Mcdonald's Restaurants in Crawley

We travel a lot, so no stranger to the services fast food/mcdonalds but today, we’re lost for words. It’s McDonald’s, so definitely not expecting a fine dining experience but basic common sense would have been nice. After a long wait (approx 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged hubby and a further 20 minutes wait for the food) My partner made a £60 family order, when it came out they’d put it on 2 trays, after explaining for the second time it was take out, the guy refused him a bag. Hubby tried to explain he wasn’t able to carry it as we’d not been able to park close, the guy just shrugged and walked away. Staff incredibly rude and several customers were complaining. Come on McDonald’s, do better!

I honestly don’t know what has happened to this branch? Chips were cold and stale and the Philly steak burger seemed like a smaller poorer relative of the Big Mac! False advertising as it’s nothing like the photograph. I’m not going to bother again. Awful waste of my money too as it’s not cheap either.

Ordered a click and collect Waited nearly half hour to go into restaurant where the employees thought it was ok to serve their own foods Got no sauces condiments napkins or straws By the time we got our order was freezing cold Employees swearing Management didn’t look like she wanted to be there

Been going to this McDonald’s for ages and they mess it up all the time. Wrong things given, stuff missing and even getting ignored on the speakers for the drive through. Wouldn’t recommend.

(definitely real) Chef Ramsay here. I went here to get some McNuggets and was disgusted by the prices. They were worse than the United States gas prices from 2022, and that's an accomplishment! They also said I could not swear at the children and I was very upset about that. I think I'll stop by Tescos to pick up some gum next time I'm hungry.

So i walk in the doors and man its a mess, I ordered 10 mc double cheese burgers and when i went to the check out they gave me 4 burgers and 2 shakes and proceeded LYING with telling me that is what I ordered. after that I started shouting and then the manager pooped on my face, THIS IS FLIPPING TRUE. there are pe0files in the mc Donald's community..... goodbye

Me and my kids went there and it was 25mins for food no receipts also customer service was atrocious I am absolutely funing and will not be attending ever again me being a single mum have im a screaming toddler and a screaming baby is stressful and ruining the atmosphere absolutely angry do not attend

I took the children I look after and my food was cold and so was theirs. We ate in so the second time did the drive through so maybe the food wouldn’t be cold and waited for half an hour or more, the food was still cold. The price has gone up too, for cold fast food?!

Quite possibly the rudest bunch of staff members in the world! I have complained here twice now.....there won't be a 3rd time. The management team whilst stating that they will address the issue do not actually do anything about it. As paying customer we should have to be exposed to this. As a corporate giant Mcdonalds should take some time to work on their customer service training. Absolutely disgraceful....shan't be going back.....although that doesn't really make any difference to them. I would be interested in your comments about this mcdonalds......come on, I dare you to try and defend your appalling staff.

I found a frog leg in my chicken sandwich. There was a deer horn in my French fry’s. A roach flew from the back and landed in my sauce. Costumers were making moaning sounds in the bathroom.

Went there last night service from Tom was really good definitely should get a pay rise as almost McDonald’s workers are moody and seem like they don’t want to be there. He was lovely and bubbly. Pay rise deserved or promotion

Title may sound disparaging but it is not. Friendly service, fast food done well has been the hallmark for years and here does not disappoint. It is hard to be disappointed at a McD's because they do the basics well.

Just went in for 2 drinks as drive through had long queue. Boiling day, order no 54, at least 8 delivery drivers and min 10 customers came in after me, ordered and left with full meals and drinks while I waited. My number was up on collection screen yet not ready for over 10mins. When no 66 came in, ordered, paid, and collected 2 drinks and left I asked where mine was and was only told by a sullen teenager that ‘the machine was running slow’! I said that that guy who just left ordered and received basically the same order as me and I was still waiting. Got a shrug from him as he turned away to complain to his colleagues. I went back and stood waiting another 5 minutes, about to ask for a refund, when a lady came out and asked what I was waiting for. Explained, and she went and sorted it, brought them out and apologised for me being missed, then said ‘do you want an ice cream or something?’ I guess to make up for the appalling service, but I politely declined as i just wanted to leave. 30•c, 20min wait, 7 months pregnant, I can safely say an ice cream would not have made me feel any better. Won’t be going back.

Ordered food today for delivery. It was disgusting. The fillet o fish has been cooked twice and “nuked” in a microwave. The fish was dry and hard, the chips were equally disgusting . The chicken legend has also been “nuked” in a microwave and even more disgusting . Whoever is serving this rubbish should be reported to the food standards people(!)

earlier today me and my son had pulled up to the drive through after speech therapy since he has down syndrome like always but this time it was different. when we got up to the window and the woman there amielia noticed that he has down syndrome but the next thing i know when she brings the food out is she starts calling him retrded and other names like downie brownie and i just cant believe it. hes only nine so thankfully he didn't understand what it ment but i just cant believe someone could say something like that. its unbelievable she needs to be fired immediately

Amelia was very disrespectful and threw my fries and shake into my car. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I didn’t find this something to just pass over.

I ordered a number 3 and a 10 piece chicken nugget, and this girl started mocking me! She then after minutes of mocking me and putting in my order wrong I drove to the window and she had handed me the food and pretended to be nice. I then opened the bag and I found my food all mushed up and open, as well as different sauces and condiments splattered all over, there was also this horrible stench emitting from the bag, it smelled like literal feces!!!

I recently ordered a happy meal at your establishment, instead of getting my order this girl called Ameliah just stared at me menacingly. I then proceeded to drive away and decided never to come back again as I feared for my safety

It was a fine and dandy day, until I decided to pull up at the drive-thru. So, for a little context before I tell the story, I have multiple balloons in my car because it was my son's birthday today. The balloons had a big, fat "10" plastered on it. When I first began to speak to this Ameliah girl, she was extremely condescending. She belittled me for ordering a cheese burger :( When I went to go pick up my food, she saw the balloons I had bought my son and just started laughing at me. Laughing at what?!? That I had a son? That I care about him? How disrespectful she was. Terrible experience. She even had the nerve to tell me that her balloons were better. What the heck? Terrible experience.

Was going through the drive through and when ameliah was handing me my change she mustve exhaled summthn like mustard gas maybe idk but it made my throat itchy and I sneezd. I like macdonalds and all but i dont like how yall can turn a blind eye to somn like this. I ask that ameliah takes a oral hygeine intervention class or else I will be talking to my lawyers about pushing further action.

Well i went to the drive through and was asking for 2 hot and spices then this girl named Amelia, jumped out of the drive thru window and pulled me out of my car, snapped both me legs and took my liver, then proceeded to Fortnite dance over my painfully dreaded body, 10/10 would recommend

So I went through the drive thru at McDonald's while making my usual order: a big Mac with Ron's salty surprise on the side. Anyway, I rolled up to the speaker and found myself speaking to my favourite celebrity in the world: Ameliah from Tiktok! I was starstruck to say the least and told her that I was a big fan, to which she responded "not a big enough fan to give me $10 on my PayPal" all I could say in return was "huh?" Before returning to my order. However every time I tried to tell her my order she just kept interrupting me saying "huh?" Huh?" Mockingly to me. I just stopped talking for a while and all she did was chuckle at me before I finally was able to say my order. I rolled up to the pay window and found myself face to face with Ameliah and every time I tried to pay her she'd slap the money out of my hand and onto the driveway below before she started pelting me with raw burger patties. She forced my hand, I simply had to drive away. It was a hungry night indeed for me.

Was near the microphone trying to order my large fry and all I heard from the other end was renegade and different tik tok dances I drive up to the window and I see her doing the “WAP” all she did was hand me this small bag with a small fry and still charged me the same amount of the large fry never returning to this establishment ever again

Ameliah took my 14 month old daughter out of my car,used the force to push my vehicle away from the window and then threw her on the pavement after shooting her and breaking both legs so she was still alive but couldn´t get away,lmao excellent service would recommend again.

This was the best drive thru experience ever. A staff member named Ameliah told me to wait in the grill food parking and said she'd bring me my order. I parked up and she walked over to my car. She handed me what I thought was my food. But the bag was empty, and there was a hole at the bottom. She placed the bag on my lap, and put her hand in. I thought she was giving me my filet fish with the extra tartare sauce I requested. 3 minutes passed and let's just say the story had a happy ending. Would definitely come again.

I was going through the drive through when I heard a screech through the microphone. In the most annoying voice, she said 'watcha want babes' i was personally disgusted. When I tried to take my order she kept saying "shush" and wouldnt let me speak. When I went to collect my food, she started to twerk and say you like that?

She just spit on my face and dragged my girlfriends hair. She also drinked my girlfriends drink and gave it to her!

Ameliah coughed on my food and flipped me off. She gave me the wrong food item and said to go to hell. very unacceptable

Now the food was fine... Until i had it thrown at me by an employee who's which name tag said "Ameliah". By thrown i mean physically yeeted at me. I tried to keep calm as i asked why. She said "take your fu**ing food and leave. Did i mention my drink? Dripping all over myself cause of the poor ability to put on a lid. I left and didn't wish for anyone else to get this service. Please don't go to this location.

I came here for the first time yesterday, I was missing some fries and they gave me a wrap with everything on when I asked for it plain. I was served by a girl named ameliah and when I told her it was wrong she pulled a face and laughed! She was so rude.. however another woman came and sorted my order out for me! The food was lovely when it was sorted!!

Upon arriving at the McDonald’s our order was took via the talking machine and at the first window we was greeted by Ameliah. There was quite abit of a wait and she took time out of her day to talk to us and how we have been throughout lockdown. Really made our day thank you Ameliah! Lovely food too!

we waited 38 mins for a share box and a cheeseburger whilst the front of house staff literally stood still and stared at the guests af if they were annoyed at them for ordering food. and after driving all the way back home i realise that none of the 4 dips I asked for are in the bag. I guess I just looked like the type who enjoys eating 20 dry chicken nuggets with no sauce. defiantly the worst mcdonalds/service I've experienced.

If a place can get fast food wrong, this is it!!! You order your food on the machine then wait 20 minutes for it to be prepared! There is nothing fast about this new system and it’s definitely not great when you’re waiting to go the cinema!!

Having used the drive thru to attempt my nugget Centurion challenge the staff were more than helpful to ensure I was prepared for my challenge.When I asked for more dip, they said, don't worry there's more than enough and gave me a wink. They knew the centurion game was real and what was needed to see me through.Thanks guys

It's a MacDonald's. Why are people reviewing them? We all know what to expect from a MacDonald's! Big Mac's, Kids Happy Meals. The all conquering magnificent apple pie!

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a hopeless outlet! Every time I’ve used this place the order is wrong and the staff are uninterested. You might as well say whatever you fancy throwing into a bag when asked what you’d like! Why they ask you to check the order on screen is beyond me as the order placed is not what they supply. In future I’ll pay the extra £10 and go to a cafe and get decent food that I actually ordered!

I picked up breakfast here and took it back to my hotel room round the corner. Oh my god! The smell when I opened the bag was awful and the eggs had large black bits in them. If I’d had time I would have taken it back but due to a flight I was unable to do this. This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten in.

Food had hairs in. Manager thought it was acceptable just to offer replacement chips (who would want more chips from the same pot the hairy ones just came from) No apology from any member of staff and was refused a full refund.

Absolutely disgusted with your old lady manager (yellow fading black hair). The place was busy with half term kids and their families. I placed my order with your staff - Sean. He pressed the wrong item for my order. I let him know and when he requested the manager's help to change the product , she looked at me and asked "Why?" . The staff informed her he made a mistake and she looked back at me and rolled her eyes while gasping like it was MY mistake and blaming me. She kept rolling again her eyes at me while at the register. Making a nasty bad face, raising her eyebrow and lip in frustration.Such a rude, vile, revolting and hideous behaviour. Horrible costumer service provided by your management team. Terrible example you're giving to your staff. Not the first time I observed her having a bad attitude towards the costumers but today I was unlucky and unfortunate to be served by such unpleasant person.Thank you Sean for looking after your costumers.

Had lunch with a drive through and they forgot our chips definitely would check your food before leaving the bay - change and food thrust in our hands by two different staff a smile would be good

Popped in for breakfast around 8am and ordered double sausage egg mcmuffin meal which included a hash brown and a latte. I used the self service screens and took a seating number and chise a table. My breakfast came in good time and was well cooked and tasty. The restaurant was clean, tidy and well lit. The staff were busy cooking, tidying and sweeping. The restaurant was quiet at this time of day and made for a nice relaxing breakfast.

It was absolutely heaving but staff were run off their feet. Did not have time for customer service. I got take away as I was on my mobility scooter and the place was packed although the lady clearing the tables offered to reserve a seat for me. It was a sunny day so I took my food around the corner to a bench. Fries too salty. Nowadays they need to ease off on the salt. Big Mac was a bit messy but fine. Latte good and hot. Macs still good value for quick lunch.

Visited after revamp for some meals for grandkids. A total disaster. They weren't busy but l had to wait an excessive time and then had to remind the server (who was the crew trainer) that the chips were missing and also the drinks. The 'all bells and whistles' doesn't provide a good service. Only one till now if you're paying cash.

We just went to the cinema and saw 9 rats run from under the bins that are outside the back door to this restaurant.

As always McDonald’s severs its aim at making kids happy. Good meal would always go back. Better than Burgess Hill.

All good except air con full blast in winter - brrrrrrr. Staff no doubt getting hot in the kitchen needing to keep cool and the cleaner was trying to dry the floor after washing it by leaving the doors open.

McDonald's in asda perfect to the core......friendly staff.....clean tidy......nothing is too much trouble. Excellent

I parked up with my daughter and grandson , I wanted to get him a Happy Meal. I queued for 30 seconds and then got served. The staff was very friendly and in a flash the boxed meal arrived. I felt the whole experience took less than a minute, absolutely brilliant!!!!

When it comes to the good it is what you expect from a McDonald's. Average but cheap. However it is the only place you can grab a quick bite before a film.. so if you don't have much time it will fit the bill

It's probably the only outlet where you can get very quick food before the cinema. With it being McDonalds, it is what it is. It won't suit everyone. Food is to the national standard. Can get very busy.

This is standard McDonald's fare and service but there are not too many free places to park when the area is busy such as the cinema The restaurant was busy with many young unaccompanied children which was unusual in most McDonald's

Revisar el Mcdonalds cerca Cineworld. Disculpas si no, pero eres más cercana según tripadvisor. Sin embargo.. * Una piedra fría plana mac *Sprite *tenía stand y pies fregado a pesar de resto de restaurante medio vacío * tenía bandeja llevaron antes de terminar la comida....

Algunos tienen problemas con el personal, MCDONALD'S no es una gran equipo limpia y ordenada y era muy educado. Lo recomiendo.

Lástima grande m estaba cerrado por el cine! La comida estaba bien, fuimos a través de transmisión a través de la comida podría haber sido un poco más caliente, como una hamburguesa especial pedimos que hizo!

The only drive through in Crawley, service is generally good , McDonalds does what it says on the tin.

It really depends on the time of day and the staff that are on duty, but it really is hit and miss these days at any McDonald's, I travel with work and go to a lot of McDonald's, I would say that the Crawley drive through is one of the better ones. Only bad thing I have experienced lately is dodgy cold fish fingers in my kids happy meals which tasted like rubber. 5/10

A review of Mc Donald's is difficult because they all offer a virtually identical Menu / Price / Service even the basics of a table layout. One thing about this Mc Donald's is that they have a busy Drive In' most days they have a good size queue .

Mcdonalds is mcdonalds - you know what you're getting - cheese dippers and a mcflurry if you're me!This mcdonalds is close to the cinema so it's perfect to nip to before, after or during.

Cinema trip with the kids meant a stop off at mcdonalds, they chose!They had the Chicken nugget happy meals and I had a grilled chicken wrap. They loved theirs - the toy in the deal is a winner for them.Wrap was OK, fresh atleast but not amazing. Cheap so didn't cost a fortune, they would go back!Restaurant desperately needs more seats inside.

Located next to Sainsbury and Homebase in Crawley, it is easy to park. Staff are friendly and the food good standard McDs fare. Sometimes a little difficult to eat in when busy but a nice place.

Oh gosh we were going away for the weekends, after a long week, and did not want to cook, what to do?We ended up at the drive through, actually the festive menu was rather better than expected and the flow of the drive through is better as there are now two gates you can order at not just the one there was previously.We ended up getting home with everything we ordered hot and as tasty as McDonald's gets.

Oh dear ordered food for 4 as the queue for the drive thru was too long yesterday evening.Big tasty with Bacon came without bacon, and a chicken sandwich arrived cold. Of course we did not find out about this until we had driven away.

What can you say about Maccas?!. it wasn't that busy so we were served quickly. It was clean & the food was exactly as expected.

I would normally not go to a fast food place but I have a weakness for a mc muffin! This review is not about the food however.... (it's all the same wherever you go world wide....) this McDonald's in Crawley is absolutely spotless, I have never seen this place in any way dirty. I salute the people who keep this place clean. The Sainsbury's park McDonald's is a generic McDonald's . Good service. Food is as advertised. No major wow to the service. I stop off there every now and then on the way to or from the airport for my job... Possibly the slowest public wifi ever, though ...

Dutty! Manky cold chips, lemonade that tasted of fizzy tap water, missing things ordered, horrible service. Save yourself go to kfc mate

Visited here many times, it is the normal McD's fayre. often very busy. What more can I say everyone always says they don't go but we know they do..

Prices bit on the high side, but then expected in an airport. Could do with more seating though, as gets very busy at peak times.

It's hard to distinguish between various McDonald's restaurants but this one is good. The staff make it so. They are unhurried yet move things along well.The location is good if you are driving or visiting the park.

It is what it is, but its one of the better ones. Generally very busy but the staff seem to keep things moving and keep the place clean too.

I had a burger which was fine but I was still a bit hungry. I asked for a small chips. The waitress said "the tiny small packet or medium?" So being a man I said "Medium, seeing as how you put it like that". Then I was too full when I was in bed trying to sleep.
