Really disappointed. This was the worst quality pizza I’ve ever had from a pizza express chain, really shocked. Would highly recommend passing and going to a different restaurant in the airport
I have been a loyal customer to China garden for years. I ordered a takeaway online to be delivered for my husbands birthday. It arrived 20mins late and by that time is was stone cold. I called the restaurant and they told me to bring it back. My husband and I both have had a couple of drinks and unable to drive. The lady I spoke to was not very friendly and said to me no return of food nothing she could do and unable to process a refund. So I put the phone down. £35.00 down the drain.
We made a big order of pizzas to be delivered at work place. The big boxes of pizzas were delivered in time and very warm - freshly cooked. There’s also drinks available. As we ordered big number of pizzas the management gave us two extra boxes for free. Brilliant 🤩 deal!!!

They have a history of messing up my McDelivery orders.
Do not use them. They will mess up your order enough times you'll no longer get refunds.
Terrible customer service.
Very expensive compared to other local chip shops and stuck in the 80s not talking card payments. We were unable to get what we wanted as we didn’t have enough cash on us
Went for dinner with a friend / colleague we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lux during our visit, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Lux made us feel welcomed and comfortable, was attentive without being overbearing.
The level of professionalism and genuine care she provided made our meal unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have Lux as your waitress, you're in for a nice experience. Highly recommend!
Possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever frequented.
For a new restaurant the standards are non existent. Fifteen minute wait for a standard order which was incorrect, a foreign body found in a friends wrap and a debate and multiple attempts to get a receipt.
The staff are poorly trained if they have received any training at all, communication with staff is a challenge in itself.
The washrooms / toilets are absolutely disgusting, filthy, smelly and unhygienic. Clearly no regular cleaning by professionals going on.
Never ever again.
I am taking my business elsewhere. Pappa Johns's food is good, but Pappa Johns in Gossops Green, Crawley the customer service is very poor. The staff rarely smile, they are not courteous, they are very unfriendly. I am NEVER everordering from this shop. There are better places with friendly staff

Got a delivery, everything was stone cold, missing items and what was there we could hardly bear to eat it.
The onion rings were not only burnt but they were flat, incredibly dry and was like trying to chew cardboard! They must have been cooked 3-4 times, how anyone could bag them up for a customer just takes the complete P**s!
Burgers were extremely dry and cold and chips couldn’t be eaten.
I have always enjoyed BK and thought it was better than another popular burger place but actually at least other places have some standards and quality control.
Will never use this place again!
Used to have good quality food but now gone down hill with soggy chips and the place ran by kids. they had a male manager think he used to work mainly on Tuesdays as that’s when I went and he was always there with a smile and I never had a problem with the food he always fried to perfection. Now can’t say the same. What a shame. Bring him back!
My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.
