I recently visited the Costa Coffee near Tragus-The Ear Specialists and was delighted with my experience. Conveniently situated just a five-minute walk from the clinic, this coffee shop is the perfect spot to relax before or after an appointment. Fast and efficient service. Two female staff were very polite and professional. The standard of coffea were good.

Great place to take a break. Thereafter are all very friendly.

We were regular customers, but the last experience left a really bad taste for us. Our payment didn’t go through the first time, we paid on second attempt. Approved on their machine, the girl nodes that everything is ok. 2 minutes later, another lady was screaming that we need to pay, we showed her that in our application it’s paid. After that she is still very rude and insist that we need to pay again that it doesn’t matter that our card app it’s showed approved. Very rude and unprofessional, for us it was the last time there.

Usual Costa food and drink, but the staff are a friendly bunch and if you avoid the usually busy times of first thing and lunchtime you'll be fine. Note that parking is only available outside the shop and in the road outside, as they are building in what used to be the small gravel car Park next door.

By far my favourite go to costa, local lake to walk around and small pond outside to sit by makes the coffee even more enjoyable.

Since coffee price rise, I don't enjoy latte. Less syrup I believe.

Visit daily and the staff are always really friendly and efficient.

This is a small Costa that is hidden away close to Dartford Crossing. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. It lacks some of the nicer seating seen in more modern Costa's, but it's still a relaxing place. It's a good alternative that comes without the hustle and bustle of the Bluewater Costa.

I ordered two coffees with a bacon bap and the pigs under a blanket panini, but instead of a panini I received a bag of Percy pigs.

Sometimes the coffee are not full and feels like a waste of money for a large cup. Parking available for 4 cars. Nice place to relax in the middle of industrial estates.

Handy little cafe to stop off at limited parking though, ideal for a quick coffee and a bite to eat on the go .

Good little place to chill out with a coffee

Food and drinks were okay, but a big downfall is the sound proof barrier to protect the staff from germs etc. Between the coffee machine noise, background music and other customers (all not that loud) I find myself shouting my order and they still can’t hear me properly and get the order wrong.

Sadly, this Costa continues to disappoint. Never greeted with a smile or the acknowledgement that the 'team' wants to help you. Dartford and Crayford are far superior. On the upside, the location is quite peaceful.

nice staff beautiful drinks place looked reasonably clean only complaint is i helped a disabled dude try and get in the toilet no staff assisted him and it’s a bit of a stupid set up it’s a disabled toilet with a wooden wall directly outside (see picture)he couldn’t get his scooter in and has had to remove himself from his scooter get on the floor to get himself in there (degrading) so definitely think they need to rectify this problem so that it doesn’t happen to other wheelchair/scooter users

I dropped in to this outlet today, staffs were helpful and strawberry lemonade was better than my expectation. Will surely pop in again.

It is not acceptable to have to wait 1.5hours for the driver to turn up, and forget the order!

We attended Friday evening around 5.45pm so was really quiet and only 1 person infront. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 cakes and only after leaving did we realise we had paid for the cakes but not received them. For such a small order, there shouldn't be 2 items missing

I know it's not the restaurants fault that they couldn't find a driver but still frustrating for myself waiting so long

Was absolutely buzzing for my order but then to my absolute horror realised one of the paninis was missing. I was ravenous. They did not send me another one and just refunded it. It’s not the money I want, it’s the panini I’m after. Completely ruined my day and mood. Crying now nice one.

I ordered 2 Sausage rolls and received 2 sausage baps - on speaking to Costa at Crossways Dartford they say it’s down to you to refund me and I have to take it up with you ? Costa was extremely unhelpful I am appalled & would appreciate a refund. Thank you

Driver was great, coffee was great as always. I don’t know if it was an accident but two coffees were delivered rather than the one I ordered, but after being up all night with my baby both these coffees are definitely needed and it is really appreciated. Thank you.

Very busy when I arrived, queuing out the door. I'd ordered ahead on the app and paid so went to the counter and mentioned it. They dismissed my order and told me I had to queue. When I got to the til the staff asked me to show my order on the app and then wrote it down. Not their fault the app wasn't working but there was no apology. Not many other Costa options locally so will likely return when in the area.

Certainly the most unique Costa that I have ever visited. The location just south of a small pond makes a very peaceful setting easy on the eyes. The building style itself is also unique. I would love to visit again post covid and see the indoor dining layout. Very helpful staff as well.
