Great customer service and food was quick, hot and fresh. All the staff were very good. We liked the selection of drinks especially that they also had caffeine free options too. Would definitely recommend

food was really good, i had never been before and the lady serving me was friendly and talked me through the menu and how it worked. only complaint i guess it that i think the drink machine needed to refill the syrup as a lot of the drinks just tasted of carbonated water :(

Quick and good range of drinks and sauces. Pretty tasty but quite expensive. It’s a KFC upgrade but probably would not rush back. I had tenders and boneless wings with chips £13.80 without a drink. If it was cheaper I would have given it one more star

A decent fast food restaurant, expensive compared to the competition. I paid £12.20 for 3 chicken tenders, a portion of chips and a large drink which tasted nice but should have cost less than £10 in all honesty. The Mango Habanero sauce was nice, plenty of Mango flavour with a medium strength kick of spice. The customer service was good, as was the restaurant hygiene standards. Wingstop is one of the best restaurant and the food there is always delicious.The staff is well experienced and good.They provide good service of food .

It was my first time there. I was rushed to order. I asked what they’d recommend for someone that doesn’t like too much spice. She recommended the Korea spice and voodoo fries. I was so rushed that I felt like I couldn’t question how hot it was. I ended up ordering quite a bit. Everything was cooked well except for the wings. Some were very undercooked!

Massive thanks to Craig for serving us he was very warm and lovely to talk to. I’d consider myself a wing stop connoisseur and Bluewater is the best hands downn!!

The wings were dry and the flavours surprisingly were quite bland, the burger was okay much better than the wings.

Wingstop I did not enjoy it at all the fries were salty, chicken wings were tiny and too dried. The seating area needs improvement and stools were uncomfortable to sit overall I am very disappointed food was too expensive for small amount.

My recommendation is that if you are ordering a takeaway, check your order carefully before leaving! On arriving home part of the order was missing and the rest was incorrect!

The service was good but the food was sub-standard. The wings were hard to chew and felt like a very old cook batch. I hope they improve the food quality. It was a really good restaurant back in the days
