Staying locally for business and came across this little gem while out for a walk. So glad I did. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the place is like a Tardis, much bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. Plumped for the eggs Benedict as it is one of my favourites but hard to find. Eggs were cooked to perfection running with a thick yellow yolk when cut. The muffin was toasted just right and the sauce was rich and flavoursome. Took a flat white coffee with it which by itself can determine the quality of an establishment. Not sure what beans they use but is one of the best flat whites I have had in a long while. Well worth a visit

We use lakeside to provide all our lunches in the office. Greta service and quality huge choice and terrific value. If you’re in the area it’s a must. So convenient.

Cafe style food convenient if you work nearby. Good quality ingredients and value for money. I go once a week. It's very popular and can get busy at lunch time. The staff are very polite, friendly and efficient.

I popped in for a quick coffee and a breakfast muffin. Brilliant service and friendly staff. I also noticed they have a second location next to costa coffee and was advised it’s open in the new year.

My family and I love to eat at Lakeview 360. The staff are always so accommodating and give the best service. The menu is amazing and we love almost everything. The views of the lake from the floor to ceiling windows are amazing and we even managed to see some ducks! Thank you to Lakeview and the team for all your amazing efforts

I have lunch from Lakeview every day. They offer a good range of options and the portion sizes are great! Everything I have had off their menu has been delicious. My personal favorite is the dirty goujons.

Fresh food, very clean excellent location.

First visit today and definitely will not be the last. The service was fast and efficient. The menu was extensive and all the food we received was very tasty and flavoursome. The prices are very reasonable. Jacket poatato with a side salad and chicken club for £5.80 and a mocha for £2.70 is excellent value. I will be visiting often for a coffee stop and looking forward to nice lunches in the summer enjoying the great views. The staff here are all so friendly and attentive. Keep it up guys.

Food was really nice and good price wise for what you get and the standard. Lovely view across the lake and I recommend the muffin for breakfast, 10/10 for me! Washed down with a lovely Americano.

The food was delicious and fair priced. My friend and I ordered separately, my food came quickly but my friends took significantly longer, had they told him it would take so long he would have chosen something else. However, the food was worth the wait, we were just short on time.

Great quality food and service, a significant improvement over the office canteen

This place is dangerously convenient from our office, but the food is very good. To try and be more health conscious I try and have a salad... But sometimes the body needs a burger. Or a chicken burger. Or a chicken goujon burger.... (Hence dangerous!). Service is always friendly. Worth using their website if you are time poor... Can be a queue to order, and a wait to collect.

Quite simply this is the best Café that delivers great quality food and service. If you're thinking about visiting, don't think... just go and you won't be disappointed! It's next to a pretty stunning lake, the menu, quality of food & portion sizes is top quality and likewise the staff are a great bunch. Personal favourites of mine are the eggs benedict, chicken Caesar sandwich, the chips... the whole menu is great.

Compared to the old owner and good this is an amazing turn around and exactly what it should always have been. Great food choices and a friendly service, used to pay deli type prices and get poor quality food but now the price is fully justified under this ownership.

Visited a number of times in recent weeks. New business that took over the premises a few years ago from what I can tell. Food is great quality (so much better than the previous business located here - though I do miss their omelettes!) and reasonable portions on most items. Always greeted with friendly and efficient service. Had eggs missed off a takeaway breakfast once, they realised & called me just after I'd left, but I missed the call until back at the office. Sorted out with free extra the following week. If you're a regular and pre-order online, loyalty points to the value of 5% off. All but one time my food was ready when I arrived to collect. Busiest time of day seems to be 13:00-14:00.

What a lovely find. Seems to be mainly takeaway for all the offices around the estate, but there is seating inside for about a dozen and more outside. Excellent quality food at a good price too. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Coffee was properly hot which is rare nowadays. A short walk from their parking spaces which are free but limited in both quantity and parking time. However I will definitely be meeting up here again. 9.5/10.

I had a Chicken Ceaser salad for £4.80. It was the best I have ever had. I ordered the mixed base of leaves and Cous Cous, plenty of chicken, croutons and salad. Will definitely be going back for more! Two of my colleagues tried this and said they will be ordering too.

The place is amazing in terms of being calm serene and the 🌞 absolutely loved it. Great menu for breakfast and also has vegetarian options.

This place is one of our favourite local spots! The quality of the food here is second to none for anything in the area. It is very well priced, well stocked and the staff are great! If you are ever looking for a bite, the dirty goujons or the kebab are superb and they offer a wide range of sandwiches which you can customise to your preference. Regularly eat here and will be a continued customer.

Simply the best cafe/bistro in the area. I have several favourites from here, they have a excellent range of breakfast, lunch and salad options along with healthy smoothies and great coffee! The staff are super friendly. I visit here a few times a week! The chicken kebab is a firm favourite! You can dine in or out with great views over the water! Must visit!

Went in this morning for breakfast with my wife. A revelation. Fantastic food and great service. Top quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Lovely view over the lake and fountains. Strongly recommend.

I honestly feel that these guys are becoming complacent. They are generally very good with their service and quality of products. The products haven't changed, so no complaints there. My only concern is their attention to detail has become apparently lackluster. The past few occasions we've received delivery, there have been either missing items or the order has been wrong. Granted they'll look to rectify as swiftly as possible however they are in the food industry, you order to eat once the food arrives, you don't order to receive your order and wait a further 20-30 minutes to eat in the event there are any issues to be rectified. Guys! please double check that your orders are correct when preparing/packing, read the notes when customers leave specific notes on their orders and adhere to them, if you're choosing not to, then please remove the option to leave notes, as the option becomes completely irrelevant. Fine points such as adding sauces at the point of ordering are important to the customer. The customer expects their order to be exactly as they've ordered but when it arrives missing those fine points the eating experience becomes negative. I'm sure if you have the opportunity to read this you'll up your game and get back to the standards you had when you took over and started new.

This is the place for great coffee, probably the best in Greenhithe and excellent value too! Great breakfast food served by lovely staff for whom nothing is too much bother especially with my dog outside! Set in lovely surroundings too. Highly recommended.

Excellent food & Coffee, Very polite, courteous and friendly staff. I can thoroughly recommend the Breakfast Bap & Coffee deal (£5 before 11am, eat in or takeaway). It's a small Cafe, but it is Big on quality, flavour, value for money and Great staff and service.

Nice scenic views overlooking the picturesque lake, the cafe is very well organised run a by a very proffesional and dedicated team who make fantastic food, you can choose your own sandwiches or baguettes with your own ingredients so you have freedom of cbooce to experiment, tge food is fantastic hohjy recommended.

Got a sandwich made which wasn't on the menu, lads in here are super polite, waited no time at all while enjoying the view. Sandwich was wrapped perfectly. Can't actually hear the motorway from here, just the splash of the fountains. Made friends with a family of swans and a gang of morehens. Great place.
