ORI Caffe in Dartford

I visit ori cafe when I’m shopping in Bluewater either with friends or my husband & sometimes solo. I would highly recommend it here whether it’s just for a drink, cake or meal/snack (the sausage rolls are amazing) along with the cake choice & the hot chocolate!!! The service is great & you are always made to feel welcome, I’ve been served by a lady called Steph a few times & what a happy friendly person she is!! Highly recommend!

I was not impressed with the customer service or the overall experience. The staff seemed unable to serve customers properly, which made the visit frustrating. On top of that, the prices were too high for what was offered. Definitely not worth recommending.

I have a Gluten intolerance and was made an exceptional toasted Brie and Bacon GF sandwich. Perfect combination of warm bacon and melting brie and generous filling . Staff were brilliant.

I visited the Bluewater store of Ori Caffe on Saturday 2nd March and I was blown away with the service and standard of the food in there. I had a special sandwich made up for me from a young lady who looked like the Manager. She was warm, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Ori Caffe to anybody :)

Wonderful, friendly service. We're a bit fussy about how we take our coffee and we were actually asked how they could best make it for us, that is good service. Food also excellent. A favourite place for coffee and snack/lunch. Good quality management cascades down the team.

Had an onion tart with salad. The tart had been heated in a microwave so extremely soggy. Salad was tasteless, so altogether not a great lunch.

The service and friendliness and professionalism at this cafe is exceptional and very rare at the moment The manager is amazing making everyone feel special and all staff are just great i would recommend this cafe when shopping in bluewater

Great place to meet up friends or family or just on your own. Welcoming staff who are friendly and professional. Tables are cleaned up as soon as possible. Always have a lovely cappuccino. The bagels are well filled and tasty.

Ori Cafe is always lovely, as are the staff, today was no exception. After ordering lunch for myself and my toddler I realised there were no tables available. We waited to one side and my child was starting to get a little agitated. The staff picked up on this immediately and approached me asking if we were ok, the moment a table was free they lead me to it and also made sure my child was ok. A special thank you to Matt for being extra vigilant!

Very impressed with customer service. Popped in for a coffee today with baby. They made a huge fuss of the baby, really friendly staff and even offered to top up my water as they could see I had my hands full

We were leaving Bluewater and we were advised there was an accident on the M25 and needed to feed our baby but the restaurant had just closed, the kind staff allowed us to sit in the corner and feed. Such kind staff, would recommend just for the service and kindness alone.

Me and my girl friend coming to this ORI caffe in John Lewis , the staffs are always amazing specially “ Feyhan” she always smiles and changes our bad mood and always remembers what we like ❤️ The foods and salad sections ( Lovely mix salad ) always fresh and tastes amazing! The coffee is always refreshing and the cakes are to die for! Listen their recommendations specifically Fey !!! They know what they selling 😋 I always without a doubt have a very pleasant experience whenever I visit! Which is why I return! I recommend the Tricolore sandw and cinnamon bun ! So yummy! Don’t forget to take your latte ….

First visit today there. Nice coffee, although only one size available. Nice cakes, very fresh. Staff polite and all knew their jobs. But hate it when they insist on clearing our table, while husband went to get another coffee, leave it til we've finished! Wanted to try a different cafe than the usual chain one, was busy but card machine/till not working properly so held up while others tried paying in front. We use cash so it's quicker. They had to go and get cash instead. So why bother it cards? Will visit there again and try some lunch for a change.

Zero personality from the person taking my order. Coffee & cake arrived immediately but sandwich arrived 10-15 mins later so coffee was almost finished. I chose a sandwich. I didn’t realise it was then going to get covered in oil and toasted. So it was extremely greasy! Cake looked amazing but felt stale and wasn’t great. I won’t bother going back.

First time here. Presentationally looks good but if you're expecting a warm welcome you'll be disappointed as best we got was a 'matter of factish' cursory acknowledgment from gentlemen behind the counter. Coffee is nothing special and pastries colder than outside 🥶 Real shame as in this Covid environment a smile and some warmth goes a long way and costs nothing.

What’s happened today? I asked for a table to be cleaned so I could sit down but lots of people were sitting at tables full of crockery etc. I know it was busy today but come on guys, let’s get those tables cleaned quickly and customers be aware that dirty tables until cleaned are Covid hotspots.

Been a regular customer since opening, normally visit other big brand coffee house's, but want to support new/smaller one! Staff and normally very friendly, welcoming and polite, but unfortunately not on my recent visit. Rather than say "Hello, Can I take your order?" The very rude lady, just barked at me 'WE DON'T HAVE TABLES AT THE MOMENT, SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT!" Not the welcome and polite customer service I expected! Big shame as her rudeness will lose Ori's regulars and drive them back to their competitors. Spoke to the Manager who advised me he would speak to the member of staff, but she still continued her rudeness with other customers, barking at them and being very rude and aggressive!

Delighted to find this Caffe within John Lewis Bluewater. A very well designed Italian caffe. Good selection of food and drink available. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend the Lemon Scones with a delicious cup of caffe. Look forward to my next visit.
