A decent fast food restaurant, expensive compared to the competition. I paid £12.20 for 3 chicken tenders, a portion of chips and a large drink which tasted nice but should have cost less than £10 in all honesty. The Mango Habanero sauce was nice, plenty of Mango flavour with a medium strength kick of spice. The customer service was good, as was the restaurant hygiene standards. It was my first time there. I was rushed to order. I asked what they’d recommend for someone that doesn’t like too much spice. She recommended the Korea spice and voodoo fries. I was so rushed that I felt like I couldn’t question how hot it was. I ended up ordering quite a bit. Everything was cooked well except for the wings. Some were very undercooked!

Service is really important to me and Daniel was very good. Was very patient with our big order. Props to the team in the kitchen as well for getting it out so quickly and accurately.

Massive thanks to Craig for serving us he was very warm and lovely to talk to. I’d consider myself a wing stop connoisseur and Bluewater is the best hands downn!!

The wings were dry and the flavours surprisingly were quite bland, the burger was okay much better than the wings.

Wingstop I did not enjoy it at all the fries were salty, chicken wings were tiny and too dried. The seating area needs improvement and stools were uncomfortable to sit overall I am very disappointed food was too expensive for small amount.

The service was good but the food was sub-standard. The wings were hard to chew and felt like a very old cook batch. I hope they improve the food quality. It was a really good restaurant back in the days

Another sensational meal had at Wingstop Bluewater. Service was great as always, we were served by Daniel, he was doing his best to move the long queue along as swiftly as possible whilst also maintaining great customer service.

Had some wing-stop from lunch. Have to say thank you to raul (not sure if this was his name), someone mixed up my order and he was on top of it and sorted everything out for me whilst also being so sweet. I’ve seen him before and he is such a diligent worker.

Went for lunch with my family. All Loved it . I liked the chips with bits on. I had the plain chicken wings with the dip. Delicious. Strawberry milkshake was nice and thick Fruity.

It was my first time trying Wingstop and I was served by the most helpful lady named ‘Simran’ at Bluewater. She explained every flavour and gave recommendations for everything which was appreciated as I wasn’t sure what to order. She was very patient and calm and thought she delivered excellent customer service. The food was amazing and all the flavours were delicious! I would definitely come back again!

My experience was fantastic! I attended this Wednesday and was greeted by the friendliest face who goes by the name Neka. Not only was service friendly but also very quick and easy to order. I struggled with choosing the right option but she was so so helpful and I ended up loving my food (Spicy korean burger with Voodoo fries). Highly recommend this food court option!
