Just had the sexiest chicken Cesar salad... 🥗 The app allows you to remove things like onion or croutons for allergies etc but also it had the biggest generous portion of chicken bacon sauce... They are so friendly, accommodating and reliable. Thank you team and keep up the hard work ❤️😉

Delicious coffee, pastries are simply enticing.😍😍😍I was served truffles with coffee, which was very pleasing, nice environment, helpful staff. And besides, a good time with a friend in between shopping.

Lovely place for a quick donut and staff were really patience with you whilst picking your donuts and it is quite clean as well here.

I visited the Bluewater store of Ori Caffe on Saturday 2nd March and I was blown away with the service and standard of the food in there. I had a special sandwich made up for me from a young lady who looked like the Manager. She was warm, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Ori Caffe to anybody :)

i ordered a hot chocolate and when it arrived it was given too me in a dirty cup. when we took it back and said the cup was dirty, the chef replied “it’s clean it’s clean” without even looking at the cup, when there was a visible mayonnaise stain on the tip of the cup and then proceeded to complain because they had too make a new one. when ordering our food the waiter took no notice into what we was saying and we had too repeat multiple times. when the food arrived it was not nice. the baguette came with half an egg and one piece of bacon. the scrambled egg had no taste and was very watery. while the chef was cooking the food him and the waiter was eating food then mid cooking they went outside too smoke while having the door wide open resulting too cigarette smoke being blown into the cafe. since the previous chef this place has gone downhill completely and the food has become disgusting. the rudeness of the waiter and the chef was just shocking. the food and service has gotten bad. such a shame since it was a nice place before.

Popcorn disappointing. Not particularly hygienic. First time splashing out on some cinema popcorn, thought it’d be a nice treat instead of the usual from the shop. Popcorn wasn’t warm - maybe this is common, I don’t know? Hoped it would be. The lady scooping it scooped the popcorn all over her hands as she held the tub in the container of popcorn. Just not the most pleasant thing to watch..

Lovely food but did not enjoy having my meal and conversation interrupted by a member of staff who then stood over me and told me to leave a review. He refused to leave until I did so!

Visited yesterday for a family birthday, service was more than amazing, our waitress (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name) was great, she was helpful with our allergens, attentive and friendly, sang at the top of her voice when she bought the cake out. Food was great, we didn’t feel rushed at any point (which is usually the case in most places when you’re a table of 9 like we are). Absolutely perfect, thank you Buenasado Team ❤️

Today I ordered a caesar salad online and I was shocked by how much it was smaller than in the store and the price was much higher. The price of this salad was 10.10 pounds, which was 2 pounds more than in the store. On top of that I paid £3.49 for delivery, £1.60 for service and £0.45 for a small order fee. When the order arrived, I was surprised to find that I had paid a total of £6 more for a portion of salad that was significantly smaller than what I usually get in the shop. It was hardly three leaves of lettuce! Worst of all, cutlery was not included. It just doesn't seem fair. Why should I order again under these conditions?

I was served by Giuseppe he was lovely and had great customer service!! Very helpful and efficient! Food is also great, I would definitely recommend to eat here!
