Fantastic breakfast at Bill's in Bluewater. Food arrived promptly, and was very tasty. The two children's breakfast were good portions, and we were able to swap out items without any issues. Our waiter, Gurjeet, gave impeccable service and we very attentive. Great overall experience

Our waitress is called Giutseet and she was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful.

Our visit was amazing with the service from Gurjeet, who was very helpful and attentive! She made our experience amazing! The English breakfast was great too!

Bottomless pancakes were yummy! Giurjeet was super nice to my little boy & very interactive and attentive to our needs. Ben was also really helpful and went that extra mile to find me a straw, & Sam was helpful too as he asked if he should get a small plate for my little boy-very thoughtful! Now that’s what I call TEAM WORK!!!

Went to the Bluewater branch. Booked a table but still needed to wait which was ok considering it was Mother's Day. Waited a while for the food but then the starters and mains came all at once. Our server was Gurjeet who was friendly and efficient. I would say that all the staff and manager were super nice and friendly. They gave a warm welcome and goodbye which is very rare in a restaurant chain. Food was well presented, good portion size and tasty. Great value for money. Would go back again.

Gurjeet was an amazing waiter, my vegan breakfast was ok, unfortunately nothing to shout about but happy to have a choice to swap items without extra charges and choice of gluten free bread.

Booked for mother's day and my birthday. Arrived a bit late but still seated straight away which was fantastic. Food was first class as always and came quickly, considering how busy it was. Our server Gurjeet was brilliant and made sure we were OK, had everything, never made us feel rushed, and was just lovely 😍 👌

We have been to Bill’s in blue water several times for breakfast and have always really enjoyed it. Friday 28th March was not so good. We ordered a traditional breakfast with toast but the butter was missing we also ordered sourdough with avocado tomatoes and egg, eggs were missing and the bread was not sourdough it was thrown together we also asked for water and that never turned up. Such a shame as we’ve always really enjoyed Bill’s, next time we will try somewhere different.

Hayley was outstanding! Kitchen staff mucked up order but Hayley was quick to rectify so we could all eat together. Amazing customer service! She made our Mother’s Day special.

Really great service as always. Gurjeet served us again and is so attentive and accommodating with order amendments. Food is reliable. Only negative is that there has been a change to the scrambled ‘eggs’ on the plant plate, which we were not a fan of. Otherwise, no complaints.

We came for an early Mother’s Day brunch and had a wonderful time. Gurjeet was attentive, friendly and service was quick. The food was great and we had a lovely time.

Good place if you want a big choice, yet the food it’s quite average. Service is very nice and waiters are very polite. Drinks were brought with the food which was a bit of a long wait. Also the cutlery was only brought when the food arrived. But other than that all good.

We eat here quite regularly - my daughter Billie convinced it is her restaurant! Food always good, service fabulous. And hardly anytime wasted waiting. Gurjeet served us today and looked after us perfectly! Lovely lunch.

I would like to say it’s my first time at bluewater & Bills and what an amazing experience. I was greeted Pankaj who very kindly took us to our sits he was very welcoming and gave us a choice of sit so we was comfortable. I really would like to say that EMILY deserves a promotion or bonus as she is a star. Emily looked after us throughout our whole time while checking that we were happy and ok with everything she made our experience better. I wish I could do more but a massive thank Emily.

Had a quick bite here today, Food was great, and for a Saturday was in and out in great time, really happy will be back
