Creams Cafe Bluewater in Dartford

Lovely food but did not enjoy having my meal and conversation interrupted by a member of staff who then stood over me and told me to leave a review. He refused to leave until I did so!

Arslan was very helpful. He took care of all our needs and was always available when we needed him.

Very receptive and tolerant. Good services on the overall.

Loved the experience at Creams! Went there for a bothday party and had a blast. The staff are really friendly and co-operative. Liam took good care of us. Service was really fast and efficient even for a big group of 25 people. Wouldnreally recommend this place!

Every other week I visit Creams Bluewater with my two girls and always enjoy our experience. The staff are lovely and polite including the manager Arslan who is always welcoming and nice.

Arslan - What can I say! Popped in to Creams cafe this evening, before our evening cinema Trip and WOW! This cafe, is really one of the bests. The staff are friendly, helped and assisted us very quickly, food was delicious as always, and Arslan was great! There was a moment after we were seated, we went to the till to order, and when we turned around a group of youths stole our table! Arslan, made sure that we got another table, and apologised for the inconvenience. He Always checked on us to make sure the food was okay, and greeted us which is always very nice. If you get a chance to pop in here, DO!! 1. Who doesn’t love desserts? And 2. Why go anywhere else then here? GREAT GREAT GREAT!

Hi my daughter and I enjoyed our waffles today in Bluewater at lunchtime friendly young lady served us and showed us to table It was the fact that I received my cappuccino no chocolate and without a saucer and the young lady was holding the cup by the handle and her fingers on the other side at the top where I was to drink from I have been in catering for most of my working life and this is a big no no please can we have better training for the staff

Excellent service throughout. Fantastic and delicious options - I cannot fault! From initial booking to the day of the event. The staff were very helpful, patient most especially the assistant manager who made sure all our guests especially the children had a fantastic time at Creams. Can’t wait to visit again!

We come to Creams quite regularly on a Sunday evening as its convenient for going to the cinema and always have a great experience, despite going just before closing the staff are always friendly and never rush us. Big shout out to Josh who never stops smiling, chats and makes everyone feel welcome!

I Visited Sunday all staff were lovely and friendly. Their milkshakes were excellent I had the kinder-beuno shake and it was lovely.

Just what we needed on a Sunday evening ,Josh was amazing …he was so understanding and helped us with deciding what we wanted and checked if we was happy with our order . The best customer service! Thanks josh!
