Great Value Hotel located near M25 at Dartford. Room was inviting with a Comfortable Bed and had a refreshing nights sleep. Clean throughout. Staff are very welcoming. We always use a premier inn.

I have stayed here lots of times and the last time I went I was shocked by how good my sleep was last time I went. Breakfast was good and staff were funny and lovely. I came here with my family, we went to a Mexican restaurant called cafe mojito in bexleyheath and I had an amazing experience with my family, it was my uncle’s birthday and I had a good experience:)

Room was to hot 🥵 ask for heating off the staff was helpful but the noise coming from the room above and the corridor was very unacceptable as I was walk up as was my wife and children at 2am Saturday morning i'v paid 4 night if you go and stay keep out of room 114 as Saturday night the noise from upstairs was not good when the staff told me that we will have no noise Saturday night

We never had a room. We had dinner for Mother's Day. And the food was absolutely shocking and the service was bad. Took about an hour and a half just to get starters

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff. We had an evening meal in the Beefeater restaurant. Our server Graham was super efficient, very friendly, laughed and joked with us. He was lovely.

Over all the hotel was a grate choice. Staff friendly / very polite Bedroom had flaky paint, big crakes in the wall, mould in the bathroom. Raised this with staff, they moved us next door. This room always had black mould in the bathroom. Booked breakfast as advices by staff member. 09:45 we got into seating area. The booking we made previously, didn’t matter as there was a massive cue. Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we then had to cue at the breakfast counter for food. When I spoke to a lady on reception, I explained that I had a booking and she said that it doesn’t matter and I would have to wait with the rest of the people. I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast again. Over all the stay was good

Had the usual friendly welcome with plenty of good banter.The usual comfy room. Had one of the upgraded showers so no climbing over the bath. Restaurant was Beefeater but unusually no complaints. Slept rather too well as I overslept.

Nice enough hotel, clean rooms, reasonably priced, traffic can be a problem a bit too close to Dartford crossing.

Food was good and the team were excellent

Booked 3 rooms for 4 people months ago with breakfast. Rooms were fine but went for breakfast at 9:00 to be told by beefeater reception that they were too busy and couldn’t help us. We were promised a refund for the four breakfasts but only got it for one. The working relationship between premier inn and beefeater here is so unprofessional it’s embarrassing . A far cry from Lenny Henry’s portrayal 😁

Mix up with booking so didn't get a room not their fault ,in the middle of nowhere and the pub attached to it was closed at 2pm when we arrived

Enjoyed our stay in Dartford while down south visiting family. Exceptional service from your friendly, polite and knowledgeable receptionists. We loved our Premier room, especially the espresso machine, and the big shower. The team there is a credit to your business. Nothing is too much from them, and it made us feel well looked after.
