VERY good burgers but price of the shakes not worth that much.

I opted for a no bun meal and added an extra patty, very happy with it and delivered on time

Delivery driver was extremely polite and got my order to me swiftly despite the confusing estate

Placed a very large order, half the food was dry and cold and two of the orders were wrong to what was ordered

Food was delivered really fresh which was appreciated but my milkshake was missing. Tried to call driver back on same number he called me on but wouldn’t go through. Also tried to call Five Guys number on this app and said invalid number. Whole reason I ordered was for that milkshake haha

On opening my burger i found the cheese all over tin foil and sticking to bun resulting in tearing the bun and no cheese at all in burger itself, how is that even possible ??? The other burger was only slightly better poor for £35

Ordered online and came in to collect 5-10 mins early, told them my name, order was given to me less than a min later. Was quick to be served but how long was the burger sat ready for? Tasted good though. Though the extra chips is a lot less than other places but still good. Parking not easy but is okay.

It's ok but weirdly expensive... £22.50 for a basic bacon cheeseburger fries and shake so a family would be looking to pay 4 or 5 times that. Food is OK but not worth the cost in my opinion.

Took forever to be delivered, time slot kept changing, food being prepared seemed to take an eternity. Chips were cold and burger buns soggy and falling apart. Not very impressive.

Five Guys Crawley are a scum. Just be aware and don't order through Deliveroo. All my orders arrive short of items (milkshakes missing repeatedly). They don't even bother and don't refund as they say that the money goes through Deliveroo.

Decent food and service as per any Five Guys really.

Usually the food from 5G is excellent, today the fries (although a massive portion) were so dry and hard not edible, the burger bun was fresh, the fillings were very good, the meat was also very dry, the first time I haven’t enjoyed my food

Horrible service, it was like a take away service but we where dinning in and when asked for tray they said they don’t have one No room temperature Water bottle where available and we paid for cold bottle which we couldn’t drink , the dispenser has room temperature Water water the employee said but it was chiller then the bottle The burgers where tales and fries where soggy After spending so much no one enjoyed and the worst service We where so disappointed ☹️

Good reliable tasty and modifiable burger a notch up from McDonald’s or Burger King. More expensive however

The staff here are amazing. We got stuck in a load of traffic to collect our order today and they took pity on us and remade it when we arrived as they would hate to give out a cold burger. Thank you Five guys, delicious and amazing customer service!

Visited a few weeks ago. Bought 2 cheeseburgers and some milkshakes. I've been to other Five Guys restaurants in England so I expected the same standard, however, these burgers were a disappointment- soggy buns, as someone has already mentioned in their review here, cheese didn't melt properly, the burger meat wasn't very hot. Milkshakes seemed to be fine. The service was good though.

Ordered a burger via Deliveroo. Order arrived on time however as I was trying to enjoy my burger I found a long hair that looked like a female hair. I contacted Deliveroo. They asked me to contact restaurant who says they can’t send a rider? I was so annoyed at this stage all I wanted is a burger but apology doesn’t mean anything. I wasn’t expecting a refund but just food. I’ve been ordering food from this restaurant for a while and not had any issues. The way both parties handled it put me off completely. I tried both companies and neither offered a solution. It’s unfortunate knowing this things can happen but to not get any help didn’t give me any confidence to order food in future.

all our drinks orders were missing .. absolutely awful

Very very expensive for what we got. Hot dog was burnt, onions were raw and there was some sort of burnt residue from the grill.

Placed order at 16:20 to arrive for 17:30. Order arrived at 17:50 with all of the food cold.

Got a bacon burger, the patties were a bit dense and dry, the service wasn't the fastest given they weren't super busy (considering this is fast food) but in the grand scheme of things it wasn't long. The peanuts they serve were really tasty and free. Not the best burger I've had, especially considering the more premium price.

The place was cold and empty. The burgers were soggy. They cook them well, but wrap them in foil so that the bread becomes soggy goo. A proper burger bun should be lightly toasted. The fries were wrong wrong wrong. They were undercooked as if raw potato had been dumped in oil which was not quite hot enough. We could not eat that nasty stuff. And it came to £77 FOR JUST 3 KIDS AND ONE ADULT. WE HAD 3 SMALL BURGERS AND ONE LARGER BURGER, SOME FRIES, TWO SHAKES AND TWO SOFT DRINKS. NASTY EXPENSIVE UNDERCOOKED FRIES AND GOO BURGERS. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. HOW ARE THEY NOT BANKRUPT ALREADY???

Best burgers and fries in crawley, but also the most expensive

Terrible service, 3 burgers ordered and only 2 delivered. Phoned to get resolved and they would not answer any questions regarding the issue. Delivery invoice states 3 burgers!

The staff look extremely dirty, unhygienic and miserable. The quality of the food is terrible. Every time I want a five guys I have to go down to the Brighton store…where they know how to properly flip burgers.

It's a good burger, but very pricey.

food was extremely cold considering we are 5 minutes round the corner from the restaurant. This makes me wonder how long the food was sitting there before it came as pickup.

I find the Cajun fries quite strong, but normal fries are delicious. The burgers are so tasty.

Delicious burgers, chips and milkshakes. Bit expensive, but tasted amazing

Burger was good but i ordered regular chips and got Cajun chips, so i wasn't able to eat the chips at all, who ever took my order needs to get their eyes tested

It took them ages to accept my order then ages to cook it. the delivery was relatively quicker however I asked for a coke zero they gave me diet coke..

The bag was open and the contents tipped out, (so obviously cold) also the bag was see through with the grease, the driver was very dismissive as was the store when I called them, saying it’s not their problem!

The food may be expensive and maccies may be cheap but my stomach always feels okay after a five guys maccies on the other end.. theres some crap in maccies food, its worth paying more for five guys and having a decent fast food meal than pay half for maccies and have ibs after it if i ever want fast food five guys is where i go

Absolutely spot on. Amazing burger, Cajun fries were amazeballs.

We absolutely enjoy 5 guys every time we go. We have never been disappointed by the food, and the portions are huge. Their biggest just taste better than the rest. The Crawley 5 Guys is closest to us and has always been a great restaurant to go to for a relaxed meal with mates or as a family. If you want to experience a simple yet superb burger, then 5 Guys is the place to do it. You will not regret it.

For background I am a practicing sikh and therefore have specific dietary things I keep in mind when going to eat somewhere. On this occasion as of 3 days ago from writing this review I went to get x2 veggie burgers which were prepared fine with no issues. I also got a milkshake. I added peanut butter chocolate etc. There was an option for ba on but for obvious reasons i never specified I wanted this. Assuming the lady heard me correctly I waited and got my shake. I didn't read the label attached detailing what's in it to check right there in the premises which admittedly is my fault. I assumed she heard me correct. When driving it at home I found something salty and chewy in the bottom. There I saw bacon! I was outraged and very upset as this is very bad form for the staff who took the order. I called up the place anf spoke to the manager who was as understanding as one could be. He told me that bacon was in a separate tab on the till to avoid the exact mess up which happened with me. He said to come back and I would get a free one and i did this time with 0 issues. Just a heads up to check your order for accuracy. Humans make mistakes such is life I am a bit upset by this. But it could have been alot worse say if the allergen was peanuts and I had a deathly allergy.

I have eaten from five guys before but after just 4-5 mouthfuls I was throwing up instantly i believe it’s something to do with the burger

Missing the shake that I order from here specifically to get is pretty disappointing. JE are quick to refund which is great but where is the send the rest of my order as a priority at no extra cost button!?

Food was good to be fair, my first time in five guys ever. Will give you my honest opinion... It tasted like a Burger king 😂 I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries costing me £16.40 which I think is overpriced, I understand everything's made fresh and to the quality but maybe charge a little less and I'd become a regular haha, I went over to the McDonald's across the road just to get a drink because it would have cost me about £4/5 for a milkshake or coke lol. Service was ok, no-one at the tills for a good 5 mins but plenty of time to choose what I wanted. Dead restaurant too, no one in there except me 😂

The burgers are tasty but the fries are bland. My main issue is with the price. Its way too expensive for a fast food burger joint. Edit : - Tried the hotdog. Tasty but way too small for the price. I felt ripped off.

For the price it was awful. Too much salt on chips and a bland burger that is less satisfying than local kebab shop

Listen, it's really hard to find a proper burger place in the UK, and thankfully the gods have granted us with FIVE GUYS. They consistently deliver flavourful and juicy burgers every time, and THE FRIES, oh , they sre sooo good. You can event top the meal with a great milkshake, so if you are craving for burgers, this is the place to go to.

This was mine and my two friends’ first time to a Five Guys restaurant and have always wanted to try it as I’ve heard such great reviews. The service was fine, nothing to complain nor praise about, the restaurant was also clean and pleasant, however this had to be the priciest, most tasteless burger that I have possibly ever had, served in a bit of kitchen foil. My friends had a burger and a hot dog, no fries and with 3 drinks the bill was £43! I can’t say I’ll be returning or recommending. Sorry Five Guys, it’s three strong nos from us ❌❌❌!!

It is always a yummy experience each time we visit. From the free roasted peanut to the refreshing milkshake to the oversized cup of potato chips that is freshly sourced. The burger is heavenly. The password accessible restroom is always clean and inviting to do no 1 and 2. The environment is serene and always accessible. My children recently offered that we make their dinning our second home.

Disappointed with the cheese toastie, very poor quality. Thought it would be crisp and well made for tye money paid but instead was just a limp mess...Avoid this one. PS Milkshake was spot on as usual 👌 and saved a complaint 🤣

£20+ for a mediocre burger, over salted fries and a refillable drink? So overpriced. Food no better than McDonalds. Staff friendly.

Excellent food and people running it are always friendly and polite! The place is a bit echoey which takes away from being able to converse well with my dad for example who is hard of hearing but other than that it's great!

What have you done to the strawberry shake…. Some disgusting cheap flavouring now added with no bits of strawberries in it… yuk… and NOT worth the money … awful cost saving exercise…. Such a shame and burgers still good but the shake was a USP

Five guys is better than MC Donald's and Burger king, but it's also twice the price!! So what do you expect? Its £9.65 for a cheese burger without fries or a drink! My meal came to £21 with fries and a drink which is quite expensive for one person. At McDonald's it normally cost me £11 with a side of nuggets, so five guys is at least double the price. The pattie was okay, the fillings were all fresh and I love the idea you pick your own fillings. The bun was good quality and the fries were so-so, as was the salted caramel milk shake. It's certainly better than your average, but not a patch on the likes of honest burgers or gourmet burger kitchen. Good luck!

I ordered 4 milkshakes and only got 2 of the 4 , wouldn't send out another 2 as don't have own drivers so have to wait for a refund not good enough at the prices
