I love the food but the portion this restaurant makes is is small to compare against a regular size leave alone a large size with extra meat. I have tried a few times thinking it could be the person serving but other than good flavour, only consistency is the small portion size. I don't expect much, just a fair size portion according to order. Avoid....

Was served by a guy at the till who heated my burrito then passed it on to another worker with glasses. He ended up making a tiny mistake and his co worker pinched him on the side and aggressively told him ‘what did i say about this’ etc.. Made me feel very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional, sad and unpleasant to see. Hope to never see this again and for this guy to stop mistreating his colleagues (seemed to be one of the managers potentially taking advantage of his power).

I didnt receive my order !!! It say delivered 19:25 and it’s 18:50 !!!! Are you joking me??!!! I was waiting nearly 3 hours for food !!! And I don’t have my food !!!!

The food was delivered without 2 of the main sides which completely ruined the meal - how hard is it to get these small details right? So angry.

Don’t order a large - have ordered twice and both times was not large. Second order, ordered a burrito and bowl but 2 burritos sent so didn’t get what we wanted or paid for

Try to eat here on Thursday 15/08/2024 and they told me they where closed at 9pm when it says on the website they closed at 10pm member of staff very unfriendly and rude

I have allergies and ordered a naked bowl it came in a wrap and when I told just eat they didn’t help me! Avoid ordering with just eat they are a joke nothing but issues

Not sure I’d rush back. It was ok but seemed expensive for what it is. Also didn’t like the amount of extras you have to pay for. Extra to upgrade to beef, extra to add guacamole, extra to add cheese sauce, so I wasn’t sure what the final price was going to be by the time we’d got through the various stages.

Sent completely the wrong order- had allergies that were avoided so can’t be eaten. Can’t get a refund for 24hoirs

Kenzie (Manager/server) delivered great customer service with my choice of meal and my colleague today bn Friday 26/07/2024 @ 1100hours. It was a shame when we wanted to tip her for an excellent cs via card payment because we had no cash on us but she stated that no such service was available. Tortilla should design a process so employees can receive tips and make it optional for customers either in cash or during card payment. Tips do uplift both staff and customers knowing the little extra could add to quality service delivery, and a happier employee. Thank you.

Possibly the worst tortilla I’ve had, ever. I order a large chicken bowl and it was literally 1/3 of what it should be. It was so disgusting I had to throw away the food as I just couldn’t trust it. I would be very cautious ordering from the Bluewater tortilla. The consistency is appalling.

Paid for a meal and only received the burrito. Terrible service. Will not be ordering again.

Food cold waited too long waste of money

Half the food is missing and a drink and the food is cold I’m so upset

ETA for delivery put back 3x after order made at 1857hrs. At 2115hrs order page still said delivery by 2015hrs and food still being prepared with no option to cancel and phone number for venue doesn’t connect. Then at 2120hrs says it was delivered at 2000hrs. It was not, now just have to hope for a refund for no delivery.

Was waiting in the queue for 20 min to get a quesadilla but was told that it can only be ready in 20 min. Waste of time, guys add some note about it next time so no one else wastes their time waiting for one piece of food for 40 min.

Absolutely shocking how you can employ staff that are so rude , not even a smile blunt as you like shouldn’t be working there if they can’t even serve customers politely or with respect also been overcharged so won’t be eating at tortilla again 👎🏼

Usually, a great place to eat. But just ordered pork burrito and pork burrito bowl for take away. It was extremely busy but we got home and half way through our food and realised we had no pork at all. No number to call to let the staff know and paid £20 for rice and vegetables. Won't be coming back without watching the counter like a hawk.

I always head to Tortilla when I have finished my shopping. But after todays experience I will not be going back. There seems to be new staff working there, and they are not very good at speaking English I asked for a medium chicken buritto and only had an extra three items with it when I opened it up from the wrapping it looked like the bomb squad had been at it and did not look very appetising i then went back and asked for my money back and the manager tried to tell me how to eat it of which I told him I know how to eat one I am not a child never again I did use to pick up burrito for my friends no more

Very tasty food. Shame the sour cream isn't included with the nachos seeing as it's a key ingredient. Atmosphere is food court, so busy and not very comfortable.

Lovely staff, funny staff and very welcoming. Kenzi greeted me and explained to me the options, she was very sweet and patient with me. Florian also assisted and walked me through, suggesting what options would be best. Last was Cynric, very lovely and respectful. All 3 made me laugh and we joked around as I was being served. Definitely and very comfortable and nice encounter. Now to the food. I don’t remember what exactly I got but there recommendations were on point

Generally the food is really good. My burrito was loaded with ingredients and was very tasty. Service was really good and efficient, and the cashier was really helpful. Atmosphere is fine however located in a food court limits the atmosphere

Two items missing from order. My husband did not get his meal.

Being a Mexican food fan, I got so disappointed with their chicken bowl with no beans, onions, bell pepper and guacamole. I particularly didn’t like the attitude of store manager who didn’t bother to apologise for not letting us know upfront about the unavailability of beans, guacamole, onions, less rice ..etc. Had I known about the unavailability, I would have simply walked away. You can’t call this as a Mexican bowl when black beans, guacamole are not available. I would never visit branch again. Disappointed on new year day :(

I have been a customer here for many years and they now have recently changed the staff.. i asked for a Large Burrito and they barely put any fillings what so ever, it looked more like an extra small burrito. I tryed asking why the portions are so small and they just gave me attitude and so much disrespect. Never coming back again.

Been a regular customer for years, but since they changed the staff, the portions are terrible small. I paid for a large burrito and large naked burrito and they gave me half portions.And I asked for my ingredients which I like but they didn’t listen, they take the decision what to put in my burrito. I tried to talk to them but they ignored me. I am very disappointed and upset because I lost my favourite food place. I won’t be going back.

Horrible. Although they have been my client for a while, their staff has recently changed. It seemed like an extra tiny tortilla instead of the large burrito I ordered, to which they barely added any content. I attempted to get answers as to why the quantities are so small, but they were really rude and arrogant. not coming back.

4/5 of my order wasn’t delivered, and the item that did arrive felt like it was skimping on ingredients given what I paid and what I’ve received in the past
