Achari curry used to be so tasty unfortunately my last two weren't good at all. Food was very poor and prices has increased! I'm sorry to say it was my last visit...

Bad customer service by the lady with scarf. Charged me full price despite advertising promotion till questioned. Refused to put money back on card and returned cash in denomination of 20 pences. I won't be coming back anytime . Save your money and go somewhere else. Tea was served cold. Don't have a way to respond to owner so adding as update but visited the branch at 7.30 pm on Friday 5 april. Yes promotions were on screen that's what I noticed after I paid. When I queried back then was told they can return cash. Cash was in 20 pences.thanks for taking time to respond.

Poor. Curry was lukewarm, we had to get it microwaved. Rude and unhelpful staff. Rectified the problem for us with a healthy dose of attitude. Wont be back. Would advise people to stay away.

Visited zabardast in bluewater today, excellent service provided by Fatema and Zaniba. Food was delicious and prepared fast and hot.

Very rude lady server. We struggled to understand what she was asking. She got very short tempered and rolled her eyes when I explained that I have a cochlear implant. She also was very annoyed that we offered to pay cash and she, in a very irritated way, asked for card. I also expected the two sag aloo wraps to be £5 each...£10 in total as advertised...but were charged £15. I wanted to walk away but didn't. I will never go back.

Food tasted nice however it was over priced. £2.25 for a can of coke 😯.

Terrible customer service. Great food - however they microwave a lot of their food which isn’t great. Will not be returning thanks to the service. Needs a lot of work and they might keep their customers! I saw about 3 or 4 people walk way because of the bad customer service.

I ordered chicken tikka and paneer wrap. Paneer was overcooked and couldn’t even bite. Would not visit again.

Food's taste was okay however, the portion was abysmally less for a chicken thali costing £13.50

Curry with a decent price It's not cheap eating outside due to inflation. If not feeling have a fast food burger again, please give this restaurant a go. I know it's still more expensive than fast food restaurants. But it's the cheapest curry I have ever seen in UK. Never a big fan of chicken breast either, but the chicken in the curry is juicy and tender. While the Biryani has a whole drumstick inside the rice. Most importantly, they are not crazily salty. Cheap eats tends to be heavily salted. Potion is not big, just enough. Provides you room to have dessert afterwards. Both dishes used different seasoning. I assume the other dishes too. That helps to attract returning customers. The staff is nice and informative. She tells customers the spicy level of the items that you are interested. Avoid disappointment, please ask her further before you making a final decision. The food served fast, no long waiting.

THE FOOD MADE ME SICK! Do I have to speak to anyone before writing a review? You should be glad that I wrote a review and didn’t report this to the food standards agency. I suggest you improve your hygiene before someone becomes seriously unwell.

The quietest place of them all and I’m not surprised. In the minutes it took them to serve me and 1 other customer (who ordered vegetarian) they never changed their gloves. They put the meat / veg on a plate shared with other food into a microwave and then just leave it there whilst they take other orders. Ended up with a cold wrap. Poor quality food, poor juvenile and very basic service.

I urge people to not go to this awful restaurant. Very expensive, poor quality food and rude staff! Disappointed

I have been a regular customer for past 3-4 years and on my recent visit, when I asked for an extra empty plastic box to portion out the food to my toddler I was asked to pay 50p for the extra empty plastic container. The business must be doing so bad that they have now started to charge for empty container to make ends meet! Nevertheless, I was initially hoping to buy more extra sides and desserts but this put me off completely.

I have ordered vegetable thali. When we choose indian thali we expect some fresh food and tasty. But the food is very bland with no taste at all. With that high price customers expect good food. You guys dissapointed me today.

Desi Omelette wrap In Paratha was very good. Fresh ingredients and a lovely sauce. Quite filling considering I was quite hungry. Good range of wrap fillings, all you have to do is work out which is your favourite. This place also has some outside space to sit down. Lost a star because of the customer service, the lady who was preparing the food totally forgot to pack the Chicken Tikka Masala which I ordered, I had to tell her two times because she was confused and then she went inside to confirm if I ordered it or not!!!

We ordered 2 thalis and it was the worst tasting food we ever had. The Indian food in Weatherspoon tastes better than this place. There are many other restaurants in the bluewater mall and you will see very less people having food here. We had to trow the food because it did not taste nice. Please improve.

Absolutely pathetic food!! No taste atall. Went today and regret every bit of it. Rice were raw. Biryani had gone bad and stank. Its not cheap and each penny of our money went down the drain. Never again.

Decent food. Food courts generally average, this place was actually really good. Ordered a large wrap, while pricing may seem on the higher side, you do get option of three filling types. A nice salad and good options on the Sauce. Once combined in a decent paratha, the taste was superb and I was stuffed after one of these large wraps. The Mrs ordered a thali, this too was generous. Tasted really good too. While some may find it expensive, it’s actually on par with similar food outlet. Considering how stuffed we felt, it’s actually good value for money.

Somil was really friendly. Showed me all the options meaning I ended up spending more than I had planned… but it was worth as food is brilliant and bursting with flavour! So good to have something different in the food hall. He also told me about the loyalty card, so I will be going back again soon. I recommend trying it

I have always came here to have wraps with my boyfriend and they never let us down! The wraps are full of proteins and fresh ingredients. I suffer with many stomach issues and I have to be careful on what I eat. I have never had any problems and even ordering a medium wrap I feel very satisfied, plus it’s very flavourful. The brown wrap it’s worth the extra money as it tastes better!

Paratha wrap to die for and the nicest staff.

I came to Bluewater and saw Zabardust in the food court. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I ordered the Lamb karahi for my mum who is normally a bit fussy and it was really really nice. The food was fresh and tasty. She really enjoyed it and even said it was the best lamb curry she had ever eaten ! Excellent service all round. Thank You.

To be a honest total rip off pricing. We have an Indian restaurant nearby, which charges £7 for a biryani which is times and a half in quantity, and definitely better in quality + taste. To top it up, the sauce will cost another £3, in addition to the £11 for the biryani. Makes it £14.00!! Fast food- no it is not. Both for the pricing and the time taken to serve! Btw, two people had the food and both complained of flatulence. We know our allergies, and what we had before and after. So totally to do with food preparation and ingredients. They can't get the prices right- and customers are not stupid. All other restaurants were doing brisk business- and Zabardast was idle! Change your greedy practices please and not aim for sky high margins. We have seen another Indian fast food shop close down in Bluewater, and Zabardast seems now on track to close down too.

I just ate a large chicken tikka wrap. It was amazing and delicious and staff are frendly. Truly a zabardast food...................

Had very nice and tasty rice and lamb curry plus dal curry as side dish. Will definitely come back again. Staff are very friendly too.

I have not bought from this company for a while but, at £39.00 later, having treated my friends and myself, I just felt robbed. The wraps (large) are now on the skinny side because the woman serving behind the counter just did not believe in sharing the salad out I got two pieces of cucumber (one piece cut into two) and the tinniest amount of red cabbage - having asked for all the salad no onions, she ignored all the other salad, they used to bulk out the wraps with salad which I loved. Oh well. I will move onto other places!

Ordered the biryani and they charged me for two additional sauces costing an extra £6 which I did not ask for. When I asked for the breakdown before paying he insisted I would get it after paying. When I asked for a refund they said I would need a send an email to request a refund! I didn’t want to argue so just accepted it for what it was. I’ve yet to get my refund!

Great jackfruit biryani! Also great portion. Definitely worth a try. I liked it as it is but will taste great with raita/masala sauce as well.

Bad food. I asked for white rice and still got something else. The chicken is also not edible. Shame!

The food is just terrible. Everything is bland.Currys taste worse than supermarkets, Paratha's aren't even cooked properly. All the tandoori dishes are microwaved,dry and tasteless!Also,it is very expensive for what you get.2 thali, 2 wraps and 4 cans of coke=£45.It feels like you're paying restaurant prices. Complete waste of money, never again!

Not worth the price paid. We got uncooked parathas and the curry was bland. We also had the misfortune of ordering a masala chai. It was like hot water with a hint of tea leaves.

Food quality is very poor. Sauce didn't taste Indian at all. No flavour in filling. Wrap was soggy.

Ordered a couple of wraps. Advertised as fresh ingredients yet its all pre prepared and refrigerated, then heated in a microwave. I had a Chicken Tikka wrap, and my wife had a Lamb Kebab wrap with bombay potatoe filling. Both were unevenly heated, just warm at one end, dry (even with two sauces) and flavourless. The bombay potatoe was just an anemic looking stodge, and the chicken tikka was lacking ... erm... tikka! Just a really poor effort guys I'm sorry to say.

Just ate here, I am shocked at the 4 star reviews, should be one star! The food is not at all up to Indian food standard. Ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was not at all nice and tasted tangy, all got a small portion of salad glad I did as the onions were off! Never again

Tried once but wouldn't again! Had a large wrap with lamb sheesh, bombay potato & chicken malai. Flavourless and dry food, no care in the service.

I did not expect a huge bowl of rice covering one very small chicken leg with not an ounce of meat on it and a scrap of inedible chicken meat.

Great service. It is the Subway of Indian style wraps (rolls). There are plenty of options for fillings and the wraps overall are reasonably priced. I did find the chicken to be a bit bland hence the four star.

Fantastic Lamb Achari Curry. Tried it as a change from the regular Chicken Tikka masala that I always order. Both dishes are outstanding. And the mango lassi just what one needs on hot day like today. Super friendly staff , pleasant and always ready to serve with a smile. On the whole superb food and lovely staff.

Wonderful service shame about the lack of covid safety measures, not a single face mask was worn. There was no hair nets or hats being worn don't think ill be going back any time soon.
