Love the food but it’s become too expensive for us now as all the deals seem to have stopped which has priced us out. Sadly having to say goodbye for a while.

About 12-15 minutes after the order, I check what is the status, it said out for delivery estimated arrival 20:11. Then I was keep checking, every minute got delayed, and the driver position didn't change. Roughly 45 minutes later I called the restaurant, to find out what is going on. Member of staff said she sent for delivery long time ago. I ask her to contact with the driver, because I still didn't get anything. Few minutes later she phoned me back, and said she will remake my order. So after a good hour delay I received the food...

Got a message saying courier is close. So I went outside to collect my things like a million times before. Only, no one was there. 15 minutes waiting outside on the street, nobody showing up so I gave up. After 5-10 more minutes knocking on the door. Can't say who's in fault here but that was not nice. Food 5/5 as usually

Ramen was awful, tasteless frozen chicken strips accompanied by luke warm broth with absolutely no flavour, had better tasting instant ramen out of a packet

Our favourite takeaway. Chicken katsu noodles were amazing. My daughter loves the bubble tea. Very happy customers. This place is absolute 5 star.

The worst sushi I have ever had… I ordered Salmon Skin rolls and was presented with cooked salmon in a roll with rice and seaweed…. All the sushi was incredibly underwhelming, loosely rolled so it fell apart when picked up with chopsticks. Unami sushi in Gravesend do it better.. no one on this franchise is a sushi chef nor Japanese to know what is good sushi. Just incredibly disappointing overall

I am visiting the area and chose this because of the rating. Extremely disappointed, soggy tempura prawns and veg rolls. Gyoza and sushi was delicious though!

This is our favourite takeaway treat. High quality healthy food. Love this place.

Great quality sushi, all made fresh and staff are friendly. Kitchen is visible and looked clean! Reasonable prices when compared to London but also quality very similar. Discovered this place last weekend, already ordered thrice!

Presentation wasn’t great but we made allowances as it was delivered on a scooter. Food was delicious, high quality and we will definitely be ordering again.

there is a missing item in our order

The spring rolls and fried veg gyoza was good. The salmon sushi was not good. The chicken on a stick was not good. Both got thrown away.

The spring rolls were warm and went well with the sweet chilli sauce.

The yakitori poke was nothing like advertised for the 2nd time. No salad, no spring onions or Edamame beans, just replace with carrot and avocado, the spring rolls tastes more meat based than vegetable… very disappointing

I ordered some sushi for delivery for a certain hour. 20 min after the delivery timehas passed, the order didn't even left the restaurant yet, so I called the restaurant. The guy told me that it usually has problems with the drivers because they don't accept all the orders, so it's nothing that he can do. Because it arrived 1 hour later than scheduled (and I payed £7 transport and 70p card transaction fee, even if the order was around £50) and the poor attitude from the restaurant guy, I wanted to give directly 1 star review, however I did liked the sushi so I raised the review to 3 stars. I wish them all the best, but I will never order from them again !!!

I have never tasted food from here. But I do deliveries through UberEats and Deliveroo apps. I have picked up food items and soft drinks from here and delivered them up to Wilmington and Sutton at Hone. From the amounts of deliveries that I have collected from this restaurant and the distances that I deliver, I assume that the foods are very tasty. I know that the foods are freshly prepared in the restaurant and I have seen that they freshly prepare the foods.

An item was missed. My order includes Avocado Maki but it is not sent in the delivery.

Can't fault restaurant, unfortunately the delivery guy tried to give me mcdonalds and when I said I didn't order that he said it wasn't his problem. I argued with him for a bit and gave the mcdonalds back. He came back 3 mins later,no apology and gave me my Iro. Totally not the restaurants fault but maybe talk to justeat about training their drivers better

Was a great place to order sushi, but now over priced and smaller portions, almost half the size sushi rolls than a year ago. Will no longer be using this outlet.

Fabulous place, fresh food & prompt service.

Lovely tasting food and great quality however, with only half a soft shell crab in each of the hand rolls, I was left feeling a bit ripped off. Please put a whole crab in each hand roll. We bought three soft shell temaki for £19.50 and in total got one and a half crab. That was very disappointing. At least load them up please.

It was good but the hot food should be packaged in a separate bag to the cold sushi so it doesn’t warm up

My son had been pleading with me for sushi for a good while. As a huge fan of sashimi, and sometimes it not always being as fresh as it could be at many other sushi spots, I encouraged him to order the ramen (his second fave) or gyōza. Yet he insisted on the sashimi and gobbled it all down so quickly that I didn't even get a sample of it haha Me, I had two different types of sushi and also sampled the chicken ramen as well as the seafood salad, and I'm here to say this is the absolute BEST sushi I've had in as long as I can remember! Thank you, I shall certainly return!!!

Food wont win any awards but its a nice option to have given what is available in the area. Sadly today we got prawn gyozas when we ordered vegetable and the fried sushi roll tastes way too fishy! Wouldn't be comfortable ordering here with any serious dietary requirement.

Wow and yum! Wonderful hot, tasty and delicious fresh food. Made with care. Packaged with care and delivered on time by a lovely considerate delivery driver. We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, vegetable gyozas, chicken gyozas, salmon nigiri, Salmon and avocado maki and Chicken Katsu Futomaki - all to try! Absolutely delicious. Generous portions (enough for generous lunch following day!). Highly recommend and will definitely be making Iro Sushi a favourite take away (way better choice than UPF rubbish food). Thank you to the chef!

I have been to this shop for bubble tea. I bought three. First of all the staff over there didn’t serve us properly and they gave us the worst bubble tea ever. It was just water and some flavour. Moreover when I gave them review about the drink, the staff was really rude and he said we don’t know anything bubble tea and more. This is worst experience I had and would never buy anything from Iro sushi anymore. Would not recommend also. Worst customer service and drink!!!

I found an ant in my brown sugar milk tea The drinks are good but taste unlike normal flavours (not necessarily bad) The service was good But it was quite worrying after to drink another I wasn’t able to get a refund It would be appreciated for them to maintain a higher hygiene standard

Food was amazing, best curry I’ve had in a while, rich and soft boba, cheap but quility is on point! Flavourful and filling, great service too!

Small eatery but serves well. Our chicken and vegan bento boxes were delgiht and flavorsome.

It's mostly for takeaway but you have few chairs. So we have a table for a while. Very good food, different varieties, I am not a sushi lover but I enjoy them. Definitely recommend.

The sushi rice was old and dry. Noodles with salmon had no flavour or sauce. Very bad

The worse place to eat sushi!!!! I ordered and my food was off and no customer service whatsoever

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Totally a waste of money! The "miso" soup was straight WATER with no flavour and of course no seaweed plus the tofu felt like plastic. The chicken katsu was okay but the curry was absolutely disgusting - was like sewage water! Recommend not to go here unless you want to have a bad time.

My partner and I love this place. We have been going there regularly since the first day it opened and have always had very positive experiences.

As I'm on a mobility scooter, it takes me a while to park and get inside. A lovely young man came out to help me, went back in to fetch a menu and took my order. When he brought my food out, he brought the card machine for me to pay. He also gave me a card with their new delivery app details. The food is fresh and made with care. Sushi and cold food is always divine and sometimes on offer. The hot food is crisp and tasty. I could probably eat it every day 😋

Edited. Last time one sushi set was forgotten. The food was delicious.the following time I was reimbursed for what was forgotten. I love sushi here. Fresh and delicious

Food is usually good but it loses stars for the awfully late delivery. If you are going to order use uber eats or deliveroo. DO NOT USE THE IRO APP. Took over an 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my food and i live a 5 minutes drive away.

Great quality fresh food and super friendly staff, didn’t realise there was a sushi place in Dartford!! Miso soup is particularly good and it’s only £1.99 so definitely pick it up if your passing through or add onto your order, now definitely going to be my go to :) thanks again!!

If I can I would give it zero star. The cashier guy is dishonest. He put a Norwegian coin with some British coins when he gave me the changes. Don't tell me he didn't realise it because he is cashier. Actually he could just tell me that he didn't have enough coins and I wouldn't mind, no need to give me a foreign coin which I can't use in this country. Bad staff and I won't go again.

Great quality but ridiculously expensive. A simple dish like Katsu Curry £13.25 plus delivery? Absolutely ridiculous, won't last long at those prices despite how good it is

Beautiful fresh sushi, well presented and made to order..i was visiting from Edinburgh and was surprised to see this place in Dartford! They made the sushi to order while we waited and were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality was comparable to, if not better than, many sushi places I have visited in big cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. It was the perfect date night picnic for the park!

Order from here a few times won’t be again ordered a katsu curry and they only have about half the rice and threw in a bunch of lettuce leaf’s instead very unhappy lost a customer

Food come hot which was good. But the food was okay, the sushi box I had was okay, but not as good as Wasabi and Yo Sushi. The katsu curry prawns were nice and crispy, but the katsu curry sauce was runny like water.

These guys katsu curry is legendary it is the perfect mix of spicy and sweet sauce with nicesticky rice but not over steamed and the portion sizes are perfect. I love these best curry ive ever had and I will be ordering at least once a week from now on!

Honestly to die for!! I wish I got more but gotta wait for payday 😭 if you are a salmon lover, highly recommend the salmon deluxe platter/box! So amazing!
