Exceptional experience at Wingstop! The manager, Mary, and her team provided outstanding customer service and professionalism during our visit. We were thoroughly pleased with our purchase and look forward to visiting the branch again at Bluewater Shopping Centre. Food 10/10 a little overpriced but so delicious so low-key worth it. My server (Nneka) was fantastic, super friendly and nice smile too.

Service from Ovie was super. I had to ask his name. As I saw him go to every table check in on people. Clear away their rubbish. Big smile on his face. It’s people like this, who actually make such a difference to a business. I hope he gets the credit he deserves.

Ordered from here and the food wasn’t delivered. Ok it was delieroo that let me down but the restaurant didn’t really care when I called them

Considering the busy day there was significant wait approximately 30 minutes in line to get to Till. After the wait and ordering it was a quick process to receive our food, table service as well, excellent, food was excellent, we all had different food from menu, the Korean BBQ Q was in mind a great choice for wings, the Honey mustard was a excellent dip, the Ranch dip not so great. Overall left good.

Ravina was so kind and helpful. Food was delicious as well. Will certainly return

Terrible service, the young guy incorrectly charged me and said it was refunded but it has not been. I have paid twice for the same meal, he did not know what he was doing.

Don’t get me wrong, Wingstop wings are good, but the staff are very slow and not proactive in the slightest! to the point where i’m having to wait 40 minutes for wings and it’s not okay. I waited for 40 minutes while people after me are getting their order and im sitting waiting for food that was so backed up on the screen that they couldn’t see my order, I work at a restaurant and I have to say it was shocking all the tickets were red (meaning not done to company’s time standard). the staff couldn’t care less either and their attitudes stink. The people who were working the floor on the 5th November around 5pm don’t care at all and shouldn’t really have a job if they cannot preform simple actions in any capacity. it’s full of 16-17 year olds who give you times for when your order will be done but can’t fulfilled that time let alone check when your order will be ready, as the food was so heavily backed up, even when I asked for a refund I had to wait additional time for the manager, who was locking eyes with me but doing anything else but processing my refund, after shouting for him I actually was able to get my refund. The only person who actually helped was the girl in the cap with green eyes and long black/brown hair running the food, she acknowledged it wasn’t okay and deserves some praise. I don’t know what is going on in Bluewater Wingstop, whether they need better management/staffing or if they’re just slow and not eager to work but something needs to be sorted out and fast i wasn’t the only one who complained, when you make a fuss they finally want to help (it was a family before us who was in the same situation). My advice is to do collection instead of sitting like a melon waiting 40+ minutes!!!

As a person who can sort of tolerate spice (like actual spice) I went for louisiana rub tenders and cajun reg fries (i dont like wet saucy food) and it was perfect. the fries are soo good, flavourful, big portion, good to cool off spice dunked in ranch. the tenders were not tiny, and it was filling (i suggest u don't go overboard). also got churros with biscoff and sweet milk, and they were so crunchy and delish. i wish there was a lil bit more topping but it was still so nice.

Visted wingstop for the first time in the UK after my sister had a good experience at the Southend branch. The Bluewater branch was probably one of my most disappointing food experiences this year. The majority of staff were pleasant but the manager was unhelpful, short and rude. I ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan with a refillable drink. The drink machine had no ice and when I told the staff they did not refill the ice so I paid to have a warm drink as the drinks don’t come out chilled. The lemon pepper was barely edible and very dry, when we asked for extra sauce to try and improve the flavour the manger would not fulfill that request. The garlic Parmesan tasted of nothing. It was as if the unseasoned wings were fried and put in the box and served plain, if I couldn’t see the Parmesan mixture on the wings I would’ve thought they forgot to add it due to how flavourless they were. I complained to a staff member who involved the manager. This is the same manager that wouldn’t give extra sauce by the way. He was not helpful only offering to remake the exact same wings which didn’t make sense to me considering I explained that the wings lacked flavour. It was only when I pointed out that if they’re going to be the exact same then how is that going to resolve my issue that he offered to make another flavour. I then opted for the Louisiana rub instead which was slightly better but I could only eat half and threw the rest away. Today my sister and I have begun to feel unwell with diarrhoea and that’s the only thing we both ate. I’m glad my toddler only ate the chips because he would’ve been sick too. I won’t be going back ever again and think the manager needs customer service training as well as the cooks. Lemon pepper wings aren’t supposed to be dry as the sauce is made from butter.

The wings were rock hard around the edges which tells me these are not fresh, probably frozen rather than cooking/grilling fresh wings as that would never happen on fresh wings. They also tasted stale, like they had been there for few days. BTW this is the second time i've had wings here, I doubt id ever go back. Nando's wings are never hard/stale. always fresh succulent and soft. Biting these i kept thinking i was biting into bone but then checked it was actual chicken! Something not quiet right here. From a place that specialises in wings and can't even cook them fresh! I've never had issues with grilled wings from anywhere else. The sauce is not magic paste, it can't cover for old/frozen hard chicken wings.

Awful! Wait times were ridiculous. All of the staff except for the young lady that served us looked like they can't be bothered and food was rubbish. The ready made frozen stuff from Iceland is better and I don't know what was in that blue cheese dip but it definitely wasn't blue cheese!

Food was bussin i can’t lie. Harmeet, a fantastic female worker, truly made my recent experience exceptional with her warm greeting, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor. Her professionalism and passion for her job set a high standard, making my visit a memorable 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the establishment for outstanding service.

Amazing service by David and amazing food, the boneless chicken served with our fully loaded chips were off the scale! We were very impressed with the personal customer service provided and also the quality of the food itself! Would definitely recommend you go there!

I heard lots of positive feedback with Wingstop (Bluewater) so decided to opt for just that with family today we quite pleasantly surprised being honest even if they were crazy busy being it was a Friday Evening the guys didn’t batter an Eye lid coping really well with the demand. Good Honest Food - Reasonable Priced too! Highly Recommend the Original Wings 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience here. Wings were nice and chips were tasty. Located in a nice area of Bluewater.

Food came out quick, was hot & fresh. I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless wings with Cajun fries and a pot of ranch. The chicken was really good, chicken was moist. The Cajun fries had a bit of a kick to them (I am not good with spicy/hotter food so to most they’re probably not spicy) I would get the original fries if I went again. Overall it was a good meal, left me feeling full. I did think the total was steep for what it is. For two of the above meals, two drinks & two pots of ranch totalled to £28 something.

06.08.2023 Yum. At 9.30pm quick service and hot food. Chips were very tasty, my friend had tenders and enjoyed them. I would return. Got a takeaway to see the Barbie Movie

03/08/2023 - I waited an hour for my food and asked staff throughout that time as to when my order will be ready. They kept saying 10 mins until its ready until I went to another worker who then realised from the receipt that I've been waiting an hour. Turns out my order was not shown on the screen. The workers preparing the food then looked at the timing on the receipt which then led to one of the workers (average height, black female wearing a low bun) accusing me of eating the food and coming back wanting food for free. Another worker (short, white chubby male with short brunette hair) denied that I asked about how long it will take for my food to be prepared even though I asked him twice. This led to the woman accusing me to start shouting at me even more. The customer service was disgusting and I had to cause a scene for them to even listen (you could imagine how angry i was because i was hungry). This concerned other customers as some have spoken out and said they've waited 30 minutes and they're orders not ready leading them to ask the workers where it is. Never coming back due to a worker trying to humiliate me over a failed order. And to make it worse they didn't even give me my sauces. I understand that it wasn't all the staff who have caused this problem but 2 workers. The rest were very calm and tried to handle the situation as quickly and calmly as possible. Hence, I requested for the 2 workers names in which everyone refused to give me. However, another worker (short asain woman) used the excuse of GDPR of not giving me their names which made no sense. I wanted to email wingstop customer service in order to handle this situation as I believe that it is unacceptable for anyone to speak to a customer in a degrading manner and then accusing me of wanting a second batch of my order for free when I didn't even receive in the first place. It is also worrying on how the worker accusing me of this had the confidence to shout at me in that manner as well as try to get the other workers to humiliate me in order to look like a liar. Absolutely shocked and disappointed as I have been a wingstop customer for years and have never had an issue like this in any other branch.

If i could give them 0 or negatives I would. The bluewater branch is completely disrespectful, the waiting times are ridiculous (1 hour i waited). Their staff each and every single one of them have no respect or discipline, clearly an action of the management. Definitely dont go there. Got disrespected and accused even though I did nothing. And the food also gave me food poisoning, probably cause they dont wash their hands.

Nice wings. Anyway they give me a soda drinks and the machine did not have ice. I asked to the staff and they said the machine was out of ice and nothing to do . They should have told me before buy the drink. Ended up drinking a warm coke

Food is lovely, best chicken ever! Service is atrocious, never have I received my order correctly and always have to go back to ask for what is missing! Staff can't count- 6 churros on menu only 5 in the box.

Decent food, good choice of sauces. Highly recommend the mango habanero. The prices are too high in my opinion.

Really nice food not like normal fast food places that make you feel a bit groggy afterwards. Several different flavours to choose from for your wings or boneless wings and 3 different flavours of fries At first I thought it was a bit expensive but actually I was well and truly fed for my money and it was very tasty I would definitely eat in here again

1st ever visit. The lady serving was miserable as hell just nodded or shook her head no verbal communication beyond saying in or out which translated to eat in or takeaway. The flavours are amazing. But does not make it good value. The boneless chicken was just same as Maccys mcnuggets in size

Stopped here while in the mall during our vacation to the UK. Great wing place, especially for a fast-food style wing. Loved the vast selection of different styles and flavors. Only gripe was that the flavors labelled to be spicier really were not as spicy as we would have liked. Otherwise, great wings!

Served by Jeffery extremely rude and unhelpful. Did not make any sort of communication or interaction just stand there without smile on his face very unpleasant experience will not come back again. Got our table number wrong and did not give us cup for drink

First time visiting wing stop and OMG amazing We ordered the chicken tender with original sauce and some house fries 🍟 They came out and blew my mind, well cooked the sauce was something else!!!!! The staff where as good as the food! Will definitely be retuning

We didn't enjoy our food here. What we ordered was full of oil. I Had to complain about the oil in our chicken wings as it was just soaked in oil. Reply was.. that is how it suppose to be.

Fast friendly service and food was great quality. Drinks machine was out of most drinks but they did provide bottled drinks as a replacement.

Good place to go, the all you can eat wings is where it gets tricky, the first tray has so many wings, maybe 15 or so, then the 2nd tray they brought out only had 9. Not so good, also they were over cooked in the fryer and could taste it. All that said, that atmosphere was good and the drinks were good, the bar staff were amazing.

Worst wings ever! The original wings are smothered in tomato sauce and sold as buffalo wings. Staff were too busy pinching each other and chatting away. Order was completely wrong with no apology, food got cold waiting for the missing bits. A horrendous experience. I’m sad that I spent £29 in this joint.

Did not realise this was in bluewater. What a find. Great customer service. Friendly. Went for atomic and mango. Flavours are amazing. One snag is that there is only one drink machine. Wish they had another one. I would also reduce the gaming floorspace upstairs and have more seating upstairs.

We visited today and received a great service from Jade. Very happy, smiling and friendly. I had a big order and she made sure everything was correct. There was a long queue and she was rushing me with my order it was a good very experience.

I ordered boneless wings and the pieces were very small. I feel they should increase the size. Taste wise its top of the world especially Mango Habanero and Atomic flavours.

The food was freezing cold like it was just taken from a fridge and then the sauce you wanted just poured over the top, was served on paper on top of a freezing cold metal tray which was like the tray came out of the freezer. Only gave 1 star as the fries where just edible and the lady who took our order was nice. Waste of £25 really would not go back here

Service was strange - i think the guy who served us was new so fair enough he was learning but ordering was kinda awkward. Wanted the pickles of the burger on the side but they refused to do this..so weird! The Korean boneless bites were super salty, mango habenero were ok, cajun fries were overpowering (and I like spicy food!) Hit and miss I would say..disappointed because I heard really good things..maybe it just wasn't for me.

Food was kinda mid , and bit pricey but there was this one cashier that was cute and treated me nicely, so would come back for her, think her name was Lauren

I come here occasionally since Covid as my son has several allergies and the team here are very helpful in going through all options available that are safe for him. I would like to mention the manager (Ali) in particular as he always goes above and beyond for us. Thank you so much! He is very thorough and so kind. Food wise, the wings are very good and there are many different sauce flavours available for the burgers which are really tasty.

Tasty but need's more focus - been few times now. Simple menu with a few levels of heat. Service was quick and pleasant. Boneless nugget things seem quite small compared to the tenders. Would prefer more meal deal options and less sauce on the chicken, as you can get quite messy pretty quickly, though the overall quality seems good. Slightly better than Slims and no soggy bit of toast either lol 4/5 A message to fast food outlets. Sort out your Uber / Just eat collections and prioritise both types of customers, dining or collecting. If need be, have a separate counter for driver collections?

Absolutely terrible service. Very very slow. One person packing up all the orders which were all piling up and going cold. All the staff were moving at a snails pace and didn't seem to understand why waiting over 15 mins for just 8 wings was an issue.
