Ben was absolutely fantastic today. First class service, nothing was too much trouble. He was super polite, efficient and gave our time in the restaurant a truly personal touch. He is a credit to Bella Italia. He brightened our day! What a superstar. Thank you Ben, you’re amazing!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was so yummy! The service was also great. Tina, who served us, was incredibly polite and kind, and the whole team was really attentive without being overbearing. They checked in just enough to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The restaurant itself was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the food came out surprisingly quickly. I genuinely had a great time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Been here twice now and both experiences were lovely. Staff are really nice (can't remember names!) and service is always good. Love the menu choices and feel the meals are good value for money, not that cheap but you get what you pay for. Flavours are well developed and tastes more authentic than other Thai chains in my opinion. Can sometimes be a bit quieter than some other places at bluewater as it is tucked out of the way so if you want a tasty peaceful meal then come here!

This restaurant is comfort in the form of food. The atmosphere is nice, the food is delicious without any additional cooking, and Ms. Tina is so cute and takes good care of you. You don't know how to praise her. It's like meeting a kind person on a tiring day. That is, eat and smile. It felt really good.

I didn't expect anything when I walked into the store. But came out with a smile on his face! The food is very delicious. The taste is like going back to eating in Thailand. And Ms. Tina's service goes above and beyond, attentive, greeting, and extremely friendly. Can't help but be impressed. It has become my favorite restaurant without realizing it.

I had the Thai Green Curry and Pork Skewers at Rosas’ thai blue water and both were outstanding. The curry was flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the pork skewers were tender and delicious. Our server, Tina, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and helpful. You, this shop is better than expected! The food is so delicious that you'll have to glance at your friends and say, 'Wow, that's good!' Every dish is passable. There is nothing to criticize at all. The atmosphere is good, sitting comfortably, not uncomfortable. But what I want to mention most is Ms. Tina. The service is very good, very cute, and attentive to the customers, knowing that she is not pretending to be friendly. But she really intended to take care of him. There is a menu recommendation as well. Always asked if there was anything missing. It was very good. I was so impressed that I wanted to go back again.

Rosa’s Thai never fails to impress me. We started off with the Veggie Platter, followers with Sea Bass and Cashew Nut stir fry - both incredible. Rosa’s Thai has become one of our favourite places. We bring our friends and family from all over when we’re in the mood for comforting Thai food and we ourselves come every Saturday. Tina, our server, is a friendly face who always smiles at us, greets us and gives us the best service. So not only is the food absolutely delicious but the staff are wonderful too.
