Travel to this Wingstop from Tunbridge Wellsall the time- Always 10/10, was served by Subomi- she was super helpful and really really sweet, kept up with our pretty confusing order and got everything down correctly. Always great scran and service from here ❤️‍🩹

Holy crap turn that music down - it was crazy today - I want to eat in peace not listen to the junk you play at high volume. I have no issue with loud music (....I mean I listen to death metal FFS....) but a public eating space just ain't the right place for it.

We were served by Daniel. He was very kind and patient with us on our first time at Wing Stop. He gave great tips on which spice to choose. Very busy restaurant!

Daniel served us today and was really pleasant... Made ordering for the first time really easy. The printing ink for the QR code needing replacing but the kids loved their meals. Wing Stop need more seating here and it will easily grow.

Today upon my visit to Wingstop bluewater I was greeted and served by shift manager Craig (despite being midway through another job he pushed that aside to ensure I wasn’t waiting in the queue for too long). This individual in particular is a credit to the restaurant because he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers .

Had a lovely visit today, food was fantastic, the service was outstanding and the staff were all so polite. Will definitely be back again, 100% recommend

First time trying wing stop and got to say, it was absolutely amazing, from the service to the food, one person that really shone out and helped as I'm a picky person and couldn't decide was Craig!! Super helpfull and made the experience that much better, so thank you and will definitely be visiting again soon!

Abysmal customer service. Ordered via Deliveroo and the staff at Wingstop packaged our order wrong. How are we spending £45 for 3 tenders? How can they get it so incredibly wrong. Clearly the staff at Wingstop Bluewater need to be reassessed and the incompetent manager hanging up on me telling me no one deserves to be sacked..he was probably the one making the mistake! Wingstop basically told us “not our problem - go through Deliveroo”. Poor poor customer service, use somewhere else!
