Food was stone cold and bland. The paper bag probably would of been tastier. Certainly never order again.

Not happy ordered a large burrito and received a small.

The portion size was great was a little apprehensive before ordering as saw a few reviews saying the portions are small. Only thing what i was not happy with there were most toppings missing!

We had the bowl with pork bbq and it was delicious! We’ve had Tortilla’s in the past and it wasn’t as good, but this was definitely a step up!

First time here as I normally go for very unhealthy options TBH I was pleasantly surprised. The food tasted good, the staff did not seem very happy but did not let it affect the service, my only issue is the meat servings are quite small. Overall I will likely return.

Not only was the ingredients dripping wet so much they seeped through a twice wrapped burrito, not only too did they serve me alcoholic drink instead of what I asked for, but they also did not accept cash...and did not inform me 'til at the till p.s. Also, the could not accommodate an extra filling I asked for because the taco could not hold it (apparently), even when I told them to omit one of the other, standard fillings to make way for it. p.p.s. The biggest issue here is their refusal to accept cash, which there really should be no circumstances for now...at all

No tortilla chips delivered, and a small cheese sauce instead of the large one I paid for, which is useless to me without the tortilla chips.

Don’t order a delivery. They can’t manage them and are a joke. They cancelled mine after making me wait nearly two hours and now I am stuck to find other food.

We usually enjoy our visits to Tortilla at Bluewater, but this time was a disappointment. On a Wednesday evening, they had run out of key fillings like beans and onions, even food trays! which took away from the usual burrito experience. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unfriendly and indifferent. Overall, it was a frustrating visit that left us with a bitter taste. both literally and figuratively.

The food is so good, really filling and tastes amazing, would definitely recommend - and I've only been twice before!

This tortilla is absolutely a joke. I order a Chicken bowl and didn’t get the chicken. Instead just beans and rice and some veg.

I love Tortilla and go whenever I get a chance. I grew up having Mexican food in California and the UK is pretty bleak for this. The atmosphere could be better in this establishment. It feels like takeaway with limited seating. The Tortillas in London are larger. Unless that’s changed. The ingredients have been consistent and I appreciate that. If only you got some free tortilla chips with your burrito that would be great. Benito’s Hat in London does and dipping them in your burrito is choice! Little perks lift a business!

This is one of my favorite food chain. I am disappointed today, the staff is rude and bit sarcastic when choosing the burrito options and as well as when asked to scan the rewards app / provide the receipt. Please keep the standards and customer service high.

courier was great. However portions were smaller and food was not as good as you usually expect from tortilla

Oh, dear. This has been my stalwart for years but just this year (2024) it has declined. What appears has happened is they've reduced the quantity of the quality ingredients by 30% which means you're essentially eating just folded cardboard. It's a NO from me.

All incompetent staff, asked for 2 Xmas quesadillas bundles, 1st server made incorrectly, didn't put camembert in until questioned, then woman before me realised he'd done same to hers which had to be remade, then after mine were toasted, they sat there going cold as there were no chips in the warmer, one of staff asked person in back to fill it up who grumpily did so at a slow pace throwing the bags around, eventually got bags of cold chips and questioned where the pictured salsa pots were, as the woman before had had with her same meal before me, to be told by another incompetent staff member they don't come with meal, although meal deal clearly states it does and is pictured with it. Avoid if you want a nice quick meal without fuss

I believe him to be the manager he was exceptionally kind and polite always makes me feel at ease when ordering my food he deserves a good bonus

Food is amazing as always but they forgot my drink. Ordered from them before and order was totally mixed up with someone elses. Food is outstanding but staff packing errors really bring it down - you never know what you're going to get!

I love the food but the portion this restaurant makes is is small to compare against a regular size leave alone a large size with extra meat. I have tried a few times thinking it could be the person serving but other than good flavour, only consistency is the small portion size. I don't expect much, just a fair size portion according to order. Avoid....

Was served by a guy at the till who heated my burrito then passed it on to another worker with glasses. He ended up making a tiny mistake and his co worker pinched him on the side and aggressively told him ‘what did i say about this’ etc.. Made me feel very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional, sad and unpleasant to see. Hope to never see this again and for this guy to stop mistreating his colleagues (seemed to be one of the managers potentially taking advantage of his power).

I didnt receive my order !!! It say delivered 19:25 and it’s 18:50 !!!! Are you joking me??!!! I was waiting nearly 3 hours for food !!! And I don’t have my food !!!!
