Lovely customer service even when it was on a busy day , food especially milkshakes which were lovely and the food didn’t take too long to come . Will definitely be ordering several times

We have had burgers to takeaway & also sat in the diner. The food is super fresh and really tasty. The staff are friendly too. You have to try the wings - the chicken literally falls off the bone! Also homemade sauces are delicious. 100% recommend!

Absolutely amazing food. Ordered the burger with hash brown inside. The quality of the burger and taste of the bun was beautiful, the burger was cooked to perfection and piping hot Much better than five guys! Quick delivery too.

Ordered.. cheese and onion hot dog... No cheese, ordered coleslaw didn't receive that. Had extra fries that were hard and cold.. chicken was burnt.. won't be ordering again..Sad as have always enjoyed in the past

Had to wait over an hour for delivery, food was slightly warm on arrival but tasted excellent when it arrived though.

Seats were uncomfortable and drinks ordered were flat - followed by a nachos starter with next to none cheese which tasted rubbery and cheap followed with bland tortilla crisps overall tasted like they had been heated in the microwave for 30 seconds- then there was the mains T bone was over cooked asked for rare and got cremated, not fresh at all - garlic herb butter tasted like a lump of clover in a tub - girlfriend’s burger was basically a fried onion burger barely any meat and onion rings tasted like oil - no point in going here place was empty anyway can see why -

Awful place avoid food less than average,going to the toilet you pass the kitchen,door was slightly open could see it was a mess and a lot of microwaves!!!! quickly shut it once they realised it was left open!!!!! rude owner once I mentioned the door was open and I could see inside avoid,avoid.

The food is delicious and the service is great. I’ve dined in here and get delivery and the Delivery is always fast. Would definitely recommend!

I love the food here at Richie’s diner. My favourite has to be the chicken wrap or the chicken burger. My favourite place to eat and they even deliver! Would definitely recommend and worth trying.

Was charged 50p for a pot of ketchup... I think that's stupid considering you serve chips.... Hot dogs were not really footlong when they changed the sizing of sausage and put 2 in rather than 1. Coleslaw was missing.... Medium rare steak was well done..... Loved this place before but won't be going back

Ordered a meal last night. Waited over 2 hours for it so naturally it arrives cold. My meal was nachos so cold I expected. It the cheese that was melted was now hard and stale. My husband ordered sausage and masg £10.95 When he bought it in I actually thought he was joking! Or that he had an accidentally ordered from the kids menu but no! I would not have paid 5.95 for that and it was vile, cold and tasteless. I used to order from Richie’s and visit a couple of years ago. Now I advise everyone to avoid

Order via UberEats. Ordered two burgers with cheesy fries and BBQ chicken wings. Both burgers had lumpy fatty parts in the beef and very unfavorable, beef was dry. Cheese chips were nothing worth talking about, just soggy thin fries with melted cheese on them. BBQ chicken was just frozen chicken heated up and BBQ sauce slapped on them... Dunno why are the good reviews because from what I've experienced, one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Update. After contacting UberEats and explaining the quality of the food they refunded the full amount.

Flaming chicken burger was covered in a sweet chilli sauce, and was not a great texture and really dry. Seems to have been held and then reheated on order. Cajun wrap was so greasy, and didn't really have any flavour. The wings were also covered in a sweet chilli even though we order a Louisiana sauce, and again seems like they were reheated on order. The lamb chops were ok, though definitely not the medium we had ordered, was overcooked. Jalapeno bites were also ok. Doubt that we would order from here again. Definitely a great premise, but not executed well enough.

The food was delicious, I ordered a veggie burger and it came with potato wedges, hash brown, chips and a really tasty sauce. It was incredibly filling and the presentation was quite nice as well! 5 ⭐️ service!

Amazing, half chicken and half rack of ribs with bbq sauce , fries and coleslaw. Honesty the ribs are some of the best ive ever had the sauce was awesome. Also it was really hot when i got it , delivery on time. I had a cheese cake aswell, which im pretty sure was home made and that was delicious. A very fair serving aswell. glad i found it, i will certainly get one more order in before i head of home as im only in dartford temp. Give it a go, might treat myself to a t bone steak next. I would just like to start off by saying I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been ordering from Richie’s for years and have never had any issues with them the portions are more than enough for the price you pay. I have tried many foods from them from chicken to burgers to hotdogs, deserts and milkshakes all have been made to perfection. I decided to eat in a little over a month ago and was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were very polite and even the manger came over a couple times to make sure everything was as it should be. Would 100% recommend the food is always warm and presented well when delivered and eating in was a lovely and tasty experience.

I keep forgetting to photo the food! As we can't wait to eat it ! We have ordered from here for quite a few years , having also moved 3 times , The food I'd always excellent and really tasty. The milk shakes are the children’s favourite especially the oreo one and ferroro Roche, the bbq ribs are fab , there is lots of choice from appetisers , food, drinks etc , everything is tasty and home made and the children s meals are excellent value for money especially the cheese burger one , but all the food is fantastic ! My wife has really bad food poisoning from our order on Friday night. Was enjoying a relaxing break at a lovely hotel with our son and this completely ruined everything. She has been throwing up for 2 days straight now and has been completely off her food. Their social media is a left dormant and hasn't been updated with any status in years so there's no one to discuss with for a refund either. We ordered a foot long hot dog each.

Ordered a double bacon burger it was very Bland the bacon didn't have taste to it either it costs £13 for the burger which come with chips I upgraded this too cheesy chips and it was the same not much flavour even the cheese was very bland. Other people with me had also ordered the hot dog with chilli they said this was ok. Another person ordered a hot dog which come with no onion or any sauce was basically just a bun and a hot dog. And the final person had ordered half a chicken which was very very dry and no taste. Kinder Bueno milkshakes don't order it it couldn't even taste the Kinder Bueno in it. Before you think that we've all got covid because we cant taste anything we haven't haha. Reason for leaving two stars is because it was still edible but not enjoyable.

Deleted bad review I left a negative review about the cost of a cup of tea recently, I see it has been removed I guess by the owner. Rather than taking this as constructive criticism and reviewing the price they choose to delete.

I have had some great food from here previously, not today! Cold soggy chips, cold chicken wings that tasted boiled and smeared with a little bit of sauce. Gross, tasteless, cold so extremely disappointed. Won’t be buying from here again.

Great quality food, varied grill menu, well cooked, well presented and very tasty. The establishment is very clean and cosy. So if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet burger you don't have to look further than here.

Very disappointed. Dreadful tasting, cold food, and delivery time 1hr 40 min, food totally cold. Cheese burgers luke warm/nearly cold, very chewy, no flavour, awful. Fries cold, tasted like reheated day old fries gone cold, never had fries that bad ever. Onion rings cold, totally over cooked and just mush inside, no onion or even a taste of onion. One of the worst meals I’ve ever had delivered. Needless to say, will never order from there again.

Ordered takeaway Blue cheese burger (no blue cheese) and cold. Garlic mushrooms with garlic bread cold and bread soggy. Chips not ordered but cold. Cheesy chips cold and cheese congealed. Disgusting for £23 couldn’t eat any of it. So looking forward to eating this but it’s inedible

On the downside I ordered a rump steak cooked rare and it was well done which was a little disapointing at the price. However the chips were well cooked and really nicely seasoned as were the potato skins. It was delivered when they said it would be so another us. Overall a mixed bag.

I actually feel bad about leaving this negative review, because I have had several really good takeaways from Richies during lockdown, unfortunately, last night's meal was a real letdown. Firstly, the hot dog was so loaded with soggy onions that the entire top half of the bread roll was saturated with water. I actually had to rip this part off with my fingers to make the thing edible. And then, the hot dog sausage itself seemed to be 25% gristle - ugh. Such a shame :-(

Took an hour and a half for delivery. When arrived was missing one milkshake. Phoning to explain, and was made to feel like it was my error, despite there only being 3 straws too for a 4 milkshake order. Food was ok, but not to the value of order ok. Might be alright indoors as service food, but not fit for takeaway, and poor service standards from management when things go wrong. Won't bother using again.

Food is great, portion sizes are massive which good and you pay for the size of them which I don't have an issue with. I was really enjoying my meal and love Richies but on this occasion I had bits of plastic from the chocolate bar that was used in my milkshake. Really let down on this part so wouldn't order a milkshake again. I don't know how much plastic I swallowed before I realised it was in there!

I called Richie’s Diner immediately to express my concern and was told it would be noted down for the next time we place an order. This is rich considering I have not placed an order for over 2 years. Very disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend.

The service here is amazing! I live abroad and wanted to buy my grandparents a dinner. When I couldn’t pay by card as I wasn’t in the same country, a young waiter very very kindly paid for it & allowed me to send him a bank transfer afterwards. That really is incredible service and that waiter is a huge credit to the restaurant (his name is Ali). He was very calm and easy to talk to. He was aware of the problem and immediately found a way to solve it. Despite the issues with my credit card, the food arrived on time and my grandparents had such a special evening. They were delighted and said the food was amazing. They had a three course meal and the steaks were still piping hot even after the starters. Cooked to perfection and great presentation. I am 100% looking forward to visiting when I’m in the UK again and would recommend to anyone, amazing service and great food! If anyone is looking to make someone’s night special during COVID, I would highly recommend their delivery service!

We’ve used Richies a few times now. The food is to die for. No offal burgers here, just purely top class ingredients and totally delicious. We order a take out and take back to Northfleet. Still piping hot when on our plates at home. Highly recommend, well worth the price and deserving those 5*

Ordered via Just-Eat 1. Nachos (bacon and cheese) ordered £4.95 - nachos (chilli and cheese) received - more like tortillas, ground meat, beans and cheese (no chilli sauce and bland) 2. Texan BBQ chicken 'N' Ribs £15.95 - fat not trimmed on the under side of ribs - only BBQ thing was the sauce - meat was dry inside and wet outside - not a char on them (as if it was in a heated container, may as well have boiled the meat) 3. Buffalo Wings were the same as above £4.95 4. Chips were soggy and greasy part of meals 5. Ferrero Roche milk shake £4.75 - mediocre £4.75 6. Foot long dog £7.75 - dense hotdog bun with standard American hotdog sausage - £0.50 for normal yellow mustard slathered on top Waste of £38.35 (£2 delivery fee) Should have bought ready meals from Aldi

Great burgers and milkshakes. Far nicer than other well known chains! Ribs were not a saucy as we'd like but possibly due to takeaway. Great packaging on takeaway and I was able to recycle most of it.

The food arrived 20 minutes late, cold and SO greasy. The chips were a dark brown colour, greasy as hell, limp and stone cold. The Tennessee chicken was cold and bland along with the onion rings. I'm sorry but do not order for delivery from this restaurant.

Was so looking forward to meeting up with my family and having a meal for the first time in a while. Walked into the restaurant and was straight away told that they are NOT serving alcohol and I should have been told on the phone when I booked (which i wasnt, otherwise I wouldnt have booked here). Hey ho! Do my liver a break!! The meal was ok, but was not expecting the price of the bill to be ''£173'' for 6 of us (2 of those were children) and also that was with NO alcohol on the bill, I really thought it was a joke but NOPE.... I nearly fell over... it definitely definitely definitely wasnt worth that amount of money💰!!! SHOCKED!!.I then asked did we not get a discount as of part of the eat out discount scheme as it was a monday evening but NOPE they havent signed up to it (maybe my fault for not asking) but you would of thought they would have mentioned it knowing we hadn't been told about the NO alcohol situation, I know it's not alot of but it would have helped lol. Wont be recommend to anyone!!!! Unless they dont mind remortgaging there house to pay the bill 💰.Lol. Definitely wont be going back any time soon!!!! SO WISH WE WALKED AWAY WHEN THEY SAID NO ALCOHOL (might not have even remembered the price if I'd had a drink lol.)🙊🙄☹🤦‍♀️

Ordered via just eat. Got the food, order was wrong, Missing three things, garlic bread half burnt and cold, nachos like cold rubber. Called only to be told I had to get refund from just eat and it was our fault as the number I was ringing them from was wrong! Then wasted an hour being told by just eat they can’t give me my money back but I can have credit. Don’t want credit. Want my money back. Not happy with either company. Won’t survive if they continue with awful service like this. Will use my credit on Stone Willies pizza as they’re a proper restaurant.

I eat here alot they always have amazing food and good friendly service. My food took an hour and 50 mins to turn up when I was told an hour which I could have forgiven if the quality was as it usualy is. My chips where cold and stale they where reheated and double cooked. My burger was amazing as always however my partners was well overcooked and like a tough boot. This was my birthday dinner :( very disapointed i spent £28 and threw a burger and 2 chips in the bin as they just where not edable. Sorry if this seems harsh but its the honest truth you normally give 5 star food please dont let your standards drop even if it is a queit Tuesday. Ive eaten 50+ times from your place and this is just my second complaint my experiance tonight was terrible apart from the friendly lady on the phone Im giving this a 3 star because this is not the norm for this place 1 star experience today 5 star experience 99% of the time

I have ordered takeaway from here many times and to be honest it’s a bit hit and miss. I ordered last night and wait was advised at 60 to 90 minutes which is fair enough on a Friday night. The food arrived 130 minutes later after a phone call to the restaurant after two hours. The food arrived and it was cold - but way to too late to do anything about it.

First time of ordering from Richie’s Diner. Wasn’t sure what to expect. A very helpful young lady took our order and gave good advice on what to order. Once order was taken she called us back to take payment. It was only after this that she advised an hour and three quarter wait!! However, we hoped it would be worth it and we certainly were not disappointed! Food arrived hot and delivered by a very polite young man who practiced great social distancing- but almost forgot the milkshakes!! Disaster avoided though. My son was blown away by the size of my ‘Big One’ burger. So his face was a picture when he opened his ‘Empire’ Burger!!! And the milkshakes were to die for- highly recommend the Maltese one! Save to say we will definitely be ordering again but a bit earlier, in anticipation of a 2 hour wait!!

Popped in for breakfast. Sat down waiting to be served. Waitress serving customers that were coming in and ordering then sitting down. Finally got seen to and then to be waiting for well over an hour for our food which by then we'd already drank our coffee's. Would suggest 2 people to be serving customers rather than just the one therefore one serving the tables and one at the counter.

Ordered a takeaway from here for the first time today, and I can honestly say it’s the best takeaway i’ve EVER had! Food said up to a 70 minute wait but arrived within 45 minutes. I ordered chicken strips and chips, my partner had a burger and nachos- all arrived piping hot, and the portions are huge, definitely worth the money. Can’t wait to order from here again :-)

Love this food! This place does amazing burgers! I have ordered a delivery a number of times and it's always good, also thank you to the guys who deliver it. My house is hard to find and I forget to explain on the delivery instructions. But they are always so nice and friendly and food is still hot. If your looking for good food and friendly service look no further!

Lovely little restaurant that has a real cosy feel to it with a nice atmosphere. The menu has a great choice and the staff are friendly. I was allowed to take a birthday cake in for my son for us all to have after the meal, the staff saying happy birthday and my son couldn't have been more embarrassed! Reasonably priced food but overall a nice dining out experience.

Really enjoyed the food that we had (Pittsburgh Burger & Chicken Burger). Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was well decorated, tidy and clean. Some items on the menu were not available, odd choice of music for an American diner (eighties UK pop) and the menu could've been bigger. No Vanilla Milkshake? No pulled pork? No Apple Pie? These seen like American Diner staples?

Food was 45 minutes late for collection and was then cold...go figure. If they are so busy your food sits long enough to go cold before it can be handed to you somethings really wrong.

I ordered a delivery on a Saturday night at 5:30. I was told it would come at at MAX 6:45.

Got seated straight away however is a small restaurant so would maybe book in advance. Did not get any menus on Arrival had to ask for these at the bar after a while when we realised no one was coming over. Took a while to get someone to take our order and then even longer to get our food. Noticed the party table behind us also took a while for food and that they didn’t get some of their meals. At least we got all our food at once. The food was not very hot when it arrived however we did not raise this issue as didn’t want to wait even longer for anything else. Didn’t get the sauces we asked for (ketchup) and no waiters to catch their attention. Did not have the dessert that we wanted in stock and the beers were not cold for the people next to us therefore they had to order something else. Didn’t want to be disappointed with something else not in stock so asked for the bill. The bill was wrong(overcharged) and we asked for this to be corrected and they kindly took off one of our main meals - without us asking - and they apologised for the service of the night. Despite this bad review my family have been to this restaurant before and said that the service has never been this bad - the restaurant just must have been busier than usual on this particular visit and they clearly just could not cope. If the food was hotter it would have been very good just disappointing on this occasion. Would maybe consider returning but definitely earlier in the week when it would hopefully be less busy and they wouldn’t have run out of stock.

Second experience of a delivered meal. Both meals were exceptional... today's was beyond that. If it was delivered to my table would have been up there with the best steak meals I've eaten... superb. Very reasonable in price too. Thank you very much.

I was pleasantly surprised going to Richie's Diner. The food was lovely and plenty of it. The service was a little slow but I guess they were busy so wasn't really a problem. I would recommend if you've never been.
