Spent a lovely anniversary meal at Rosa’s Bluewater. The food was very good and it was a very pleasant environment. Only slight downside was they seemed to be slightly light on staff so we had to wait a while to be served initially.

The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the service. Sneha went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was below par but the service was awful. Never seen rude waitresses in my entire life like the ones at this restaurant. It felt like a lifetime to get somebody’s attention. Will never be coming here again, fix up!

The service was absolutely pathetic,one server kept chatting with the people next to us but refused to serve us or even look our way, the others kept floating around. We had to go call them everything for any service that we required.

A 12.5% service charge had been added to the bill, which I didn't notice until after I had tapped my card. I'm happy to tip for good service but don't assume. On subsequently reading some of the reviews, it seems this is common practice at this location unfortunately. The food was pretty good. One of the servers seemed to be working a lot harder than the other two.

The service was efficient and friendly, the food was excellent but a bit expensive.
