Five Guys in Crawley

Really lovely place, staff is friendly but not easy to speak with, they appear exhausted and not a very happy bunch. LOVE the food though.

Listen, it's really hard to find a proper burger place in the UK, and thankfully the gods have granted us with FIVE GUYS. They consistently deliver flavourful and juicy burgers every time, and THE FRIES, oh , they sre sooo good. You can event top the meal with a great milkshake, so if you are craving for burgers, this is the place to go to.

It is always a yummy experience each time we visit. From the free roasted peanut to the refreshing milkshake to the oversized cup of potato chips that is freshly sourced. The burger is heavenly. The password accessible restroom is always clean and inviting to do no 1 and 2. The environment is serene and always accessible. My children recently offered that we make their dinning our second home.

This was mine and my two friends’ first time to a Five Guys restaurant and have always wanted to try it as I’ve heard such great reviews. The service was fine, nothing to complain nor praise about, the restaurant was also clean and pleasant, however this had to be the priciest, most tasteless burger that I have possibly ever had, served in a bit of kitchen foil. My friends had a burger and a hot dog, no fries and with 3 drinks the bill was £43! I can’t say I’ll be returning or recommending. Sorry Five Guys, it’s three strong nos from us ❌❌❌!!

£20+ for a mediocre burger, over salted fries and a refillable drink? So overpriced. Food no better than McDonalds. Staff friendly.

Excellent food and people running it are always friendly and polite! The place is a bit echoey which takes away from being able to converse well with my dad for example who is hard of hearing but other than that it's great!

Great burgers. But every time I come here I have to hunt around for a clean table. They never seem to clear or clean them.

What have you done to the strawberry shake…. Some disgusting cheap flavouring now added with no bits of strawberries in it… yuk… and NOT worth the money … awful cost saving exercise…. Such a shame and burgers still good but the shake was a USP

Five guys is better than MC Donald's and Burger king, but it's also twice the price!! So what do you expect? Its £9.65 for a cheese burger without fries or a drink! My meal came to £21 with fries and a drink which is quite expensive for one person. At McDonald's it normally cost me £11 with a side of nuggets, so five guys is at least double the price. The pattie was okay, the fillings were all fresh and I love the idea you pick your own fillings. The bun was good quality and the fries were so-so, as was the salted caramel milk shake. It's certainly better than your average, but not a patch on the likes of honest burgers or gourmet burger kitchen. Good luck!

If you've not had 5 guys burgers and are wondering if they're worth the high price?... They are!! I'd rather have one 5 guys burger a year than a dozen big macs anytime I want. Try it once and you'll know what I mean 🍔 Oh, and the salted caramel milkshake 🤯

Have done a fair few five guys around the Globe, this is by far the stingiest. Five guys are known for the amount of fries in the bag, not five guys Crawley. At Five Guys Crawley you get a stingy, measured amount that are precisely calculated. Go to five guys, Covent Garden, mall of the emirates, Madrid etc and you get a decent, unmeasured scoop. I guess who ever owns this particular franchise is just a money grabber. Oh well, there's a slims chicken over the road...

Nto the cheapest food. So I only got a small portion of chips which costed £4.25 tasted yummy and you get a good amount of chips for the price

I ate here and became seriously ill shortly afterwards. I reported it to Five Guys and they gave me the standard corporate response about how it couldnt possibly be from their restaurant. Thanks but no thanks I won’t be visiting again.

Well overpriced for what it is. We ordered Cajun spiced fries with our burgers and we got plain. Then we waited a while to get them replaced. The floor was so slippery and dirty and so were all of the tables and chairs. And it wasn't even that busy. Utterly shocking and disappointed. Won't go there again.

Personally I really regret having lunch there. Food was as expected so that is good, but the toilets were so dirty and clearly not cleaned all day.

Generally good. All tables were dirty unfortunately although a quick wipe with a napkin made it OK. Toilets were very dirty. Food was quite good, took a while to be ready (10 mins+ which is quite slow for five guys). Milkshake excellent. Burger patties a bit dry. A good option in the location but not the best five guys I've been to.

Standard five guys restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of options(as long as you like burgers and hot dogs). OK for a quick bite and portion sizes are good but it is quite expensive.

Would be good if they had a chicken burger or alternative to beef that isn't just a veggy burger. Also you need to update the Maps pin, as it's showing you are located inside the cinema.

Food is fine, but apparently you can't use the main retail park car park, despite them having the same address/postcode. Lunch now costs me £60 in parking fines. Maybe some signs to this effect...

Obviously very busy but the tables and floor were filthy and sticky. For over £30 for 2 people I'd expect a better level of cleanliness.

Went there on Friday when all other restaurants had a long waiting line. Burger was nice, and fries are good, Price is bit higher, but Both quality and quantity wise it’s much better than other fast food restaurants, in other place a small bag of fries usually means half bag of fries, but in five guys they put everything they got into the cup.

Yummy food, especially the cheeseburger and cajun fries,quick service too! 4 stars only because some of the tables were dirty.

I've heard a lot of people referred to five guys as expensive, personally I see five guys as good value, the restaurant is usually quiet and the food is outstanding. I love our biannual family visits. I also like the fact that the calories are displayed which serves as a reminder why we visit so infrequently. I would advise you order less chips than you think you need as the servings are ridiculously generous

It’s a Five Guys, they’re the same everywhere. Why have they stopped doing Malt in their milkshakes though?

Absolutely delicious food. Five Guys are definitely the best burger producers in the country in my opinion! Fantastic customer service from Ozgurkan too. Probably my go to restaurant when in Crawley Leisure Park.

What more can a customer say, except that it's the best goddam burger and fries in the world imo. If I was on death sentence and I could choose my last meal, this is what I'd want, so yeah, you pay a bit more than burger king or mcd, but your taste buds will thank you. Cheerio

The burgers are tasty but the fries are bland. My main issue is with the price. Its way too expensive for a fast food burger joint.

Best FIVE GUYS ever made the best by Chris and Adam, such happy, welcoming and friendly people, even at 10 minutes to closing time on a Sunday night. Big up Chris and Adam!

One of the few places that actually took us in after 22h. Obviously for the time we couldn't ask much, but the restaurant was really good anyway, even the service.

Best burgers around. They are quite pricey so couldn't have it as regularly as one may desire.

They were polite. My order was done quickly & it all tasted fresh. The fries were a definite 10/10. DELICIOUS!!!!

Fast service, free peanuts, sauces unlimited supply , quirky ambiance… this visit is my treat to my niece Alex . Her birthday month is April. And since she turned 18 it became a practise. Now she’s 26. 5 guys can’t be missed on April.

Ate here after a long day at a sporting event nearby. In a complex with cinema and many restaurants and plenty of parking. Wasn't too busy when we got there, and the staff were nice and friendly. Didn't have to wait too long for the food, and we know they cook the meat to order and I'd much rather wait for hot fresh food. We both got burgers and a portion of fries to share. The burgers were ok, but a bit drier than usual. I appreciate their patties are thin, but they really shouldn't be overcooked. It can happen very quickly so someone should be paying more attention to ensure this doesn't happen. The bun was cold and didn't feel like it had been warmed/grilled at all (like it normally is). Normally when you open the foil wrapper all the cheese has gone melty and gooey, but not this time The fries were really really good though. Large amount as usual and really hot and fresh. Overall our meal was ok, just not as good as previous experiences we've had in other locations.

Sorry but I can't see the appeal. The store lacks , If this was supposed to be an American diner then I don't know what to say. Expensive and unclear menue . Store was messy . Tables wobbly staff aren't enthusiastic at all.

This place is so incompetent that they send burgers without burger patties! Essentially just salad in a bun! Manager has no ability to rectify the issue. £100 spent on burgers and meal was ruined

Burgers are amazing and exactly how a burger should be. The menu can be a bit overwhelming due to the choices of extras on the burger, so I would recommend having a look on their website before you visit - no one wants to be that person who holds up the queue 😊 While you wait for your order, there are boxes of peanutsfor you to help yourself to. The service is quick and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious. Oh, and unless you have the biggest appetite, just order the regular fries, there are PLENTY!

La hamburguesa tiene buen sabor, la sirven con rapidez, puedes añadir ingredientes, lo que esperas de un Five Guys y de la franquicia. Todo lo demás va por separado, me pareció excesivamente caro, las patatas con un exceso de sal. Para ir de tanto en cuanto y subir el nivel de la típica hamburguesa de franquicia no estás mal.

Five Guys is consistently good wherever we visit! Crawley was no exception. If You've been to the cinema, it's a great place to have a post movie chat about how bad/good the film was. The only down side to Five Guys is that it's expensive.

I don't understand why people complain about the price. You pay in advance. It's on the board. If you don't want to pay that much, McDonald's is right next door. It's also very good value around £20 for among the best burger and fries in the UK, with a drink. What do you get for £20 in any other restaurant. Well worth the money for me. Fried amazing. Burger amazing. Even the Five Guys mayo is amazing..never had a bad FG.

Ate here for the first time and was first time at any Five Guys. The burger and spicy skin on fries were ok. Did not taste the jalapeño in the burger, although i could see bits of pepper. The burger came wrapped in a foil. Overall, the food was ok so the verdict is, the prices are too high for what you get and how it tastes. £30 for 2 bugers, 1 spicy fries and an oreo milkshake.

Used to be good when it first opened however on my recent visit with my son the “endless fries” they talk about turned out to be a small cup that wasn’t even full. 2 burgers, 1 fries and 1 soda was nearly £30, pricing has gone up and portion size down, sorry but I expect better

First time Five Guy visit. Clean friendly clear menu good seating. £17 for burger and fries 😳. 3 visits a year for me at these prices 4⭐️

Comparatively this branch is not what I expected it of. Ok customer service and normally I expect their fries to be the best but was partially soggy.

If I could give my service more than 5 stars then I would. The member of staff who served me was exceptional. Nothing else needs to be said about Five Guys as its the best!!

The restaurant was clean and the staff helpful and happy. I had a hot dog with a number of sides, plus fries and a vanilla milk shake, all good, will go back again.

They used different salt than other locations. Place was filthy.

Food very tasty, great sized portions too. Menu a little confusing for someone that's never been there before and the server didn't seem to want to help explain anything. Free peanuts, but 2 burgers, one portion of chips and a drink was £27 so not cheap, but again food was very tasty! Dread to think what the large couple behind us spent on their food!!!!

We’ve now been 4 times to this Five Guys - every time the food has been delicious. Love that you can customise your burger and choose your own toppings, don’t know anywhere else that does this - huge generous portions of fries, hard to finish and we love that there are infinite refills from the drink machine - pay once and then you can refill as many times as you like. Spicy fries are nice and not too spicy. One criticism, they have a BACON milkshake on the menu yuck - never been brave enough to try it though Our favourite burger place.

This is as others in the brand provide a good range of quality food for takeaway and dining in. My only comment is the high prices, so it's not an everyday visit

My husband and I wanted a burger and decided to try Five Guys in Crawley. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The burgers were delicious and the loaded fries too! Although the price is quite expensive, the portions and the flavour exhonerated this fast food provider. It is such a shame that there is not another branch in East Grinstead, and they do not deliver in our area - we would go more frequently

Always a good burger 🍔 But you do pay well for it! Tried the 'Spiced Fries' instead of the usual salted type, I'll be going back to salted, I prefer them, the spiced were too salty ironically.

You can't go wrong with ONE AND ONLY Five Guys. Quite possibly best burgers in the world. Really great addition to Crawley cinema complex.

One of the better burger chain restaurants, their burgers are decent and their skins on fries are novel and tasty. The downside is that they are positioning themselves in the fast food BK, Macdonalds like market but pricing themselves into the fast-casual GBK, diner type sector at around £8-11 a burger which does not really suit their aesthetics. They also seriously lack vegetarian or vegan options. Budget tip: ask for a free glass of water instead of buying a bottle

Excellent Fries and a very meaty burger all cooked fresh. This is a first in this area ;-) Service was great and, yes the prices are premium but it’s good.
