A decent fast food restaurant, expensive compared to the competition. I paid £12.20 for 3 chicken tenders, a portion of chips and a large drink which tasted nice but should have cost less than £10 in all honesty. The Mango Habanero sauce was nice, plenty of Mango flavour with a medium strength kick of spice. The customer service was good, as was the restaurant hygiene standards. Craig was so lovely and helpful accidentally ordered my food to the wrong area but he reassured me that it’s fine and to call the other place and they will be able to give money back, another worker was super kind and phoned the place for me and cancelled my order and got my refund!! Super happy!

From the moment we walked in, he was dialed in, welcoming, and incredibly professional. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Daniel brings that kind of energy to every interaction. He handled our order with total accuracy, made great recommendations, and even checked in to make sure everything was right—something you just don’t see often in fast-casual spots. He kept things moving without rushing anyone, and the whole place had a noticeably better vibe with him running the show. If Wingstop had a gold standard, Daniel would be it. WOW! Super lovely coming to the Bluewater WING STOP met some lovely staff working here. From ordering the food at the counter I was met with Daliya who made it super easy to order the food as there was so much to choose from. She gave us great recommendations and we were super happy with the choice. We were later met with Craig who delivered our food, he had the warmest smile I had to ask his name and thank him. Also met Mary who waved us good bye. NOW THE FOOD!!!! I had the boneless wings and they were super tasty every bite was a treat! Love this place man!

Amazing service, food came out quick. The atmosphere was overwhelming but its popular so I get it. Now on to the food. The new hot honey glaze.... never again. Who did you guys make this for? Who are you advertising this for? From the first taste I shuddered, agony washes over my body. I was hit with intense abdominal pain as the new flavour assaulted my taste buds. Never in my 20 years of life have I ever experienced such a vile concoction. Again I ask you, who did you make this for? My fellow chicken munchers, this is my warning to you all. The World Health Organisation WILL be in contact shortly; this is a poison I wouldn't even wish upon a death row prisoner — as a matter of fact, rather it'd be a method of execution.
