Not impressed came in to get a sub firstly only one person on and the guy behind counter couldn't understand a word I said. I spoke clearly 3 times and in the end I left with out ordering anything. That's why I've only left 1 star for my feedback never had this happen at any other subways

Good clean subway, good service

I used to eat from here everyday. Foods are not bad. I recommend furious chicken. But sometimes, they don’t pack properly.

I had a wrong order delivered. It wasn't the restaurants fault, as the order came from a different subway to the one that I put my order through with. I phoned and spoke to the manager, who was very helpful. I couldn't have asked gif better service.

We ordered an Uber eats which included a12 inch subway meal deal and a salad. I had no complaints about the salad but the subway roll wasn’t in the bag. The lady tried to say she 100% put the roll in the bag and the driver must have taken it out!! Even though the bag was sealed. She said he should have told me he was hungry and I would have given him a cookie!! Uber eats will only refund me £1.10 for the 12 inch roll. I am disgusted with Uber eats attitude and also the blatant lies from the so called manageress!!

Came in once and saw one of the staff members with her bare feet on the table where customers eat.

8th June - c. 2-3pm - [ ] Smoking in restaurant - [ ] Left dirty for the whole time we were there - [ ] Trainer staff being rude to the new staff - [ ] Staff member looked like he did not know what he was doing at all - [ ] Ordered with cousin, incorrect order (gave bacon instead of steak + cheese - [ ] my order he initially* gave me hearty Italian instead of Italian despite me reiterating that I wanted the plain version - [ ] Took a long time to make the sub, holding up other customers, close to 20 minutes making 2 subs, missed train as a result. - [ ] Not cut at the bottom, the sub was falling apart. - [ ] Charged the same for both meals where I had 2 meats and my cousin had 1 (as a result of previous incompetence) - [ ] After not even asking me if I wanted a receipt initially, giving me a merchants copy and throwing the other one away. There was nothing positive about this experience, I will not return to this subway unless major changes are made. This doesn’t look like a one time thing as other reviews have suggested similar experiences.

Went there yesterday morning. There was one new guy who was very nervous and didn’t know anything and one lady maybe shop in charge was so rude to the guy.Instead of helping him she was literally giving him eyes. I asked for footlong with chicken. He didn’t know how much chicken needs to put so he was putting less .So I asked him can you please add more? He said it would be extra charge.I said okay. I again told him cheese and toasted which he didn’t know. When I asked for sauce he was literally putting nothing. After everything he charged us £11.45 .He said it was double chicken.just for the footlong!!No drinks no sides. I just paid him cash and went out . When i open it there was nothing but chicken. I had to go back for and asked for mayonnaise. Because it was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Also it wasn’t cheese and toasted.😞 I have been eating subway for long enough and just i had worst subway in my life. Never going back again in that shop.

Came here on a Saturday around 15:30, shop was empty and only had one customer in front of us in the line. The server was a young-ish boy who had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen, extremely lazy, took 2 minutes for him to change his gloves over, twenty minutes for him to make three sandwiches, and rather rude. When paying for our sandwiches, he didn’t hear what we were saying and replied with “huh” instead of a polite “pardon”. In regards to the sandwiches themselves, the bread was cut poorly and falling apart, the fillings were falling out and very poorly executed overall. Not happy with this experience and won’t return especially if I see that the same server is working there.

I went in once at 2Pm and was told not "stay in one place" as they were mopping the store, the following day I ordered a sandwich on just eat and it was incorrect, i also got a bottle of tango instead of Fanta but i didn't for refund there, and het i was refused my money back even though i have pictures of the sub missing something i ordered on it, it was the 2nd worst sub i had received, the first was ordering a sub and getting a box of salad, you'll never see me in this shop or ordering from justeat.

People have to smile more it almost makes me have a bad lunch just because of attitude

The food was great, very fast, the layout of the store was terrible though trying to squeeze through to get to the desk to order, a little over prized but it was alright.

Ordered sandwich and had it toasted, server was fine and was trying her best to do what she could. When it came to the salad part, the lettuce was manky, definitely old, and brown and slugdy. Had to ask fora different batch to which the server looked at me bewildered. At this point I wanted to walk out and not buy the sandwich, but feeling bad and knowing it could be a lose to the business, I bought it with no lettuce and added when I bought it home. Couldn't even eat it at the desired time. There was another lady who asked for a salad bowl and also asked for different lettuce, not sure what the outcome was. I did take a picture but my phone did not save it so I have nothing to upload. This was the same as the other salad too, looked like it was yesterday's or even longer! Definitely won't be returning unless I have no other option. Bread was definitely not fresh either.

Nice little Subway. Not much seating but nobody else was there so it wasn't a problem. Food was fresh and tasty. Service a little slow but friendly. I liked that they have a self serve soda machine.

Great food and part of free public toilets scheme in Camborne

I don't normally eat in Camborne high street, but after crushing out a few night shifts, needs must. I was pleasantly surprised with my latte, and my foot long steak and cheese also suggested it was of quality. Put together by a sandwich artist who obviously knew how to handle a 12inch honey oat, that resembled something from a scooby doo cartoon. Also plenty of seating upstairs with a view of the town square.

Forgot one part of my order - but were happy to atone when I mentioned it 👌
