Extremely expensive for one sandwich. They put a very small portion of chicken and fill up with salads and others filling. Me and my daughters had three meals which cost us £41 something ! Seriously .

Went to blue waters today and ordered chicken shawarma sandwiches and boxes total of 4. The only thing was missing from the meal was chicken. Little pieces of chicken 10% and 90% chips and pickles. Total rip off.

the menu is overpriced. food trucks and shops in London charge around £5-5.50 for a Falafel wrap while they charge almost £7. They ingredients are the same, so the increase in price is dissapointing. Also, the first time I've had chicken wrap, I've had decent amount of chicken in the wrap. However, the second time I went, I barely had any chicken in my wrap. And barely tasted it too. Very underwhelming and confusing as to what caused this change. I don't like eating something and knowing someone was being a cheapstake in making my food. In addition, the menu on the wall on the side mentions chips included in the wraps. but when asked if I wanted them inside or outside the wrap. I said outside because I didn't want the wrap to be too big to bite and the worker told me I'll have to be an extra £3.50?? He proceeded to explain there's a "make it a meal" option to add a drink and chips. and I understand that because the sign behind their head had it, but not the one on the wall on the side with the ingredients in all their food. At the end, I ended up getting 4 chips inside my Falafel wrap with the rest of the ingredients. Overall, the food is decent but the prices are not. you could get the same thing for cheaper. and personally, I prefer the wraps I get from London Bridge food truck. the Falafel balls are warm and crispy and their wraps are not soggy.

Chicken shawarma platter was terrible. Had to throw it away. Incompetent staff did not add any sauce pots to the meal.

The placed looked fine and the staff was nice. I ate here around 4pm Thursday 13th June 2024. I ate the quarter chicken with chips and salad for £9.95. The only other thing I ate later that day was wafer biscuits. I got mild case of food poisoning at night time which woke me up at 2.55am with shooting pains in my stomach. A bit TMI but I had vomiting and diarrhoea. It lasted for 3 hrs and had settled after I took some charcoal tablets. The chicken was tasty but I wouldn't recommend eating here.

I got the chicken shawarma platter, it was dry and expensive for what it was plus the service bad - they weren’t horrible but they clearly were not interested and barely spoke to me. I wanted to take away and told them that but they still left it open on a tray without a lid or bad which is fine it happens but then got annoyed when I asked for lid for it?

Food was tasty but very overpriced, I got a medium chicken wrap yesterday and a large today and I noticed NO difference in the size, the wraps are very small and not filling at all, no wonder it was the only place that didn't have a large que. £7.95 for a tiny wrap or 8.95 for a equally small wrap.

Got the chicken shawarma wrap, got everything in it, with ketchup and garlic sauce. The amount of garlic sauce in it was horrendous. all you can taste is garlic, and it becomes very loathsome by the end of the wrap. For the wrap, the price is terrible too - £8?! Don't recommend and never will go back again

I am very happy with this restaurant. The Men and Women serving are always very happy to serve me and make me feel very welcome. I always walk away from here with a smile on my face, a great team. The food here is always to a good standard for what it is; quick and delicious. I have the falafel wrap, with all the salad and chili and tahini sauce on most occasions which is very satisfying. The only thing I would change if I could would be to have the position, a bit further away from the entrance to the washrooms however, with that said I can clearly see the advantage here too from a business perspective. Thank you.

Has to be up there with one of the worst service I've ever received, lady was just staring it me, one of her colleagues had to tell her to serve me. Then the attitude was so cold, like she didn't really want to be there. Awful attitude. I wanted to walk away but I was committed by that stage. And to top it all off, the food was strictly average at £13.99 box.

Felt Cheated. I ordered a "Chicken Shawarma Box" at £11.95 which is on the pricey side for lunch but since it said 'box' and the photo on display looked appetising but also like food piled up like a mountain; I thought I could share with my daughter. The photo is misleading, what I got was few chips. The owner must have instructed the staff to only serve the minimum possible. The girl at the counter kept "shaking" the chips in the box so that they would evenly spread and look like they fill the box. Then she took a tiny measuring cup and measured two tiniest cups of chicken pieces, where she also did a lot of "shaking" to ensure the cups were not full and fill the 'box'. At the end the box wasn't even half full, no pile of food was created, three types of sauce and cheese were added to make up for the lack of food. Unbelievable! I must say the food was tasty nonetheless, but far too much sauce compared to the amount of food just not HALF as much as it was displayed or worth the £11.95. EDIT>>>> Just saw that a customer: RUBEENA SARFAZ made an almost identical comment about this 4 months ago and the Manager replied saying this will be addressed. Well?
