Lovely cocktails and steaks cooked to perfection would 100% be returning all staff were welcoming, I had a fillet medium rare with a garlic Parmesan and a banoffee pie was 10/10

Great service from julie she was so chatty and kind and made the whole experience an enjoyable one, we were sad to hear the change to the menu as some of our favourites had been removed :( overall a lovely experience.

Experience was great. The waiter who attended us was amazing 🤩 didn't got his name. Pricewise they offer also reasonable price with good serving. The ambience was so cozy. We will surely comeback.

Came in for lunch with my partner, we had a lovely meal and our server Julie was great with recommendations and explaining the menus to us.

Had a wonderful meal in Saturday night. We was served by Julie. She was great with our young granddaughter and kept her entertained. Thank you!

Popped in here for dinner, it was very busy but managed to fit me and my partner in at short notice. The food was nice, and I particularly enjoyed my vegan burger and hallumi fries. The pornstar martini's are very good too. Service was efficient, I can't remember our waiters name, but he was very friendly and helpful. He also had to deal with some customers who were making a massive fuss over being told they weren't allowed to sit down in the dining area if they weren't eating, I feel like he held himself respectfully. I'd come back here again.

Went to the miller and carter in Dartford for my nan and grandads 60th wedding anniversary, the food was amazing and the service was brilliant, Aimee kept my nan and grandad laughing all night long and made it a special evening them. We will definitely be coming back

I absolutely love the new menu , the service as always is amazing we had Gail serving us who is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the cod which was so tasty .

Great evening from start to finish, we was welcomed at the door by Marc who showed us to our table. Marc then took our order and talked us though the menu first time visiting Dartford M&C the meals were very nice. Atmosphere is lovely.

Love this restaurant. Came for my birthday and the food was banging!!!. Gail looked after us all night, so polite and helpful and she brought me out a little birthday surprise after our meal. So thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Ideal place to meet our friends halfway between our homes. We arrived early and were invited to wait for our friends in the bar. My husband, who uses a stick asked if was possible to go straight to a table. The manager quickly agreed, even though they were very busy. Friendly and efficient service and great food.

We enjoyed our visit to Miller & Carter in Dartford. The atmosphere was very nice. It was a busy afternoon. It was a Sunday evening. We were there for a special occasion. The food was very good too.

What a super experience. We hadn't booked anywhere, and thought we would just take a chance and opted for this one. On arrival, they couldn't be more accommodating, found us a table immediately. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Food choice was vast, and on delivery of our ordered choices, it was impressive, and tasted as it looked, amazing. Well worth a visit, we will be returning sometime soon 🙂

Waitress was very attentive and friendly, not rushing us, giving us all the time we needed to catch up before taking the order, we were 3 friends that had not met up since pre covid and had a lot to chat about, relaxed environment, great food, reasonably priced.

First time visit very welcoming and friendly staff food was delicious really enjoyed a truely pleasant experience

Excellent apart from the poached pear which was very hard, spoke to manager and they have already Informed head office, if that was me I would have removed from menu as they take more back than actually get paid for

Loved this restaurant as soon as we walked in! It’s a regular haunt for my family and I can see why (we are from Western Australia). We had drinks first in the cosy bar area. There’s a good selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Our wait person was very friendly and attentive but not overly invasive. It was a busy night, but the food came out in good time. Our food was delicious and looked amazing on the plate. Finishing off our evening with desserts and cocktails. Yum! Definitely a winner 😊

Rob was an incredible member of staff and provided us with such a great evening from the great service to even a lovely bit of magic!! Everytime we visit we will now make sure he is our server! Credit to the company!!!

From our arrival, we was shown to our table, which was perfect with the fact we requested room for a pushchair for a baby. Our hostess Gail introduced herself and was very friendly, polite and explained everything to us in fine detail, despite having eaten at Miller & Carter previously. Gail was very knowledgeable about the food and when offering the wine for tasting and the fact we didn't like it, was only too happy to change for a different kind. On receiving our starters and checking that everything was ok, I mentioned that with regards to the 'Prawn Cocktail' it was lacking enough sauce, however immediately she said 'I will get you some more' and returned with a pot of sauce for us to add as we wished. Excellent customer service!! Of our party of 7 adults, everyone really enjoyed all their chosen dishes, and food left over was purely from the fact that they were full and couldn't eat anymore, nothing to do with the quality ....... So from the service to every aspect of the food and drinks, we had a brilliant meal and evening to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday .......... Gail had even prepared a Birthday Plate for her with her desert ....... again a touch of excellent service.

When we arrived, the managers attitude upon arrival was very condescending... we were sent to the bar to get a drink & waited over 15 minutes to get served in an empty bar !? Half the food on the menu was out of stock...at 4 o'clock in the afternoon...seriously... no fillet steak !! Service throughout the 3rd choice dinner was very slow & even slower when it was time to pay. Very disappointing experience. Not to be repeated !!!

Carina our waitress was fantastic. Most helpful, polite and obliging… Shame more restaurants do not employ Carina’s! Celebrating my father‘s 90th birthday and could not have been a better location. Fantastic.

Service was excellent, food very tasty. Was let down by the tonic served. Tonic from a tap always tastes cheap and does not allow customers to enjoy the drink as they like. I had a double and expected to be given the gin with a bottle of tonic. I had to send it back as the tonic took over the large gin and was sweetish: I changed to a wine that I knew I liked. Will not order spirits next time

We came for a meal tonight for our 1st wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed the food & atmosphere. We went for the chateaubriand and we were not disappointed! Our server Rob was amazing, very informative with lots of knowledge on steaks and also very entertaining! Will be returning soon!

We’ve been here several times, we’ve never had a bad meal! Today was lovely - our waiter (annoyingly I never catch his name) but I gather he needs no introduction he’s amazing and goes above and beyond everytime and tbh he always makes our visit worthwhile- extremely attentive and knowledgeable and in all the times we’ve visited whether it’s been quiet or busy his professionalism never waivers - he’s a friendly face we always look forward to seeing as well as the tasty food (and his bad jokes)!!!!

Was on a date. And our waiter for the evening was Rob. He was an exceptional waiter and he was a very friendly individual. Our food was initially cold, but they heated it up and my date's food was replaced. Which we appreciated. And as a bonus they showed us a pretty mind blowing magic trick. Rob was a lovely friendly chap and went above and beyond the call of duty This will be my third time at Miller and Carter's Dartford. And I really enjoyed my evening. Will come back again.

It was an unplanned visit, due to a close call on the motorway. We were shaken and our car needed recovery. The staff couldn’t have been kinder to us and we really appreciated Julie and the team. Restaurant was busy and the food looked delicious.

Our party of 16 family members had a great night at Dartford Miller & Carter. Celebrating 18th birthday. The meal was excellent and the service exceptional …… in particular Robert who managed to look after adults and kids with his friendly and fun personality! We will be booking again!

We have recently ate here and the food was delicious, but what truly made the night special was our waiter, Kirsty. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely meal. I highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!
