Shawa Lebanese grill had exceptional customer service and provided us great quality food. Their hummus is really tasty and the chips were crunchy and perfect to eat! And their freshly squeezed juice was really delicious!

I had high hopes for this place but walked away feeling a bit let down. I ordered 3 chicken shawarma wraps, one portion of fries, and a drink — the bill came to just over £30, which felt a bit steep for what I got. Let’s start with the good: the fries were surprisingly nice — hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. Definitely the best part of the meal. Now, the wraps… sadly, quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of chicken — each wrap had barely any meat inside, and what little chicken there was didn’t have much flavour. The seasoning was weak, the meat was dry in places, and overall, the wraps felt like they were missing their star ingredient. They were mostly stuffed with salad and sauce, but that just couldn’t make up for the lack of substance. Service was fine and the food came out quickly, but for £30, I expected much better quality and a more satisfying meal. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not something I’d recommend unless they seriously up their game with the shawarma.

Bland, overpriced ‘food’ at a rip-off price. You have the option of adding halloumi cheese, which is half of the cost of the wrap! And he made it so quickly (there was no queue behind me) I didn’t have time to say what I did or didn’t want it it. Avoid.

The food is discusting i pay 28 pound for burger meal and box of meat chip and its absolutely tasteless . The burger is cold and it make me sick i even not eat all 0/10 i would never go again .waste my money

The service provided by Seventika for our order was amazing as the falafels were freshly prepared for us and the servings were quite generous along with the sides that they gave us. Really appreciate them going to extra length to provide a good customer service. We also previously ordered the rotisserie chicken which was very tasty and we thought was really good value.
